Wingate by Wyndham State Arena Raleigh/Cary: what do users think?
Blu: I’m a little surprised by the bad reviews. Both the rooms and the staff were really very nice. My wife and I travel quite a bit and our stay here was one of the nicer experiences.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Solomon Hindel: This is a nice hotel to stay in that is family friendly with good amenities. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have laundry on every floor as well as ice machines. The main floor has a small snack area.Breakfast is what you can expect from a continental included breakfast. Fresh fruit like apples and oranges, which went quick. Just ask for more if you need to. Waffle maker, a selection of breads, muffins, and yogurt are also included. I don't like the style of yogurt they had.If you like coffee, it was above average for a hotel. And much better than the traditional highway hotel or gas station coffee, so make sure to load up.They have a gym and pool. The gym is very nice. A few good pieces of equipment include newer treadmills and elliptical, a decent if older universal weight machine, and some free weights. Lots of room for stretching if a few people show up.The kids liked the pool, although someone left the heat on, so it was basically a hot tub. I had to ask maintenance to fix it, which took longer than I would have liked as I don't think the person working the front desk believed me that the pool was almost 100 degrees. The towels in the room were soft. We only got 3 with the room, so we had to ask for more. They're smaller than I would normally like. We had a hard time getting extra the first day as they had run out.Overall, we had a positive experience. Comfortable beds with good pillows. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the front as the back of the hotel is right on the train tracks. No horn, but during the day you can hear it pass by.Rooms: The room was a nice size. There were2 Queen beds. Fridge. Microwave. Sitting area and nice sizs TV with chest for clothing. There is still lots of room for moving around. We brought our own twin blow-up mattress, which fit as well.
Betsy Nichols: Very happy with our stay. The rooms, sheets, showers were all clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location felt safe and quiet.Nice pool and fitness room.We didn't worry about a thing. We saw nothing negative at all. There isn't a hotel on the planet that everyone is gonna feel 100% great about. But we have no complaints whatsoever.

Daniel Looft: I would like to shout out Elijah(hope I spelled that right) at the front desk. I was balancing two plates of breakfast while getting on the elevator and dropped my cell phone down the crack in the floor that leads to the elevator shaft.I went to Elijah and despite his Technician being out that day, he handled the situation professionally and quickly. Within two hours, he had an Elevator Technician out to the hotel that morning. They stopped the elevator and retrieved my phone. He was so helpful, provided me with a phone and tracking number for my case and really helped me avoid a huge headache. All while being very pleasant and kind!
j neeairah nasir: My niece and her three toddlers came to Raleigh on a visit from Maryland. They arrived earlier than expected, and while they had a reservation for later in the day, trying to figure out how to entertain themselves in the meantime was an impossible task. I inquired about an earlier check-in, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They got us a great room and we were able to get the children into the pool for some much needed fun time after a cramped car ride. I will definitely be recommending them for future stays and telling all my community families about my experience. Top notch service.
Kayla Etheridge: Exactly what I expected for the price. The room and bathroom was clean. The ac worked great. The TV had great graphics. The mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. Appliances were clean and worked well. Front receptionist ladies were very nice and accommodating. Location was great, safe environment within walking distance of a McDonald's and Sheetz. Nice indoor pool and gym as well.. plus a snack shop. 100% satisfied.

Wayne Hill: The pool is filthy and smells. I called the front desk and was told a service call would be put in. As we were leaving for dinner I stopped by the front desk to check on the status of the pool and was advised the pool would be cleaned at 8am tomorrow. To make matters worse there are bags of garbage in the hallway. Unfortunately, we are stuck...Never again!!
K B: Nice hotel but, the walls are thin. You can hear almost everything in the parking lot at night.
michael barrett: Roaches! I was also told they new about the issue when I brought it up. We were barely at the hotel as we were there for an event so when we woke up in the morning we noticed they were all over the bathroom. We decided to skip breakfast and abruptly checked out.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Michael Black: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They put us in a room with a family right above us with the kids running and doing summersaults off the bed. It was not an ideal wake-up call that we wanted.

