Sponge Bob: We spent an overnight in the Deluxe Inn Fayetteville. It seemed like a nicely remodeled motel. Our room was nice with flooring and newer somewhat modern furniture. There was a refrigerator with an actual freezer, and a microwave oven. The TV was a decent size, and had a good amount of channels.The heat/ac unit didn't work the best and was difficult to regulate. We had a couch and table as well. The room also had the smell of a cleaner when we arrived. The room at least smelled clean. But it looked the part also.The bathroom had the outside sink, with the shower and toilet in their own room. It had a nice shower with soft water. It had a water saver shower head which means not a lot of water or pressure.The tub did kind of make you feel like you might slip and fall, so care had to be taken. A bath mat or such might help. The tub sides were kind of high which makes stepping in and out more difficult for some folks.The bed seemed somewhat firm and soft at the same time. So I guess it’s in the middle. It was firm enough for us, but not too soft. We slept okay, but not as good as some places we’ve stayed recently. But to be fair, we slept fairly decent. And also much better than some places we’ve also stayed recently. The motel was quiet and with the constant back ground noise from the fan sound from the heat/ac unit. It was pretty quiet.There was no breakfast included in the price. So you have to make your own arrangements. Although there are some places close by. Burger King is next door. But you cannot get breakfast before 8am, unless you get in your car and drive thru. We went elsewhere since we had to get in our vehicle.The motel is also close to I-95. So it's easy to find, or get on the highway in the morning. We found this motel quite nice for its price point. I tend to look at what a motel gives you in a price point, rather than what it doesn't give you. As such, I found the Deluxe Inn to be a decent place for an overnight. If I was in need of lodging again in Fayetteville, I would definitely consider the Deluxe Inn again.

Benjamin: Reasonably priced hotel that made for a comfortable stay overnight. The deduction of one star is just because there was a bad smell when entering the room initially. It faded after a little while but it’s just not the first impression you want of a place you’ll be staying in. The room was clean though and the staff friendly; everything worked. My suggestion would be go a little heavier on the air fresheners! 😊

Amy Sousa: Quite disappointed, after a 35 min check in just to get the key we realize (they did not mention it) there is no elevator and we are upstairs. The floor in the room was gross. Like a sticky ace bandage the carpet tried to lift with every step. The worst was when we were woken at 8am by I'm guessing house keeping trying to get into the room. The little slide lock was on thank God or they would have walked right in. Instead they slammed it trying to open it 4 or 5 times... Was not impressed as a wake up........ Donni Bee: 3 is fair but I gave 4 ⭐.... your experience is what you make it. Water never went cold, perfectly hot temperature.... The staff is what made my stay, they were friendly, patient, easy to talk to, understood and was fast to address any concerns. NO AND NEVER was any complaints, or did I feel any way of being uncomfortable.. Location was great for food and entertainment. Walking distance to stores grocery and convention store... I sincerely appreciate the staff for making my stay comfortable.
Anthony Johnson: The rates of the hotel rates were great. The quality of the hotel wasn't that good. The bathroom door looked like someone was running away from a small rabid animal. We had to buy new sheets for the beds because they had the WORST stains in them. The towels were dirty. The toilet didn't flush well, and the beds were broken. It isn't a good place to take your kids, but it was last min for us. The young lady at the counter was nice tho.

Alexia Patterson: I shouldn’t be surprised but I am. Took a shower turned the water on and it filled up and never drained. Standing in water while trying to take a shower is disgusting!!! Then ran out of toilet paper and had no extra in the room. Luckily I had baby wipes with them. Woke up water was still standing in the tub. Asked for a discount and of course they can’t help me or refund me anything. Must need the money because they sure aren’t there for customer service.

Judy Wilcox: This was nasty,a dirty place,smelly. The first thing I look at when I go in room is to look at mattress. Well I did here it was nasty looked like it came out of the dirt pill. Burnt hole in mattress. I would give you a zero rating. We did not stay there. My husband went to cancel room. They would not reimburse his card. We did take further action.
Just Breathe with Jordan: Unfortunately our stay was terrible. The staff was super friendly and the room itself was ok (inside.) The door handle was broken and the bolt inside was loose- leading me to believe it had been broken into before. There were long term residents dealing drugs in the parking lot and partying all night right outside our room. I had a 13 mile obstacle race at 5am the next day and didn’t end up getting to bed until after midnight. When I did finally fall asleep I kept getting woken up by cars with loud bass parking outside our room. Overall I just didn’t feel safe here and ended up leaving two nights early and going over to Hampton Inn & Suites. You really are paying for what you get.

Jeremy Schrimsher: Well I have stayed here several times and enjoy my stay until last night. Family and I leaved this morning because of Roaches. They got in my car and on my clothes from the room.. I am not happy about this I will need to have my car detailed with is very expensive. And I but my clothes in the traah. I would like someone to contact me about this and how Red Roof is going to reimburse me.
David Magee: Close to I95 but with a somewhat awkward access involving a U- turn. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff who took time to phone us when we were late because of horrendous traffic. Clean, comfortable and recently renovated rooms with the first floor access we require and lots of parking. There are food and fuel outlets nearby with one restaurant within walking distance. As always RRI made our dog welcome at no surcharge and there is lots of groomed area nearby for walking pets. Good value and accommodating.

There was a lot of people around meeting and talking with one specific person in the parking lot. Made me think they were dealing drugs. (I do not know for sure) We will Not be staying at this RED Roof Inn again. But I would stay at others.Safety: NOT SO SAFE! because of people hanging out and meeting in the parking lot. Sugarloaf Station: Conveniently located off I-95. The room was clean and odor free. There is plenty of hot water for the morning shower. No noises from the highway or surrounding properties. The front desk staff was pleasant, and check-in was seemless. Pet friendly is important to us. We will definitely be visiting this location in the future

Gary Gearhart: Avoid this hotel at all cost. It's under renovation. I made reservation months ago and was not aware of this. 1st as we walked in the front entrance foam was falling in our hair from work being done right under the obstacle course to get in the front door. Then the lobby was a complete disaster area with barely a walkway especially toting a suitcase. I expressed my displeasure at the front desk person that was checking us in. Then the "owner cones out and is extremely rude and says well we canceled your rreservations. This hotel should not even be open for business with the current state. I have stayed at this hotel many times but will NEVER again.

We arrived very late after 12:00AM so we have to not canceled the reservations! On the reception they said there is wifi and when we arrived the room we couldn’t connected to wifi! Katrina Marshall: DO NOT STAY HERE! Stopped here for the night. The place was disgusting! Unclean, smelled awful, burn holes in the blankets. I barely slept. The walls had tons of stains. Not sure if blood or feces stains next to toilet. No garbage can, found it outside next morning. They had me rent two rooms as they could not accommodate my family. One bed did not have blankets, didn't want to use blankets anyway as they were dirty. One room did not have smoke detector. Toilet seat was broken. Left over food in fridge. Cockroaches, one was in picture frame. Hair around bathroom sink, like previous person shaved. The table in room was clearly dirty. Was told I have to call manager for my complaints as he was not in at that time. The man at desk seemed to not care about complaints.
