aquinas fuller: I ordered hair last Wednesday 6/21 , itself 6/30 & I still haven’t received my order. Even paid for expedited shipping so I could have the hair before my appointment. Never received it. Sent emails about my order, haven’t received an email back. I do not recommend buying from them!! Plz save your money

Abigail Anna: Do not waste your time or money. I was originally going to another store but this one was closer to my house so I figured I’d stop by. The girl working did not greet me or ask if I needed any help and I was the only person in the store. Inventory is very low and they don’t have many options. They were out of edge control, one of the things I needed. The girl checking me out seemed annoyed when I was checking out. I asked about the return policy and was told there is none and no exchanges. I brought the wrong type of hair so now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. Will be going elsewhere.

I guess the worker was tired or I am not sure because when we came in she was sitting in a chair in the back either sleeping or about to go to sleep. We received no greeting and when she did finally get out of her chair she was huffing and puffing. She also cut me off when I was telling her what I was looking for vs what I was buying and she cut me off to tell me my total as if she did not have time. Unfortunately, this place has lost my business. I was willing to pay the higher prices but if thats the service that I will get I think I will save my money.

We deserve to be treated nicely and not like a thief.

Kimberly Coleman: This place is terrible. I bought an item in 2 different brands because I didn't know which one my husband wanted. The one he didn't want was never opened and literally untouched. The one he wanted was 13.99 and the one he didn't want was 8.99. I took it back to see if I could exchange it because I knew these type of stores don't really do returns. The dude tells me they can't take chemical products back due to Covid 19. First off it was an unopened box of Beigen secondly what does Covid 19 have to do with returning stuff. It's time for these businesses to stop taking advantage using the covid 19 hooplah. I will never patronize this store again, I'll drive clear across town before I step foot back in those doors. Be careful if you decide to buy from them otherwise I would say don't, don't, don't do business with them.

There was other people standing around the front that I thought was customers. When she was done on the phone, I started towards the front counter. I started to overhear the conversation and realized the other people wasn’t customers. So I stood around a bit waiting my turn. After a few minutes I realized I wasn’t going to get any service, so I just left. The lady working acknowledged me when I was walking out with a very loud bye-bye. The lady working and her friends busted out laughing. I will happily purchase a 300$ Hair extension elsewhere!
