Judi Layland: Run! If you value your life, stay somewhere else. Walls were stained with a brown matter in the bathroom. Toilet paper was in a different room, sheets were stained but it looked like pen ink and not bodily fluids. A drug dealer showed up outside around midnight and announced at the top of his lungs that he had “all the drugs!”. We did not have any bed bug bites so there is that. Worst motel room I have ever encountered.

Physically Mentally & Emotionally Me: Rooms are not up to par even at that price, the customer service was excellent the establishment needs to be renovated to match the level of customer service. Katie Marcotte: Not only was it the dirtiest and most bug infested place I've ever seen but I don't think it's a very safe location at all. I gave two stars for service because the girl who checked me in was quite pleasant. Carole Thomsen: DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed here on March 23, 2023. I thought our floor was going to cave in between the beds. It was so soft. Also the TV was so filthy, well, I don't even want to know what was on it. We were just trying to get some sleep when police, ambulance, fire truck showed up. We still are not sure what was going on. May be reasonable in rate but I do not recommend.

Rich Lopez: I wouldn't do it again. If you can afford better, then do that first. We didn't even make it through the night that we were supposed to be staying for. The room was not like the rooms that were advertised at all. We left and got a room at the Hilton. It costs a little bit more, but now I can eat my chicken wings without roaches coming out to see what smells so good.

Tamika Ammons: My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. We had no problems at all. The property was clean and taken care of. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back and I will recommend this hotel to famiky and friends. Thank you Travelodge for a great experience and for making us feel at home. See you next time.

Shamiya Skiff: I’ve stayed here a few times! I love the customer service(some of it) but the cleaning is half done. Whoever is “cleaning “ the rooms need to either do better or find a new job! The last time i stayed i was scared to touch anything. Nothing and i mean nothing was clean!!! The floor was disgusting the walls nd doors nd tub nd toilet( there was literally throw up dried on the toilet) nd refrigerator was disgusting! Nd the phones dont work. This hotel would be alot better if the cleaning people were better nd some things are updated! The bed is always clean nd comfortable tho!!

a crafton: Hotel is being renovated. Walls are stripped bare. A strong chemical smell on the floors. This is a construction site. It should not be open for guests. Go to another hotel.

Not quiet but not too noisy either.The front desk staff vary from ok to very nice and helpful.Room is spacious and we booked a room with a living room, so was quite large. Across the corridor there there simpler bedrooms as well.The shower was old fashioned and great to have the pressure for a change.The breakfast is mediocre at best - artificial food, no variety or taste. On our last day there were not many guests left and by 8:00 hrs there was only 1 fried egg left, but still several old hard boiled eggs in the fridge which had been there several days. So the ‘complimentary’ breakfast you paid for should be avoided if you can.Internet weak and needs relogging-in all the time.Under the excuse of environmental considerations they don’t change your towels unless you ask them to, fair enough. But they also don’t do any cleaning or emptying of garbage in the room, even when they come to change the towels — in the 5 days we were here, and this is not acceptable. Likewise the available soap and shampoo in the bathroom, one needs to request them.The bed was ok but not so good for someone with back problems.If I were to come to Fayetteville again I would probably check the other hotels first.

Jake Daniels: Very nice location right off the freeway. Staff is super friendly and my room was very comfortable. They are remodeling some areas but that didn't bother us one bit as they seem to be starting after checkout and working into the early evening. Barbara was fantastic at check-in and very knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to next time back to Fayetteville as I'm sure we will stay here again!
