David Boyer: Since changing names to Liberty Ford, Service Department has gone downhill, particularly the truck department. Twice dropped truck off, once with appointment and it was never touched. No phone call, nothing until I tried to pick it up. I have used Crown Ford for 6 years with no problems. Not any more.Customer service rep called once trying to get me to bring my other vehicle in and explained the problem. She asked if her supervisor could call me. Yes. No phone call from supervisor. Poor customer service.
Heather: Liberty Ford sold us a vehicle in October last year. The process was easy and painless with no pressure to buy a vehicle right away. The pre-owned vehicle we bought needed something fixed. They worked with us to make sure everything was right at the service center across the street! Even though the name changed, they still have great service! They are true to their mission.

I inquired about it being taken through the service department because it had a warped rotor. We were given the run around for nearly an hour before we were told that they could not sell the car to us because it mysteriously had a recall come in. This is after they agreed to do the rear rotors and fix the drivers seat. SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS BEWARE
Craig Rafla: Kept a f-150 for 16 weeks to fix a tail light, and wouldn’t provide any documentation as to why. Did not provide a loaner car, and made no attempt to make things right. AVOID.

They never pressure you into something you can’t afford and they genuinely care about their customers and their wishes. I walked in with NO intention to buy a brand new car but my salesman was amazing and got my payments where I needed them and worked hard to make sure he could close the deal with a happy customer. David Schaffer: If I could give 0 stars I would. A year ago I had to replace the transmission in my 2018 Ford explorer, which was of course outside of warranty. A month and a half ago I end up broken down on the side of the highway with the same problem. A month and a half it took them to fix the transmission and get my car back. And of course even though it was a part under warranty it didn't qualify for a rental car. So I've been without a vehicle for a month and a half. The customer service and care for their customers, even though I've bought 3 vehicles from them, is terrible. I will never buy a Ford vehicle again and I highly advise anyone to avoid this dealership and their service center.
Erica Fortson: My husband bought a used truck back in September. Yes, we were aware it was used. However, not even 7 months later and it’s in the Toyota dealership needing $2000 worth of work done. Apparently it has aftermarket parts that are causing the sensors to malfunction and other issues. This is my second bad experience with this dealership. They tried to price gauge me on my expeditions fuel injection service. We do not recommend this dealership.
Thomas Knuth: Horrible service. Made an appointment for a simple recall, they assured me the car would be done by the end of the day or early the next morning. After waiting over 24 hours with no updates I finally got ahold of them (their phone line is busy 24/7) and they said the car had not even been looked at. I already had let them know I needed it by a specific time.Even better yet, they assured me there would be a shuttle to take me back and forth but the shuttle never showed up after dropping off. When I asked about picking me up they said they wouldn't come get me because I was too far away. (25 min)So all in all I got the wonderful experience of spending 50$ on ubers, not having a car for over a day, and not getting any of the issues fixed at all.

My family was coming from South Carolina on the highway and it broke down I took it to my mechanic and was told it was the recall. I called Ford and was told there is nothing they can do. How was it was a recall and they refuse to fix the issue. Never again
Dale Haynes: New ownership has created challenges. They have not gotten standard service in force. Arrived at 0750 for 0800 appointment. Taken in promptly. Asked for ride home. Told to wait for driver. Revisited check in at 0900, told driver had a full load and would return. Continued to wait without asking to see if attendant would direct driver. Nope. At 1230, asked again. Attendant looked on computer. No postings. He went to mechanic. Was informed was just about to start my truck. "If he has not started by now, bring it to me". Gone, never to return.So different than Crown (former ownership) experiences.

Anthony Collins: Made appointment to have my vehicle service. Three days go by and no one called about what is needed. I called to see what is the delay. Service dept says the car was not in system or checked in for service. So I go to pick it the car and they could not find a service request or any work order. The vehicle was taken to an area inside the service area and parked. No one checked, ask any questions or wondered why there was no service ticket in the window. Wow, could it be that the car was just forgotten or the dealership didn't really care. You really can't make this stuff up, the dealer name has changed but looks like the quality of service is still the same. I would say a people changed was needed and not a name change.NOTE TO MR "OWNER":Sure would like to know where 'Mr Owner' has been and why Mr Owner can respond fast to reviews but not at all to the service that customers are promised and earned when buying a ford vehicle! Oh yea, I got it - short staffed due to covid.
Aspen Batten: I started the car buying process with Ray about a week ago. Everything was ready to get go or so I was told. I called at 430 to verify the deal was good, Ray advised I didn’t need to bring anything but the down payment vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Upon my hour drive with two small children I was treated by Ray who quickly sent me to someone else to break the news he just found out the vehicle had a recall but oh they had another vehicle 2 years older for more than my agreed payment and the vehicle wasn’t even on the lot. A simple call would have changed my whole outlook on this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership unless you like being lied too.
Sean G: Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change, rotate, and balance, and two aftermarket part installs. Arrived, was met with confusion and told that they don't do aftermarket part installs and must have been given bad information by a call center. So... They don't schedule their own appointments, or use a competent service to do so.This is after calling three times to see if they could order a part for me, the parts department having no idea what I was talking about (even giving them the part number) and saying they'd call me back, and simply not following through.Rotated the tires and didn't even bother to put air in them... And didnt balance them. In what world does an oil change and rotation take 2.5 hours? Absolutely infuriating incompetence.Go somewhere else. This place is not up to par.

Shawn told me they were open until 7 pm. I arrived back at 6:20 and they were closed! Called them a day or two later, spoke with Shawn again. He didn't seem too concerned that I drove back out there for nothing. Asked if he knew anything yet about getting financed, assured me it would only be a couple more hours and he would call me back shortly. That was over a week ago and I've never heard from them again. Very unprofessional!!!

Rene Hinkel: My 17 year old daughter spent her life savings here on a severely broken car. We were told by Shawn that the car was in perfect running condition. He said it had no engine or transmission problems. On our first drive it appeared to be okay, but when my daughter tried to drive to work, she only made it half way and 4 hours after purchasing the car, we had to have it towed because the transmission was badly broken and now we are looking at $3600 to replace the transmission and Shawn is no longer answering my messages asking them to help us repair the car!! The car has been in the shop for 11 days because I can't get an answer from the Car Exchange about helping us with repair bills and they won't take the car back. So we're stuck with $3600 that my 17 year old can't afford and my husband is a 100% disabled Army veteran and we cannot afford the $3600 on our fixed income. If I could give less than one star I would.
