New Hope Church Trailhead Park: what do users think?
Lana Marie Alva: Large parking lot with bathrooms, a drinking fountain and a bike tool center for Tobacco Trail.
Pinwu Xu: Good facility
Donna S: Nice trail for running, walking, or cycling.
Ella Kersey: I was invited here for a picnic birthday party. Be warned if you have young children, there is not a shred of children's play equipment here. Just a shelter and a half, a bathroom, disc golf, and the tobacco trail. You may want to bring a ball or something for your children. Bathroom was decent.
Meghan Reid: A great place to stop along the ATT or to start along it. Lots of parking, bathrooms available, one water fountain closer to the parking lot was still on, and plenty of places to lock up your bike.
Edward Reid: Nice place for a walk or bike ride!
Elaine Martin: Very clean with bathroom facilities, picnic pavilions, and great parking. And, of course excellent access to the American Tobacco Trail.
blindi: Nice trail but gets crowded during the weekends.
Vivek Bhargava: Picnic facilities, rest room. Great way to launch your walking, biking, ...
Brian Deem: Great facilities. Very clean. Great trail.

Auto Park Chrysler Jeep: what do users think?
Laura Lee: Great customer service and for oil changes and tire rotation no appointment needed and I was pretty much in and out.
Brent: Very seamless from drop off, to waiting, to constant updates, to leaving.
Melonie Sellers: Recently, I was just cleaning out my glove compartment and the wheel lock key was not in there, only the little holding pouch. They used it at my most recent oil change/tire rotation service.Iโ€™ve been trying to reach the service manager for 2 going on 3 weeks but have not been successful. I just want them to check to see if the wheel lock key is laying around in the shop since I have the serial numbers and Julian date in that pouch they could refer to. if they are not successful I would ask that they purchase a new one for me. However, each time I speak to a customer rep, they cannot locate an email for the service manager and ask for my email and number instead. This is ridiculous to try this hard to reach someone there! I will not be going back unless they attempt to make this wrong right. My advice, Iโ€™d they have to use ANY of your personal equipment to perform service on your vehicle, make sure itโ€™s noted on the service notes and you verify itโ€™s been returned. Obviously, this shop is not run by integrity.
Dale Andrews: Quick check in process. Quick service. Good customer service.
Jonathan Gordon: They were amazing!!!
O 1: Auto Park Jeep uses deceptive business practices to make sales. If you want a simple and hassle-free car buying experience, avoid Auto Park. Their priority is moving cars off their lot, not getting you into the vehicle that's right for you. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
Randy O'Neal: Attentive and efficient service
Monalisa Williams: Wee3eee3e3ee3eee3e3e3w2w2w2ww3w3e3e2w3333ww2w3ew3wewwew32w2we333e3w22222w2w2w33w3e3we3w2w3e3eww3w3w2w2w2w2w33w223w2w3ww2w3www2w2w2
Chad Thomason: Extremely terrible service. I took my 2010 Dodge Charger in because it was running hot, wouldnโ€™t even start & there was a recall on the airbag & the engine light was on. The recommendation was to install a cooling fan & a new battery. The day after I picked my car up from being fixed, I noticed that the thermostat needle stayed on โ€œCโ€ all the way to work & the morning after. Then the engine light came back on. I called the dealership back & was instructed to bring it back in. Now they are saying that I needed a new thermostat switch & possibly a fuel pump but said to start with the thermostat switch. I had to pay for the second fix as well as the first. I was told that this is common when installing cooling fans on older model vehicles.
Brian Packard: Very Professional,Took care of the problem quickly.Tanner is a Great Service Advisor.
David J: Recently needed to obtain my radio unlock code due to an issue with the fuse. Called the Service Dpt first to see if it could be done over the phone and was told "no" it has to be done in-person due to security issues. Fair enough. Confirmed I did not need an appointment and can walk up to Svc Dpt. Drive to the dealership and go to service dept. First person tells me they need to take my radio out to get it. That individuals is then told to have me go to Parts Dpt as they can help look it up via an app. Go to Parts and I'm told someone in Service can help me.....brought back to the initial person who thought it was on the back of the radio??? Directed to another individual in the Parts Dpt. After verifying my ID and registration the search begins for who actually has access to the code app. Turns out NOBODY in Leith Auto Park Jeep can do this...at least anyone working that day. Evidently only certain managers have access and they're not working on the weekend and I will need to try and obtain it at another time. From the initial phone call to having to waste time actually going to the dealership, it's concerning the lack of knowledge and waste of time for something as simple as obtaining a code. Not how I envision spending my Saturday. On the plus side, I did want to call-out Kevin in Parts who did all he could do. He attempted to contact multiple individuals/mgrs on their cells but no luck.
