Issac McClain: Damage present on my vehicle after service. Have to report to corporate, no action or assistance in investigating the matter. Update June 13 - no follow up on concerns with the damage to my vehicle. I was informed a area manager should reach out, but no attempts have been made. I would not recommend this place of business
Yes Hinton: I have been a customer for about 30 yrs. Everyone is always kind and take time to explain everything to me concerning my vehicle. Now my daughter is a customer.
Mitch Jones: Stay far away... Straight up CON JOB Check engine light, went straight for the wallet, and $400 for a mass airflow sensor. 2 days later, lights on. I Tested the old maf, and it was good. This time, $350 for a thermostat. I said no thanks and paid $120 for the diagnostic. Pulled the thermostat, and it was fine. Flushed the radiator, which was low, and whatta know. Check engine light is off.

Jesse: The staff were very nice and knowledgeable, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it if asked :)! They were even able to get me scheduled for a same day appointment, versus needing to schedule a week or two out, the prices were very reasonable, and I was in and out without a hiccup.Just a note, depending on where you're coming from, the entrance can be a little difficult to see/get to during or around rush hour.

Rayray Montanez: Do not waste your time.My first time coming to Firestone since my AAA location was fully booked along with the surrounding ones. My partner and I booked appointments; his at 1pm and mine at 2pm. We left at 5:15pm.We were quoted 3 hours for both cars. We come back to the establishment at 3:10pm since we got a call saying that my partners car is ready. The man informs us that they are working on my car and should be about 20 minutes. What is strange about this is that my car was in fact not in that moment being worked on since I could see it in the parking lot. We waited in my partner’s car in the parking lot of Firestone for mine to finish up.I receive a call at 4:33pm stating that my car is ready to go and will be out in a couple minutes. We head inside and the man at the desk informs us that they are still looking at the car and it will be a little longer more. I don’t understand why I would receive a call saying it’s almost ready, but then told it is not. At 4:55pm they said it is ready and no surprise it was not. It was still in the air hood up. We paid and waited for my car to be returned.Making an appointment at this establishment does not mean anything. The three times we walked in to Firestone there were new people waiting in the waiting room.I highly recommend AAA (especially the Cary store off of Walnut Street) because they are true to their appointments and get the job done in a fraction of the time that Firestone took. Jessica Archibald: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SCHEMING FOR MONEY.I went to this location for a state inspection. I was told that I had to get wipers in order to pass inspection. The only wipers they had were $50. I just gotten wipers 2 months ago at advanced auto - I absolutely did not need new wipers.I was told my options were to:- pay $50 for wipers, have my car pass inspection- not buy the wipers, have my car fail inspection, buy wipers for a bit cheaper at advanced auto, wait 60 days, come back and have my car reinspectedSo basically I had to pay $50 as my car was already pass due for inspection. Total scam.
Hannah Simmons: I called the day before to make an appointment and when I got there they had no record of the appointment. When I asked if they had time to take it I specifically told them I couldn't wait for hours and would need to come back or make another appointment. They took the car anyway and kind of shrugged and said "they just had to get the guys to do it" and when I confirmed that it wouldn't be a long wait they kinda shrugged again. After 1.5 hours I told them I needed the car and I had to leave and it took them an additional 40 minutes to give me the keys so I could leave and made me miss all my afternoon.I would have been completely understanding if they had told me they were too busy and couldn't take me, but instead they made it sound like they had time to service it but took hours to do it (even when I gave them the opportunity to reschedule). They did not seem bothered at all about the customer service aspect of their job. I was so frustrated that I gave them the opportunity to reschedule and they didn't take it and made me wait hours when I specifically said I couldn't.Service:Oil change

Dr BBPhD: What is it with the cleanliness at Firestone locations?! Once again trash was overflowing. Dirty lobby and nasty bathrooms. Do better Firestone! Your customers deserve your best while includes clean lobbies and bathrooms!

