Joseph Dunn: I stayed at this hotel as part of a multi-day venue on June 14, 2023. It was booked by the venue's travel agent. Somebody screwed up and booked us a king room when we needed 2 beds. Holiday Inn stated that the agent booked only kings and the travel agent said that was not true. In any event the frazzled clerk 'explained' to us that she 'may' have a cot for us and didn't have any idea if and when we would get it to our room. ?Huh? I asked her again and she stated I don't have a cot right here so I can't provide any more info so just wait. Can I cancel the room and get a refund? NO, she said....too late, less than 24 Hours.....The cot never showed, so I slept on the floor. Another guest told us that a cot was NEVER coming that he was told it was a fire code issue, who knows if that's true. AND they charged me the Extra $50 incidental charge which I now am calling about. Terrible customer service, Terrible communication, Understaffed.Rooms: Not enough 2 bed rooms

lynn pugh: I love this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the room clean and the shower amazing. Bartender was quite willing to make drinks not on their menu. Close to tons of restaurants, Walgreens and Lowes.Rooms: The suite was great. Hubby watched TV in front room instead of the bedroom so I could sleep. Couch is NOT comfortable. Lol. Otherwise, the room is nicely appointed and has a Keurig.

The business surely hopes to maintain an exceptional level of service to encourage customers to frequent their lodging location.Linda, at the front desk shared her authority to control the remote very unprofessionally.I asked kindly if the television could be changed, I understood the corporate explanation, I explained that I wanted to enjoy the seating area in the main foyer while I worked and if it could be turned to something different.She then proceeded to ask if I had a room, I answered “why yes” she said “okay then”.What a peach. Such petty people in this world that shouldn’t work with the public. Turning it off would have been better solution. #karen

Boss Lady: I booked 6 rooms here at this location last week .Upon check in I was told that only one room was ready . Because 3 people quit so me & my family went to get something to eat while they got the rooms together . Came back the rooms still wasn't together as we waited the lady at the front desk made sure she communicate with me to let me know what was going on .Also apologize for everything .While we was waiting the G.M Manger came downstairs to do something that's when I found out that Amy was up stairs her & some more staff getting the rooms clean to assure guest was taking care of . During our wait Miss T at the bar took care of us the food was amazing order the wings !!! OMG good . This Hotel will go over & beyond for their customers also the Mangers & Sales Manger are TEAM players they work under stress & kept everything professional . Our Family will be coming back again .If your looking for good location good food awesome customer service clean rooms this will be the place to go !!!!!! I will also be letting the home office know that they have phenomenal team !!!!!!!

Amy Fenton: We have stayed at many IHG properties. This location was clean, the rooms were updated and I had no issues with anything in the rooms. The hotel common areas were clean as well. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hidden gem of this hotel is the onsite restaurant. We were tired so rather than venture out we decided to try the restaurant. I honestly had very low expectations (shame on me). The chef that evening (there are two on staff-I wish I had asked his name) had Caribbean chicken, macaroni and cheese and greens for the special. That is not what I had planned to order but am so glad I did! This meal rivaled meals I have eaten in high end restaurants. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and falling off the bone it was so tender. The macaroni and cheese was homemade as were the greens. It was evident the chef takes pride in his dishes and he knows his culinary trade well. We were so impressed we inquired as to the next night's special and we ended up eating there again. Taco Tuesday. Again, he did not disappoint! The taco shells were freshly fried in house-a rare thing even in Mexican restaurants and the meats were all seasoned perfectly. My husband and I agreed even if we were not staying here, we would go out of our way to come back and eat at this restaurant. The sweet bartender made us feel right at home and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. This is a small unpretentious restaurant but everything about it left me wanting more. Try it. You won't be disappointed!Update: We we’re sad to find during our recent stay the fabulous chef had moved on and the sweet bartender was leaving as well. The food was still great, but the chef’s specials were no more. The hotel itself was still on par with my previous review. We would still stay there again.

beth cunningham: I'm not sure what has happened with staffing here. Reading the reviews from 6 months back seemed like the rooms were kept well. I stayed here for two weeks due to training at Ft. Bragg. The rooms were cleaned the first two days of the first week and then it stopped. I had to go searching for toilet paper. There was a funky smell in the room and it turned out to be pee on the other bed. I told the staff about it and got clean sheets (that I put on myself). The staff NEVER came to get the soiled sheets. Trash built up and I had to out it outside my door that stayed there for 4 days before it was picked up. I'm not sure what has happened at this location but if I will never be back here at this location. Ever.

