Michael Elliott: Living on campus without a car? Then this is one of the few markets within walking distances. It does the job.
G O: Prices are more expensive at this target than online and in other target locations. Even basic items like toothpaste were $2 more in this location than online (same exact toothpaste).
Colin Savage: Convenient location BUT expect to pay for the convenience at the register. Prices are definitely higher compared to more traditional Target locations.

The other target location did not have it any. They have a side underneath parking for pickup and if you come shopping. Parking time limit looked like max 1 hr shopping parking . Any way employee came out quick greeted me in car and he was masked. Overall for drive-up pickup I would do again. Note they only have 2 spots permanent and during holiday season more.

I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

Carole Fraze: Once you walk into this Target your phone won’t work. If you’re charging your car the app can’t reach you nor can I receive phone calls. I’ve seen a couple of videos on YouTube explaining why Target does this. It’s not safe if there’s an emergency and if you own a Tesla you will incur idling fees since the app can’t reach you to let you know when you’re done charging. There’s never enough registers open and a line at self checkout , sometimes I don’t mind but sometimes I do, especially if I have perishable items. The employees have been helpful when I have needed help.
Tracy and Ryan: I found the cutest cross body cell phone purse for my event. Great, clean store. The fact that it's in walking distance to hotels, residential & the park in Midtown, says it all. And tons of parking.

Employee came outside and told me there had been a price change from 169 to 199 and if I wanted it for 169.99 I would have to come inside and argue my case. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I tried to tell her that there was an error with the machine at that point she weighed to security and tells them that I am irate. Keep in mind I am completely calm. So this young white man comes over and he says that he security, and he to tells me that I am I right and then when I say once again that I am not upset at all , and I asked for his name, and the supervisor he tells me no. At that point to stop the situation from escalating any further, I just left and I will return tomorrow to speak to the store supervisor. I go to this target constantly I have never seen the security guard but I do not think that you should have a racist working your front. For him to tell me that I was irate simply because I asked a question and your customer service representative was literally on her phone not doin her job ,I contacted cooperate this was the weirdest situation ever

Lawrence Rollman: There were eight of us in line at the “Pro” check out, line isn’t moving at all bc of a problem the one employee working the register was having. I looked around and there were SEVEN employees in the vicinity including the lady working the register, including a manager, and only two were obviously doing anything, one was sitting in a chair looking at the people in line waiting to spend their money at Home Depot. You’d think they’d want to get your money and keep you happy getting you out quickly but my experience is that this is how Home Depot approaches customer service.

I've walked through this store on several occasions and was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. Most of the staff looks to go out of their way to avoid you.The straw that broke the camels back however was when I pulled up in the parking lot at 7:59 pm to return rental equipment at 8:00 pm on Sunday when it was due back only to be yelled at from the entrance after I had loaded the equipment on the cart that they were closed and that I would have to come back tomorrow to return the equipment tomorrow morning. Thats cool except I live in Cary. My feedback would be don't tell some one to bring back their rental at 8 pm, or allow customers to schedule that return time on Sunday if you are going to be closed at 8 and not allow anyone to return their rental at that time.Apparently they did the same thing to another guy as I was standing in the parking lot writing this review. He just left his equipment at the front door.Silver lining to the experience, a team member named Janey (sp.) at least had the courtesy to come up to me in the parking lot and apologize. She also encouraged me to talk to the rental team in the morning as they usually will be reasonable due to the inconvenience. Thanks Janey. We'll see what happens in the morning.
Blane Rice: Being a native of North Carolina , I was a dedicated shopper of a competitor. Lately I've been shopping at Home Depot since I had a couple of bad shopping experiences at the competitor. I've found HD employees are very helpful at this location and I count on needing some assistance and advice at this kind of store . The availability of products seems better than the competition lately. I think I'm a convert to Home Depot.

Isabella Freeman: The worst customer service experience of my life. I made an online order back in March, it was damaged during shipment and returned to the wearhouse. I had to call and follow up on the order instead of someone contacting me to let me know, refund my money or ship a replacement. When the second order arrived I received no notification. When I called to inquire I did not know I’d be making 3 long phone calls where I was placed on hold for nearly 30 min each time and promised return phone calls that never happened. It’s almost June and I gave up on the whole thing and got my money back. This was absolutely abysmal service and I will never order a product from Home Depot online again.

