Billie Faircloth: While on Skibo, I Googled Blue Bell Ice Cream near me. Suga Mama's popped up. I'm pretty sure I was greeted at the door by Suga Mama herself! She gave me a brief rundown of all the delicious treats they had they had to offer. I passed on the cheese cake in the cooler and fresh cotton candy that was being spun to order. The smell was devine! They have the most unique treat that I will be back to try..HUGE dill pickles wrapped in cotton candy. Yep, you read that right! I am so glad I found Suga Mama's! Always on the look out to support small businesses!

Kookie Allen: This business is people friendly. Not only is the dessert amazing but the people who own this place are also. They go over and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Sometimes they maybe busy but there are 2 benches where you can sit and they don’t forget who’s next in line. Now that’s amazing customer service. I may just go today.
Tati's Nails: I absolutely adore this shop! It’s delicious and I am not just saying that because I know them. The ice cream they serve is top quality Blue bell. I also enjoy that in the store there are two options, let’s say I’m getting a cotton candy pickle. I can quickly get that and check out but with ice cream, there might be a wait. The candy manager is hand crafting each dessert for all customers by herself that you can watch! I would wait for that instead of some sort of rushed, distasteful order. She does a terrific job and I truly do not mind the wait. I will continue supporting a black owned candy store by our fellow veteran, who is also a small town celebrity ✨ Come try it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed and leave your negativity at home because the energy they bring is intoxicating and amazing!
DeColla Walcott: Do not go here. I had a horrible experience today. I am a veteran with disabilities that do not allow me to stand up long. They are very disorganized and disrespectful. My son and I wanted to try a new place to get ice cream that was near our home. There were so many choices it took us a while to figure out what we wanted, but once we decided, we were ignored. I watched her complete 3 orders while we were waiting at the register to order. I tried to stand as long as I could, but we had to leave without ordering. I was upset, in pain, and embarrassed. I told her I was ready to order, and she went out of her way to show me that she no longer cared about getting our business. This is what happens when you try to support small minority businesses. Bad attitudes and even worse customer service. I would rather pay more money and be treated with respect somewhere else. I wanted to see if they catered for the many parties I plan, but that is a no-go. Money is tight for most people these days. Don't waste your money here.

Nehemiah Davis: Myself and my family of foodies discovered this place on Facebook. We also saw the episode that Toni won and decided we would finally try this place out. I must say, when you walk in; if Heaven had a scent, it would be the sweet smell of Suga Mamas. I don’t know what she was working on in the back, but it smelled DELICIOUS! We were greeted with one of the warmest of welcomes from the young lady at the counter. Customer service was ON POINT and we got to meet the Suga Mama herself! There was so much to choose from and if we had not been careful, we would have bought the WHOLE store! Everything is affordable which makes it a dangerous place to be when you have money to blow. I am pleased with the experience and we will return!! GEE WHIZZ!!!!

Deon Covington: We used Sweet Boutique for out wedding back in October. The strawberry moscato is one of the best strawberry cakes that Ive tasted and still remains on of my favorites, unfortunately it is paired with some of the worst service that Ive had. When placing the order for the cake I explained that I wanted to incorporate the same live flowers from the wedding into the cake which was not a problem during the order process. A few days before I checked with my florist to confirm that the flowers would be there when the cake arrived. I checked back with Sweet Boutique and the associate told me that she didnt know about the flowers but she would check with the owner. I called back later to confirm and was told that it would not be a problem. I also called to confirm the time of arrival but they could not even give me an estimate, only that they would be there before the start of the wedding. When she arrived with the cake she was upset that I was not waiting on her and that she had to wait while I got someone to assist her. Also she refused to place the flowers on the cake, saying that the flowers were not prepared the way that she wanted them. Overall the cake tasted amazing, but the service was horrible.
Shannon Johnson: My bestie n I tried the pumpkin cheesecake and the red velvet cheesecake cake! Both were great, but i recommended the red velvet cheesecake cake cuz its 2 die 4!
Edward Diaz: Went in to order a birthday cake 10 days in advanced and went to pick it up the day of my sons birthday party and they had no trace of me ordering anything. Absolutely inexcusable.
Terrielle Long: I’m so upset. I’ve purchased two cakes in the past (2016 & 2017) from this Bakery and both were really good! I’m not sure if there are new owners/bakers or what but this year I ordered a baby shower cake for my son that cost over $200 but looked like something I could have gotten off the shelf at Walmart. I had to YouTube how to work with Fondant. I then went to Hobby Lobby and spent another $30 to make the cake look like it was worth at least $100. I’m beyond disappointed and haven’t even cut the cake. I probably won’t be going back.
Billie McNeill: We ordered a Cookie N Cream (Oreo) Cheesecake for my daughter for her birthday. She loved it & it takes ALOT to please her food wise! (picky teenager). We enjoyed it as well. We’ve also ordered Red Velvet Cheesecake Cakes in the past LOVED THEM!! & have been in the boutique numerous times and purchased different cupcakes and cakes in which we’ve all enjoyed!!

Lynette McMillan: I am disappointed in the cupcakes that were 4 bucks each. The cupcakes were dry and cold as if they were frozen. I let it sit out so it can be room temp but it was still a massive let down. I won't be back...that was 12 bucks wasted. I will stick with Small Cakes.

Michele Hood: Called me the day before to ask if they could add fondant to the cake due to the design I didnt want fondant but agreed to it. Went Friday evening to pick up my cake for a Saturday wedding. I was so upset the cake looked nothing like we talked about I asked for teal lilly's they said they made a change because it looked tacky you called me about the fondant but couldn't call about a huge change. I wanted lilly's due to it being the 1st flower my now husband ever gave me I was stuck with a cake I didnt like and all I could do was cry all the way home
Ashley S: I have been ordering a cake for the past 3 years for my birthday, this year was a bad experience. We have had an all whipped cake before, my husband ordered the same this year. They had put the sweet icing instead which we do not like, the chocolate cake was hard. My husband asked for it to be remade they argued that they could not do an all whipped cake which is not possible because the cakes before were all whipped. Once remade, the cake was all whipped but had some sweet icing mixed in and the cake was hard and dry like they just replaced the frosting. Something has changed maybe a new baker but we will not be returning. Very disappointing because the cakes were delicious.

Tawanna Wells: I live in California and my son is stationed in n.c in the army I called several bakeries out there because I wanted an oreo cake for my son's birthday, so Von at sweet boutique bakery helped me with my order and she even went out of her way to deliver the cake to my son. She genuinely took the time to make sure I was happy and she gave my son his cake. He took me that the cake was delicious. I'm so pleased with the outcome.
