Bethanie Remillard: The wait is always unreasonable. The lobby is constantly closed and they refuse to perform certain services at the drive through. Pretty ridiculous considering I purchased my vehicle at a drive through elsewhere. Highly recommend Bragg mutual. Fast friendly and the tellers there actually want to work :)

Ellen Harris: I opened a savings account and a safety deposit box at this bank. I placed money in the savings account in order to pay for the safety deposit box given I was only going to temporarily be in Fayetteville for short time. I kept very valuable items in the safety deposit box and when I moved the next year, I went into the bank and closed my savings account and the safety deposit box and took all of my valuables. I was one key short (gave to my son who had already left) and was told that I had to pay a fee for the key. I paid the teller cash for the fee. I thanked them and literally flew out that day. A few months later I get a call from a representative at the bank stating that I still have the safety deposit box and need to pay the annual fee. I explained the above to the representative. To no avail, the representative literally let me talk and when I was finished went back to saying I had a safety deposit box and the keys. I am so frustrated with this bank and If I could give them zero stars I will. I even recommended that they review camera footage. Still her main object was to make sure I understood that I still had a safety deposit box and needed to pay the measly $55.00 annual fee.
Jessica Leggette: If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff appears to be that fake nice. There is nothing genuine about the staff except one person. If you are not the right color or have the right amount of income DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS BANK!My fiance warned me after I had already opened the account that he had a racial discrimination suit against Fidelity when the bank was located in Philadelphia years ago. *Lesson Learned. You've been warned.

I would have to give my experience with Kim and associates a five star.

I have 2 businesses in this town and when this pandemic hit and we could apply for the CARES ACT Jim and Kim were quick to expedite my applications and the the funds were deposited into my account within days. alana miller: This bank shows what good customer service is supposed to look like! I was so upset with my bank that I opened a new account with Fidelity. Jim Sebring helped me get a new account set up in the middle of a COVID pandemic. They I needed help applying for the small business load. They looked over my paper work, got it submitted and in less than 24 hours I was approved and the money in my new account. AMAZING!! Super nice people! I highly recommend them!!

Sharon Robinson: I don't I know if it's because this bank doesn't have many clients or what but they are constantly calling, and hounding. I get paid only once a month from disability which isn't much and a lot of times it causes me to have to overdraft funds. The bank knows the money will be back at the first of the month but yet it's always an issue. And there is always an issue with the automated bank number as well. Unless you have a lot of money stay away from this bank.
M L: Please train tellers to effectively communicate what services you do/do not provide to “non-fidelity” customers before telling them to come inside to make their transaction.I was told that they did not issue money orders via the drive thru teller lanes and that I would have to come inside and nothing else.I go inside only to be told that they don’t issue money orders to non fidelity customers. Period. I said, okay that’s fine. However, when any person, fidelity customer or not, makes the recommendation that they should have been told that Fidelity only issues money orders to their customers rather than simply to come inside I believe your management would find it more professional if you replied with something more constructive than, “Well I’m not the one who told you to come inside.” and “You can just go get a money order from Walmart.”I want to clarify that I don’t have a problem with Fidelity’s policies. Great bank, this was simply an instance of a rude teller representing them today. Employees who use their company’s policies as validation to be rude to potential clients is bad business.

Efrain de la Cruz: Absolutely the best bank in Fayetteville. I just retired from Army and had a difficult time closing on my house with other banks, by the grace of God we closed. The following week I went to Fidelity Bank for a SBA 504 loan which got approved with a low interest business loan faster than my home purchase. Jim, Kim and team at the Fayetteville, NC branch are awesome dedicated people. I Strongly recommend you check with Fidelity Bank when comparing bank loans. If they cant do it...it cant be done!

