Nathaniel Hill: My wife passed away and she has a mortgage with this bank. When I received the letter of administration documents to handle the mortgage from here, I took them to this branch and they completely refused to look at the documents or even help me. They were very non-comoassionate and acted like they didn't want to handle the issue and just wanted me out as soon as possible. Do not bank here.I would like to add that when I took these same documents to SECU. They were able to handle all of her accounts for me on the spot.Update: They finally sent some paperwork to help out that will take them weeks to process but they sent the paperwork to the incorrect address. Very incompetent.
Am Po: I had good experience with banking. They stood out during my need, especially Pinkal Kharwa, she is knowledgeable and very cooperative banker and supported my requests to work with account maintenance. I would recommend this branch of the bank for sure.
Harry Burman: The most helpful manager here. He helped wire some money.These guys have great customer service.
Kuan Ho: I had an issue after Truist merged with BB&T where i could not access my account. After trying to resolve this for over a month and hours of talking in person to no avail, I spoke with banker Pinkal Kharva. She resolved this issue in an hour. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Norman Gillis: ATM has been broken multiple times. Want to make a deposit? May the odds be forever in your favor! Want decent customer service from the branch because you can't use said ATM? Just go to another branch. Want to make a transaction during holidays? Should of done it well in advance, no matter what situation you're in.Long story short, most of the people at this branch just don't care and it's obvious that corporate doesn't care about this branch either. Just go elsewhere.
Raj Gosavi: If you live in Cary, I recommend this bank for your needs. These guys are great. The bank manager, Daniel is an outstanding manager, and all his team members seem happy working at that location. They will go above and beyond to help you.

Christina Smith: Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. The tellers are rude and slow. The line was long and I had my 5 year old with me. They no longer set out the withdraw slips so I have to hold the line up with my squirming child to fill one out. Then they say I can't access my money because they have an old ID on file and I would have to sit down with a manager to fix it. I have never had this problem before and I come here every month to pay rent. I have had it with the inconvenience of SunTrust.
Ed Guardado: Worst customer service , the teller was unprofessional, and rude as I wanted to cash a check , I was helpless in the service had to opt out by asking the person that gave me check to pay me in cash better . Will not come back to this bank .

Praveen Sriram: Very nice tellers and a great staff but only gave 3 stars because of minimum balance and direct deposit requirements for their checking account. I closed my account and am staying with First Citizens Bank. But not too terrible since tellers and staff are courteous and friendly and my mom banks here. I would give 4 stars if they lowered their minimum direct deposit requirement from $500 to $250. This seems to discriminate against low income americans but that is typical of most banks so can't get too upset about it. Good bank but needs to improve its checking account requirements.

Nancy Caggia: Chadelle was amazingly helpful AND knowledgeable! Long story short, she was the best customer service person I have experienced in any industry lately. My transaction was complicated and I was quite agitated walking in branch office from dealing with online systems and timing over long holiday weekend. She checked things in their system and reassured me & helped me immensely! It all worked out and a large payment didn't bounce: so no penalties or interest or audit flags! Phew!! So refreshing to see someone who knows their job and does it superbly! Thank you Chadelle!!

Maxim Tikhov: Spent 1 hour waiting in the queue on the phone, then 20-30 mins talking to a rep to get my online banking access established. Just to find out that he can't verify me because he needs some info from me that he can't even explain because he is not a financial advisor, but a technical person. So the only option he gave me is that I need spend another several hours of my personal time to get to their office. And I didn't even want to be their client in the first place!!!

Serena Frierson: I live in Greensboro. I traveled to meet family for dinner. I was very displeased to find this place for ATM purposes and the ATM machine was down. Not a happy customer.
Helen Ross: The people who work in the offices are RUDE!!The casherirs are nicer but do not ask to speak with a person in the offices they will bite you. I rather make Bussiness in the one on Macedonia Rd. Alll the people there are super nice specially the tellers.

I had asked a simple question, but she had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up taking thirty minutes for a five minute visit.

PRS1: Unfortunate experience with a very unfortunate employee. I have had an account at this bank for almost a decade. Today I offered to try and cash a check for a friend who is down on their luck. First off the speaker was broken on the drive through so nothing could be heard easily. Unfortunately the check couldn't be cashed which is fine. What isn't fine is being treated badly. I suspect the teller saw 2 young men attempting to cash a "suspicious" check with backwards hats. Or at least that's the way she treated us. Eye rolls and exasperation easily identified even with a mask on. She made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I have multiple accounts with this bank with money in all of them. I wasn't treated like a customer and that is very unfortunate. I am actually thinking about closing my accounts after today.

Tama R. Bouncer: All the staff is fabulous and make you feel like your personal bankers. I came in to set up some accounts for my mother and ended up refinancing my house. More recently I was depositing a lot of cash money from the sale of Girl Scout cookies and the tellers were very accomodating. The finance officer even encouraged my granddaughter to save money at the bank and not her piggy bank. Then she explained inflation and interest to her which was helpful to a 10 year old. I would never bank anywhere else!

Natasha Frater: Chris would benefit from more training. He made several comments that did not need to be made. He misspoke and questioned me unnecessarily. Yes, follow all your policies and procedures but there is a professional way to do it without offending or accusing. He is also very slow which he said about himself twice. I called and spoke with Steven who I was told was the teller manager but I doubt anything will be addressed.
Xander Ibis: I'd leave zero stars if I could. Staff is unfriendly, inconsistent, unpersonable, and overall do not have your best interest in mind. Set an appointment 2 weeks out, when I show up they act like they didn't know I was coming! Gave no information as to what I needed to do or what THEY needed to do in order to run loan application process(didnt even ask me appropriate questions to see how much I could apply for!). Never had an experience like this at the other Cary branches, take your business there; I only went here because mine did not have a mortgage specialist available at the time.

Tracie Robinson: Their employees need to know the correct information we called last week to see if they have $2 bills and we let him know that we are not members of this particular credit Union we are a member of a credit union but in Florida and they told us that was fine that they do sell the $2 bills now the lady telling us today that they don't sell the $2 bills unless you are a State employees credit Union member which is ridiculous if you got the money why does it matter anyway I will never go there I will never have an account there I am not impressed with any of their employees today the one that we were actually working with seem very clueless on what to do with anything and had no idea what a $2 bill strap was
Andrew Mitchell: Atm consistently doesnt accept cash, or check deposits. 50/50 shot it wont let you withdraw cash. They "balance" their atm in the middle of the buisness day, so if for some reason it actually lets you make a deposit it won't post to your account. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
Tyrah Taylor: If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. everyone I’ve spoken to is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend at all. Specifically MIKE RAY. He’s horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people nicely. Don’t go there if you’re looking for nice people.
Hannah Mitchell: Received a call from this branch regarding a personal banking matter, I missed the call but immediately returned it. I was chastised for not knowing who left me the message, the voicemail was unclear, when I finally was able to identify some part of the name I was told that they had no idea who that was. I then was spoken to in a very condescending manner regarding a mistake I made with an online transaction and ultimately hung up on and told my funds would be withheld for 30 days. Is this how you treat clients of your bank? Is this acceptable of your company?

LegitSi: On a Friday at 5:28, after rushing through traffic, as I was approaching the drive thru, all the windows were suddenly turned off. I get that people want to get home on a Friday, but you have no idea how much those two minutes will affect your customers. This was beyond inconvenient for me and very disappointing. I liked this branch.

Crimson Rain: Very rude customer service. They made fraudulent charges on two accounts and were confronted on them. They withdrew themselves from those accounts after they were caught and the court got involved.
