Tiffany White: Great experience with two surgeries with Dr. Morea. I wouldn't go anywhere else than him for plastic surgery. His military background and professional experience won me over along with his attention to detail during the consult. Other places I went seemed to be run by all flashy new technology and pre done sales pitches. In other offices I felt like the female safe where superficial and just there to advertise the doctor's work with no real knowledge or medical background to answer any of my questions. My issues: Belly button is not align correctly, and for some reason belly button always looks pointy and so does that whole area. He also made one surgical line bigger than the other one which is very noticeable! This stuff was not too noticeable in the beginning, but now it is. I've seen better surgeons! It's better to travel far, but at least you know your money will be worth it!!

I've been getting different procedures done since 1989 (I'm 49 years old) and I've never had a bad experience. My consultation with Dr. Morea was beyond thorough, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time he took with me explaining different procedures and answering my question. H . payed about $26, 000 to do mommy make over for my breast I need to fix the Nipple smaller scar and lift up he said yes he will fix good but the surrounding of the nipple is still the same, I pay to do tummy tuck and 360 • Lipo but he didn’t cut a lot and didn’t Lipo the best he can at the first time, I complained he have to do the second surgery he still didn’t do the good job on it either. Any one want to do plastic surgery for 8 hours and have to fix another 2 hours surgery for what he did wrong and unfinished. I didn’t like it and he still make me pay $800 more for my Anethesis the second time to fix his unfinished mistakes. When I came back they try to take pictures to show me the different off course the picture before and after is different but when you pay a lot of money you want to look the best. I didn’t see the best I still see skin hanging he said that all I can do for you the Lipo 360 is not good and tummy is not good either. When they take money already they don’t do what you want nothing I can do with him, can’t refund or nothing. I don’t recommend anyone want to try him though. He lie when he want to get your money. He said he will do good but is not. They just cut some skin You can loose some weight but not what you want the look you like. That is not plastic surgery you pay. Is a waste money. I couldn’t be a happier with my results and even happier with a the whole team(nurses, anesthesiologist, and all the post of visits.The only downside side is front desk girl named Dana who is unpleasant and always in a bad mood it seems and appears to be bothered when a question is asked. Ignore her and all the other front desk girls are really lovely!

jamie williams: I had my surgery 2 years ago. I tried to be a very patient, patient to allow for best results. I had a tummy tuck with lipo on my arms, inner thighs, chin and laser tightening on all areas. It felt rushed in the pre-op process. The nurse post surgery had no bedside manner. I got a staph infection that I needed a high dose of antibiotics for because the drains were removed too soon, which I was charged for, and had to come in twice to drain the infection. Now, my legs and arms are lumpy. My upper abdomen bulges out so bad that it looks horrible in clothes, and I'm still numb in my abdomen. I am more self conscious now than before surgery. I'm not one to complain. That's why it took me so long to post a review. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the results are subpar at best.

