Ammo Troop: ATM now gives out $50 which no body takes. They say you can now change how you want it. I don't see that, I tell it from checking and then pick one of their pre amounts to pick from. The default should be $20's. Everyone just start going inside to get money. Make them work. Let the ATM become useless. No one should use them anymore. Dumbest ATM setup. Bring back BB&T.
Brittanni Wright: They need to train people better Isaiah Perez totally messed up my business account set up. Left out documents I needed to sign and now my account is on hold. Try another branch or bank! Now, I have to get up early on a Saturday to correct this mistake, again, at another branch. Now I have to wait to access my funds.

He treated me like a person and not just an account. He explained everything and made sure that I understood what he was doing. I'm beyond impressed and thankful.
N Barfield: It's a shame this branch is not what it used to be. I pulled up to the third lane because no one was waiting. I placed my transaction in the tube and send it in. No one acknowledged me. I sat there for 17 minutes before the tube came back to me with my receipt and someone said thank you have a nice day. I don't mind waiting. However to be the only person at the third lane, this is really inexcusable. But knowing most of the time at this Branch there's only two maybe three tellers. I'm sure they're working as quickly as possible. But it doesn't take but just a second to say hello I'll be right with you. Disappointing experience.

callina love: I came into this branch location on Boone Trail to open a checking account I signed in and sat down waited a little while and a man by the name of Jack Y McGinley told me to come in his office I sat down and straight away he started typing on his computer . I told him that I wanted to open a checking account he said that I had an account before which I've never open an account here he said that I had a account through a job debit card. Which was from 2015 7 years ago but couldn't tell me what job he was rude the entire time did not ask me nor inform me that a credit check was to be made in order to open an account I was not ask if it would be OK to let them do a credit check. Which I found out was done after he printed off the statement of denial jack also informed me that I got denied because my old account was in check system which made no sense because he told me that the old account that I had through them mind you 7 years ago was through a job. He did not ask nor get my permission or have me sign any document stating my approval for a credit check. The only thing he has done was update info from my old account. This bank needs to do better with him he wasn't friendly he was rude . And now I'm going to have a negative mark on my credit. Also let me state the fact that I know where my credit score is currently and if Mr jack y McGinley would have notified me that there would be a credit check done I would have went elsewhere because I know where my credit is. Lesson learned

I had gone to the Hope Mills branch needing something printed out from my account and the lady said it was be $2.25 per sheet and $25 an hour. She’s off her rocker however thank you Brian at the Boone Trail branch for coming to my rescue free of charge

Emeralds Life: I’ve been cashing my checks here for a couple of weeks now and my company Sanderson Farms pay the $8.00 check cashing fee if you don’t have an account. Went today 12/19/2020 and the lady charged me the $8.00 fee! I mentioned it to her and she just blew me off!!!! Checked was cashed about 11:50 at this location. Other then that it’s been a great location!

Very slow and the employees were extremely rude. I was going in to change my pin and asked if while I was with her would she deposit the cash for me because I was in a hurry and she wouldn't so I deposited money into the ATM and the ATM took my money without depositing it into my account. The employees were very rude about it. The only helpful and understanding one was Yazmine. The lady I spoke with was named Jackie and she was pompous and rude as I was frustrated she made a face behind my back at another employee and huffed and puffed. Switching banks ASAP.

Ross Hayat: I would never go inside, they only care about the drive thru speed. I waited 20 minutes while they helped at least 8 cars. I was inside with 4 other customers behind me in line.

I came into this branch and asked a teller if there was a notary she said yes and take a seat. After waiting I found out there was none and was told to go to quik & ship where they charge. Came back about 2 months later for the same thing. This time the notary sitting in her office acted like I was bothering her. After she notarized my paper there was no thank you have a nice day. My husband came in to open a business account 10 minutes before they were closing and was told sorry but it’s too late. As a bank manager myself for over 10 years and a notary I never let anyone walk out of the bank that wanted to open an account. And I didn’t treat my notary customers like they were bothering me seeming this was a service to our loyal customers. Absolutely hate going inside this branch for anything.

