Gary Crispens: I have enjoyed several plays here where family members were in them. There is plenty of free onsite parking, very clean restrooms and comfortable sofas and stuffed chairs in the lobby. The lighting and acoustics were very good and the stage is large enough for big dance scenes. The seating is close to the stage for easy viewing.

Three stars only because the performers did excellent work and the set was very well done. I felt as though Scrooge did not connect with the audience and the rendition was not a good one, something the cast cannot control.Further, forcing political nonsense and pop culture down our throats while trying to enjoy an evening to escape those very topics is in poor taste, at best.I'd be surprised if many (or any) in attendance came to hear your opinions, especially at that price which was a $300 evening for a family of 4.Hardly a classic and no reason to see it again under this direction.

You should list something as political satire on Ticketmaster, so that the situation could be avoided. The Christmas Carol was a true waste of $160. Particularly if you like musicals, NCT's Broadway-worthy productions - ALL of which are created locally by NCT - are consistently excellent and usually fantastic (especially the singing, and Edward G. Robinson's orchestra!). NCT called today to tell me that for the next show, our regular season seats will have an obstructed view for part of the performance due to the unusual arrangement of the sets - and switched us to the best available other seats. My good friends at NCT are doing such an amazing job of watching out for my personal interests that I almost feel like singing!

I’m currently taking my 2nd class and look forward to taking many more classes. I love that Back-To -One not only teaches classes but also goes through everything it takes to get into the acting world, such as, how to audition; what wear to an audition; headshots, audition opportunities (booking work); acting resumes; taped monologues; how to act in front of the camera…. and so much more. I originally joined these classes just for fun but now have seen how much it’s benefited me as a person. I’ve made so many friends in class. Her work and direction is of the highest caliber and each class I take with her I am continuously moved and motivated to elevate and deepen my abilities. Ken Ray (mrkenray): A great place to see a show. The Acoustics are excellent and the stage is marvelous. The only drawback to the theater is that like many places of its age the seats are very small and not really fit for people of the current time. Parking nearby is accessible with handicap spaces and handicapped entrances and it's free after 5:00.

Jimmy James: Arturo O'Farrilll 11/6/21 2nd row seats. First number was a homgenious mess. Sound check? During the whole show, Arturo's piano was barely audible. The horns and percussion sounded great for the most part. The masks on the horns was a humorous attempt at PPE(?) Percussionists wearing neck and lip masks. Was really hoping to hear some Afro/Latin/Jazz classics but it was not to be. Instead we got yet another TAP DANCING act from some little girl. REALLY? I'm not paying for any more tickets to see and hear professional musicians when someone brings their teen tap dancing daughter and somehow gets on stage.This has happened twice to us at NC STATE LIVE shows. TAP DANCING! REALLY???