The bottle they filled my car with sells for $13, and I paid $82 for them to provide it. $181 for the full hour long service. Jahid Ullah: Robbing place. I had coolant leak. A technician looked at it for maybe 5 minutes. He says water pump, belt and thermostat needs replacements. And Gave me an estimation of $2,750 for Toyota Sienna 2017!!! I suppose he wants to take advantage of my dire situation as I might damage the engine. Anyway, Marc Jacobson dealer place was 8 miles away. I stopped after 4 miles and a good Samaritan helped me with providing gallons of water. I finally made it to the dealer. Charged me $1,382 with perfect service and original parts!!! I got ride on my way to home and picked me up on the same day. Firestone charging me more than dealers and need day and half to get the car back to me. As for diagnostic, he charged me $93!!! I guess there are very little good Samaritans left in this world.

Deseree Bell: I’ve been going to this location faithfully for the past 3 years or so. The last few times I went… the experiences started to become shakey. I went to get my routine oil change for an upcoming inspection the next day… Once I went to get my state inspection at AAA I was told (and showed) that I hadn’t gotten an oil change in a while. I was in disbelief and thought maybe AAA was trying to get a sale out of me. So I waited a while since I don’t drive much working from home. Then I went again for my routine oil change 3 months or so later and was told my brakes and rotors were in bad condition I normally trusted these guys because they were always helpful and kind. This time, it was a different guy and I got the vibe that he definitely was in the business of selling and something was off. I called my step dad to confirm. He told me to take a picture of my rotors, when they came off. So I did, (When I asked to see them… literally the whole crew came out to watch my reaction and was shocked that I asked) come to find out there was no issue and looked close to new. Beware and have knowledge or have someone you know to guide you. All this time I thought I was receiving great service, but I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of a few times now. NTB has been my choice for over 6 years and I really don’t want to give up on the company… but this location is over with for me. I hope I get fair treatment at another location. We’ll see…

Neenee B: Listen, the level of customer service I received here today was BEYOND PHENOMENAL!! I got stuck on the side of the road NYE and EVERY tire shop is closing early. I called this location and they were willing to wait for me to arrive (12min) when nobody else’s would wait. It’s pouring raining, I live almost 2 hours away, and you have no idea how much of a blessing they were. When I arrived the whole staff was standing there smiling and greeted me warmly. The building was clean and I was quite comfortable as I waited a very short time for my tire. My tire is so rare, it almost ALWAYS has to be ordered. The fact that they even had it in stock was amazing! I’ll always look up this franchise location in the future no matter where I am, just because of the service I received tonight! It’s 12/31/22 THE LAST DAY OF THE YEAR, and I’m truly Grateful that my experience here was perfect! Adam was the manager on duty and the whole team are just great. I can’t stress this enough! So for you corporate guys that read these reviews- DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THIS CREW! They most certainly deserve it! They went above and beyond your competitors- to ensure a specific level of service that is unbeatable in my opinion! Thank you! I recommend this location 10 stars! -

Jorge Leon: My car was driving perfectly and only needed an oil change, so I went for a simple oil change during the weekend and when asked to the manager if they found an issue he said "everything's perfect", however when I left car was pulling to the right. When I called again Adam said it surely was due to the "tire rotation" they did (a service I never requested). When I came back on Monday the manager Brian rudely said "your car is like that because it has a disc problem" wthat? I told him it was driving perfectly before coming to his shop and showed him the invoice to which, as the jerk he is, he said "I don't care about your invoice, give me the keys and you should be grateful I won't charge you this time". I wouldn't recommend this place and I will not return to this shop again.
Opes Magna: Unprofessional manager. The car was taken for a simple oil check and its ties were misaligned, had to be taken to another shop to be repaired.
Allison Leon: Terrible experience, the manager Brian was rude and impolite at my husband. We went for an oil change and they damaged the tires alignment. When we went back to the shop for them to fix what they damaged the manager was utterly impolite towards us. I would not recommend anyone to come to this shop.
