Hope ashworth: Enjoyed walking around the grounds. Just wished there had been some kind of signs posted telling the history of the house and the small buildings on the grounds around it. Tried to find the visitor center hoping to pick up maybe a map of the grounds or information on cost of the guided tour but was not able to find it. The signs directing you to the visitor center just brought us back to a main road in Raleigh. No sign identifying a building as the "Visitor Center".

Marrakesh Rose: They had an open house on Saturday 04/02/22. John stopped responding to my emails and I was not aware if I was confirmed to attend or not. I decided to still take the drive on from Fayetteville to Raleigh and was 3 min late due to a wrong turn my gps made. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was just looking at me through the doors for like 2 minutes before she decided to come and open the door. She told me that I am not allowed in for the information session because I am late. I explained that I was coming from Fayetteville and it is only three mins. She had negative 100% sympathy and stated sorry "John is a stickler for punctuality" and that I needed to reschedule. I walked out and decided there is no way I would want to work at a place that operated on such an unrealistic and rude way. Thanks but no Thanks. Three minutes .........seriously? 1 hour and 20 min drive? I am moving to that area in 1.5 months but I have no desire to work at company that callous.

The staff was amazingly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. The facility is kept clean and safe, with rentals being handled easily. My chicken sandwich was boring and hastily assembled. The fries were cold. Not 'not hot' or 'warm' but COLD. Who does that?The server was clearly overworked. I felt really bad for her. I tipped well, even though the experience was a big disappointment. RT used to be a stable place for a few beers and decent food. I think their management has taken their eye off the ball. Shake it up. Raleigh needs reliable downtown entertainment spots. See my review of Beasley's - but that's not a 'watering hole' spend-the-evening kind of place.

It didn’t appear to be busy. Friend asked for a condiment from another staff member and was ignored. The service was atrocious and the food was lacking. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

Jonathan McEntire: This is a very nice, clean, and safe convention center. We will be here for a few days. I am pleased with Raleigh's convention center.
Tracy Anderson: Clean bathrooms, good concessions stand, and plenty of space to sit and to walk around. Parking deck is convenient.
Bryan Gibbons: Great convention. We attended the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championship July 2023. Brilliantly cold air-conditioning when it was so hot outside. Rentable electronic scooters all around to travel quickly worked great. Free parking for our Sunday was a big bonus. Concessions were also great with no waits.
Plus One Gaming: Brilliantly cold air-conditioning on a hot July day. Plenty of restrrooms, staff and concessions as well.

Brantley Murphy: Not a bad place (facility wise). No food options in the convention center when I have attended. You have to go a good distance on the streets to find very much of anything. Streets in the area can be a little sketchy most any time of day.
Stephen Spencer: I hosted an event here and the experience was amazing. They have a loading dock that is able to accommodate a large box truck and freight elevators that open up to the convention rooms. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely book this venue again.
