Daniel Lafountain: The more I have been thinking about what I witnessed at this store, it hasn't set well with me. While I was in the store shopping, two very nice respectable young ladies helped me. While I continued shopping, this man, who I assume was a manager, came up to the ladies from behind that had assisted me and started yelling at them about gnome or something. I couldn't believe how this man was talking to his employees that were very helpful and polite. I don't agree with people being embarrassed and degraded in front of customers, or behind close doors for that matter. To keep quality employees, they should be treated like you want to be treated, with respect and dignity. Just so you know, you have lost a customer and I have let others that I know that go there how employees are treated. This incident took place on Saturday, 10 Dec between 5-530.

Rosa Camacho: La última vez que fui a Pandora me dijeron que me iban a dar 2 regalos. Tengo uno. Volví hoy y les dije que no había recibido mi segundo regalo. Me dijeron que no iba a recibir el regalo. Les dije que un trabajador allí dijo específicamente que lo haría. Me dijeron "espera unos minutos" una y otra vez. Apparently, after waiting 10 minutes on line to enter the store, you are not able to ask the sales reps any questions while the customers that they are helping are on a personal phone call trying to get advice on what bracelet to buy as a gift. The sales rep actually asked a customer that was on a call if it would be ok for her to answer my question of whether or not they sell any mom themed charms. Also, when I asked the sales person a question, she would not even turn her head in my direction to answer the question. I would never consider spending my money in a store where the employees have no regard for customer courtesy.

Styles and sizes look different when you can actually try them on, instead of holding it up to ones face. If “you can’t sell something you have tried on” they should try cleaning their products. A little hygiene goes a long way on the retail industry. Poor service and really unfriendly staff. Reeds has better service and higher quality products.

Some links needed to be removed. Unfortunately the links never made it to my bag and when I realized it was missing, 2 days have gone by. I called the store, spoke to Taylor and she told me the links were accidentally thrown away. Caleb, the store supervisor, said he'll take care of getting my links back somehow.I called back 2 weeks later to follow up, spoke to Emilia Ala-Mattinen and she said she had found my links! We coordinated a day for me to pick them up.

Dr. Scott Hewett: This isn’t a review of the products or the store as a whole, just the representative I dealt with for our return. A young guy told me that I had to have my return slip printed in order to do a return when the email states “if you don’t have access to a printer bring this email with you”. He read it and moved on. Then he wanted the physical card I made the purchase with. Told him I bought it online and didn’t use a physical card. Then he got snarky and said “well if you don’t have a card then how did you make the purchase then??”. Apple Pay? The numbers are stored online. Showed him my Apple Pay matched the receipt, he moved on. Then he wanted me to confirm my initial purchase receipt to match the return slip I had already brought. Sure here you go. He finally processed the return. I smiled and said thanks so much! He wouldn’t look at me and just mumbled “mmhmm”. Don’t know if he’s having a bad day or they are trained to not want to accept returns but the store should hold some customer service training.

D L: I read reviews before I came here. This review was written 4 years ago and it must have been4 years agoI am a huge fan of Pandora and have made numerous purchases online and at several stores. I am not one to write bad reviews, however, this needs to be said. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this particular Pandora shop. The woman helping me could've used a lesson on smiling, but that is not the reason for this review. The true disappointment came from her coworker. She made me feel I was more of a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Her condescending attitude and the manner in which she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Her rudeness was uncalled for. I made my purchase regardless, because I wasn't there to waste anyone's time but to buy something. If you're thinking of shopping here, lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

I understand wanting to focus on your client but a quick yes or no to my question would have been preferred over "We are only guaranteed to help this lady here but you can wait if you want to see if we can get to you". There were still people at the counter and in line by the time the store was supposed to close and the customers were nowhere near done shopping. If you have a cutoff time for receiving customers, it needs to be posted on the door.Maybe I'll give this store a try another different day BUT not any time soon based off of the service I received this time around.

I was grateful for her help. With the pink Swarovski pink bag with my items, she even took time to tie a blue ribbon on my bag. Thanks it was a nice experience.

I came back with the documents today, Tuesday, was was turned away. Saying the manager would call me. Never called. I called Crabtree and they will take it back. Put over 200 miles on my car to be treated rudely by Carolina the “manager”. I’m a Swarovski member I did not expect this. Go to Crabtree. Stay away from south point.
