David McPherson: We have guests arriving for the holidays. I contacted Glass Depot this morning with minor concern regarding two shower doors that were installed a year ago. Glass Depot responded in extremely professional manner by scheduling a service call for the next day! Within a few minutes they called back and said that Randy, their Service Manager, could be here within 30 minutes. In less than one hour from my initial call requesting service, the door adjustments had been completed - a superb job by a 5 star company.

Tom Tlusty: Just needed a sweep for my shower door (which Glass Depots installed a few years ago) it's a bit of a drive from my house but well worth it. The showroom is very impressive. Lots of examples of their work all under one roof. Kinda wish I was in the market for a new shower. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She took my old sweep and brought back a new one already pre-cut and ready for install.
Lady B (Brandy B): Glass depot not only met but exceeded my expectations, I needed a piece of glass cut for my plant cabinet. I left there with the promise of a 5 day turnaround around, imagine my surprise and excitement when I got an email less than 24 hrs later that it was ready. Packaged with care to even include small cord squares to protect the pieces of glass, Thank you!! If I ever need the service again they definitely have my business.

Maria N: This was a horrible experience. The initial visit to the showroom was good, with a salesperson that was very helpful. At least four times I was told that it would be 20 days until delivery. The sales person told me that, the person taking the order told me that, the person doing the measurements told me that and the person taking payment told me that. I ordered a mirror and glass for a small shower. I waited 20 days and called to ask about my order. The person answering the phone seemed annoyed that I called and gave me short, terse answers about the glass not being in yet. I waited two more weeks and called again. Same terse reception over the phone. This time I was told that the glass had come in, but was sent back due to errors. Why did no one tell me this? I was also told that the company doing the bevels on the mirror was sending out their work, causing further delays. This was known when I placed the order and no one informed me of this. In addition, Glass Depots was unwilling to install either the mirror or the shower until both items were available. I guess accomodating a waiting customer is not an option. Several more weeks went by and still no communication, so I called again. The glass finally arrived and the scheduler made me wait for an additional week to get an appointment, because "the job would take all day". The job would end up taking 2-3 hours. They arrived and determined that the shower measurements were not done correctly, so the glass did not fit as intended. Wow. The person came back out to remeasure and reorder. From the time I placed the order to the time it was finally installed was 12 WEEKS!! I received ONE apology during this entire ordeal. In the end, they took off 5%, but that didn't begin to make up for the fact that we didn't have our main shower available for 12 WEEKS!!!

Ragini Gupta: I was initially impressed with Glass Depot’s professionalism. They seemed organized and prompt. That is until they were a no show for an appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called to learn they changed my appointment to 2.5 hours later and didn’t inform me. All I received was an “Oops, sorry.” in a flippant tone as if it was not a big deal. Next time I need glass work, I will shop around. I like doing business with nice contractors.

Charlotte Oakley: Certain employees of this location are not.... The best .I phrase it that way, To be nice..The incidental charge the make you pay over the hotel stay, some people only pay 20 others 50.I was is in the $50 category. And employees slipped up and said something about a $20 incidental hold. That's when I said but I paid $50 everyday. The reason I was checking in and out everyday my vehicle broke down. I didn't know when it was going to be fixed so I had to make a reservation each day so every time I checked in and checked out it was another incidental hold. Then I realized I wasn't getting my incidentals back. They printed up paperwork they cannot show me where they were releasing my money. So almost a month worth of incidentals. At $50 a day.... my truck will finally be fixed in the next 2 days. .and as mentioned in another review this is not good by Hilton standards. But well worth the price line discounted rates . Housekeeping is great people!
Alin Bennett: A really great hotel. Two things were annoying. The wifi is not good. 1) I had to use my hotspot most of the time. 2) they rent their pool out to at least two swim schools. I was trying to relax on my vacation, but had to listen to a dozen of young children scream as they were learning to swim. The latter is a deal breaker for me. I won't be back...

