Debra Wagner: Great off the highway spot. Downside is there were bugs crawling in the shower and management did nothing about it. It's a shame to the did remodel but wouldn't even give me a discount .did offer bug spray tho.Rooms: Rooms were remodeled. Towel rack hanging off the wall and the fridge didn't work well to keep hubby's diabetic med cold.
Chelsea Rupp: We enjoyed our stay here. The front dest people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean. We stayed on the second floor and could hear any of our neighbors. The beds were super comfortable! The continental breakfast was decent, they had a waffle maker and cereal and pastry options. My only critique is the room felt musty after taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom definitely needed to be replaced.Nearby activities: Close drive to downtown Fayetteville and lots of restaurants.

Tommy Jordan: I'm doing some work on a new hotel in the area, and this particular hotel is very close to my job site. We tried some other hotels and eventually kept coming back to this one. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has been somewhat updated to be a little more modern. The rooms are clean and the hotel doesn't smell musty. They have truck and trailer parking which is great because I travel with the work trailer! There's a Ruby Tuesday's across the street. There's a gas station and a subway across the street. The location is really perfect for all the common amenities of traveler would need. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a decent two-star or three-star.

Deception: The room was okay but rather small and tight, especially the bathroom. There was a fridge, microwave, and good sized beds for one adult. They were soft and plush, perfect from a longs drives rest. Me and my family were about to sleep when a cockroach decided to present itself right where our heads were placed on the pillows. After trashing the room to kill the creature (sorry for any shoe prints left on the walls housekeepers), we thought it was over, when another seemingly spawned on the wall. We couldn't get a new room because it was booked for the graduations taking place, so our options were to sleep in the roach infested room or in the humid car.I'd love to give this place negative star for the trauma we endured, but alas...I can not. At least the service was nice.Nearby activities: None.

We were pleasantly surprised that the parking lot was lit nicely, the room seemed pretty clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very polite. Valerie Kayan: This hotel in Fayetteville is clean and quiet, especially for a Friday night. Etoya at the front desk was amazing, awesome service and great coffee. Mary was nice and made check-out easy and convenient. Anonymous: The room was small but nice. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no cushioned chair in the room although there seemed to be room for one. There was a computer chair. The breakfast was good though a bit sparce and the area was small. We had to wait for a table.

Alex Fuentes: A buddy and I booked a room here on a whim while on a road trip, and I'm glad that we ran into this place! The suite and facilities were nicely kept, the general manager was very friendly and accommodating, and it had to be one of the most affordable rates I have ever come across that wasn't at a sketchy budget motel, or in a rougher part of town. I highly recommend if you're just making your way through the area, or especially if you're looking for a good place to stay long-term.

Rey Mustang GT: I strongly recommend considering this hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.The good: Friendly, folksy owner. He made sure all of my needs were met and he takes great pride in his hotel. Pricing was quite strong. Well prepared room overall in good shape. Full size fridge!!! Coffeemaker and stove was good. Oversized room, can easily be an apartment. Safe, quiet and near everything. I washed my laundry for free through the google app....a nice mini gym connects to the laundry while you wait!!!The not so good: Dated furniture was ok, except the couch which was soon to be replaced. Kitchen was a bit older but just fine. Parking was somewhat limited due to the contractor's trucks but okay. Bring bottled water to use for cooking!!! Bobby Sampson Jr.: Brad was great with his customer service! I 100% recommend this place next time you visit Fayetteville, NC. For what you pay for, you get a lot of amenities compared to other hotels. My room was big and spacious like an apartment. It's different rates for daily, weekly, and monthly. If you're looking to move up to NC and need a place to stay while you find a home It's only $68 daily. The place was super clean from the court yard to bedroom. Nice couches, oven, plenty of the basic dishes to utilize for cooking. Affordable Suites is nearby the main big brand stores and entertainment. Like the AMC theater, Walmart is around the corner, the mall is across the street, and other restaurants/fast food like chipotle, crackle barrel, etc is near by as well. I loved my stay at Affordable Suites!Rooms: Has oven, spoons, forks, plates, cups, and dish cleaning materials. A counter top with a TV in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom separates the room to have it spacious and not cramped for 600+ something sqft.Walkability: Walmart is close. Movie theater is nearby.

For all the money you pay there no free WiFi no sheets or towles had to supply my own.Small television that didn't work properly.The owner and her son was racists.The only good thing they had was a Laundromat but still it was pose to close at 10p.m. but it closed early sometimes. I didn't want to give it no stars but the only way to post this I had to give a star which they didn't deserve 👎👎👎💩💩💩

Shannon Barnes: I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw.

O O: Nearby activities: Super owner and his wife caring people but we drove a long way to get here and turned away by a white woman who said no rooms available . It was just after 10 am there were multiple rooms empty . She told us all to come back after the owner got back later that day. She then said she was a maid there and went back to smoking something and laughing with a rough looking gentlemen.As l said l have talked with the owner before we made plans to come to this hotel super nice man . I'm so surprised he had her even on the property period, she was very rude the woman would never work for me PERIOD . We all left l wish him luck this year he is not the problem maybe she is the one who posted the bad photos here of the wires . I found out around town she bad mouthed him alot and other folks had problems with her Both the men who worked at there are very professional and protect his property. Sandra Stump: I came out for a job. I stayed at the regency. It was terrible. The outlets didn't half work. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The owner should not have this motel open. .He has no good solid staff. He wants people to work in exchange for the room. He does not coletely stock the room. No telephone. Old school tekevision.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
Hugs with Consent: We stayed one night passing through because it was fairly cheap, about $70 a night with tax. Just go further and get a better hotel, you’ll feel safer.Cons:Smells like cigarettes.At 5am someone knocked on our door named “CJ” or “TJ”. We definitely DID NOT open the door and told him “no” loudly a few times before he left.
