Lindsey Williams Shiver: Sadly, I have to leave a poor review for this office. Doctors are meant to help people. This doctor would not even exam me to see if she could help me. What type of doctor will not even exam someone that is willing to pay and is asking for help for a complication on a procedure that she is familiar with? I explained to the office that several months ago I had a PDO thread placed out of state. I am young and healthy. I am just having a really strange reaction a few months after the threads were placed. It is not anything extreme. I just need someone to look at it. It's possible nothing even needs to be done. I did not even ask they fix the complication. I only asked that the doctor look and give me her opinion. Again...this is a procedure she advertised as doing. Advertised so heavily that every time I google it to try to find someone to exam me, her name comes up on every google search! The thread that was placed is an FDA approved thread that is commonly used for this type of procedure. I explained the reaction I was having. The response I received was to go back to where it was placed. They understand that it is not possible (since it is out of state) and I reached out several times explaining this. They did not care. The office repeatedly stated that I go back to where it was placed. They stated they understand my disappointment but they still did not offer to see me. Wow!Response to owners response-My poor review is due to the fact that you would not even ALLOW me an appointment to become a patient. I did contact the faculty it was placed (as I explained several times) and they gave me advice. I sent photos and videos to them trying to get the issue resolved. I was still having some slight issues. Nothing emergent. They recommended I have a physician in my home state look at it since I couldn't return there. There are many caring physicians all over the country that consult or give 2nd opinions after a procedure was done by a different physician. Good caring physicians consult with each other about the complication and share each others treatment notes to provide the best care for the patient. I was willing to pay. I said that about the FDA approved thread because I know that there are many off branded products out there, so I did not want you to think that is what you would be dealing with. I just asked for a consultation for you to look at it and give me your opinion. I didn't ask you to treat me. I didn't need an emergency room. This was made very clear, and your dismissive response proves exactly what I am taking about. I truly hope that if one of your patients has a complication several months after treatment and are now out of state and can't return to you, someone will be more compassionate and and willing to help than you were with me. It obviously was not worth your time. But, the good news is that I did find a compassionate surgeon that had no problem seeing me and connecting with my other doctor and together the issue is 100% resolved with no complications.

Melissa Chapman: My recommendation for anyone looking to have any work done is to at least have a consult with Dr. Allen because I know you'll end up choosing her for your procedure(s).While I was having consults with other practices it felt like I spent more time talking with nurses and once the doctor came in was very quick to go over everything and would be out the door on to the next patient. When I met Dr. Allen for the first time, we spent 30-45 minutes going through everything from what I wanted, the risks that come with it, she brought up other possible treatment alternatives with their risks and additional treatment afterwards that could help with achieving the results I wanted.From there and every additional time I have gone, it has never felt like I'm going to a doctor's office but more of stopping by to see a handful of friends who do cosmetic procedures. Dr. Allen and the women she has with her are wonderful and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and in the best possible hands. I truly cannot say enough about her and the women there, they aren't just great at their jobs, they're also genuinely wonderful people. I know that I will never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else because there is simply no comparison.

So, when waiting for my Chalazion/ Stye removal, the door to the waiting room was open so I see and hear Mrs.Hudack across from where I waiting struggling to find tools, and speaking to the receptionist telling her to find a item. Very unprofessional to let me see her struggling & being unorganized.2nd reason why I rated this place 1 star:My chalazion/stye is literally still there. Followed all the steps on what Mrs.Hudack said including taking prescription3rd reason why I rated this place 1 star:They didn’t send the prescription to the CVS, so I called, and the receptionist told me to make an account but that’s unnecessary because most medical places they would send the prescription but these guys, nope. So, I called the 3rd time, yet again she was rude so she hanged up. I had to actually drive all the way over there to get her to send the prescription.Here’s what my eye looks like right now. Hopefully I can figure how to get rid of this thing.Waste of $200

