Bryan Gibbons: Great convention. We attended the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championship July 2023. Brilliantly cold air-conditioning when it was so hot outside. Rentable electronic scooters all around to travel quickly worked great. Free parking for our Sunday was a big bonus. Concessions were also great with no waits.

I appreciate how they do 20% off of hardcovers. All staff is knowledge and friendly. If they don't have something in stock, they can usually order it for you...free pick-up or a small shipping fee, which has been great for gift giving.

Han Stw: Neat bookstore in downtown Durham selling both new and used books. Most of the books are in the ground floor, but they do have a second floor for some more books and games. The pricing for the used book is fair, not extremely expensive or cheap, but selections can be limited in several categories. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!.

We got to the room and there was only one cup and it was used with lipstick stains on it. I tried to call the front desk and got a busy signal.. my company travels to Raleigh a lot and will not be staying here again.