Alex Bell: I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Lyle.I first met Dr. Lyle a month ago during a consultation to have my recalled Allergan Biocell textured implants (installed by a different surgeon) replaced for smooth wall implants. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I was greeted warmly, and I love that they offer you a warm robe in the exam room. This is a nice change from the usual paper gowns. Dr. Lyle himself is lovely. He's friendly, knowledgeable, humble and helpful.Fast forward a month later and I woke up to a swollen and painful left breast - this is a big concern with textured implants, so I called his office at 8 am and was told by reception to start making my way in ASAP. By 10 am I was in the capable hands of the Breast Center in Raleigh. My biopsy was sent right to the lab.The next day, Dr. Lyle called me with my results, thankfully everything was negative.This experience was very emotional and stressful for me and Dr. Lyle and his team were incredible. I am so grateful for everything he has done for me - what a tremendous advocate!I am really looking forward to being in Dr. Lyle's capable hands through my breast revision surgery in the coming weeks.Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Lyle. Lisa R: I adore Dr. Alexandra Schmidt! I consulted with her for an implant exchange and mastopexy. I ended up adding liposuction of my abdomen and man I am so glad I did that! I was so impressed with seeing the body I USED TO have, that I changed my diet and have lost an extra 20 lbs.I had my first implants in Las Vegas in the 90's during the Baywatch era. The look was much more *fake* than it is now. I have though for a very long time about removing these oversized implants. Finally Dr. Schmidt made me feel comfortable and confidant with this decision. I was not losing my body, I was making it feel more livable.First I had to have my saline implants drained which I was so nervous about but it was really easy and not the least bit painful. Literally a weight off my shoulders. I had to wait 2 weeks for my skin to retract as much as it would naturally, then I could have surgery.I was well prepared. At Blue Water Plastic Surgery Partners they are very careful about making sure I was healthy for surgery. I had to have a recent mammogram and an EKG, as well as blood work. I was the first patient for surgery and I was the only patient for the practice at that time, since they only see one at a time. It's not a hospital with rotating staff and patients. I was dropped off right at the front door and Melissa the nurse met me at the car and took me back. Dr. Schmidt drew on me and discussed her plan. I wanted the smallest implants possible and she explained that she needed to keep the size proportionate to my chest wall, but she would go as small as appropriate. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing. My nurse Melissa was the sweetest person, very gentle and kind. She put me at east. The Operating Room nurses and the Anesthesiologist all came in to greet me, introduce themselves, and discuss the procedure. I felt like I had everyone's undivided attention.The MD anesthesiologist explained that she would put medications in the iv so that I would wake up without nausea or pain. It was true, I drifted off peacefully and woke up peacefully in post-op. I was in a heated blanket and super comfortable. My caretaker picked me up right in the room with the car pulled up just steps from the door. It was extremely private and easy. I thought ahead to pack a blanket and pillow in the car so I could rest comfortably on the drive home.I spent a few days at home recovering with my family then went back to work quickly. I had to limit my movement but I really wasn't in pain. Dr. Schmidt called me the night of surgery to check in on me, and saw me in the office the very next day. She is so on top of things. I knew what to expect, had all of my questions answered, and , more importantly, I was LISTENED TO. Dr. Schmit said she heard me and put in the smallest silicone implants that fit my body. I am THRILLED.8 months later I am still so happy, I wonder why I ever doubted this decision. I have received complimentary endermologie treatments on my liposuction areas to reduce swelling and promote a smoother result, and V Beam and Microneedling on my scars to reduce the appearance of scars. Dr. Schmidt and the entire team at the Plastic Surgery Partners have been wonderful. So professional, thorough, and extremely skilled.

I felt very valued and cared for as an individual.My recovery has been a breeze. Never has my pain exceeded a 3. I have followed the instructions of the post op care and everything seems to be going exactly as planned. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to go with Dr. Schmidt and Blue Water Plastic Surgery Team!

I needed surgery to correct my upper eyelids because they were beginning to impair my vision, so I decided to do something about it. I met with Dr. Schmidt for a consult and was glad I did. She immediately put me at ease while explaining the procedure. During the consult she said I would be a great candidate for this type of surgery, and I should see an amazing result. The actual procedure took about an hour and was performed under local anesthesia, right there in their state-of-the-art surgical wing. I was able to drive home shortly after the surgery and was working from home the following day and back in the office the following week. I couldn't believe how easy the whole process and procedure was and with little to no pain. I am extremely glad that I made the call. They took great care of me!

