This is a place you’re comfortable hanging out sipping your favorite spirit and perusing to find exactly what you’re looking for. Here’s a tip - ask for Paul. He made the experience immensely better with his knowledge, style, and personable approach. I will most certainly be coming back and encourage everyone in the Triangle to check it out!
Michael Wallace: Went to Bailey’s to support the local choice and have a screw replaced with on my watch. On arrival at the service counter I was ignored by everyone in n the building for 15 minutes. I counted no less than 7 people who walked by and saw me. After a long line built at the service counter I was finally summoned forward. I explained that I had been waiting for quite some time and was offered the excuse that they were busy and short staffed. Thinking to myself of the previously counted people. Also thinking of the words dedication and serve posted behind the counter at two of the service desk. The young lady took my watch and spoke to a couple of people, I was then told it would be approximately $375 and 9 weeks to replace a screw. So count this one up to I tried to support local and, now after a 2 minute hold with Tissot I will be sending my watch directly to them for an estimated 2 week turnaround.

When I went to pick the earrings up the employee told me that they had been picked up already. Most places make you show ID before picking up merchandise. I’m assuming Aldo does not do that or that one of the employees stole my earrings. I contacted corporate. Corporate told me that the district manager would contact me. That was a joke.
