I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.

K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.

Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Ryan Hancock: I haven't been here in years. Wow. This is not the Belk I grew up with. Belk looks like it is on the verge of bankruptcy. A good portion of their "flagship" men's store is empty. Empty space, racks and walls. It reminded me of Sears from the early 2000's.I was looking at sports jackets, some of the ones I picked up actually had dust on them. The fitting room was piled with clothes and smelled like urine. After finding a dress shirt I liked, I had to walk around the store just to find someone to pay for it. I could have easily have just walked out, but I'll bet that the security office was the one place they actually have an associate. That being said, when I did find someone to give them my money, the associate (shoe department) was super kind and helped me save some money with a coupon. I did the survey and gave him kudos, I can only hope Belk will recognize him. I swear he was the only associate in that entire store! God bless him.