Long lines, never return telephone calls, even charged me $400 to make a large deposit!!!! Go Go somewhere else customer service is a joke! Erika Duncan: I hate this branch! Google needs to make 0 an option. I never come here for anything good like obtaining other products from them no it's always something they messes up on. From the fact that you cannot get money at the drive through to the fact that they change your PIN number at random. I just came in here and it took a banker almost 8 min to acknowledge me. One gentleman sat in the office and looked like his feet was kicked up, he looked very relaxed in a professional environment. Another lady walked pass me never greeted me got whatever she needed and continued about her business. REMIND YOU I WAS THE ONLY ONE HERE! Nate was the exception once he realized I was in the lobby he was very friendly and assisted me fairly quickly. Every time I come in here it ls awful. This bank lacks forward thinking and there is no progression. I am going back to Wells Fargo were they at least try to think about convienencing the customer First.

Cramer Gallimore: This is an excellent branch of the Branch Banking and Trust bank. It is conveniently located at the huge Walmart Center in western Cumberland County near the hope county line. Very friendly people. The manager is always present and attentive. I've always gotten great service here.

Diamond C: Wasn't greeted nor did I expect to be. Two tellers were up 1 helping someone & one looking down so I waited until somebody told me to come up then I explained & she told me to just wait over there and I didn't need a number or anything. Waited for 30min because they only had 1 customer service banker working on a Wed at 3pm. I waited for 30 min & still had 4 people in front of me... while 2 or 3 ppl worked the line & drive through.I hate calling because you get the run around sometimes but I called while waiting there and got the business done in 18 min over the phone. So 48 min in all... to do something I should've been able to do anyway. I hate I have to deal with this bank because they make things difficult for new customers.They need better systems in place.Nevertheless, I would advise you take a chance calling and go in only if 100% necessary because you'll be waiting a while.

Pavel Tsiukhtsiayeu: They could not initiate the wire transfer on time. I went to an office at 3:30 PM, being 3rd in line. By 6 PM, they were not able to initiate my wire transfer. As I have a scheduled appointment early in the morning the next day, they really set me up. Though they've tried hard, it does not improve my situation.

I felt she was just as happy as I was to to successfully complete the loan process. Ms. Merchant is truly as asset to the Truist team.

Joel Cotto: I came to this location to get an official check out of my business acct and the teller had me waiting almost 30mins waiting on her supervisor approval once the supervisor came she said I couldn’t get an official check out of my business acct where I am sole owner. I always have problems with this location. Never had issues any where else. That teller supervisor is very bias and not helpful at all. How are you going to deny me access on my own acct?? Came to Hope mills location and Everyone was so helpful and nice. I am really thinking about switching banks because Westwood is the closest location to my business on Skibo. Bad business and customer service. I would give 0 stars but don’t have that option.
Cheryl Bryant: Rude! Branch on Monganton Rd. Fayetteville NC. They were taking customer calls on speaker phone were all customers can hear the conversation and personal info. Some of the tellers didn’t even speak and had attitudes. Did have one teller that was nice.
J. Moore-Bey: On 10-28-2022 I Went to make a deposit through the drive thru. Placed my exact Money paper and change into the tube. The money change (coin) came out in transit to the teller. After the teller stephany asked me how much money I sent it was 0.25 cents that was lost in the tube. Stephany then told me she could not credit my 25 cents. She then went on to say, that’s why Truist recommends it’s customers not to place change into the tube. There is nothing posted about this and she did not say anything in regards to this recommendation prior to the change being lost. This employee refused to credit my 25 and was very rude, the level of professionalism at this branch is horrible. Petty experiences like this, have me thinking about changing banks. I will be writing a Yelp review also.