christine: Came for a family reunion was not pleased at all. This might as well be a pet/dog hotel dogs were everywhere no set floor for people who don’t enjoy dogs 😔. Not only did I also get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins the woman at the desk told me it was because of the storm I would think they would shut them all down if this was the case but they also allowed others to get stuck as well after it was brought to the attention of staff. During our dinner session not only did they have the iced tea set up 45 mins before dinner so it would be watered down by time we would have arrived. Also the paid bar left 2 hrs before the time slot was up. You guys also need a better system for your breakfast and have the correct dates when you give the vouchers during check in. Please also work on customer service there was only two woman who made this trip worth while the rest need a customer service course. This overall experience was super 8 value with Hilton prices. I wish I could get my money back. Horrible experience

Dark Seraphim: If you come between 2-4 on a Friday expect a small wait for Check-In. However, the staff is very professional and the hotel itself has been updated within the last 5 years and is very clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, there's no microwave in most rooms but, there's one available on each floor. Solid Hilton that meets expectations.

England: I decided to stay here for a few days. I haven't stayed here in years. This place needs a complete renovation. Apparently the lobby and restaurant area was only renovated.The rooms are very outdated. The carpet and furniture stinks and gave me a very bad headache. The floor I was on was hot and apparently the air wasn't working properly. The internet services wasn't working properly either.This is not a place I would choose to stay at again. Big dogs were walking around everywhere. They were in the eating areas just very uncomfortable for me. I personally don't like to eat around animals.

Randy and Jean: When you walked in you were Immediately greeted by a smiling polite person. Was very polite and informative about what the Inn had to offer. The rooms were neat and clean. Bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. Comfortable mattress. Would stay here again and would recommend it.
Roger Underhill: Solid overnight stay! Clean rooms, love the lack of carpet as the floors are clean and you know it! Beds are comfortable, it's mostly quiet up on the 4th floor, and the coffee is hot! Complimentary breakfast is always a plus to get you on your way, but if that ain't enough for you then there's a Waffle House right next door!

Ben Humphrey: I had a very disappointing stay here. After driving many hours to this location, I was awakened at 5:30AM by the alarm clock in the room next door. Multiple calls down to the front desk went unanswered, forcing me to dress and go find the lone staff person cooking breakfast in order to turn it off. Of course at this point, I was unable to return to sleep so arrived at an important interview quite disoriented and frustrated. This interview was the whole purpose of my stay, so the relatively expensive $125 room was a complete waste. Neither the front desk nor La Quinta customer service offered any kind of remediation other than points to their "club", which I am now convinced not to join. I will avoid La Quinta in the future.Detalles destacados: Severely understaffed.

I have literally had 2 people over 1, being a family member then front desk knocks on my door and tells me Ive had too much traffic and they will call the police on me. Lol Litterally 2 people. TWO. On a FRIDAY night. Is there a no company policy here? I do not partake in any criminal activity nor do I present myself in that manner. I am very offended. Never again will I stay here. My Commercial License will hint that I am a truck driver. I feel me and my company have been Stereotyped again one being a close relative.

Fredricka Green: There was Roaches under the bathroom sink and they told us to either check out or matienance would come and spray the building but they didn’t know when and we would have to leave. Then upon check we paid for another night and left early at 4 and was told they accident gave me a refund nd now is trying to get an extra 156.00 off my card again. I was confused nd very frustrated bc that didn’t make since. Anyway I have video of the Roaches. Only thing that was great was the front desk people but they should have gave us a free night or something.

