Big Daddy Dequavis: My sister went there to have a diving logo ironed onto a bathing suit that she liked and ordered online. She was denied service because she did not buy it from this place. They forced her to purchase a bathing suit from their store for them to put the logo on.The workers were very angry and rude and they would not allow her to purchase the logo by itself either. They refused the opportunity to make money and be a good customer friendly business. If you want to deal with mean and unhelpful, rude employees who want to kill themselves please go here!

Cindy Martin: I had a great experiencing shopping with All American Swim. We got a phenomenal price on a tech suit for my son. It was shipped two days later and arrived less than a week after I placed the order. Could not be more pleased!

Ashley Davis: My personal experience with the staff at this store was not very pleasant. They weren’t welcoming, what I perceived as being rude and did not seem to be happy working there. When I turned my back to leave more people were walking in and one of the ladies sighed and said something under her breath. Next year I will order from Amazon. There’s no reason to be so unhappy when interacting with patrons.
Kimberly Ange-Van Heugten: Store is not always open when their online hours say they are ... very frustrating to walk into a store at 11:30am and be told by a clerk "we are not open" even though they are obviously there and their hours online say "open at 10am" ... I suggest calling first to avoid a wasted trip ... products available are great when open.

Buddy Bell: Whatever you do, don't buy goggles here.I purchased a pair on 6/10. The strap promptly snapped at the first swim meet on 6//11. When I brought them in (with the receipt), they told me that they don't accept returns or do exchanges on goggles. I pointed out that they had only lasted a day, but they didn't care. They were more than willing to let me buy a replacement strap from them, which was very, very kind. However, in the end, I made the brave decision to NOT give them any more of my money.So, unless you have some weird fetish for buying goggles repeatedly, you should go elsewhere.

KARI HUNSAKER: Normally i have a great experience at this store, but today was not the case. In full disclosure, I wanted to return an item, never worn, i had the tag on. I did not purchase it on clearance. When I walked in, i said i wanted to return it. Immediately, i was told that it was a clearance item and all sales are final. I said, i purchased this shirt at full price. After looking it up, they found that i purchased the item 3 months ago, past their 60 day return policy. I understand this is their policy, and i have no problem adhering to the policy. It was how I was treated. I wasn't welcomed, and it felt like I was at the DMV, not Torrid.
Rieneke Farrow: If I could, I would give this no stars. I just walked into this location and none of the THREE employees acknowledged my presence. They continued their conversation as if I wasn't there. I walked right by them and was tempted to say hello just so that they'd have to acknowledge me but I refrained. Not even 3 minutes later, other customers (of a lighter skin tone) walked in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance. I walked out, past all three employees, with still no acknowledgement. You obviously need help from the fact that the last two times I attempted to visit this location, it was closed. But maybe train your employees to have better customer service. I'll never be back and will tell everyone I know why.
Lauren King: I've only had great experiences at this location. Whenever I needed to pick up an order or exchange an item, the staff here has always been helpful. Today (5/15/2022) Felicia went above and beyond for me. She was the only one holding the store down and I could tell she needed some relief. But she didn't let that get in the way of making sure I was taken care of. She got my item returned and replaced with a smaller size, for the same price I paid online. She made sure the item was shipped to my house. We cracked some jokes and I was on my way. She's the best. I hope her higher ups see this and give her raise cause she deserves it.

Julia Muir: I had a wonderful experience at Everything But Water. I needed some new bathing suits before leaving for a trip, and I had been putting it off for months due to my discomfort around my figure, but I went in with an open mind and I’m glad Gabby was there that day. She was very welcoming, had great energy and she was helpful, but not pushy. I left with two suits that I feel good about and I really appreciate Gabby’s help in making it a great experience!
Her Amber: I called this store looking for a specific swimsuit and spoke with Kim who was very helpful. The next day I went into the store to try on swimsuits even though they didn't have the color I wanted. Kim was there and was amazing! She pulled similar swimsuits for me that they had in stock to try on and others that she thought would work for me. That was greatly appreciated and I felt like I was talking to someone that completely understood what I was looking for. Throughout the pandemic, customer service has definitely declined in so many industries. So to walk into this store and be greeted and assisted by someone who actually wanted to help and listened to me and suggested other things was a breath of fresh air! Kim, thanks for being so helpful. This is one of the best shopping experiences I've had based off of customer service alone.