Mone John: If you have a Visa dispute stay on top of the bank because they personally lied to me about turning in my information and I made the employees send me all the transcripts so I can go over them and I realized that they didn't send a single soul of my evidence or information to be reviewed by visa and only the bank can contact Visa so your left at their Mercy. After sending an email to the employer letting them know that I'm aware that they failed me they didn't even responds with a sorry but I got a phone number to an assistant manager which was a waste of time because she was sick out of the office not returning calls. After a few weeks I called the president CEO of the bank and this disrespectful person that doesn't need to be in charge just laughed at the situation after I inform him that I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got my refund in less than a week.He rudely told me that I should have been contacted them and I let him know that that wasn't my job my bank is in charge of handling this but since they failed me I did it myself so basically don't bank with them he also told me that they're understaffed so that's their excuse but my thing is if you can keep taking on customers then you're not understaffed you're just greedy

That's unacceptable and we weren't informed with this change. Now, I am behind with payment because Bragg mutual doesn't share my credit union. I miss Piedmont Advantage CU and I have an account with State Employees CU, so I will continue banking with them. I’m pretty sure you post money the same way on a Thursday like you do on a Friday. You must deposit money in a different way for each day of the week. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT when I get all of my bills paid for this month. :-(
Lartarsha Cooks: I would recommend a 0 star, do not do any service with them! I repeat do not bank with them! I have been trying to contact them for the longest regarding my account and access to my funds. No matter how many times you call they do not answer.
Ricky Raccoon: The postal credit union I've used for over 30 years is shutting down (after a merger with Piedmont Advantage 2 years ago) and they recommended all of their members open an account at Bragg Mutual. All leftover accounts would be merged over to Bragg Mutual if still open by May or June, the actual transfer date is still to be determined.Because I have 2 different federal deposits monthly, I determined my best way forward was to go ahead and proactively open an account at Bragg Mutual, so I could be sure to have the proper routing and account numbers attached to my deposits to avoid any possible snafus, as it takes a month or two before the changes would go into effect. Then, once I was sure my deposits were properly rerouted, I would close my postal credit union account before the actual merge date. Easy peasy, right?Evidently not.First, I tried to open a new account at Bragg Mutual online. I submitted the proper documentation but for some reason it couldn't be verified and they directed me to go to the nearest branch and do so in person. So I did.But even though I had filled out all of the documentation online, and even though I explained this to the gentleman seated before me, I was forced to do it all over again, as if the online application process meant nothing.I also explained to him why I was wanting to open an account there and explained the fact that my long time credit union was shuttering its doors. He stated that they had just became aware of the situation in an email from corporate. After I filled out the application and provided my credentials, he stated they could not open an account for me at this time until he got the go ahead from someone above him (who happened to be in a meeting and unavailable.) He apologized and was thoroughly professional at all times, but this was insulting to me as I could have just walked in off the street, not mentioned anything about my credit union closing and easily opened an account, but because I had informed him my credit union would be closing in a few months, I was penalized by not being allowed to open an account. It was a totally wasted trip, wasted time and a definite negative experience.This was unacceptable to me and I will take my business to someone who actually wants it.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------***In response to the response from Bragg Mutual...The name is Ricky, not Rickey. Nice sleight there. Upon rereading the email, you are correct in that Piedmont Advantage did not tell it's members to come over and open up an account with Bragg Mutual. It simply stated the accounts would be transferred in late May-early June. I stand corrected in that regard..What is confusing to me is why I can't open up an account with Bragg Mutual? Do I somehow not qualify? I met all of the qualifications listed to open up an account. Is there something in your bylaws that states I can't have accounts at both credit unions?Surely, I won't be the last person who is a current customer of the old FPCU to come over to try and open up an account so that any possible mix-ups in federal deposits, (specifically, account and routing numbers) would be nipped in the bud before they could happen.You further stated, "...we agreed not to move any membership until the acquisition date, therefore we cannot open a membership until that future date..." but I didn't ask to move my membership. I asked to open an account with the short range goal of properly rerouting thousands of dollars of monthly federal deposits into a Bragg Mutual account. Once that goal was achieved, I would have then looked at closing my old account, but this process alone would take 1-2 months, barely within the time frame I was given for the transfer of my account to Bragg Mutual.After all, when federal deposits with one specific routing and account number are being rerouted to another, what could possibly go wrong?
Moon Beam: Update!!! I’ve been calling and leaving messages with the bank for over two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call back & nowhere with my account,I do not recommend this bank to anybody……. I’m waiting to get an actual phone call back from the bank pertaining to a visa dispute… as far as I know the bank is responsible for not turning in my information on time and I may not be getting my money back but I’m not sure because since 11 o’clock this morning I’ve been waiting for the bank to call me back it’s now 5:04 no call…so if this is not resolved we have an even bigger issue because I am not taking the responsibility of my bank not turning in my statements to Visa on time.
