Bob Fennel: Went in for an overall insurance review and Kaley offered up a few suggestions that will save us a bunch of money. Very concerned with pleasing and doing what’s best for the customer. Recommended one additional ‘rider’ that will cover one of the most common claims a homeowner has but unless this rider is in place, coverage doesn’t exist. That extra cost, which is very small, is well worth it and another way Morgan and Kaley have the clients’ best interest in mind.

Go Girl Ministries. Grace Overflow Ministries: State Farm is a great company with competitive rates but the location of this one is no longer a well traveled area. So has advantages and disadvantages! After further review this isn't the location I was thinking of. Forgive me. Now far as State Farm is concern they are an awesome insurance company with great rates. And my former agent even would give you a 10.00 giftcard foe customer referrals that switch to StateFarm. Make sure you do business with caring agents. The brand StateFarm has and wholes it's own weight the brand name is significant but the agents privately own there locations. Patronize the ones that remember to be courteous and give back!
David Connolly: Remember that Staples ad with the "easy" button? Kevin is the easy button of insurance. He's amazingly knowledgeable, fast, friendly and always accessible. Any request I have, no matter how complicated I think it is, is a slam dunk for him. I can't recommend him strongly enough.
Justin Jones: No matter what insurance company you have your insurance coverage is only as good as your agent. During Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Michael I had the opportunity to see the results of how your agent affects your coverage. It is the difference between having coverage that is there when you need it and finding out you were not covered for the disaster. I have been with Kevin Garvey for almost 10 years now. He and his staff, which includes his wife Lori, have been there when ever I have a question. They think of the small things that I need on my policy and make sure I am covered. Most companies expect you to know what you need and by the time you have a need you find out you were not covered because you did have it added to your policy. The average person knows very little about insurance. If you are like me, you buy it because you are required to by the state or your mortgage company. Kevin gets to know you and your circumstance, so he can insure that you are properly covered. I have no intention of moving to another agent for my home or auto coverage. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Garvey, my State Farm agents.
OJM: Kevin is far beyond the most professional, courteous, and hard working individual with whom I work. If you need anything morning, noon, or night Kevin will answer and solve your insurance related problem/s. For those of us whom are very busy and don't have a lot of time to wait around and need to solve problems immediately, Kevin is a gift from God. I believe we have 7 or 8 policies with State Farm. Several of those we found cheaper through another provider, but decided to go with Kevin simply because of his punctuality and work ethic. When we need something, he delivers, period. If the rest of the business world operated in the manner that Kevin Garvey does it would be a more productive, compliant, and efficient environment in which to work.

Dana Moeller: I’ve had my renters insurance with State Farm (through Kevin Garvey’s office) for a few years and have always had good experiences. I recently switched my car insurance to them and have had nothing but good experiences (and awesome customer service). When I made the switch I got a letter stating that my insurance had lapsed and I could get a penalty. I called Kevin in a panic at 7am and left a message asking him to call me back when the office opened. He did one better and called me back before they opened. He explained it was just a mix up and how it happened, then got the mix up fixed in a matter of minutes.
Ben B: Kevin (and his employees) have been INCREDIBLY awesome to work with. I became a North Carolina resident after going to school here and getting a job. It was very easy to get Renter's insurance, they made the process very easy, answered all my questions, and the price (compared to other local options) was great! Additionally, I got my car insurance through them. Again they made the process incredibly easy and rates were very good. I am now relocating out of state and Kevin has been helpful in the process - providing me with a local agent, explaining the process and how all my policies will be transferred, and answering all my questions. Really appreciate that so I have one less thing to worry about. The customer service here is top notch. Most of the time when you call you actually speak to Kevin himself, he knows who you are, your policies, and all your details so he is immediately ready to help you and answer your questions. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his office to anyone in the area. I hope my next agent is as good as he is, if so I'll be a State Farm customer for life.

JP Conklin: After twenty years of working with Nobles Insurance, we moved our insurance to a competitor in December 2019 in order to save nearly $3,000 per year. We cancelled our policy with Nationwide and made our final payment per the online account invoice. Three months later, we received a collections notice for $400. We had never received an email or a mailed invoice indicating we still owed $400. When I emailed Susan Stevens to ask about the notice, she said she had attempted to call me but had never heard back. She and I have exchanged countless emails over the years yet she failed to email me and explain why I still owed $400, she just sent it to a collections agency.Find another insurance company to work with. After twenty years of working with this one, I wasn't even sent a simple email explaining the situation. Imagine how they will be with an actual claim.