Janice Padron: Worst experience ever. Room was dirty. The floors were dirty, comforter was stained, dirty sheets, bathroom was gross, cigarette burns everywhere, and the area did not feel safe at all. My advice, check the reviews before booking a room. 😡Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Heather Mistry: The WORST experience of my life!! My non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The tub was dirty, mattress sank completely in the middle. The phone and tv didn’t work. I was bitten Several times on my back. I went to the dr and it was confirmed they were probably bed bug bites. I told the representative at the front desk, but not a word was spoken back to me. I made a report with the health department.Rooms: DISGUSTING

I received my room key and went in the first room automatically I smelled this awful odor and mind you I have a cold but I still couldn't take that smell I went to get another room hoping it would be better absolutely not the tub was stopped up hair and stains was in the towel and wash rag and there still was still a bad odor I couldn't take it so told them i couldn't stay here definitely did not feel comfortable at all got a better room for cheaper never going back do not recommend need a remodel and better staff.i usually don't do reviews but this needed to be said.
MArie Lisa Marie: I have NEVER had better customer service than the woman I met this morning she was the absolute sweetest most apologetic human ever. I have also NEVER stayed in a more dirty old outdated uncared for hotel ever.whoever owns this does not care about anything including guests and staff. Very sad someone has to pay money for this. And people have to work here.

Andrea Koval: The staff's temperament is very curt. Ice machine only works on the 1st floor. Can refill water bottles in the gym, rooms are not well appointed, the layout in general strange. The carpets in the halls are dirty. I won't be going there again. One plus, it is not far from the freeways.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Ian Knights: We stayed over in Raleigh for one night and chose the Comfort Inn Mid Town. Check in was done easily with two helpful people helping us at the reception desk. We were appointed to Room 208 which was fine. It was a pretty standard room with 2 comfortable queen sized beds. It had all the normal functional features that you can expect from this quiet, medium 3 star establishment. Important for us was a desk and enough sockets to plug in all the electronic devices that you carry about with you when on the road nowadays. The free WiFi worked well. As normal, it seems, there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. In the well appointed bathroom the shower was in the bath tub. We enjoyed free parking. A free breakfast was included in the room rate but we didn't make much use of it as the choice was relatively "modest". All good.
Pablo E Ramos Garcia: for the price, it's good what you get, stays two nights, the rooms are comfortable, everything it's good, Breakfast it's decentRooms: are great, the beds are comfortable, AC works fine, Hot water, TV decent shows, have HBO's, Showtime, and Local.Nearby activities: the Hotel has a Pool, a Gym.Safety: didn't have any issues while stayed.Walkability: lots of Restaurants and POI's around the Hotel.Food & drinks: for free Breakfast, from 6 am to 10 am, they have Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Water, and Milk, Scrambles Synthetic Eggs, Pork Sausage, Pancakes, White Bread, Raisin Bagels, Regular Bagels, English Muffins, Cereal, Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Yogurts, Banana Muffins, Cheese Muffins, y Blueberries Muffins.the facility provides Coffee and Tea 24/7
Robbie Eaton: I have stayed at this hotel many times while working in the area. The only negative if I had to say, would be the corridor carpets are stained, and old. But the rest of the hotel is updated and very clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Susanna Kramer: The price was extremely reasonable for what we got. The location is great, room was clean and spacious and had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, they had free coffee and tea in the lobby, reception was friendly and professional, and it was very quiet! Parking is also free. We had a nice view of the pool and surrounding trees. We didn't use the pool because of the rain but it looks like it was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!
Ted Fillgrove: To much noise, room on main corrador, no bathroom exhaust, excellent breakfastRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Sean Noll: I have never written a Google review, but thought I should with this place. I'm confused with all of the high ratings and wondering if we stayed at the same place. My stay at Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown was enough to ruin my trip to Raleigh. To start, the night stand next to the bed was CRAWLING with ants. I had to throw things away that we had sitting there, it was absolutely disgusting. The whole room felt filthy, my socks were black from walking around on the floors. The room smelled like a mixture of smoke and chlorine used to cover up the smell. This might have been okay if the staff cleaned your room when you're gone, but they don't. You have to go down to the front desk and request housekeeping instead of it being a regular service. There is absolutely zero sound proofing from the hallways or outside. We heard our neighbors screaming at each other very late into the night both inside and outside. You could seriously hear a pin drop in the hallway when you have your door shut. All in all we only stayed for 2 nights and tried to spend as little time possible in the hotel.Overall, my advice is similar to other reviews I've seen. For what you're getting, you're better off spending half the price and staying in a motel 6.

