He truly went above and beyond in finding replacement wheels & tires for my Mercedes-AMG which had all of its 4 wheels & tires stolen. He worked closely with me & my claims adjuster to often provide updates and even came out with the equipment to mount the tires on my car, in my parking deck, because no one was willing to tow my car to the shop. And he did this at no extra cost. Bryan helped transform a difficult time for me and made it so much easier for me. Humanity does exist. H. Berg: Go there spend a $1600 on new tires. Salesman says you will be done on under two hours. Two hours have gone and my truck is still parked outside. Then they want to give me we got backed up excuse. Customers don’t want to hear why you couldn’t do the job they want the job to be done whenever you say it will. Time is important to people. It should be to a business as well. First and last experience here.

BIGBROTHERiswatchinU: I was here a couple of days ago. I had a slow leak in my tire that morning so I came by to have it looked at. They were pretty quick and had me back on the road before too long. It has a nail in the sidewall so they replaced the tire. I had purchased the tires at a Discount Tire in another city and had the plan that covers the tires, so the cost for that was covered. They also noted that the shop in the other city had put the wrong size wiper blade on the driver's side. The blade was a few inches shorter than it should have been. They had the correct one in stock and asked if I would like to replace it. I hated to replace a fairly new blade, but I figured why not get more area covered as it should be, so I did. Yes, the wrong/shorter blade was put on at a Discount Tire, but not this one, so no blame here for that. I appreciate that they found the error and gave me the option of fixing it.I spend a lot of time on the road, and being able to stop in at a Discount Tire in different areas with a service record on file even in a town you have never been to is very helpful.

Waited 3 hours just for my car to be pulled in and another hour for just 1 rim and tire and was overpriced and there was a point and time where there was only 1 car being serviced for about 20-30 min. while i was still waiting. Really wish i could give zero but you need at least one to leave the comment
Tiffany Cash: I received a flat tire this morning due to a nail so my fiancé and I took it by here to see if they could patch it up or if I needed a new tire. They were so knowledgeable! I ended up getting all four new tires and we were in and out without an appointment in under 1 hour. There is a lot of places to eat near by you could go too while you wait. Reasonable prices as well.

Saleh Mu: This is my first time with discount tire and I am honestly super annoyed right now. I brought my car 8:48 am and it's 11:10 am and my car has not been moved from parking lot to be serviced! I came here 3 days ago to get some tires ordered. Tires came in; the guy on the phone just said come in at any time. I come in and more than 2 hours later! Nothing! I see people coming in and out! Come to find out, those people had appointments for their tire changes; I wish they would have told me that making an appointment would get me outta there faster instead of just telling to come any time, so frustrating. Don't get me wrong , the people at the front are very polite but you need to give people the information they need.. especially if they are a first time customer at discount tire. Also during the buying process no one mentioned about the rebate on the tires till I asked about them today. Great people but lack of transparency/information to the customer.
Nick Leger: I went to NTB yesterday for a nail in my Model Y's tire. They told me they don't fix my Tesla's specific tire and I'd have to buy a new tire. Next morning i went to this Discount Tire location at Harrison Pointe and was given a free repair, no questions asked. I'm a customer for life! LFG!
V!RTU the Anchor: Brought my brand new car here for a screw in the tire. They did a "complimentary" fix for me since I bought 2 sets of tires here before. Waited 1.5 hours for them to finish and I drove away with the same screw in my tire that I arrived with. Found out the next day after taking it to another tire shop to be fixed (again). They showed me a photo of the screw still in my tire. What did you guys do when you pulled it into the bay, lifted it and removed the tire? This level of incompentcy will have me looking for a new shop next time I need tire work.
Kenzy B: I was given 5 star service borh times I went to DT. The entire team was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got me taken care of with no problems and even went the extra mile to pick up my out of stock item for a following day service. They were recommended to me by someone who is heavily into cars and I would now recommend them time and time again! They were honest and upfront and their prices can't be beat!

Hunter did an excellent job of assessing my car (a mad shimmy at 35+mph) and offering an opinion as to the root cause. Granted, the back tires have some age on them, but that was not the primary issue. He did not go for the "quick sale" of replacing those tires (as I imagine the typical tire shop would do). I appreciated Hunter's transparency and I'll be back to DT for the replacement tires once the other area of concern is addressed. Thank you for great service DT!

They told me just once that usually people get 2 or 4 done but I can choose to get one cheap one and get them all replaced when they are worn. They messed up my appointment, but it was kind of a different customers fault for being dishonest, and they gave me a discount.TLDR: they don't try to make you spend more, just give you some options. Will make things right if they mess up.

An'gelique Spencer: We moved from Durham and absolutely love Kekes in Durham. We tried a new location this past Saturday before leaving for a long road trip to Florida. We purchased 3 tires and by the time we got home, one of the new ones replaced was already reading a really low tire pressure. We reinflated it after not spotting any nails or cuts and began traveling. We were stranded for hrs while we were traveling because all mechanic shops were closed and our brand new tire was yet again low. We had to stop every hr to make sure we had enough air. Eventually we had to stop and get a hotel in Savannah GA because it was going on 2a with small kids. We finally got a mobile repair company out to the hotel only to find out that the tire valve and stem on the tire replaced was broken and that it what was causing the leak. Yet another cost we had to incur. Overall they gave us great tires but the extremely quick workers and mishap of theirs cost us more money and missing our resort check in time slot.

One gentleman approached me 3 minutes later and directly started checking my tires. I showed him the issue, he proceed with a second 360 check with few touches. I have to admit I was a bit impressed by his tactfulness.Right after that, he unloaded the tire, brought it with him in a sketchy room, before handing me a ticket without a word. 5 min later he brought back the tire, loaded it with the same enthusiasm, then asked me if I seen the cashier, which I replied Yes (Because I did), before handing me back my keys with a smirk. The WHOLE process took me LESS THN 15 MIN, mind you there were cars ahead of me, and cost me just about 25$ for the epic services. That time when even tipsing feels Right...PEPBOYS quoted me for $200 the night before, advising I need a new tire... BOYS PLzzzz...keKe's Tire everyday woot woot!