andrew blake: Went into the store with my girlfriend trying to find new swimsuits for her before a beach trip and was highly unsatisfied with the customer service experience. The swimsuits were fine however the service was uncomfortable, rude, and very pressuring. They made her feel uncomfortable as they rudely suggested she get a bigger size before even trying the swimsuits on (she’s very fit and in good shape, not that that should matter) and proceeded to be overbearing the whole fitting process. Checkout was a disaster and embarrassing process as we were not able to use a gift card bc we didn’t know the EXACT balance for them to put into the computer. Bought and immediately returned. Second poor experience and won’t give an opportunity for a strike three.

She went above & beyond to make sure I was happy & she was so helpful when trying on suits. Because the suits are higher quality don't expect low prices. Floor was chaos, boxes all over, hard to shop comfortably. But they do have things to get for gifts. Tiffany Stewart: It is amazing to have an aerie an American Eagle at this location. However, the customer service is horrible. It is like they do not wanna be there. They do not want to help all they want to do is have conversations amongst themselves and it is like that every single time I go in there to shop.
Falan E: I visited this AE location on April 1, 2023. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately. The store was clean, literally spotless, and very organized. Throughout my shopping experience, I was checked on. The staff was visible throughout the store in almost every area I browsed. Everyone seemed happy to be working and open to assisting you with your shopping experience. An equal amount of attention was shown to each customer. I enjoyed my experience here. I found some flare jeans on clearance. Super cute on me!The Aerie side of the store was also great. I feel an extremely happy and confident aura in Aerie with the positive body and beauty affirmations around the store. What a way to elevate the shopper's experience. It got me! AE & Aerie is a YES for me. I loved it!

Linda Saxon: I am writing to commend an employee at your Cary Aerie store. I was visiting with my family a few weeks ago. It was a family shopping adventure with my niece. I am handicapped but didn’t want to miss out on the day’s fun. Your employee, Miss Alexa( hope I spelled it correctly) noticed my discomfort standing and immediately approached me to ask if I needed a chair. She was so kind and considerate. She took the time to engage me in conversation, yet managed to greet customers and offer assistance to those who requested her help. I explained to her how much I appreciated the fact that I even could benefit from a chair. Most people don’t notice when you’re handicapped and they ignore you. Her kindness helped me to enjoy this shopping trip with my family for back to school clothing. It meant so much to me. Miss Alexa should be commended for her commitment to customer service. I hope to see her again soon during my visits with my family! She’s the best!

I’ve been ordering online and returning in store so today I decided to just go to the store and try a bunch on. I found one that “fit” on the sale rack and it has no support. Seeing people whine about masks in the reviews since that's become a favorite hobby for some, and thought I'd add a positive review to staff that have only been nice while some other places are struggling with rude employees. I like that they wear masks and that there's plenty of space to shop. Not like the mall which can get congested. We're in a pandemic and it's really not a big deal to wear one to protect others from your germs. You can still breathe. Businesses have the right to enforce their store policies and don't have to follow the state's guidelines. If you don't want to wear a mask, just shop online. Btw I've seen several shoppers not wear masks, so not sure what people want to whine about anyway. Give it a rest people. I still go to places that don't require masks, and I don't complain even if I prefer to wear one.

KellyG Keen: Went for running shoes and told the sales associate I was looking for something "budget-friendly". He let me know that I wouldn't be able to get a decent running shoe for anything less than $200, which is not true (Brooks, Hoka, etc all make decent ones for ~$130-150). No effort to help find a shoe that fit my style. I'm going to Fleet Foot this weekend, hoping the people there will be more helpful (low bar to cross.).

I appreciated the warm welcome.There was a bit of a wait in the shoe department. I finally got assistance from Alex. Alex was polite and expressed empathy for the wait. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.The service was appreciated.Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.
