Dave “DiggityDave” S: On the morning of Friday 6-12-20 I brought some boxes of paper to this business that needed to be shredded. I forgot the employees names, as i have bad memory. But the two employees working, a young lady and young man, provided excellent customer service. The young woman was the cashier and the young man worked in the warehouse i believe. They went above & beyond, providing great service without me having to ask. The prior day (Thursday 6-11-20) when i called the business to get instructions on how i needed to bring my items, the young woman I spoke to on the phone also provided me with great customer service. She also went above & beyond. I cannot remember her name as well. I hope that by giving the approximate times that I've shared will allow management to know who these great people are. Great business...great prices....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will have all my future business in this area. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs documentation shredded and other services they provide.
Courtney Muldrow: Their prices were the lowest in town! They allow you to walk in the back and watch your documents being shredded! Customer service was great and was fun for my kids to watch and learn about paper recycling! The whole process was less than 5 mins. Quick and fast, will definitely use them again!!!!
Nick Daniels: Best company for record storage and shredding by far. Much easier to work with than the last company we used for our office shredding. They show up, work quickly, are professional and can be counted on to arrive when scheduled. The last company we used wouldn't come empty our shredding bins even after calling several times. We switched and definitely made the right decision.
Valerie White: Friendly staff and very helpful when you need to access your records. The drivers who come out to pick up records for storage are also nice.

Annie Riley-Bussey: Terrible experience here. They get you with a promotional rate and then double it without warning. They add on a crazy amount for insurance and little does the tenant know if you have home owners insurance you can use that for insurance. Do not let them take advantage of you. People are very greedy and like to get over on you especially if you are new at renting units. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!The only good thing is the customer service from James and that’s it!

Carroll Leslie: Legion Road Self Storage has always been a great place that you can call home, in between homes looking for one to keep your belongings safe. Mrs. Lisa is one of the best customer service workers they have there. She is awesome and deserves a raise. If it wasn't for her great customer service skills and hospitality. Sharon Lee Daniels: Pitiful service and their Units are old with “NO” Metal walls. The walls had Plywood or Sheetrock which were molded and took away the “Width” measurements. Plus there is nobody there most of the time. I left like the wind, fast and furious.
Sarah Wade: Units are not well cared for (patched up walls chipped and flaking paint) ( spiders and other bugs everywhere). And the lot is so washed out it's rough driving through the facility. And while moving my moms business stuff out there was a gentlemen riding a 4 wheeler at full speed through the complex.

Ebonyprincess: I've had my personal belongings stored with this facility since 2015! Initially when I moved, I was only expecting to have to leave them for about 1 year, but my job took me out of state, so it has been longer than expected. When I started out, I was only paying about $145 for both units, but lately it seems you all are increasing me every 3 months!! I would expect a cost review every 2 years, but every 3-4 months!!! It feels as if you want me to not be able to pay it with all the increases so you can confiscate my things! After COVID my income changed DRASTICALLY!!! I just wish you all would consider that and give us a COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) break. I do trust your place of business. I have avery good rapport with your staff and the customer service reps are ALWAYS respectful and talk to you as if they genuinely are glad you are a customer. Other than the ever-increasing charges, I'm satisfied with this place of business.

Jude Cope: This place provided me storage when I was in a real bind, after a nationally known company simply oversold the storage they had. Amanda was AMAZING by helping me quickly get a unit, running me through how things work as far as payment etc and showing me around. Plus they provide free water. All units are on the 1st floor even the climate control ones which made my move in super easy. The place is extremely secure and there is 24 hr access (I think but check the website). All in all, I ended up at a better place.