Arlethia Patterson: I had bed bugs so I canceled a reservation that I had planned in the future & the manager told me she was gonna cancel it & she completely understand & when the future dates came up she never did & kept my money I’ve been calling & the front desk always saying oh she is in a meeting & will call you back I haven’t heard anything yet & it’s been weeks ! DO NOT STAY the bed bugs was in my bed they wouldn’t switch rooms only offered to have it cleaned the next morning & wont give you your money back

Tiana Santana: I am an IHG rewards member with status. I have stayed in manny IHG properties in the US. This hotel supposedly was renovated recently. Lobby area an gym were ok. But the rooms… I checked in to a room that was not clean it was dirty. I requested to be changed into another room as the one assigned was dirty and they front desk agent told me no, because they are full. He offered to come up to the room to clean what was dirty. For security reasons I declined. Floor carpet was not vacuumed, night stand was dirty and I am not even sure that they changed the bed sheets. Room had a weird smell and bath room sink and counter was dirty. Had clean towels and two roll of toilet paper, once was half used. I had to go back to the room to clean nightstand and counter with some Clorox wipes. Not recommended. They need to improve their cleaning practices prior to checking in a guest. If you can stay on another property. The only good thing about this property are some of the staff that are genuinely amicable and friendly and their tiny gym. Did not tried the restaurant.

Dustin Hall: Horrible, ineffective and lazy staff. We stayed for a week, the room was cleaned once. Today, we specifically asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not even attempted. Tonight, yes it's now night, I went to the desk to ask for the sheets so we could do the work ourselves, the desk clerk said she could not leave the desk and apologized because they've been "having problems on the second floor with their staff".We've had our baby up now waiting on the staff to do simple things that we're paying them for. We've been beyond cordial, but we're at our wits end with this hotel.Update, what seems like a service tech just came by with one sheet and asked why we put the other sheets on the floor outside the door. I explained to him that they haven't been changed in three days, he responded "but what's wrong with them?" In a matter-of-fact tone. He had a clear attitude for being called on to work, assuming a carry over from the receptionist (who was helpless (couldn't call a manager, she only said "well sir you can leave" in response to me asking her to fix this)) Then, the receptionist had the nerve to say "you're getting a government rate already which is a discount." (Because I'm on military travel) as if that should matter in the hotel doing its job. I asked for her manager's number which only rang to her conveniently.Tone deaf, horribly managed staff that is seriously lacking customer service skill and basic job function. Seriously, working all day to get them to clean a room? Holiday Inn is usually way better.I've added a picture of the sheets we've had outside our room while waiting on new sheets ALL DAY.Military, stay away - it's not worth the "discount" that reception will Lord over your efforts to seek basic paid services.5 star reviews on this staff are suspect. In fact, most substantive reviews rate the staff lower than any other category.

michael moore: I wish this place existed 10 years ago.At a government rate, you get what is essentially a fully equipped studio apartment with assigned parking in a gated area. You share a wall with one other person (2 apartments per building), and during my 7 week stay, I didn't hear a single noise from the other resident.Everything in the room is very updated - the shower I had was nicer than any I've ever had in any of my houses (2 rain showers, a normal one, and a wand. And the tile is super nice).I like to cook, and it's usually a huge waste of money to live in a hotel room and only have a microwave, and be forced to eat out. This hotel provides you with a full kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, keurig), so you can actually buy groceries and be more frugal.The room comes with a washer and dryer, so you don't have to deal with getting quarters and leaving your clothes in a communal room, or going to a laundromat.They have cleaners come through (and they are VERY thorough) every 2 weeks. I take it some people would like it more often, but for me, this is the right frequency.The TV is pre set with just about every streaming service, so if you're like me, and don't want to put personal account info on the smart TV, this is for you.If you're military, and you're there for tdy, they have a policy that allows you to leave your stuff in place for up to 5 days, no charge. Sometimes courses announce that you'll be somewhere else, and this is a lot easier to deal with than claiming dual lodging.I don't know if this was a special case, but my stay at this hotel included a membership to the fit4life gym chain. The one on Owen Drive is pretty great, and the manager was very easy to work witLastly, Jess - I don't know what her role is, but she was very communicative about when the cleaners would be there, when my card would be charged, and if they needed in the room for any reason (I.E., maintenance). She was awesome.I recommend this place to everybody already, and from what I understand, it is very well tailored towards military and first responders. Check it out if you have a stay in the Fayetteville area. This is going to be my new go-to hotel.*Note: The surrounding area isn't great, but it never had an impact on my stay. There is a gate code that they change often, and there are cameras all over.