LUCY PEOPLES: The checkin service was wonderful. I asked the gentleman could I extend the stay the next morning before I checked in. He said yes. But the next morning at 5am. Some guy standing at the front desk was rude. I don't know who he was and he couldn't help me and said no. You have to check with the morning lady but am sure it's booked. He took my rm number on a note and said she would contact me when she arrives around 7am to let me know. The lady at front desk never contacted me. So I called front desk around 10am. She was rude. She said the inventory online was closed and I needed to checkout. She also stated the rm was booked. I never had such a bad experience. Am out of town with my son and no where to go at this time of the morning and had to go to work. No time to shower for me or my son. Plus we had to succeed to pack. I liked the location but not the morning service. I was amazed at the fact there wasn't a microwave in the room. So I couldn't warm my food. Bad day.Rooms: Very spacious but the bathroom small and where the beds are. If someone in your group uses the restroom with upset stomach. You are right at the door of the restroom to smell the results. Horrible position for the bathroom.
Kurtis Wells: 7/10 - very close to PNC arena, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was brand new. I was disappointed by all the up charges for bottled water and breakfast. The TV was delayed and hard to navigate channels.

Shower was huge modern shower with easy to operate faucet. Bed was central with two large windows. Only negative were the late night and early morning train horns in the distance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bara Sempai: From personal experience, The Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena is the best Four Points hotel I had stayed at so far for this brand within the Marriott Portfoilo. Things that really impressed me:1. The impeccable politeness of the staff, how wiling they are to help guests/answer questions, and being able to interact with them/have conversation while waiting on things like ordering food and waiting in the lobby for pickup.2. The rooms here are spacious and I certainty enjoyed my 1 King Bed room that had a cooler fridge, a wet bar, small dining table, desk, and the complimentary hotel pen and paper pad which I don't see at most properties anymore. The room was absolutely clean and I loved it.3. The ability of the staff to solve problems. I had an issue the night I checked in where the TV wasn't working at all. It took awhile to reach a solution until the Front Desk realized their technical support wouldn't be able to come on property to fix the issue that they allowed my partner and I to switch rooms and give us time to move our things. There was also one morning that I was having breakfast and I noticed I had a cracked coffee cup that was dripping out coffee. I asked one of the breakfast attendants to take it away and they did.4. The breakfast buffet really impressed me, especially with the various meats: from pork and turkey bacon, to pork and turkey sausage. Most places skip on bacon because it's too expensive, but this Four Points definitely puts out to make guests happy!5. The complimentary coffee, teas, and hot cocoa in the lobby was a very nice addition as well. This was my first time seeing it at a Four Points and being able to use it 24/7 and seeing it stocked constantly was a Godsend.6. Shout outs to the staff that made my stay memorable and enjoyable: Jasmine, Lawrence, Brock, and Russell.Points of improvement:1. I stayed during Easter weekend and was not given prior notice that the Breakfast buffet would be closed on Easter Sunday in observance of the holiday. While it was a disappointment, fortunately, I did not take the Complimentary breakfast for 2 benefit as a Platinum Elite upon check-in. I was fortunate enough to be able to grab breakfast at a nearby Waffle House. It would have been nice to know in advance that breakfast wouldn't be served on a holiday.2. I was hoping to connect my work laptop and my Nintendo Switch to the TV in my room, but unfortunately the cable box was flush behind the TV on the wall, and I was too scared to lift up the TV from its mount to connect an HDMI cable. It would have been nice to have a second screen to use while I work and to be able to play games on the TV during my downtime. Most Marriott properties I've stayed at allow for easy access to the cable box so that you can pick from the TV menu to connect to a device via HDMI. It was a minor inconvenience, but a sorely missed amenity during my stay.Overall, this was a great property and I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the Raleigh area again for an event at the nearby PNC Arena. Stayed here for the 2022 League of Legends LCS Spring Finals and had a blast!Nearby activities: Within walking distance to PNC Arena.Food & drinks: Great Breakfast Buffet! Also near a restaurant/bar.
Is Honey: Not the first time I stayed in this Hotel but is the First time I feel like service employees care. The room was very nice and spacious. I had an issue with people next door talking and laughing very loud at midnight and I called front desk and issue solved. Brock was very nice and his service was a 5 star. Thank You!Rooms: Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was great, I feel very relaxed, slept bso good that next day you get up very energetic.
Brian Middleton: The room was fantastic. Clean, tidy, and everything I’ve come to expect from the Marriott family. I don’t recommend using the Bonvoy app to request additional guest services however. We needed a few extra sheets and towels for our room. I requested them in the app before heading out for the evening and they were not delivered to our room. When I went to the front desk, the staff was more than accommodating and handed me everything I needed. Better integration between the Bonvoy app and the property is definitely needed.
CJ McMillan: This is far from a 2 star hotel. 4 star
Michael Mace: Couldn't check in even though it was 2hrs past check in time. Pillows are terrible, very flat!!Food & drinks: You have to pay for breakfast. Coffee and tea are free.

