Dianna Jeffries: Jasmyne is an absolute gem. she knows how to tame the savage beast (me) with her kindness, calm and strong understanding of the customer. Thank u so much for resolving all issues with ease and respect.
Deidra Hoskins: Bank is great but this is the slowest least attentive branch I've been to. All I need is a withdrawal and it takes forever, Every time.
aj williamson: Don’t waste your time with this bank
David: The employees are nice but the bank itself is horrible. Online banking is a nightmare to use, avoid like the plague if you use online banking at all. Be prepared to have holds placed on your cards/accounts and being told how much of your money you can spend.

Marie Morales: Worst drive-thru EVER. Prepare to sit in line for, at least, 30 minutes… at least. I kid you not. You’re also trapped in line because of the layout.

Faryal Khan: Michael and Ray were both great bankers and now they both have left. I miss them so much because they were both so knowledgeable and personable. Current PNC tellers and bankers are nice as they can possibly be but they just can't compare with previous employees. PNC please treat your good employees better so they don't leave!!! I changed my 2 star review to a 1 star because my wire transfer was done incorrectly. For the love of God, please don't put incompetent people in charge of transferring money, especially overseas.

Kelly Williams: The manager Mr. Potter was extremely helpful when it came to my financial needs. Even while the location was busy he took the time to show concern with client and other employees needs. It was nice to see a bank supervisor showing empathy for everyone. Will recommend to family and friends.

Erik Nilsson: No tellers no drive thruHow can they call this a bank
Mike Stellpflug: Beware that if they buy your mortgage, they will do everything in their power to avoid you making your first payment on time. You'll get many servicing transfer letters, which refer to separate secure messages with PIN and new account number (which can't be looked up by unique address, SSN, name and other info they obviously got with the loan), but those won't actually exist, and you'll spend hours on the phone trying to avoid exorbitant penalties, which is the actual business model.
Vincent Schmidt: Thank you for opening the tellers back up. Jasmine was awesome. She had me in and out of there in no time at all. Professional and polite. That’s the way I like to do business.
Austin Ferguson: Went out of their way to help me solve an issue with my auto loan. Ran into a few roadblocks, but Alfred reached out internally and got it solved. Great service, friendly and patient.
Ashtyn Nies: These are amazing people. I had trouble with my online banking and I came in like 4 different times trying to fix it but everytime I came in they treat me with kindness. Alfred and Melinda open my account and help me understand everything. Erik was the one that solve what was going on. They all try their best and I appreciate everyone of them.
Honest Review: Terrible bank with terrible practices
Donna Rich: They do banking....no frills, but the general tasks. I will say I've noticed they either lose or move employees around alot because the faces don't seem to remain very long in the branch. I like familiarity and trust built myself with banking matters.
Jason Mooberry: I needed help transferring funds in preparation for closing a loan with another lender. The teller was friendly and patient, ultimately referring me to Don who listened carefully and made a thoughtful recommendation to simplify the transfer. I don’t love PNC on the whole due primarily to their weak online services but the staff at this location definitely improved my overall impression of this bank.
Srikanth Janga: I was originally a National City Customer that got absorbed into PNC when they merged. The main reason I use this bank is because of their services. I am not sure about discrimination like the other reviewer mentioned, but I have always been treated with respect and made to feel welcome. If I had to pick a negative about this branch, its the occasional call from them about once or twice a year to setup an appointment to talk about financial services they offer.

Serena Frierson: I live in Greensboro. I traveled to meet family for dinner. I was very displeased to find this place for ATM purposes and the ATM machine was down. Not a happy customer.
Helen Ross: The people who work in the offices are RUDE!!The casherirs are nicer but do not ask to speak with a person in the offices they will bite you. I rather make Bussiness in the one on Macedonia Rd. Alll the people there are super nice specially the tellers.
Mike Williams: Cary Walnut Street branch. Agent Keona Phelps assisted me with a CD transaction. She was very courteous and professional.