Ryan Trainor: Great spot for an extended stay. The amenities are everything you need. Cleaning service comes weekly to clean and restock. The ladies that work customer service are quick and flexible. Gym membership included is 6-7 minutes down the road and is fantastic- my personal favorite amenity.

There is a very professional cleaning team that works with your schedule to provide you amazing service ! The property is beautiful and gated for your safety ! I moved in on a last minute notice because I did not have accommodations for one night I thought I would stay for a night and then find another accommodation for my three months in Fayetteville. The next morning I called to ask if I could reserve the place for the entirety of my assignment ! It’s perfect and the owners, the management, the grounds people and the cleaning team are really kind and professional ! Lori B

John McCune: I spent 6 months here while tdy to fort Bragg. I've done quite a few longer trips like this before but the accommodations I had here blew anything else out of the water. This place was far and away the best place I have ever stayed while on tdy and I don't say that lightly. Jamie, Sammy, and Kiara were all exceptionally professional and met all my needs, even going out of their way to accommodate my some trips I had to take during my time here. Cannot recommend you stay here enough.

Clay Daniels: You'll never stay in another hotel in Fayetteville again. They've thought of everything: fully stocked kitchens, in-room laundry, and incredibly comfortable furniture in one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed. Coffee, water, and snacks are provided. I've rarely encountered this kind of customer service. Don't even think about staying anywhere else.

Camille Garza: This is quite literally the BEST place I have ever stayed. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well decorated, and they have thought of everything that one may need when away from home, you can tell that no corners were cut. From the bed to the towels to the adjustable lights, everything was amazing.The owner and staff are extremely accommodating and easy to get in contact with if needed. I will never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area.

Located in a great area to access any part of Fayetteville. Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 3. Can't say enough about this place, will be visiting again soon.

E Bartee: This place is amazing! It is like your own little slice of a luxury AirBNB. My flight kept getting delayed and they were so accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip as well, it is so much better than staying in a hotel/motel and being cramped. It has all the video streaming services you could imagine, an Alexa, high-end furnishings and a kitchen with utensils.

Jason Myers: Pineland Express is the perfect place to stay if you in the Fort Bragg area for a while. All the units have different themes and I was in the railroad unit. It was pleasant not to have to worry about a place to stay during my time there. The entertainment system was up to date to include all of the streaming services available, and the internet was fast. There is a fully furnished kitchen allowing you to cook instead of relying on takeout or fast food. This experience was so much better than staying in a hotel. I could not have wished for a better place to stay.

Butch Margeson: Found this amazing boutique hotel close to everything. You get a complete apartment to yourself and they are decorated and finished extremely nice. They’re are too many extras to type but the owners really thought this out. The owners/staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend it!

Antoine Kincade: After application after application, I was finally able to find the cottages on elm and got to work with an amazing lady named krystyna Crisp. She did more than the bare minimum and did her best to inform me on what my status was on my application at all times, knew my work schedule so she knew when to call or text me so I could quickly resolve the issue, and say through while I spewed question after question for the last 3-4 days. I’m super appreciative of kyrstyna and everything she has done, as well as the other front desk workers for being patient with my phone calls and letting her know when it was me in a timely manner.The name may not give much of an appeal, but I can assure you it’s a nice spot. Both times I’ve went to their in person office I’ve seen the same 2 guys in the same blue shirts in golf karts moving as quick as they could to get their job done, as well as me physically seen them treat both applicants and residents with dignity and respect, and that is what gave me the comfort and confidence to be moving into the cottages. The apartments looked great, the lawn looked outstanding, the office presentations were astonishing, and their fees were reasonable, fixed and workable.

Ajaycia Jones: Everything is great when you first move in but after a while you see it’s not what they make it seem. Apartments don’t give the look of the pictures of their website! Places need to be renovated, weak spots in walls, dishwashers not hooked properly. When you move out they have outrages charges, charges for things THEIR maintenance didn’t or couldn’t fix.. things that were put on a paper they give when you first move in. Mold in my bathroom, grew back after they just cleaned it off the ceiling. Changed management companies twice in less than 3 weeks while living there! NEVER in the office or responds to emails or calls back when they tell they will. Definitely ONLY live here if it’s your LAST option!