Cerise Williams: Rooms: Rooms are clean, fresh and huge.Nearby activities: Arena’s mall and venues close bySafety: Extremely safe hotel.Walkability: Wegmans and restaurants are in walking distance.Food & drinks: Various restaurants and Venues in the area.Noteworthy details: The staff is great!! Lobby clean, rooms are huge
Dermot: Let me start by saying Ms. Felicia at the front desk made my stay the most enjoyable. She is very polite and her bubbly personality could brighten the darkest of days. The hotel is not too far from a shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants. The rooms are a decent size, but if you're looking for luxury this isn't the place. But for the price you get great value for your money, especially if you travel from state to state like I do. Thanks Ms. Felicia, I'll be coming back to this location just because of your wonderful customer service!Rooms: The room was clean and had a slight smell of smoke but most hotels do. The kitchette was fully equipped and has everything you need for a short weekly business trip to make it feel like home.
Angel Denise: I give this extended stay a 5 star review. It is the cleanest and safest extended stay I've seen in the area. The cleaning crew stays on top of everything. Warnette Logan: I stayed here on 5/19 I would never stay here again. The hallway leading to the room smells like mildew once in the room the carpet was dirty the lamp by the bed did not work the air conditioner did not keep the room. Cool luckily I was able to open the window. The sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain and if you’re going to have white linen on the bed, make sure it’s not dingy looking.. the parking lot was trashy. All kind of peoples hanging out in the parking lot with loud music weed smoke everywhere. The pictures on the website can you does not represent this property at all and I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Carlisa LG: Don't listen to the reviews. Of the EST in Raleigh, this would be the safest one, in my opinion. Yes, it has it's cons like the $100 deposit and sometimes loud neighbors. But...the rooms are clean, very clean. The area is safe for walking, and the laundry room was clean and the machines worked, the majority of the time. And I felt safe. I moved down the road, to have a shorter walk in the mornings, big mistake! The place I'm at now is the complete opposite. I have to pray I make it through the night. 😂
None Ya Biz: Do not book this hotel. Firstly, there is a deposit that you are not made aware of until you arrive. (By the way I had to call to get them to refund this 4 days after check out… when it should take 3-5 business days to get back). Also, this hotel charges for internet, (by the hour or day) which is insane. The room itself has old carpet, old cabinets and a stove that is definitely from the 70s. The room is a suite with a stove and they didn’t even have a fork in the room. The only positive it the location, but trust me even that is not worth it. There is a Hampton down the street, I would advise booking there. You have been warned
Junakita Bond: My reservation was canceled without my knowledge. The staff did not care to help me. Wasted time traveling from Nashville to find out I have no available room bookedRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

