Paul G: Easily one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced.To start, when we arrived and checked into our room we discovered the heavy entertainment center in the living room was broken and barely standing with the assistance of a footstool. The back of the entertainment center was completely detached from the legs.After reporting to the front desk, we were told that there were no managers on duty and that they were instructed not to bother the managers with any phone calls. The front desk seemed largely lost and not knowing what to do. The living room was unusable due to the safety risk of the entertainment center collapsing.After ordering room service and eating for the evening, Roaches were found throughout the hotel and really displayed the cleanliness of this hotel. I noticed throughout the hotel, they like to display a 4.9 out 5 star certificate, but based on some of the pictures, you can see just how clean this hotel really is.Upon checking out, I asked the front desk for a Manager again (he seemed irritated that I was disrupting him from watching his youtube videos on his phone) and again was told that a Manager was not available. I politely asked that one call me ASAP. I ended up having to call and speak with a manager 4 days later and they had no knowledge of my experience or request for a phone callMy recommendation, find another hotel to stay in and at minimum, DO NOT eat here

Karria Henry: My stay here was abruptly ended due to a staff member who told me and my husband that they had an larger party coming and they couldn’t honor our reservation! The front desk guy was very very rude about the situation and he failed to give me the correct number for corporate so I took it upon myself to call guest services to explain what they were doing to me and my family! I paid for a week and needed another week before my home becomes available for my family to move in! What I didn’t understand was how could my reservation not be honored when it was made two days prior to having to pay for another week! The guy was light skinned with dreaded hair no name tag was present at the time of my entire stay so I don’t know what his name was but he was very much unprofessional and disrespectful and he said he could help with getting another reservation at another WoodSpring but failed to do so! Instead he called or sent out an email to the other location’s giving my name and my husband’s names saying we’re on the do not rent list! Which was all done out of spite of me trying to get further information on why my reservation was not being honored! He lied and stated that I was giving him a hard time and more bad thing’s which is all an lie! I’m a very polite woman who respects all even in this unfair situation I still kept my composer and my class bc I didn’t see the reason of getting out of character bc of what happened! Even tho I probably had every right too I just don’t see an real point in that ! I truly regret staying there and paying 500 plus a week! I was never late on payments nor did I violate any policy’s! This hotel experience alone was one I would never forget and I hope the guy gets what he deserves for everything he’s caused against my family! I’m assuming that my call and complaints to the guest services was what pushed this guy to do all these things against my family! I am a mother of 5 and at the time the hotel had the amenities that suited my family best ! The stove and full refrigerator was the only thing I liked about that hotel ! They had roaches really bad and they charged for every little thing such as if your room keys are lost you would have to pay 25$ for another one they charged to clean the towels they offered as well! My overall experience was nothing I would ever want to relieve again ! Please take heed they are ran by an independent owner meaning they don’t have to have reasons for why they deny your reservation or stay! I wish it was something I could’ve done to alleviate my stress and anxiety from getting this unfair treatment ! My words of advice for anyone coming into town take caution when your choosing hotel’s here in Fayetteville the employees seem to have an issue with certain guest & an attitude of entitlement due to their job position! God bless and good luck to anyone who’s looking for a good hotel Fayetteville’s selection choice is few far and in between! Its horrible and the location’s are in bad areas!

Michele Runge (KITTY): Staff is awesome. Been here for awhile with no issues. The Manager Mrs. Jones is very courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk is helpful and very courteous as well. Close to downtown Fayetteville and close to Ft. Bragg. Close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and park! Clean rooms and are very cautious with Covid issues. Love the place!

From the front desk to the kitchen staff and housekeepers everyone was warm and inviting. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend!Rooms: very clean and well kept

Eli Lechben: First the good. The staff is awesome and really tried to help. The bad. This is a “pet friendly hotel”. My two year old was covered in pet hair after 3 minutes of being in the room. I am allergic to pet hair. This made our stay awful, we had to leave as it was obvious the room was just brushed over quickly. There are animals everywhere. Forget waiting for an elevator if someone’s dog is afraid to get on. Everyone must stand and be silent as we wait to see what the pet will do. They soil everywhere outside and the owners don’t bother to pick up after them. My closet reeked of animal pee. Our last straw was the incessant barking that could not be stopped because the owners left their dog alone and could not be located.

Jen Ritchie: Overall, this Homewood Suites is very nice. We came into town to visit family and stayed for one night. The front desk attendant was nice. The breakfast staff was amazing. The accommodations are great. Rooms are spacious. Full kitchen, etc.Our room was dirty. It was as if it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. I understand that pets are allowed here, but seeing as how these rooms are cleaned or should be cleaned daily, I shouldn't see dog hair, especially when I don't have a dog with me, everywhere in my room. Our pillowcases and bed sheets had dog hair all over them. It seemed like the bed wasn't changed prior to us coming. There was dog hair all over the shower. The bathroom sink had dog hair all over it. The floors had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was dog hair on the headboard. The toilet seat had not been cleaned. There were "remnants" of previous use. I always travel with cleaning supplies and this stay was a perfect example of why. I did a better cleaning job than the housekeeping team there. Whether it was an oversight or just improper BASIC cleaning techniques, this stay will definitely affect my hotel choice the next time I visit Fayetteville.

Shannon Barnes: I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw.

O O: Nearby activities: Super owner and his wife caring people but we drove a long way to get here and turned away by a white woman who said no rooms available . It was just after 10 am there were multiple rooms empty . She told us all to come back after the owner got back later that day. She then said she was a maid there and went back to smoking something and laughing with a rough looking gentlemen.As l said l have talked with the owner before we made plans to come to this hotel super nice man . I'm so surprised he had her even on the property period, she was very rude the woman would never work for me PERIOD . We all left l wish him luck this year he is not the problem maybe she is the one who posted the bad photos here of the wires . I found out around town she bad mouthed him alot and other folks had problems with her Both the men who worked at there are very professional and protect his property. Sandra Stump: I came out for a job. I stayed at the regency. It was terrible. The outlets didn't half work. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The owner should not have this motel open. .He has no good solid staff. He wants people to work in exchange for the room. He does not coletely stock the room. No telephone. Old school tekevision.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