Nathan Van Gheem: They were responsive and tried to help it seemed but these places just seem focused on figuring out ways to give you the most expensive possible service and not actually focused on cost effective maintenance.I had engine sputtering and performance problems. I explained it to them. Their solution in the end was over 1k$ in work for replacing spark plugs and to not actually fix the problem. In the end, it was an air fuel mixture problem and all I had to do was clean the valve, sensor and replace air filter.Watched a YouTube video, $50 in parts and 2 hours of my amateur labor. Super simple fix. Why didn't they try? Or even look?Really disappointed.I recommend finding a local trustworthy shop. I have one I normally go to. For this problem I thought the dealership who saw problems on my vehicle type more often would have a better idea with engine problems. My local shop would have charged $0 if they didn't know how to fix the problem.I don't think the people that work at these places are necessarily bad or anything like that. It just seems like at some point, the incentives aren't aligned for cost effective maintenance. They are looking at my vehicle, have it there and would love to find a way to squeeze more money out of the stay. Even if they aren't quite sure, why not do this additional 1k thing, etc. Can't hurt! Well, it hurts my pocket book and trust!
Dmitriy Gordiyenko: I'm a fan of Jeep, but their service was disappointing, loss of money and time.I went to the service because I heard a knock in the suspension. I asked them to do a diagnostic.I was told that the knock in the suspension is due to the fact that they are struts worn out. And that it doesn't pose any danger. However, the noise began to increase in a couple of weeks and I drove to another place, where they immediately showed me that the suspension support was broken and the wheel was about to lie on its side or come off. It is very dangerous. I paid three times as much as a regular service because I think they know Jeep better than anyone.By the way, actually struts and shocks in good condition. They also left the cabin air filter in a disassembled state just lying on the floor in the car and returned the car to me in this form (they just forgot to put it back after checking).
William Daniels: If I could give this place, zero stars I would. The sales experience is terrible because they straight up lie to you.Never in my life have I been gaslighted by a whole business. He tried to stick me in an eight year old car, and then proceeded to lecture me about my credit. Go anywhere else but here thank you Johnson Bullock for being such a miserable representation of your company.
Joe & Nikki Feltenberger: Good customer experience.
Patrick Drinkwater: Banged up cars and some rusted too. Buyer Beware
Marshall Troublefield: I came in today for an oil change and told the service team my car dashboard said the remote start needed servicing. I told them every now and then it stalls to start with the push button. They couldn't fit me in due to being short staffed and now I'm on the side of the road and vehicle won't start! Plus it's saying my park brake now needs to be serviced.
J B: I brought my Jeep here for service and after they had it for 6 hours for basically an oil change and inspection, I received a phone call giving me the list of issues that sometimes goes with an oil change, as well as being told my oil change and passing inspection was done, a $1300 quote later i told him i would just take the services i went in for, he went on to tell me he would call when my jeep was ready, 20 mins later i was walking into dealership when i received a phone call that my jeep was done, BUT my jeep did not pass inspection because of my tinted windowsโ€ฆ so it was passed while we were on the phone, but failed after i wouldn't give you $1300 to fix my jeepโ€ฆ I brought my Jeep here because I wanted someone trusted to be working on it, rather than the usual Firestone.. but at least I had no issues getting an inspection sticker ANYWHERE else.
Leighton Hornack: Customer service was impeccable. Spoke to Jake about purchasing my first new vehicle and he walked me the through the process without being pushy. Thanks Jake and team for making my first buying process bearable!
Can Sanders: Great customer service I definitely would go back again and again
Tania Laporte: Facilities are clean and comfortable enough to wait. Personell is respectfull. Service is reasonably fast.

Land Rover Cary: what do users think?
Deana Georgitis: I just purchased a Jaguar for my wife at Land Rover Cary and they were excellent, especially Logan, I would definitely recommend getting a car from this dealership.
Ross Baker: I recently visited Land Rover Cary to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I had a great experience with everyone that we interacted with. From the moment that we walked in the door, we were offered refreshments and the sales team and financing team went above and beyond to make sure that the experience went smoothly. I never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle and Thomas and Jonathan explained everything to me in thorough detail. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Trena Peel: Very friendly seller and their service was phenomenal.
Tammy Harvey: Tony was the salesman that meet us when we arrived at LandRover. He was able to answer all the questions and concerns we had about our purchase and had a delightful disposition. This was a used vehicle with two recalls and he made all the arrangements to have them taken care of immediately. We could not have been more pleased with our experience at LandRover of Cary.
Jeff Peterson: Knowledge and friendly staff!