F. Trevino: I wasted enough time here so I won’t spend too much on this review. This hotel was dirty, shady, old, poorly managed, loud guests, smelly and i won’t stay here again. The only thing missing was a chalk outline of a body on the floor.
David Solus: My wife booked a room here while in town on extended business. We won't make that mistake again. On the second night, at 9:51pm, Julio, the front desk attendant was at her door insisting that she change rooms, because she had a dog and had been assigned a room that supposedly could not have a dog in it. She was told she had to change rooms at that moment, almost 10pm when she was already settled down and studying for a law exam. I'm three hours away, but I called the front desk for an explanation and spoke to this individual, who told me that he'd been directed by "management" to move her. I responded that it was unsafe to have her changing rooms this late, and he told me that I "had no say in the matter". I asked to speak to the person that directed this and he told me that "management was not available". I said I'd drive down, and he threatened to call the police on me.She'd been there one night already, and in the room since 6pm this evening. What hotel suddenly moves a guest at 10pm? In what world is that not sketchy or something that sounds like the prologue of a tragic true-crime documentary?I told Julio that either they needed to wait until daytime, or to put me on the phone with someone in charge, or I'd drive down there and speak to the police myself. He bid me a good night and hung up on me, then proceeded to oversee her move to a different room. She was in a kitchenette room too, so she had dishes and food that she had to pack up and move as well as her personal effects, then get settled in another room in the middle of the night. So in conclusion, don't stay here unless you're ok with suddenly being told to change rooms in the middle of the night.

Hilton Raleigh North Hills: what do users think?
Charlotte Oakley: Certain employees of this location are not.... The best .I phrase it that way, To be nice..The incidental charge the make you pay over the hotel stay, some people only pay 20 others 50.I was is in the $50 category. And employees slipped up and said something about a $20 incidental hold. That's when I said but I paid $50 everyday. The reason I was checking in and out everyday my vehicle broke down. I didn't know when it was going to be fixed so I had to make a reservation each day so every time I checked in and checked out it was another incidental hold. Then I realized I wasn't getting my incidentals back. They printed up paperwork they cannot show me where they were releasing my money. So almost a month worth of incidentals. At $50 a day.... my truck will finally be fixed in the next 2 days. .and as mentioned in another review this is not good by Hilton standards. But well worth the price line discounted rates . Housekeeping is great people!
Alin Bennett: A really great hotel. Two things were annoying. The wifi is not good. 1) I had to use my hotspot most of the time. 2) they rent their pool out to at least two swim schools. I was trying to relax on my vacation, but had to listen to a dozen of young children scream as they were learning to swim. The latter is a deal breaker for me. I won't be back...

christine: Came for a family reunion was not pleased at all. This might as well be a pet/dog hotel dogs were everywhere no set floor for people who don’t enjoy dogs 😔. Not only did I also get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins the woman at the desk told me it was because of the storm I would think they would shut them all down if this was the case but they also allowed others to get stuck as well after it was brought to the attention of staff. During our dinner session not only did they have the iced tea set up 45 mins before dinner so it would be watered down by time we would have arrived. Also the paid bar left 2 hrs before the time slot was up. You guys also need a better system for your breakfast and have the correct dates when you give the vouchers during check in. Please also work on customer service there was only two woman who made this trip worth while the rest need a customer service course. This overall experience was super 8 value with Hilton prices. I wish I could get my money back. Horrible experience
Quanny Grimes: This was a very nice stay ! It’s very convenient to all the shopping areas and food. The only thing I didn’t like I was the elevators kept getting stuck. Other than that I’ll recommend this hotel !Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Dark Seraphim: If you come between 2-4 on a Friday expect a small wait for Check-In. However, the staff is very professional and the hotel itself has been updated within the last 5 years and is very clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, there's no microwave in most rooms but, there's one available on each floor. Solid Hilton that meets expectations.

