LaQueen Nation: Alot of products available. I went to purchase a wig but they won't allow customers to try them on first so I didn't get anything. I'm not sure how a person will know which style looks good on them before purchasing without trying it on first.
Myra Thomas: So disappointing they won’t let you try on wigs here as of the date is the posting 7/14/2023! I went to Ann’s Beauty after I left here with nothing and spent 400.00. The receipt I have attached is to show I went elsewhere where I wasn’t treated like a criminal but a human being who works hard! Tisun, you gave Ann’s Beauty the last 5 wig purchases. See photo for proof with time stamp.I went in to Tisun and politely asked why they are still doing this. No one is wearing masks. It is a travesty to African American women to spend hundreds of dollars to not be able to try on wigs. Where else would that be acceptable? We can try on clothing at goodwill but they won’t let us try on $300 to $500+ wigs as of July 14 2023. And if they don’t fit you can’t return them. It is a slap in the face and so sad. I have spent thousands but am no longer a customer. I encourage women to not just accept this behavior. It’s wrong on so many levels. I’ve been shopping at Ann’s Beauty because they happly allow for trying on very expensive products. Please don’t let them take your money and you walked away not knowing if it will fit. No where else treats is customers this way. I kindly ask the owners to show love and respect to us by removing this policy.

Veronica Ruiz: I went in for my baby’s first haircut and I asked to keep it long but she just kept cutting, chopping, I should say. His hair is cut all different lengths and not in a cute way. One side is shorter too. Honestly, if I knew it’d be like this, I would have just cut it myself. If I had to hold him, she could have told me if she couldn’t handle his movement, it’s her profession so I figured she wasn’t saying anything because she knew what she was doing. Her name was Ashley.I gave 2 stars because it is still a very cute spot and I’m sure if it had been a different outcome for his haircut, it would have been 5. The manager, maybe, was super sweet and the energy itself wasn’t bad.

Anu Chaudhary: I was very disappointed with the service I received here. I went in for a balayage and it looked fine except she made the left side significantly lighter than the right side. I called a week later because the color had lightened to practically blonde (I have black hair) and asked for them to just fix the left sided patch which looked terrible. A week later they got me in but she just ended up dying my entire hair extremely dark despite me saying I liked the color in the back, just wanted that left sided patch fixed. I spent $240 for it to look like I did nothing to my hair. They just dismissed my concern when I said she went too dark even though I kept asking her. I'm disappointed in their service and lack of offering any compensation. $240 and 6 hours of my time, absolutely absurd!! Would not recommend.

Katie Zender: I was finally ready to go gray and had a consult with Don. I made an appointment right then and am so glad I did. Don added babylights to my dark blonde (colored) hair that are absolutely beautiful. It subtly mixes grey/white/blonde color that lets my white roots grow out without the harsh line between color and no color. Plus it lasts for 6-8 weeks! Ever so slowly my grey will become predominant but this eases the transition beautifully. A gloss treatment and cut finished out my session. Im so happy with the outcome! The first time I got the excuse of “a new hairstylist double booked you on top of another client” okay that already kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. The next time I got asked to move my appointment with no explanation. I said FINE. Again very annoyed at this point & could tell management was not doing a good job. Then the THIRD time someone texted me THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT to try to reschedule my appointment to a time that was 2 hours earlier than my appointment & was only giving me an hour to arrive & I was coming all the way from Rock Hill, SC. My hair wouldn't lift so the stylist left the bleach on for a LONG time especially under the heat. My hair was fried afterwards but I didn't think much of it. Fast forward the next few weeks it was breaking off so bad. I used good salons sulfate free shampoo, deep conditioner, and olaplex and it still was breaking. I had to cut almost 5 inches off. All of my long hair is gone:( I would not recommend any of my friends or family to come here, and I deeply regret choosing this salon.Service:Balayage