Victoria Wang: Went there at 3:00 P.M when there was no one there, and had to wait ten minutes to receive help. When I finally got to speak to the service’s officer, she was clueless. I had asked a simple question, but she had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up taking thirty minutes for a five minute visit.

PRS1: Unfortunate experience with a very unfortunate employee. I have had an account at this bank for almost a decade. Today I offered to try and cash a check for a friend who is down on their luck. First off the speaker was broken on the drive through so nothing could be heard easily. Unfortunately the check couldn't be cashed which is fine. What isn't fine is being treated badly. I suspect the teller saw 2 young men attempting to cash a "suspicious" check with backwards hats. Or at least that's the way she treated us. Eye rolls and exasperation easily identified even with a mask on. She made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I have multiple accounts with this bank with money in all of them. I wasn't treated like a customer and that is very unfortunate. I am actually thinking about closing my accounts after today.

I had an issue with another bank putting a hold on a cashier's check from this location and Sandra provided all the ways they can help and explained everything with great ease. She was great and the teller who helped me previously was also wonderful.

Tama R. Bouncer: All the staff is fabulous and make you feel like your personal bankers. I came in to set up some accounts for my mother and ended up refinancing my house. More recently I was depositing a lot of cash money from the sale of Girl Scout cookies and the tellers were very accomodating. The finance officer even encouraged my granddaughter to save money at the bank and not her piggy bank. Then she explained inflation and interest to her which was helpful to a 10 year old. I would never bank anywhere else!

Natasha Frater: Chris would benefit from more training. He made several comments that did not need to be made. He misspoke and questioned me unnecessarily. Yes, follow all your policies and procedures but there is a professional way to do it without offending or accusing. He is also very slow which he said about himself twice. I called and spoke with Steven who I was told was the teller manager but I doubt anything will be addressed.
Xander Ibis: I'd leave zero stars if I could. Staff is unfriendly, inconsistent, unpersonable, and overall do not have your best interest in mind. Set an appointment 2 weeks out, when I show up they act like they didn't know I was coming! Gave no information as to what I needed to do or what THEY needed to do in order to run loan application process(didnt even ask me appropriate questions to see how much I could apply for!). Never had an experience like this at the other Cary branches, take your business there; I only went here because mine did not have a mortgage specialist available at the time.

Tracie Robinson: Their employees need to know the correct information we called last week to see if they have $2 bills and we let him know that we are not members of this particular credit Union we are a member of a credit union but in Florida and they told us that was fine that they do sell the $2 bills now the lady telling us today that they don't sell the $2 bills unless you are a State employees credit Union member which is ridiculous if you got the money why does it matter anyway I will never go there I will never have an account there I am not impressed with any of their employees today the one that we were actually working with seem very clueless on what to do with anything and had no idea what a $2 bill strap was
Andrew Mitchell: Atm consistently doesnt accept cash, or check deposits. 50/50 shot it wont let you withdraw cash. They "balance" their atm in the middle of the buisness day, so if for some reason it actually lets you make a deposit it won't post to your account. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
Tyrah Taylor: If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. everyone I’ve spoken to is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend at all. Specifically MIKE RAY. He’s horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people nicely. Don’t go there if you’re looking for nice people.
Hannah Mitchell: Received a call from this branch regarding a personal banking matter, I missed the call but immediately returned it. I was chastised for not knowing who left me the message, the voicemail was unclear, when I finally was able to identify some part of the name I was told that they had no idea who that was. I then was spoken to in a very condescending manner regarding a mistake I made with an online transaction and ultimately hung up on and told my funds would be withheld for 30 days. Is this how you treat clients of your bank? Is this acceptable of your company?

LegitSi: On a Friday at 5:28, after rushing through traffic, as I was approaching the drive thru, all the windows were suddenly turned off. I get that people want to get home on a Friday, but you have no idea how much those two minutes will affect your customers. This was beyond inconvenient for me and very disappointing. I liked this branch.