England: I decided to stay here for a few days. I haven't stayed here in years. This place needs a complete renovation. Apparently the lobby and restaurant area was only renovated. The rooms are very outdated. The carpet and furniture stinks and gave me a very bad headache. The floor I was on was hot and apparently the air wasn't working properly. The internet services wasn't working properly either. This is not a place I would choose to stay at again. Big dogs were walking around everywhere. They were in the eating areas just very uncomfortable for me. I personally don't like to eat around animals.

Cambria Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport: what do users think?
Josephus Petaway: Good rooms and amenities.Safety: Very safe looking area.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More
Cat Davis: Used for airport parking. It served its purpose. The clerk at the front desk wasn't friendly.Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Jeff Baines: The manager fixed the problems and provided a refund, but this Hotel was very hot. The only reason I chose to go there was because of the hotel having a hot tub and it was out of service.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Brian -Galahad-: The room was nice. Firm bed. Pool was out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked here. Breakfast was quite bad. The elevator felt like it was not calibrated at all. Kept moving even while doors were open.Very close to RDU Airport and restaurants.
Charles Fall: Loved the stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Sukirti Swar: My family and stayed here for a layover and we loved it! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk and staff were so welcoming and nice. 10/10 recommend!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Bettina Sscneiderman: I have had one of the best experiences at Cambria hotel and I've been in many hotels throughout my lifetime. The unusual kindness, warmth and love from the staff, the beds we're not too hard or too soft, they were perfect, The pillows were so soft that I slept for 12 hours which I have not done in so many years. I highly recommend Cambria if you were wanting a nurturing and fulfilling experience!
Allan Beeber: We often stay at Choice Privileges hotels. We found this online and decided to give it a try since it is very close to the airport. We were impressed driving up and walking into the lobby but from that point onward our ratings went downhill. The toilet has been running a drip along with the shower. There are some cracks in the sink, the chair with its faux leather looks terrible, they have no substitute chairs, the TV is surprisingly small, there is no password required on the Wi-Fi (which is suspicious) and there are no electrical outlets at the bed table. In addition, there is a temperature control on the wall unit which apparently does not control the AC or heater located near the window. So I had to go with the window operation. We choose not to change rooms because we overheard from another guest how this hotel has gone down so much and therefore did not expect anything worth moving at that point late last night. We expected a better breakfast, because the cost was higher than the Comfort Suites just 2 miles away. Sadly, that was not true and the coffee was distasteful. When I mentioned the issues we found in the room, the man at the desk said the hotel had been bought out by new owner. He had no idea if and when renovations would be made.We will not return to this hotel, until we are sure that the many improvements that are needed have been made.
Shawn iwamasa: Location was perfectly located near the airport. We needed an overnight stay. Shuttle service from airport was expedidiant. Room was spacious and clean. Two queen beds. Coffee maker and fridge were nice. Hotel breakfast was comforting. Staff were helpful and gracious. Would recommend this hotel. Did hear an occasional airplane. Slept well.Rooms: Clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean. Updated look.
RROCKY DOG: My partner had points(she travels a lot). We decided to try this hotel for the night and it was right by the airport. We went to our car the next morning to leave and noticed(I counted 8 in our immediate area) a bunch of cars had a broken window. I felt bad for the owners when they come to find their cars were broken into. Our car was spared. I would not recommend this place for that fact.
Anstun Rosewet: Room Interior is very Good, Clean & Beautiful. I love My Stay, they Also Serve Breakfast too. Worth the price and would Recommend to others too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bettie Royster (Pumpkin): This is a beautiful hotel, cozy lobby area, and I love the rooms. My sister and nieces stayed at this location, and I visited them and fell in love. I live in Raleigh and didn't know this hotel was near the airport. I have to do a "Staycation" at this hotel.😊The "Chop House" restaurant is across from this hotel.Rooms: Very nice set-up in the rooms very beautiful.
Benny Del Toro: Rooms: Room is amazing. Huge space, separate living room area with separate tv. Lots of extra pillows.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Cristueny2: At 5:30 I went down to see if there was breakfast and it was there but when I wanted to grab something the man who is in the office yelled at me that breakfast is until 6 I think there are ways to say that you can't have breakfast at that time but you must not yell at the guests
Mike Lewis: We have been staying here for a number of years.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shelton Rascoe: The rooms are very nice and quaint. We love the fact that they had a hot tub to relax in. The location is very near the airport. You can park and ride your vehicle here. The hotel shuttle will drop you off at the airport and they will come pick you up when you return from your trip.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
mike gibson: Dirty.
Kimberly Berger: Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable beds, large showers, basic continental breakfast. No complaints.