L CD: When I called for the consultation and needed to schedule the consultation as well as the non invasive procedure, things moved very fast but when I had abnormal side affects and discomfort, I could not get them to call me back and I called 6 times within a 5 week period of time before giving up. I stopped calling once the discomfort went away. A few days after my appointment, I began feeling a super soreness and saw bruising. I did the cool sculpting on my love handles and began feeling a discomfort for my clothes to even touch those spots. When I began feeling the pain, I called and left messages via voicemail and the admin staff. No one ever called me back.I finally gave up and just requested my before photos so once October came around, I could at least compare the photos to see if it was worth the pain (which lasted 3 weeks ish). I first requested my photos via phone call in August 2 times, Again in September. I can't remember exactly when I received my photos but it took weeks from my initial request. I also complained about the service I received to the receptionist and still no one ever called me back. Aside from all of that, I work out 6 times a week and saw NO difference in the area that I did the cool sculpting on. Save your money. Its way to expensive, painful and not helpful. I have tried to post this review several times and it failed which is why the review is so delayed from the time I initially wrote it. I regret spending my money here.

Nevermind the fact that I got multiple emails that my surgery time had been moved (even though they did not actually CALL me to tell me they were moving my surgery time, they moved my surgery time THREE DIFFERENT TIMES without contacting me, yet I am penalized for wanting to move the date -makes sense right?)Yes, they tell you upfront that this fee is non-refundable. They DO NOT tell you upfront that they can move your surgery time at their will as many times as possible without contacting you first. In addition, 1.5 months notice is plenty of time to re-book that particular time frame. Unfortunately I had a family gathering in the bahamas that was rescheduled due to covid. I would think that they would want the best for my surgical outcome and insist that I reschedule the surgery, as not to expose my wound to sun, sand, and salt-water. I also would think they would want me to spend my dad's 81st birthday with him and my brothers and sisters. And they do -but they won't waive that fee. Nope. Even though they have a list of people on a cancellation list who want to get in sooner, and I know they absolutely rebooked that spot a month ahead of time. Despite the fact I was going to book another surgery if this one went smoothly...Also one star shout-out to Angie Suing for her lecturly and somewhat scolding email for why they refuse to let me transfer the $1000 to another date. I read the email out loud to my fiance and he said it was insulting for her to scold me as if I were a student and she were my teacher.This is unethical. Period.If I rescheduled two weeks before, a week before, or a day before I would understand. If this was not covid related I would understand. I was thoroughly looking forward to Dr. Law but I can not trust a company who enforces an unethical policy such as this regarding the circumstances it was under and completely wrong that they would happily operate on me and tell me to go to the Bahamas directly after.I highly recommend Dr. Molly Fuller in Bermuda Run, NC! She is amazing and saved me from an unsightly scar and was HALF THE PRICE of Dr. Law!!! Dr. Law was going to cut my forehead all the way across but she is trained in a new way that does not lift the hair line and does not require cutting!

Her name is Dr. Alexandra Schmidt and she is with Blue Water Plastic Surgery Partners. My husband desperately needed an upper bleph (eye lid lift). His upper eye lids had so much skin that it was resting on his lash line. This was beginning to impair his vision so he decided to do something about it. He met with Dr. Schmidt for a consult and he was so glad that he did. She immediately put him at ease while explaining the procedure. She was warm and very personable. (I had already done some research on her and knew her credentials were outstanding so that made me feel good as well). She said that he would be a great candidate for this type of surgery and he should see an amazing result. He scheduled the surgery for the following week. It took less than an hour and was done under local anesthesia right there in their fantastic state of the art surgical wing. He is now 2 days post- op and is already back to work (from home). He couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. He is extremely glad that he made the call and had Dr. Schmidt and Blue Water Plastic Surgery Partners do the surgery. They took great care of him!Dr. Schmidt did it again! After completing a very successful upper bleph on my husband she and her surgical team performed the same surgery on me. I had been talking about getting this procedure done for quite some time. I can’t believe I waited this long. It was surprising how quick and easy the whole process was. I am usually pretty nervous about getting things like this done, but from the moment I met with Dr. Schmidt she made me feel like I was her only patient. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She listened and answered every one of my many questions even though I had already been through the process with my husband. I am now on day three and feel amazing. I was never in any pain at all. She performed the procedure under local anesthesia with a small cocktail of meds that just took the edge off. The whole surgery took less than an hour and a half from pre-op to post-op. Totally amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and her outstanding surgical team for any procedure.

