Emily Steinhoff: They list Claires as having a location at New Bern Ave and I get there and no one is manning the “kiosk” nor are any Claires gift cards sold there. I had to go all the way to Glenwood Ave to get the gift card and the store was slammed with kids. I explained what happened to the manager and that the misinformation online caused me to go to a location that wasn’t actually a Claires store! I asked if she could ring me up quickly. Instead, I was made to wait while several customers sauntered up leisurely, clearly in no hurry to be anywhere. They also had no envelopes for their gift cards. List your kiosk locations as such or better yet, sell gift cards at your kiosk locations!
Josh Pagano: Make sure you have a solid hour if you're planning to get a piercing here. Booking an appointment online ahead of time is useless. They don't pay attention to reservations. The staff is great, but the software and tablet they use is awful. Signing paper forms would increase efficiency 1000%. As is, we were stuck in line for an hour. There were 3 people ahead of us. The staff really is fantastic. The system sucks.

Rosa Camacho: Last time I went to Pandora they told me that I was going to get 2 gifts. I got one. I went back today and I told them that I hadn't gotten my second gift. They told me, that I wasn't going to get the gift. I told them that a worker there specifically said I would. They told me "wait a few minutes" over and over again. 1 hour passed and I was still getting the same response. I asked them if I was still going to get my gift or not. They said no. I had waited an hour with horrible service and went out of that store without my second gift I was told I was going to get.
Rita-Rae' Conley: Normally I like all the staff at the Crabtree location fairly well. However recently the service has declined. On my visit 6/2 Ananeidis assisted with purchase two safety chains for my daughter at myself. The length of the visit was longer than necessary because of the length of her nails. She also failed to give me one of my charms back. I visited the store today 6/5 and the assistant store manager is telling me she can’t assist me until the store manager returns at the end of the week. I believe the first possible solution to my issue would be to check your stores inventory but the useless assistant manager is advising me that isn’t possible because the store manager isn’t there. At this point I’m prepare to return every I’ve purchased in the month of May because of Crabtree’s inability to resolve a customer issue.

I was looking for a birthday gift but the customer service was so bad I walked out and went to another jewelry and found the perfect gift. The employees at this store need customer service training.
Tyesha Glam “NaturalGlam07”: Worst customer experience ever. Apparently, after waiting 10 minutes on line to enter the store, you are not able to ask the sales reps any questions while the customers that they are helping are on a personal phone call trying to get advice on what bracelet to buy as a gift. The sales rep actually asked a customer that was on a call if it would be ok for her to answer my question of whether or not they sell any mom themed charms. Also, when I asked the sales person a question, she would not even turn her head in my direction to answer the question. I would never consider spending my money in a store where the employees have no regard for customer courtesy.

Joshua King: We were treated unfairly at this Pandora. They refused to let us try an earring because they said that if we tried it on and didn’t buy it, they couldn’t sell it. They basically told us that they wouldn’t waste their time with us. Even after the fact that they looked our account up and realized that we have spent over 1K in that store. I know people hate it when someone says “racism” but we were treated poorly and unfairly since we stepped foot at that establishment. Shocked and upset that in 2022 people and workers are still this small minded.

Styles and sizes look different when you can actually try them on, instead of holding it up to ones face. If “you can’t sell something you have tried on” they should try cleaning their products. A little hygiene goes a long way on the retail industry. Poor service and really unfriendly staff. Reeds has better service and higher quality products.

Llamé a la tienda para explicar mi problema y me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada cuando la chica que limpió mi pulsera entró en @11. Pasó el tiempo y no recibí ninguna llamada telefónica y tuve que conducir hasta allí solo para que me dijeran que no lo tenía y me dieron este número para llamar. Fueron muy indiferentes con mi problema. ¡Asegúrese de verificar dos veces a los trabajadores y no confíe en ellos, especialmente con algo tan valioso como los amuletos en su pulsera que significan mucho!

I’m guessing it was my cut of shorts or messy bun. I had one woman following me around the store. She was opening boxes and laying out clothes but if I was out of eyesight she made sure to pop over. I’m not sure why she needed to check the price on some Hermès table pumpkins at that moment but who knows. I also misplaced my keys so I ran back into the store. NARC SHIELD: NARCISSISTIC ABUSE AWARENESS: This is my favorite shoppe in the Raleigh area. It has been for many years. I have never been disappointed in a purchase. This is a great place for gifts, clothing and jewelry. I highly recommend stopping in or shopping them online . You will not be disappointed. The quality is excellent. I love this vibrant pink maxi dress. It is more beautiful in person. I was stopped many times at dinner that night with people commenting on it.

Ordered items on line, emailed multiple times to find out the status, finally called and was told items delayed 8-10 weeks, I said I needed to cancel as that was not stated when I ordered and the sales person REFUSED to listen. They refuse to refund my money and are absolutely the nastiest, most vile people I have ever dealt with! They are scammers and dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ESPECAILLY ON LINE.