anthony devito: If you are looking for a peaceful night of sleep to recharge, this is NOT the place. Do not stay here! I made the mistake of booking for my wife without looking at reviews first. She complained that it was a "creepy" place, with people in the next room fighting and being drunk (it was a Tuesday night), and doors slamming all hours of the night.
Tom Huxley: While room was clean and quite satisfactory, it falsely advertises room amenities (no coffee maker, etc) and went to breakfast at 0710 and the room was dark and not even coffee available. No one at desk to ask. Recommend not staying. Disappointment for a BW.

Terica West: I would have given it at 5 star but housekeeping did an extremely poor job of floor cleaning. I loved that the room was luxury tiled vinyl. It is evidently either they didn't sweep or just did an extremely poor job. Hair was still on the floor in the bed area and bathroom. The hallway floor was noticeably not vacuumed.Rooms: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Nicole Niccii253: I was spending my Christmas vacation in town and had an all right stay the night prior (which Why I returned for a second night stay), regardless of the HEAVY AROMA of Marijuana, and DV in the same corridor of the bldg. 100 2nd floor.... Some lady crying all night and shouting back and forth. Who am I to judge, being that I have 2small toddlers in tow, and they had their fits of shouting as well. I returned a second night Solo, before my 5 hr. Trip back home, and Housekeeping (this time 300 bldg.), Began knocking on multiple door's before 10:00am. Which was baffling to me, as this wasn't my experience the prior night stay. I WILL BE RESPECTFUL TO THE MANAGER, AND NOT POST THE NAME'S I HAVE... As it's not my aim to blast anyone, but maybe GIVE LESSONS IN PROTOCOLS OF PROFESSIONALISM! KNOCKING ON THE DOOR FROM HOUSEKEEPING BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I DON'T CARE THE REASON. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, AND STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL ..... STEER CLEAR AWAY! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE. Except the PICTURE OF THE EGGS A YEAR AGO.... ARE FALSE. BREAKFAST SERVED, IF you like runny eggs, runny waffle batter, and the strong aroma of WEED.... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!. NEVER again!!!Rooms: Need upgrades, no mini fridge, not microwave.
Brian Dulin: Rooms: Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.Nearby activities: Close to downtownWalkability: Other restaurants and busses nearbyNoteworthy details: Clean!