I couldn’t be a happier with my results and even happier with a the whole team(nurses, anesthesiologist, and all the post of visits.The only downside side is front desk girl named Dana who is unpleasant and always in a bad mood it seems and appears to be bothered when a question is asked. Ignore her and all the other front desk girls are really lovely!

jamie williams: I had my surgery 2 years ago. I tried to be a very patient, patient to allow for best results. I had a tummy tuck with lipo on my arms, inner thighs, chin and laser tightening on all areas. It felt rushed in the pre-op process. The nurse post surgery had no bedside manner. I got a staph infection that I needed a high dose of antibiotics for because the drains were removed too soon, which I was charged for, and had to come in twice to drain the infection. Now, my legs and arms are lumpy. My upper abdomen bulges out so bad that it looks horrible in clothes, and I'm still numb in my abdomen. I am more self conscious now than before surgery. I'm not one to complain. That's why it took me so long to post a review. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the results are subpar at best.

Alex Bell: I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Lyle.I first met Dr. Lyle a month ago during a consultation to have my recalled Allergan Biocell textured implants (installed by a different surgeon) replaced for smooth wall implants. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I was greeted warmly, and I love that they offer you a warm robe in the exam room. This is a nice change from the usual paper gowns. Dr. Lyle himself is lovely. He's friendly, knowledgeable, humble and helpful.Fast forward a month later and I woke up to a swollen and painful left breast - this is a big concern with textured implants, so I called his office at 8 am and was told by reception to start making my way in ASAP. I saw Dr. Lyle at 9 am. He examined me and decided I needed an ultrasound and biopsy. He asked his nurse to call around and find me an appointment. By 10 am I was in the capable hands of the Breast Center in Raleigh. My biopsy was sent right to the lab.The next day, Dr. Lyle called me with my results, thankfully everything was negative.This experience was very emotional and stressful for me and Dr. Lyle and his team were incredible. I am so grateful for everything he has done for me - what a tremendous advocate!I am really looking forward to being in Dr. Lyle's capable hands through my breast revision surgery in the coming weeks.Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Lyle. The immediate post operative period is a bit rough but Dr. Stein and his staff are meticulous with regards to what to expect before, after, and during the recovery period. I started trying to do things to get some of my youthful appearance back that was taken away by having to deal with so much stress and trauma all my life.First I went to Blue water spa which ultimately left me feeling very misled, lied to, and taken advantage of. Then I found Raleigh plastic surgery where Dr Lyle who I felt seemed trustworthy at first, did a total botch job all around my ears and under my chin. I began researching several different doctors experience and what they specialize in, looking at all the before and after pictures and reading all the reviews hoping that I would find someone who could fix this mess I was left with. After everything I read and saw (all the before and after pictures) Dr. Stein seemed to be the best surgeon and I was right. Exactly one year after the botched surgery with the other doctor, Dr Stein performed the successful surgery by fixing what the other doctor had done, and not done. When I saw myself in the mirror the very day of/after the surgery, I could see that Dr. Stein fixed my ears and the scars had been very well hidden. Over 6 months after this surgery performed by Dr. Stein I am still very happy because Dr. Stein did an amazing job and I finally feel like everything is going to be alright. My neck and under my chin look very natural and no more saggy skin, and my ears look better than they ever have. I finally made a good choice and my only regret is that I did not find Dr. Stein first before wasting so much time and money going elsewhere, and before going through the emotional roller coaster from what the other places did to me. Audrey Heath: I got a rhinoplasty by Dr. Stein. The nurses and front desk staff are amazing and very welcoming. However, Dr. Stein seemed to have zero bedside manner. He always seems rushed and treats you like you are not a priority. I had to ASK for a consultation before my procedure. He ignored my wishes and did what he thought would work for my face. After my procedure/post op appointments, he was not very thorough and didn’t seem to care about my questions. He said I should see my final results after a year or so. I initially liked my nose after the surgery, but after a year it seems my results are not what I envisioned. I have a dent in the side of my nose and I still have a scar from the incision. He tried injecting dissolving filler 3x but nothing worked. Disappointing considering how much I spent on this procedure.