Tae Mason: Este es un hotel encantador en el que alojarse en Raleigh. El servicio al cliente fue excelente. E. Graham, Jr.: Like any hotel in the southern suburbs, has some issues. But for the most part staff was helpful and friendly. The place is in need of an in house room inspector, though for some details.
K Corpening: If you can find ANY other hotel to stay in, please do! The staff was not friendly, the room was not clean and the hotel is very dated!
Patrick Black: The front desk lady was rude and unwilling to even try to help with an issue. Instead said it was a system thing. Funny how I've stayed multiple hiltons sharing rooms and NEVER HAD them tell me i cant use my hh number. Then accused me of snatching stuff from her hand. Once i got to the room I was given one with a defective shower curtain as has been reviewed already. The fix? One screw at the bottom of the rod base, did it fix it? Lol, no shower has cracks. Bathroom door has water damage that was just painted over. Great way to treat a diamond member. Do yourself a favor and go right up the road to ANY OTHER PLACE.
bryan strauss: No this room did not meet expectations. This is an old hotel in need of major updates and repair. Our room smelled, AC didn’t work and there was damp carpet where the AC was leaking. The maintenance guy pulled the air filter out and there was half inch of crud on it. The staff did try hard but this place is just kind of nasty. I had many very positive interactions with the staff, very friendly people. Everywhere you look something is leaky or stained. It’s fine in a pinch but it was not relaxing due to grossness. Edit, we did get moved to a room with working AC, although it was slightly smaller than the one we originally paid for.Habitaciones: Kinda gross
Tracey Ratchford “Papa Princess”: The rooms weren’t very clean. We didn’t have enough towels and I had to ask for extra pillows because the bed only had two pillows and two miniature pillows on it. It could definitely use renovations. There was a closet door in our bathroom that maybe lead to a utility closet. It had a TON of dust on it. I’m positive that door frame hasn’t been dusted in months to a year.On a positive note, most of the staff was nice and the location is great. In walking distance to the mall and lots of food.

Bexi Lucy: DO NOT STAY HERE! RACIST!!! Racist. I was racially abused by a black woman & white women (the manager) the woman at the desk threw my ID at me & said racist remarks. The manager would not make her apologise. I have received abuse & nasty looks. The most un friendly hotel i have ever stayed at. I am a young woman, i felt uncomfortable every night, thinking someone would come into my room. They need to smile. They are beyond racist, i am disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Harold Perry: Wow! This Hilton property is a hidden gem 💎 ✨️! We travel alot and stay from time to time in Raleigh, NC. But how did we miss this gem. It is very architecturally layed out, plenty of seating and gathering places on the bottom floor with a pool and area to grill...2 grills to be exact with a fantastic patio. Our room was spacious with a sitting area, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and other amenities. Wifi included, but I did not see a CAT5 hookup...I generally use my own Hotspot anyway. There were two large flat-screen TVs too. The real jewel was the next door restaurant San Marcos, just a skip and hop away, walking distance. Meals absolutely amazing, that's if you enjoy Spanish Flavored Foods. They offer a variety of dishes from hamburgers to your dietary palate. It's all good. This hotel is also conveniently located to the mall too. Hey, don't say this out to loud, but it's where your spouse may spend the majority of their time SHOPPING! It's all good LOL! Yonathan Debela: The hotel is not that clean overall, it looks old and beaten up, but I didn’t expect to find roaches in my rooms which I had to change rooms twice. I guessed they are having some kind of infestation. But, overall the hotel is in a good spot close to a couple of good bbq places.

Andrew Hobbs: Our toilet stopped flushing. Our keys stopped working literally every day. The hotel has leaks and the elevators are multiple years out of inspection with missing bolts in the panels and take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Out room had multiple broken tiles and the bathroom had mold. No stairs from the lobby so it’s a fire hazard. The restaurant was overpriced and bland. There was a homeless guy in the lobby asking people to rent him a room that the staff did nothing about. No fridge or microwave in any room and some of the ice machines don’t work, and since they are on random floors you will have to run around the whole hotel to get ice. The door to the room also wouldn’t close all the way unless you pull on it with all your weight so it could be potentially reopened without a key. Half the escalators don’t work. The room also had silverfish.