Nunya: Dr. Becker is an absolute artist! Not only did he give me a great Deep Plane facelift, but he also corrected (surgery- induced) platysmal bands left from a previous procedure by another MD. Deni Huffman: I made an appointment to have my cheeks filled with sculpture, and was given a written estimate. I was told that it had to be mixed and needed to sit for a week. It takes me two hours to drive to Raleigh to their office. So, in order to make the appointment that became available I left straight from working night shift as a nurse in the emergency room at 0715 a.m. I did get stuck in traffic along the way so I notified the office telling them that I was running late. They asked me for my estimated arrival time snd told me to go ahead and come. I did make the time that I have them. The office worker prepped me for a procedure and as we talked she realized that they had listed me for the wrong procedure. But she told me that there was a new way to mix it so it could still be done. I had told him that I was willing to sit and wait because of my delay in arriving and how far I had traveled. Then a few minutes later she came into the room telling me that Dr. Becker said that he couldn’t do it because I was late. Not that they had messed up the procedure not any consideration to the fact that they told me to come knowing my arrival time. They knew how far I had driven and they knew that I had not slept in order to keep this appointment. They placed all the blame on me rudely telling me that “ it could be done but that I got here late.” Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Dr. Becker never even acknowledged me nor came into the room to speak with me. I will not reschedule.

rachel albrecht: Dr. Becker and his team seem wonderful. I think it would benefit them GREATLY to hire a PA to do injectables instead of Dr. Becker doing it all. Because injectables are done by the physician, follow ups are done weeks later due to his surgery schedule. The office is clean and cute. Dr. Becker is super friendly and did a great job with my botox and liquid rhinoplasty. I live in New Hill and drive all there way to N. Raleigh to see them!

Triangle Facial Plastic Surgery is now harassing me by sending me bills and telling me they have not received funds from my credit card company. I have ABSOLUTELY paid my balance in full months ago. I even had my credit card company call their half wit "practice manager" and explain to her that I have been billed for their services and they have received those funds. I had to defend the fact that I've paid them causing me further anxiety and stress. I implore anyone looking at Dr. Becker and his office to look elsewhere - there are plenty of far more experienced doctors in this area and I made a serious mistake in choosing him as a surgeon.

Katharine Albert: My nose had been broken many years ago and I had nosebleeds for years afterwards. I was told I had a badly deviated septum and I wasn't happy with the appearance.I found an ENT/facial plastic surgeon who I thought was reputable. I told Dr. Becker my history and he was very dismissive and told me my septum was not deviated and insurance would not cover any of it.After my surgery the Dr. informed me I had the worst deviated septum he had ever seen. I was charged 10,800 for the rhinoplasty. I feel cheated out of possibly a few thousand dollars because my insurance was not involved. I specifically sought this surgeon because his website advertised that they work with insurance for medically covered procedures and he specializes in deviated septums. He rushed me through my 1 week post op and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I called and asked to speak to the practice manager about whether something could be filed after the fact. They blew me off and didn't return my call. I requested my patient records first on 11/19 and at my last 3 visits and they have told me that they will email them to me and will not do so. He also confused me with another patient, and ripped the gauze packing from my nose in the parking lot of his practice after my procedure. On Monday I went in for a 1 month post op and decided to get botox as we had discussed previously. Dr. Becker told me I would receive 20 units which would have been $240. When I went to check out I was charged $504 for 36 units. He did not inform me during the procedure or when he stood there during my check out to let me know I needed additional units. I find that unacceptable, unprofessional and I no longer trust this doctor at all.

Abernathy Rose: This facility is fantastic .Dr . Smith made this a very comfortable experience. He is so knowledgeable , calm and strait to the point . His assistant nurse didn’t miss a vein when putting my IV in . She is very good.During the procedure, I was half out of my wits from sedation, and it got a little uncomfortable pain wise. It was not unbearable, only in sensitive spots. The Dr. put classic rock to level out the vibe. Dr. Smith even sang along with me and I shared some music stories with him. This helped me focus on something else rather than the procedure . I mean how cool is that !!!!Eventually, I fell asleep , and before I knew it - the procedure was done .I can’t wait to see my results.I will be back for some more work .I won’t consider any other place , this was by far the coolest medical experience I ever had . They go great lengths to make sure you are comfortable .If you are considering Sono Bello in Raleigh- I can tell you that you won’t regret it !