Lonnie Manley: I purchased a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport December 2022 that was suppose to be certified. They didn't have the second key in which they were suppose to order it when I bought the vehicle. Today is June 23rd 2023 still no key (highly disappointed) ! I get the run around each time I call about my second key. Management was suppose to give me a call, I haven't heard from them (highly disappointed)! Vehicle only has 66, 000 miles. I've only put roughly 4,000 miles on it since December 22. Service light just came on for maintenance due. I called to set up an appointment to have it serviced by someone in the service department but not a service advisor. I was told a service advisor would call me. I haven't heard from one yet (highly disappointed)! However I received a text that has a laundry list of things that doesn't seem to have anything to do with the service for the miles that are on the vehicle of $1,300. If this is the case, it seems they sold me a vehicle that had no work done to it and it suppose to be certified (Highly disappointed)! I've been calling the dealership this morning June 23, can't reach service advisor and can't reach a manager of either department (highly disappointed)! If you call, there is a long hold and it will put you to their voice male (highly disappointed)! I wonder if your corporate office knows about your poor quality of service that's being done at the Cary location. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DEALERSHIP AND IT'S MANAGEMENT TEAM !!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone will care enough to reach out to me ASAP! I purchased the vehicle in good faith that your Dealership would treat your customers with a high level of respect...........LJM
Adam K: This has got to be the worst customer service experience,on the sales side,I have had at a Land Rover dealership.
Cathy Pruitt: Our experience was phenomenal! Nobody in their right mind wants to pay what vehicles cost today, but it is what it is! We started dealing with Henry M with internet sales and he was on point and timely and the info he gave was accurate. I asked a couple of questions that he couldn't answer and instead of BSing his way, he said he wasn't sure but would find out....I respect the honesty!! We then dealt with Ray Turner. Ray was probably the best car dealer rep we've ever dealt with! He was patient, clear, concise and very helpful!! Neither Henry nor Ray was the normal "pushy" "get em in, get em out". There was none of the normal car dealer horror stories. The NCSECU dropped the ball and we had to go pick up a small check -- Ray was so cool and never once checked his watch on the Friday before Memorial Day, like we were holding him up (which I think we were). Sat down with Mohammed, the finance manager -- not 1 second of high pressure! I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy on all of their parts!! We travelled 3 hours to get there and they did everything they possibly could to help us get out ahead of traffic! We would absolutely buy from Ray/Land Rover of Cary again!! We know whereof we speak - we had another Raleigh Dealership sell a Jeep out from under us! SMHThanks Ray!
Manuel Trevino: EXCELLENT, professional and friendly service. Thank you
Shameeka Wade: I was in the market for a gently used vehicle that wouldn't break the bank! They had a nice little Regal within the budget I was lookingand when I say from walking in the door being greeted by the the most pleasant receptionist ever to meeting Tra and test driving vehicle to Jonathan the most down to earth finance manager! ENTIRE PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS THESE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN GOT IT RIGHT! KUDOS and again keyword SEAMLESS!
Willie Harris: The service for my Range Rover Sport Dynamic V8 Supercharged was Fantastic, the service Advisor, Mike explained everything to me that the service covered and made good recommendation on what other things i needed to have done as part of the service. All is well so far, thanks for a Job Well Done and keep up the good work. See you next service.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
Katrina J. Hicks: Mike in service is AWESOME!!! Keeps you informed.
Satish Kumar: My preference was clearly understood. Provided an exceptional service when I was there and provided speedy and great offer.
Jared McLamb: My experience with Logan was fantastic. He delivered everything needed and was sure to follow-up post-purchase which was a nice touch. He made the experience of purchasing and now owning a LR enjoyable. I will recommend him to my friends and family and absolutely come back for future purchases.
Douglas Byrom: As always - great experience. Jex is great. Just bought a new XJ from this dealership - my second!!! Would not have bought here if the service was not exceptional at this dealership. Happy New Years!
George Morrison: Very knowledgeable of maintenance
Stacy Hart: We were very pleased with our buying experience here recently. Very laid back, easy process. John, our sales manager was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very helpful. Will definitely return
TATE RYAN: Great people. Great experience, especially with an out of state purchase.
Kiran Kumar: Typical car dealer and highly disappointing for a LR dealership. Non-responsive post-purchase and my salesman, Logan, is also typical for a salesman saying whatever needs to be said to sell a vehicle while he canโ€™t even be bothered to find accurate answers for questions. Purchased the add-on armor all package for my vehicle and have been unable to get that done after 12 calls. Imagine spending ~$1500 for something and not receiving it. This is the third brand new RR Iโ€™ve bought and this is easily the most โ€œghettoโ€ LR dealership Iโ€™ve ever encountered with the least competent sales staff ever. If anyone from LR reads these reviews, it would be nice to get an answer on whether youโ€™re refunding me for the purchase of the armor all package or if youโ€™re going to be providing the service I have already paid for.
Peter Fernstrum: Knowledgable and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.
vic turner: The service was great. No issues
