We wanted to avoid gratuity by splitting our group into two groups. It is our choice. Owner started saying that loudly again and again to their workers that we are splitting into two groups to avoid gratuity and are not respecting them. How come a restaurant do such drama before even we had a seat right after we walk in. Its our choice how to sit, they cannot insist us, and degrade us like that, leaving us no other option but leave. If we like the service, there is an option to tip at the end. Even that is our choice. Insane. I know mutton biryani is famous here, its not just taste is important even service matters..!!! We just came to eat peacefully, not to have words like that. There was at least not even single person out there on a typical on Saturday evening. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION, there are many awesome restaurants out there.

g sandeep: Ordered food today and found a new charge after my card was processed. When asked the reason, I was told that the charge is for processing the card and If I pay with cash there won’t be any extra charges. In other places I have seen this processing charge when total is less than $10. But looks like the total amount does not matter now. I do understand how difficult it is to maintain a restaurant, but it would be good if we are told upfront about these charges. Hope the management will be more transparent when implementing these new charges.

Food was good although the paneer Biryani was more a pulao than Biryani. The naan and double ka meetha in the goat biryani combo were very good. Samosas looked a little small. The only issue I had was that no receipt was given to me and apparently there was an additional 2-3$ added to my 15$ Biryani. For what- dont know.

Megann Bonner: My family and I came here a few nights ago for my mom's birthday. Raj was out waiter and he was fantastic! He was kind funny and gave us recommendations on new dishes to try. Everything he recommended was delicious. He even gave my mom a birthday hug. They were kind enough to bring out cake and sing happy birthday, as well and they put us in a little private room that made the experience more intimate. We will definitely be back to Nazara!

Nicole Kaghat: My girlfriend and I went there and hadn’t been there since before Covid. I do get delivery at home, and there was always a big pile of oil at the bottom of our dishes. (Seed oils?) So I figured I’d go into the restaurant to see if eating in house solved the problem. The prices are very high and portions much smaller than they used to be. And, we had two waiters who insisted that we share a bowl of rice, instead of giving us the rice that comes with our meal! They were rude, and I got a air of male chauvinism from them. I will not be returning.
Sanjeet Joshi: Inconsistent taste. If you are lucky it's great. Their tava chicken is consistently the best appetizer in town. Biryani is a joke. Other Punjabi dishes are authentic, but we have a had our bad days here. Overall it is still our go to North Indian restaurant.

NSA: got a delicious spicy chicken biryani and had a lamb roganjosh . the lamb joganjosh was muddled in flavor but still delicious, but I would definitely recommend the chicken with the spicy soupplace was crowded on a Friday night with one very busy but great waitercame here to add more love.if I can. are go to now is the special biryani and saagwala always for pick up ! keep it going guys.

Priyesha Jain: Loved the veg Lunch combo. Especially the quantity of the biryani it comes with. Authentic tasty biryani which comes with mirch ka salan and raita. Dal tadka was nice but I would’ve preferred if the other curry was an actual subzi of any type. It was like two dals for me as the other was mung bean with potato in it. Overall it was nice for the price!!
Loke Al: Update: went there the week of May 1st, 2023. None of the items we ordered tasted any good. Mutton biryani , Chilli Chicken starter and Veg hot and sour soup were horrible. Mutton biryani was not good at al.I asked the waiter for a new plate as my plate was covered with oil from the appetizer. He mentioned they don’t usually do that. Also, there is an additional person who is very friendly and prompt, taking orders and serving them. There is a Food Lion adjacent to this place and have seen them walking across for quick replenishment.My favorites are Aloo naan (Eat it warm)/green chutney The Chicken tikka grill (spicy), Onion Bhaji, Samosa chat, Mirchi bhaji, and Chowmein. The prices with the food quality for Indian and Indo-Chinese would make this place a good option for some of the items listed above.Though the Tandoor/Grill/Fried entrees would be their strong points, The curries/gravies would need attention.