Scott P: Healthcare operational incompetence at its modern finest. Received a referral from my doctor (due to their supposed work with insurance). Scheduled and confirmed, prefilled all their forms for over an hour and drove 40 minutes to the appointment. Walked in early with all my "homework" printed to make it smoother for THEM. Upon handing preprinted insurance card with forms, I was told they don't except that BCBS plan.OK, except it's the same common plan I listed when I scheduled. It's the same plan used by my referring doctor. It's the same plan accepted at every other doctor I've visited in the region this year (which has been about a dozen). Maybe if they had a secure portal to safely upload documents like its the 21st century, then the unnecessary trip and time could have been avoided. What a waste of an afternoon and restart of a routine after the long holiday weekend. When are these facilities going to start paying the patients for their time?!

Andi Raynor: Had the breast augmentation and laser of belly and inner thighs that I always wanted. No improvement seen at all from the laser. Breasts were awful and the implants appear to be at my shoulders. MD did another procedure under local to correct my breasts and allow them to “fall” in place and it was more traumatic than 3 childbirth experiences. AND it did nothing. I basically have distorted looking breasts that are way too high and I’m more self conscious now than I was before I paid over $9K to have this done. I will NOT go back.

Lindsey Williams Shiver: Sadly, I have to leave a poor review for this office. Doctors are meant to help people. This doctor would not even exam me to see if she could help me. What type of doctor will not even exam someone that is willing to pay and is asking for help for a complication on a procedure that she is familiar with? I explained to the office that several months ago I had a PDO thread placed out of state. I am young and healthy. I am just having a really strange reaction a few months after the threads were placed. It is not anything extreme. I just need someone to look at it. It's possible nothing even needs to be done. I did not even ask they fix the complication. I only asked that the doctor look and give me her opinion. Again...this is a procedure she advertised as doing. Advertised so heavily that every time I google it to try to find someone to exam me, her name comes up on every google search! The thread that was placed is an FDA approved thread that is commonly used for this type of procedure. I explained the reaction I was having. The response I received was to go back to where it was placed. They understand that it is not possible (since it is out of state) and I reached out several times explaining this. They did not care. The office repeatedly stated that I go back to where it was placed. They stated they understand my disappointment but they still did not offer to see me. Wow!Response to owners response-My poor review is due to the fact that you would not even ALLOW me an appointment to become a patient. I did contact the faculty it was placed (as I explained several times) and they gave me advice. I sent photos and videos to them trying to get the issue resolved. I was still having some slight issues. Nothing emergent. They recommended I have a physician in my home state look at it since I couldn't return there. There are many caring physicians all over the country that consult or give 2nd opinions after a procedure was done by a different physician. Good caring physicians consult with each other about the complication and share each others treatment notes to provide the best care for the patient. I was willing to pay. I said that about the FDA approved thread because I know that there are many off branded products out there, so I did not want you to think that is what you would be dealing with. I just asked for a consultation for you to look at it and give me your opinion. I didn't ask you to treat me. I didn't need an emergency room. This was made very clear, and your dismissive response proves exactly what I am taking about. I truly hope that if one of your patients has a complication several months after treatment and are now out of state and can't return to you, someone will be more compassionate and and willing to help than you were with me. It obviously was not worth your time. But, the good news is that I did find a compassionate surgeon that had no problem seeing me and connecting with my other doctor and together the issue is 100% resolved with no complications.

Melissa Chapman: My recommendation for anyone looking to have any work done is to at least have a consult with Dr. Allen because I know you'll end up choosing her for your procedure(s).While I was having consults with other practices it felt like I spent more time talking with nurses and once the doctor came in was very quick to go over everything and would be out the door on to the next patient. When I met Dr. Allen for the first time, we spent 30-45 minutes going through everything from what I wanted, the risks that come with it, she brought up other possible treatment alternatives with their risks and additional treatment afterwards that could help with achieving the results I wanted.From there and every additional time I have gone, it has never felt like I'm going to a doctor's office but more of stopping by to see a handful of friends who do cosmetic procedures. Dr. Allen and the women she has with her are wonderful and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and in the best possible hands. I truly cannot say enough about her and the women there, they aren't just great at their jobs, they're also genuinely wonderful people. I know that I will never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else because there is simply no comparison.
