Mariss: I haven't shopped at Express since 2008. There have been so many changes in how the clothing is manufactured that it no longer benefited me to visit. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. I appreciate the professionalism at Express.Thank You ladies. I will return again.

When I went to the store I had to ask 3 different people a question and still could not get an answer. I finally asked one of the shoppers for help. He even tried on a jacket to try and help me figure out how the sizes ran since 3 sales associates could not tell me. After finding the size I asked if they had a pair of pants in the back to go with a suit jacket that I found. The customer is the one who told me they had a lot of back stock! The sales person went and got the pants but when I got home I noticed they were a different color and fabric from the suit jacket. Spent almost $600 on two suits and the main black suit that I went to get didn't even match. I will be taking both of them back next week and getting my refund. They had one cashier and the line was extremely long. Apparently with all the sales help they need to cross train so the cashier will have some help! The customer service is terrible. They only got 2 stars because I love the clothes and the way they fit my son.

The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.

I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Lilly Shannon: We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!

When I finally took them out, I found that they really did not fit me well, but because of the holidays I was not able to get to the store within the 60 day return period. On top of that, I had also lost my receipt. Fast forward to early January and I took a shot and brought my three shirts back to the store and Kelly, who was amazing, totally made everything right and helped me find replacement shirts, and even an additional shirt that I really liked. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Kelly!

Last month, I asked if they had a NAVY BLUE SUIT in the Milano fit. Nope. Not a single one. Today, a plain white shirt with French cuffs. Nope. How on earth can you expect to stay in business when you don't stock the most common suit color on earth in your most modern fit? I'd think if Brooks Brothers had only two items in stock, one would be a modern-fitting navy suit. Unbelievable.

Dave Kuntarich: Brooks Brothers and Nordstrom’s have become my favorite stores for dress shirts, casual shirts, sweaters and slacks. They have earned my business due to their continuing to offer good, solid “department store quality” goods that are no longer available at Belks, Macy’s and now even Joseph A Banks’ stores. The Brooks Brothers Crabtree store is well laid out, making it easy to find the items I am shopping for each visit. My experience with their customer service and sales staff has always been positive. I personally tend to duck away from salespeople until I need assistance of some sort, but they always have multiple people ready to jump in when needed. Five stars from me!

We were shown all of the options available based on my preferences, allowed the opportunity to try the products on, was offered advice on color choices and sizing, and ultimately walked away excited about my purchase. The process would have taken me about 30 minutes to an hour without assistance, but they got us in-and-out in under 15. Flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you, guys! I’ll definitely be recommending your store to everyone I know.

For Christmas 2020 I received a $100 Visa gift card and wanted to take advantage of the sale Brooks Brothers advertised. So I called to order three shirts. The order was $113.51. I called and a call center (sounded like India) could not figure out how to split payment between two cards. So I called again, got someone else who processed the order in a (what I mistakingly thought) flawless manor. Two weeks goes by - no shirts. So I called - closed. So I email - get an automated response saying they have my order, being shipped. So I wait 4 more weeks (not at more than 6 weeks) - email again. Email says I need to call. I call and they say could not process the $100 gift card. Since order was done I threw away the card.....so now filing a BBB complaint....should not be out $100 because of their inability to process a payment or communicate. FRUSTRATING!

Her level of customer service was “top shelf.” May I add that she was working the store by herself and managed to help everyone with a hello and thank you in spite of being by herself. Also, I had the original receipt and went straight to the counter as soon as entering the store. The purchase was only like $120 🤷🏾‍♀️

Lyndsey Campbell: Store was a bit of a mess, but this isn’t the employees fault I feel like. Old Navy just makes way too many clothes and I’m sure it’s impossible to keep the store organized at all times.

Donniece Bell: Yesterday was my first time ever shopping with Loft it was recommended to me by a coworker. I went to the mall yesterday to make a exchange at a different store and I walked by and saw Loft was having a 40% off sale so I went in. I was never greeted with totally blew my mind because they weren’t busy (12:05) I made eye contact with the sales lady on a minimum of 5 times and she never said one word to me. I didn’t get her name but she was a younger lady with red/burgundy Versace glasses. I’m work in customer service and I know how to treat people who walk into a business. Well after her ignoring me several times I was so annoyed and ready to go so I go to the register to check out. There was a older lady at the register and she was like a robot nothing was personable about here. She has me if I was using my Loft card today and I said no I’m in the process of building a house I can’t apply for new credit. There was a chance for her to make a small connection and she said nothing. Then she asked me what phone do I use with my purchases and I said none (since this was my first time ever being in a Loft) but I can give you mines and she said no, never mind. I was speechless. I go home and look online and see that they have a rewards card and that’s why she asked for my number but she never offered it to me. I called corporate to make a complaint and I was told someone would call me either the same day or the next morning. Towards the end of the day I call back and was told I have to wait 2-3 business day for someone to call me! So I now understand this company doesn’t care about their shoppers. Never in my life have I heard of waiting that long to speck to someone to leave a complaint. Needless to say I will NEVER SHOP with them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Anna Lobastova: Staff is friendly and helpful, and this location is much less crowded than Crabtree. Great clearance selection as well.
Sara Burns: I do not recommend this store at all. They have extremely outdated technology and their registers have been down the past 5 times I have attempted to buy in store or return online items. This has been going on for far too long, at least a year in my own experience, and I have no idea how this store stays in business. It’s not the associates’ fault, but the customer service overall has been extremely lacking. They all seem pretty underinformed and someone always has to defer to a manager or take extra steps to solve simple problems. It has taken me 30 minutes on average to do a return or come to an agreement about how to move forward with their systems always being down. That’s really unacceptable and I will not ever be in this store again.
Emilie Stafford: Staff was not very knowledgeable. I brought in merchandise to return. The associate told me the total amount of store credit I had. I proceeded to shop and try on and select the clothes I wanted to buy with my store credit (with two kids under 2 mind you). When I came back to the counter 30 minutes later to check out she told me that my store credit was no longer valid because of a store policy that she had forgotten about.