RICHmike: Took 50min of being in the store to buy a grill. We stood at the front of the store for 35min waiting on RICH the manager to grace us with his presence to unlock the grill. I'm not sure how this gentlemen ever became a manager. Thank you for the rest of the staff that tried their best to help us. If I were homedepot I would greatly consider retraining RICH on proper customer service. He went so far to say he tried to come to the front, yet my wife stood there waiting the entire time with out him coming.
Randy Overton: I want to give credit to a few employees at this HD location. Shell, manager of Appliances Dept., Diane at the service desk, and Denise in Appliance sales. All three ladies were great to work with in solving a problem my wife and I had with our order and delivery. Shell made sure the delivery manager knew about what happened so it could be corrected. HD is still our go to for Home Improvements. Stock is great also!

Professional level chair in particular that vastly exceeded the quality of similarly priced offerings from the likes of Office Depot or Staples but was very favorably priced when compared to equal quality offerings from Storr. Susanne Perry in particular assisted me expertly and also accommodated my indecision with excellent candor and information. Really nice folks - very happy that I found them!

Stephanie Lee: I went to pick up my order that I place on line yesterday (Wednesday 6/28) and I was waiting in line at the customer service. There was a customer yelling and being so ANGRY at this poor cashier at the customer service desk. But there was no other associates, managers and security people to help this poor cashier out. The security guy should always be near by just for incase an angry customer comes in through the door and there should always be more than one associate working at the customer service desk just for incase a crazy customer stops by. The associate at the customer service desk handled it very well in a calm manner. However, like I said the associate shouldn’t have to call for a security person on the walkie and asking for assistance on the walkie while dealing with an angry customer. Aside from that, everything was great. I got my order in a timely manner and I left.
Paul Saleska: I just stood next to the tech section for maybe 20 minutes pacing, waiting for someone to come help me. There were some associates zipping by doing returns or online orders but nobody talked to me or acknowledged me so I left. What a waste of my time.

I had to call back to get her name, so shout out to Team Lead Kristy cause you touched my soul this morning. It was such a small gesture but touched me deeply. My nephew wanted legos for his birthday, and they’re cheapest at Target versus going thru lego itsself.In the middle of shopping, I needed to use the bathroom. I left my cart in an empty checkout line and asked an employee if that was OK when I went to the BR. She agreed.I come back out of the BR (after a couple mins at max) to find security and this employee standing at my cart. Going back to my cart, I find it has completely been rummaged through. I asked if there was a problem, was told there wasn’t, however CLEARLY there was an issue enough to go thru someone’s cart!?! Whole situation turned me off so much to the point that I just left the cart and bought the few things i really needed tonight and left.I will ABSOLUTELY be filing a complaint. How dare your employees rummage thru someone’s cart? Unacceptable.

I received a receipt and went about my business.Next thing you know I went and scratched the grey substance off the back of the card to reveal the numbers and put it on the phone two weeks after because thats the normal time frame it is usually done. Come to find out there was nothing on the card no $45.00 only 0.00 so I went back to the same Walmart location where I purchased it and they kept telling me that there was nothing they could do and that there were no refunds.I said I am not trying to get a refund the money was never on the card.They the managers kept saying there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something that can be done. They looked at the receipt and said it show’s right here that the money was put on the card I said again there was nothing on the card. I had already gone to the phone company and they said they have heard about this happening before go back to Walmart and get your money back. That was told to me before I even went back to Walmart. After they saw I was serious about the matter and they kept going back and forth with me. Then I was told you can call 1-800-Walmart. SMH. They didn’t even want to consider the obvious which was some one either didn’t know how to put the amount on the prepaid card that said Walmart and the other company phone name and that you can put any where from $10-100 on the cardThis is a new type of phone card they started selling. Or that one of their employees is stealing. It’s one or the other . They told me they didn’t know where the money was transferred to. Me either that’s why I was there. They didn’t provide the money that was taken. . If you see this type of phone card I have described don’t buy it you may loose your money. Terrible,Terrible,Terrible!!!They didn’t seamed concerned about anything I said not even to investigate the matter or anything and that’s sad because if they have employed a thief you would think they would be concerned and want to get too the truth of the matter.
