Albert G: This used to be a good store but since the owners kids took over its not the same. The inventory was changed over to really cheap Rooms-to-go quality furniture but they keep the higher prices.Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Gregory Van Dyke: A week after delivery of furniture had an issue with the couch due to the fact the manufacturer doesn't give manual for this sofa. Bullard fix the issue and returned my call quickly to solve the issue. Everyone handled the situation very professionally. Will recommend store.

Unbelievable! Amber Baker: I recently purchased the Cambri 2 - piece sectional as well as the Jerary upholstered bed and a mattress. I was moving from NJ to CLT, NC and was working with Ken. He was great and took care of all of my needs/ concerns. My moving date was up in the air and we had to change the delivery date a couple of times and Ken made sure everything went smoothly. I love the quality of all three purchases. My couch is the perfect size for my apartment and it is extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend heading in and letting Ken take care of you!

We already knew what furniture we were looking for because I researched websites for 2 months before deciding. Ashley won, although their price for the furniture was higher than the competition. The 5 year warranty, in my opinion, makes up for the higher price. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾 on the furniture holding up because the reviews for Ashley Furniture were not good 😐 I'll update once the furniture is delivered.

D Drum: Bought my Flexsteel couch and chair from them some years back. Best furniture buying experience I have ever had. They were helpful without hovering. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My couch suddenly stopped working and they were so helpful. Even willing to see if they could find a part to replace whatever might not be working. Turns out that one of the plugs had come unplugged, so I was able to fix it myself. I will definitely buy furniture from them in the future.

Faatima Saxton: What started out as a 5 star experience with Mrs. Susie Williams dropped to a 1 star experience with Gaynelle(however her name is spelled) with her horrible attitude. I am a repeat customer who drove all the way from Raleigh to purchase again. I first bought a bedroom set, sofa sleeper, custom ottoman, and custom living room set about 7 years ago. I came to purchase more furniture after a broken toilet seal flooded the entire 1st level. After purchasing a new bedroom set and a living room table, which was delivered with no problems, I began the process to reorder new custom cushions to match the living set originally purchased 7 years ago. From that first purchase I remember Gaynelle's condescending attitude towards me but I let it go. The new cushions were about $500 and I paid in full, upfront, before the order was even placed. After speaking with my claims adjuster I decided to cancel the order for the custom cushions. I called (6/9/22 at 12:29pm and she called back at 12:41pm) and spoke with Gaynelle and this is when everything went downhill fast. The level of attitude and disrespect was as if cancelling the order was afflicting her great distress or that I was taking money from the business. I paid for the cushions upfront in full so I was confused on what she was implying. My issue is not even having to keep the custom cushions. It's the audacity of being talked to with such rudeness. My fiancé and I had referred several people because of the quality of furniture and how lovely Mrs. Susie was. But Gaynelle's ELITE level of unprofessionalism unfortunately ruined the experience. I will go pick up my cushions and will NOT purchase anything else from there again. I will also tell my referrals not to purchase there to avoid any potential contact with Gaynelle's sour and ornery character.
Sam Sam: LC was awesome and totally went above and beyond! He found us the perfect couch set for a great price. After days of shopping at all the big furniture stores locally we were in and out of the store in under an hr and our couches were delivered that afternoon from their warehouse. Same day delivery and it wasn’t a floor model. They have homestretch and flex steel too, two brands that are impossible to find locally. We will be back for our future furniture needs.

Lydia Putman: If you're claustrophobic I definitely would not suggest going to the store. It's like they threw every piece of furniture they could possibly sell into one room, and you kind of just have to climb your way through it. Everything is so overly crowded it's very difficult to really get a good look or a good feel of any piece in particular.

Cathy Singer: Quality furniture, excellent customer service! We bought our leather couch and loveseat, all with electric recliners, 2 years ago. All was well, holding up good, until the electric recliners stopped working. Thankfully my husband is handy and could isolate the problem down to the little mother board, so we called Larry, sent him a picture of the board, and he was able to order the 2 boards for it. Installed them and now it's working like a charm. Thank you, Larry, for your help and the quick response.

I dipped into High Point Furniture Outlet on 101 S Reilly Rd Fayetteville, NC 28314 because my parents and myself have gotten great prices on beds there before. They have a 50% off sale on beds. The bed I was looking at was about $50 more than I could afford and they brought the price down for me. I was also able to pick it up immediately (no waiting for delivery or paying for delivery). They are so friendly there; I ended up leaving feeling like family. I have never been so pleased with a furniture purchase like this before. I highly recommend them. I will be buying from them again.

Nico Warren: My spouse and I stumbled upon this business because we were lost, but I figured why not, were buying furniture for our new home anyway. As we walk in we were greeted by a man who seemed to be frustrated and gave us a rushed rundown on bed sets. After I looked around I had a question in regards to a set in the back and the man replied in a rude manner "I told you whatever price is on the tag is what you pay"! I replied there was no tag sir and he still ran off at the mouth without investigating so we took our business elsewhere and purchased a set the same day from a competitor.

The workers for store #3595 do not mover with any purpose. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was extremely rude and unpleasant unprovoked. Not only did this happen to me once but TWICE. It will not happen to me a third because I will not be returning.

The furniture sold there is comparable and has the quality of other brand-name furniture stores and you can get lost in the decorative isles. I bought the cutest jacket and matching (soft) joggers yesterday, they had a blue set as well but unfortunately, my size was not available. 🙁 On a positive note, I'm not sure who is running the store nowadays but they have given Big Lots a boost in my book and I will be comparing other BL's to this one!
