A man with a shopping basket kept running into me with it and pretended not to speak English. I think he could read my face!! The 3 cashiers were faster than last time, but again, I fault management for the lack of cashiers.4/16/2023 - This place has some stuff in there but some of the prices are missing so you have to guess. Plus they still have 2 cashiers at the front. . This is amazing for a Sunday afternoon.They have two cashiers, one floating around in the back. And they extended the customer waiting area to hide the waiting customers!!! Kind of funny!! 4 empty registers !!

The kicker was it was only one poor cashier doing it all by herself which was crazy to me I was wondering where her help was and where's the manager poor thing she needed a raise and then they didn't even have bags for the customer things our item was place in trash bags I declined I just put my things in my purse.

Greg Marino: Came to the mall today specifically to return an item. Checked ahead of time and the google listing shows that they close at 9pm. Get to the store at 7:50pm and we are turned away as they are closing at 8:00pm. Told them that we only wanted to return a pair of boots and they told us that the registers were already turned off however there were still customers shopping inside. Honestly just poor customer service. We woulda been in and out before they closed.

Another time I tried to return something and was told because tags were off they would take an exchange. Came back a week later and was told they could not take an exchange because tags were off. Confusing.

But definitely take your time in there because things are scattered all over the place and you have to search for items sometimes. Skylar Williams: My Experience in this location came on 12-22-2022. My experience at H&M Northlake was that the staff was super friendly and very Helpful. I viewed a young man greeting all the customers and wanted to experience it myself. I then came back to this location on 12-24 and the store was sooo busy I was greeted by 4 staff members on different occasions and was assisted by employees Derrick and Aaron who went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts for my Family. This is a one of a Kind location and I had to make this post to show others that great Customer service still exist!!!
She Lives In Purpose: My experience at H&M Northlake was Amazing!!! I found the ladies clothes to be at a great price and very fashionable. The Manager Derek was very helpful and also very polite. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this location!!!

Palazoloup: Great selection of brand name clothing and shoes.
Karen Myers: Overall quality in the store is a bit iffy but I found what I was looking for. I was most impressed by the quality of their sales staff whom each delivered excellence in customer service...can't remember the last time I was actually helpfully assisted in a retail setting--and, this was by 3 of their workers suggesting good hiring and training practices. Very impressive.
Tripp Swank: Inventory is mislabeled, they wanted to charge me 70$ separately for a shoe bag that is included with the shoes. I know it’s included with the shoes because I contacted the brand. Returned and purchased shoes and shoe bag for 1/3 the price online.
Robert White: The kept making mistakes where my payments were going to my account. So I had you cash later day and ended up spending $700 but they could. I don't know something about my credit card. And when I made the payment. They didn't fly for applied to my card. But I got it straightened out today but now I. Got a letter I thought they gave me a $500 credit increase but I didn't say, and no, we're something I'm not exactly sure. I've been doing business with you all we've been satisfied very happy.
Ibn Yahud: There were some cool things available, but still a little pricey for the offerings.Most annoying part was watching cashiers continuously forgetting to remove security tags .My cashier forgot to remove security tags from the previous customer's purchase and interrupted my transaction to deal with it...I didn't think to check my purchases for security tags, especially after she JUST caught herself forgetting, but lo and behold one of the shirts I wanted to use had an unremoved security tag. This is now an inconvenience and waste of my time and money.

I responded by letting her know there was several of the items out and she said she will retrieve them from the floor. I don’t understand how you wouldn’t want to sale a item you would donate. I can not help but wonder if I was a different color would she have handle the situation differently. The Zedd Hotel: Great store but terrible customer service except for the fabulous lady with the red hair, they followed us around and watched us like hawks as if we were shoplifting. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a need for better policy preventing that kind of customer abuse from happening. One of the employees almost took our cart and pretended to pick up a shirt after we said something. Retrain your freaking staff like are you freaking serious right now? I'm not impressed. We still bought from your store but I'll definitely be hitting up corporate over this. Like ok, we look rough, we work night shifts and we're tired. SMH

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Edmundo Obando: They left a tag on my jacket. Now I have to drive back to an HM store to get it off. I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.

Sam Pender: Never went to a well organized H & M store, always clothes on the floor and price or size not posted, in this case, a pile of shoes that were getting sorted but blocked an aisle. Friendly cashier and an associate asked if needed anything, and well lit.

Mariana Wallace-Longs: The place is dirty, messy, and falling apart. The staff doesn’t seem to notice or care. I was here yesterday, and waited 20 minutes in line to checkout. There were three cashiers working. While waiting, the line continued to pile up and when it was finally my turn, I walked up to the cashier and she told me that she had just taken her last customer. As I started to push back, she let out a huge sigh and eye roll and checked me out as well. There must have been 15 people in line behind me and you’re just going to leave the rest of your team like that?!?! Cheap prices and lots of stuff. Only reason for two stars

Christy Lynn: I've shopped at Burlington stores for many years im highly disappointed how the past 4 visits within two years management at this location and the location near Carolina Place Mall always have the dressing rooms closed. I had a buggie of clothes only to be turned away again you guys are missing out on good paying customers. I went over to Ross they were very friendly.