SABITA TALUKDAR: I would have given -stars if I was given an option. Stayed for 1 night and I still regret staying there. The front desk executive a black lady was extremely rude. Series of incidents..even though we were titanium elite members, we were allotted a room where the sofa was broken and the room was suffocating. There were plenty of nice rooms available and we requested but were denied. There was a notice board which read no smoking within 30 ft of the building but around the buildings 13 , 15 and 16 smell of weed , couldn’t even take the kids out for a stroll. The pool said open but was closed and we were not given access. 3 different staffs had 3 reasons why it was closed .Our check out was at evening 4 pm and exactly at 3:59pm a cleaning lady knocked on the door. Since it was a Monday afternoon my husband was on a call and he said we would wrap up in 10-15 minutes. But no, exactly at 4:02 pm this black American guy comes and knocks again and immediately after 2 minutes there was another call from the receptionist (the same black American lady who checked us in) asking if we were making another reservation for the night. We said no and then my husband who was in a meeting walked out of the room and finished his call in the car. And me and my toddler walked out exactly at 4:05..we have stayed at Residence Inn s all over the world and was never disappointed. This one needs some serious work
Su A: Front desk staff are very nice! Unfortunately, everything else not great. I read other bad reviews and I thought to myself, it can’t be that bad. So I decided to stay. Well let me tell you, mistake. The second I check in, I was forced to move to multiple rooms because no one from maintenance was on shift at the time and the front desk person didn’t have visibility on what each room looked like. Each one had things not working/broken. The fridge wasn’t working, light under microwave not working (no ceiling lights in kitchen so this only light for stove), garbage left on top of the fridge, when the air comes on there’s a loud noise, and last but definitely not least the bathroom vents and cabinets have black mold. I’ve requested multiple times that housekeeping could clean it and I’ve been told they’ll take care of it by Sierra, but never was done. The excuse always is, they have a list and might not get to it… Well, it’s been over a week now and no housekeeping. They’ve had plenty of time to get to my room. Here’s another situation… last Sunday maintenance comes by. I was on the top floor taking a shower, tv on as well. I thought I heard knocking so I stopped the water to listen if there was. Thankfully I had the hinge over the door that stops it from opening completely because this man opens it hard but it caught. I’m livid because no one notified me in any way this person was supposed to come. I also had the don’t disturb magnet on the front of the door. That would have been so messed up. It really makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve brought these things up to the manager via email, she did NOTHING about it and it’s obvious she could care less. Needless to say, I’ll be looking for other options. There’s no possible way I can put up with this for the next year. Oh, and everything I listed is STILL not done except for the fridge now working lol.
Linda Zh: I booked here through Costco Travel, and I guess it’s my own fault for assuming that Costco vets all their options. The property is OLD - nary a renovation in sight - and the room was dirty. There was a mascara stain on my pillowcase, and housekeeping is only offered if you request it.All the employees were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly varied. They even offered oat milk.
Mike Hill: This is an older property that has been taken care of and kept in great shape. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent!Rooms: Very clean and comfortableSafety: Felt very safe..

Chrystal Wiggins: We love staying at this location. We love the kitchen, the upstairs/downstairs suites. We love most the professionalism of the front desk staff.I stay here often and everytimeJames is always so nice , welcoming and informative. Money well spentRooms: The kitchen
Hazahab Israel: Had nothing stolen here. Located right by the highway for easy moving around. Inside has an upstairs room like a house. The only thing that beats a hotel like this is Vegas. Although not very fun, I was there for business. Parking was right outside the door.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Mikey B: Kudos to the tucked away spot in midtown Raleigh. Check in was seamless, the customer care was nice, rooms are big and spacious. Lots of room to spread out.Provided is a breakfast. It's buffet style and it's nice. Can I give special mention to the Oatmeal bar? I mean, someone must really love oatmeal because it's the star setup at breakfast. I've never seen an oatmeal bar with so much offerings and varieties. I loved and shared a picture of it on here. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Dayanna Quezada: Rooms: The room was nice. But do not come here if you have kids. Definitely not a kid-friendly place.. because there was numerous complaints about my son being loud when he was just innocently playing around. I had to make him play the quite game the while time! We had to whisper the whole time and tip toe around the place. This is very ridiculous. Not to mention my son is autistic and ADHD. I really didn't not appreciate the neglect towards children. Do not recommend!