C Bee: I had breakfast Monday morning while waiting for my business partner to come and join me. I was blown away at how delicious the food was. I'm in the food and beverage industry, and I sometimes like to taste other chef's food. I had to ask who the chef was. The young lady told me Darrin made the breakfast. The grits were perfect, and the hotel was spot on for great customer service. Thanks so much Sheraton for the great hospitality!!
Audrey Pryor: Everyone was super polite and inviting. Very welcoming and close to lots of restaurants and other events going on in Raleigh. Kiki and Chris stood out to our group and they were fantastic along with the rest of the worker there! We had an amazing experience! Definitely worth the money!!

James Ge: Everything was great except for the hotel surroundings and transient open lobbyRooms, stayed on the club level, the room looked renovated according to the updated Sheraton brand, although the ceiling had some strange marks, bathroom amenities were goodLounge, the staff was very hospitable, and for an American club lounge the hot dishes were remarkably good - considering US dining times you’ll not find a space between 530pm - 630pm ish, come at seven the lounge is yours, with dishes being replenished even 10min before dinner is supposed to wrap up, there are dozens of non alcoholic beverages and plenty of snacksThe only off putting bit was the combination of lobby architecture - being accessible from two sides and a connected building, which led to some odd folks roaming around, maybe it’s a trade off for being in what appeared to be downtownIf you come here from Bonvoy to double check against the 3.x rating the hotel has received there, I completely disagree itIt’s a solid Sheraton with updated rooms on the club level, a good club lounge and friendly staff - and I say that as a long time ambassador status holderI’d stay here again, but a bit of lobby security wouldn’t hurt
Brice Pinkowski: Great location in the heart of Raleigh. Just certain parts of the room show its age, with warping floors and cracks in the corners. Despite these small things it is very clean and a comfortable place to stay.
Sam Sletten: Pros: Lovely front desk staff, good air conditioning.Cons: Rooms.Traveling as a group, of 3 rooms that we checked into 2 had to be changed. The first room's door had a security latch that was completely sawn through. The second room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. All three rooms had either cheap or highly worn vinyl flooring that was coming undone. Hooks for the showers were old/warped and as a result occupants had to re-hang the shower liner. One request to replace a broken coffee maker was ignored.I am a regular guest at Sheraton Hotels and have never seen a property in this rough of condition. Would stay away until property undergoes another renovation.
Bojan Cukic: Whenever I need to stay close to the Raleigh convention center, I choose Sheraton. The hotel is clean, and the service is outstanding. Rooms could use an update, particularly bathrooms.

Evelyn Capps: I'll start by saying I really liked this hotel. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, huge room and in a great location. Easy to walk to several restaurants. I stayed here 6 days and 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or replenished with fresh towels after several requests. There is a sign that tells you after the 3rd night they will service your room. I waited patiently and then asked about service three times and it was just never done.
Erik Rogers: Hotel is in a great spot if you are visiting NC State. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they charge you $12 per day to park. I get when they do this when you are near a major transportation hub or space is very limited but that’s not the case here. Just one of those things that I feel like is 100% a money grab. Mark McCormick: Entrance is far from obvious, but better to go in via the back of the hotel and park there. Entrance from the street (Hillsbroug) Room is nice enough, although the blinds only allow black out, or revealing yourself to the apartment block behind. Eek, scary for them. The front desk girl was sweet, and helpful. The bar was closed, I think. The drip behind the bar proclaiming to NOT be a bartender wasn’t really clear. The tap beer was completely off as they were maintaining the cooling. Overall, nice hotel, but could do with some sharpening up.

Karim Mady: The room was massive , with everything you can imagine, nice toiletries, big shower and comfy beds. However they don’t ride up the room everyday automatically they do it every other day or you can ask for daily at a cost. The room has a basic coffee machine with pods that come in both caffeinated and decaffeinated and complimentary water bottles . Overall I highly recommend the hotel and the location is amazing
