Chloe Black: Not very many motorcycle places where I live so my boyfriend and I drove 1 hour to check this place out, and we definitely regret it. We walked in and the guy was on his personal phone and proceeded to tell us that he would be with us in a minute then right after that said to the person on the phone “of course a customer walks in” and then laughs, so therefor we turned around and walked right out. They didn’t only loose our business but also another customer walked out right when we did. I would not recommend if your looking for some good customer service.

I reached out to him on May 20th and I was told he had the parts but his van was at the mechanic. Natalie: I bought an assembled bike from Public that was having issues with the gears and a few other items. Due to the bike shops being overwhelmed, most places quoted me two days to have a minor tune up. Cycle Haus was able to fit me in within 24 hours of contacting them. And I didn't have to leave the house. I wish I had known about Cycle Haus before paying the extra money to have the bike shipped assembled. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and/or bike assembly!

Dave Reloader: This fella changed out a front tire for me on a 1994 VFR750F. He also ordered a Bridgestone s21 for me. I rode my bike in and left it for a few hours. Humble garage shop. Nice guy. The work was meticulous and professional. I arrived early for pickup and was able to watch some of the work. Importantly, he seems to pride himself on a perfect tire balance. This is very critical on bikes, and many do not take the time to really dial it in. Was impressed with his attention to detail. Was not the cheapest, but prices competitive and I will be returning for my rear to be done. Worth every penny.

I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! Rob Dusablon: Lots of great things to say about TPS. First Galo and the sales/financial team made this one of the least stressful major purchases I have ever made. Second, I have been a Harley/cruiser rider for 20+ years and this is my first sport bike. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before I made a "Harley" lean correction that put this bike's front tire far enough over for me to just fall over. I was not moving and was not hurt at all, but I cracked the faring and busted the feeler off the left peg. I came back in to order the parts, and the dealership GIFTED me a factory set of "sliders" (about $175) AND the cost of the install, (about $120) that will prevent the same damage in the future.Everyone here has been nothing but super friendly and helpful. From the sales team, to the folks in the parts department who helped me with gear and ordering replacement parts, and the technicians have all been amazing.This is now the only place I will go for parts and service,and if I ever need a new bike I am coming here.Highly recommend TPS.

Got home and looked at receipt, they didn’t give me the 10% discount. Called the store and they said I’d have to drive back out there to get the credit. Too far and too much of my time because they screwed up.

Martin Brossman: Great service. As you can imagine overwhelmed with business so if you need your bike repair you get on a waiting list right now and they contact you when to bring you then. They went over very clearly what it would take to repair my old bike and then I decided to get a new one. I gave them the price range but I was looking for and they set me up with the best bike I’ve ever owned my life. Update: Went back to get a rear rack and love it as well.

They refused to service my Ibis Road bicycle because I wasn’t a local customer, on top of that I was planning a big ride through NC.You’re better off going to Dick’s Sporting Goods, their techs will gladly tune your bike without excuses.

Matt Friedrick: Great work, great guys, great overall experience. I dropped by to ask about having my son's brake line fixed. Even though it was obvious they had a number of other things going on they were able to get to it very promptly and at a price that I think honored their expertise and effort but was also very fair for me. At the end, they eyed the overall job and noticed something unrelated to the project I had asked them to work on, but that needed to be fixed for my son to be safe. They pointed it out, grabbed a few tools and went to work on it. I left feeling like my son will be much safer on his bike. On top of all of this, they were just really good guys and I enjoyed hearing more about their shop's history.

E Sugarman: My experience with this shop have been mostly positive, and I am especially happy with my Fuel EX 8- it is an amazing mountain bike.Unfortunately the best mechanic (IMO) there left (who also happen to be the store manager), and I've had issues with the other mechanics in the past. I'm getting ready to buy another high-end bike but am now looking at other Trek shops because of the previous dissatisfaction with their mechanics, but still may buy it there if things change.
Chris Ford: I had a great experience and learned a good amount about the bike when picking up. Everyone was really friendly.
Susan Marshall: Everyone at the store has been willing to work with us through purchasing several bikes. When we bring them in for minor issues those are dealt with very quickly.
Tyler Zak: Brought my bike in with a popped innertube and damaged rim. They got to work on it immediately, walking me through the process and explaining things about my E-bike I didn't know. Not only did they fix my rim and replace my innertube, but noticed the gearing was off and rubber strip rim tape was missing as well. They're super passionate about what they do and it shows. Their pricing blew me away as well! I couldn't believe the level of service I received with such reasonable pricing. They've got a customer for life.
