Residence Inn by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek: what do users think?
Kaycee Crosby-Smith: My family and I loved our suite and the breakfast was really good. They were still renovating the lobby area when we were there. The pool was closed. I rated them four stars because they were not accommodating when we were promised accommodations. We were promised roll out beds if needed but when we checked in we were told that they don’t know who promised that but they no longer have roll out beds. To top it off we had drove very far and kindly asked the female receptionist on duty that day for a hour early checkin, we were refused so then we decided to ask again 30 minutes prior to check-in and not only were we told no but the receptionist was so rude and nasty when I asked any question about the room. Her answers were short with me, no smile, not friendly or welcoming at all. So that encounter was certainly not what I expected as a rewards member so for that reason I give them a 4 out of 5.
Jeffrey C. Smith: It’s under renovation- construction (mid June 2023) and not a pleasant place to stay. See photos. No reason they could not have put this fact that they were not functional on their website. Not worth the couple of hundred dollar price with tax and with a AAA discount for a 1 bedroom per night. Marriotts are usually excellent in my experience.
No Name: I love staying at Marriott and especially At residents inns , however this time I didn’t have the best experience . We paid a lot of money for just one night , we was told that there is no late check out because the board is full which is crazy because we called at 8 am and we were only asking for an hour more to just rest up and collect ourselves, it was 11:10 and they came knocking on the door with an attitude then called the room saying do we need to stay another night , the staff is so rude at the front desk , they treat you based on your Marriott status.
Mrs.H: Would have been nice to know we were in the middle of renovations during stay. No pool and construction workers everywhere. Price didn't match stay.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Home2 Suites by Hilton Fayetteville, NC: what do users think?
Donald Smith: The hotel was a very great stay super close by several places and the Walmart. The staff was very kind and ensure the breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The only draw back to this stay was that we had no access to the pool which was a bummer. But overall I would defiantly book with them again.Rooms: The shower is everything and the room remains cold.Food & drinks: The breakfast was hot and fresh great coffee.
Stephen Young: Average Hilton hotel. Breakfast closes promptly. So don't be late!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Tori W: My family was supposed to stop at this Hilton during a roadtrip. I was advised against traveling by my OB as I am in my third trimester and the risks for complications are increased. I called re: the cancelation policy. I spoke with someone who was not exactly the picture of great customer service. I explained my situation and got push back. I said I would call back in hopes to speak with someone else. I tried to call back that day and again the following morning and got a disconnect ring back. For almost 2 days, I was unable to connect with anyone at the hotel. It was only through Hilton customer service that I was able to be connected to the hotel. For a week straight, I have waited for a call from the charge posting manager. Every time I have called she is either not at work yet or off. No one at this location seems willing to help resolve issues. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
LabNGliderMom: We really enjoyed our stay here! I can't say enough about the friendly staff, comfortable lodgings, and cleanliness of the whole property. Tommy Norton: Room was not that clean , we used the pull out couch bed and there was an empty water bottle, candy wrappers and gum wrappers underneath, the breakfast was not appealing and sparsely furnished so we left and went to the first watchRooms: Not impressed with the house keeping
Carolyn Hughes: Excellent stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Drico Lee: The front desk personnel was awesome!!. We arrived late on June 10th around 11 PM. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs thank you so much.!! Drico leeNoteworthy details: Great hotel great location.
Ashley Manns: Clean and safe!
Yeah Her: If you’re fond off poor service, and a dated hotel, this is the place for you! I can’t say that everyone was bad but if you’re exhausted from traveling and you’re looking to get checked in quickly, there is a bit of a risk involved! Be sure to bring charger blocks because there’s no usb port in your room. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. Elevator smelled of urine. Luggage carts are tiny, considering how it’s an extended stay hotel, doesn’t make much sense. Was awakened early the first morning by housekeeper who claimed we were marked for checkout despite having a reservation for two nights! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again! Despite being a diamond member there was no perks or acknowledgment whatsoever.
Jimmy Harris: Definitely wasn’t shown guest appreciation and because of maybe past experiences have stained the business n made them profile with assumptions that all people or businesses are alike. Definitely dissatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend if u are coming in from out of town with any credit union or local financial institution that isn’t 24hr service or able to assist u in different transfer options available to u.
Bryan Clingan: Hotel is ok. Staff is great and friendly. Lots of maintenance issues with the hotel. Washing machine was broke for the whole time during my 40 day stay. Breakfast juice machine was never fully operational either. Difficult to get housekeeping, and when they did it was half of a normal clean.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shane Hill: My only reason for 4 stars is because the keys are incredibly temperamental. It took multiple attempts on a side entrance with one key, unlocked right away with the other key. Tried again later, both keys decided not to play nicely on the side entrance and my room. They’re so finicky that a front desk clerk offers the fun fact during check in. The hotel as a whole is great otherwise; love the spacious room and storage options (so many shelves!), hotel is very clean and safe, staff is courteous and friendly.
Shannon Mitchel: This hotel is clean and in perfect location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed a roll in shower and I had no problem with getting all our handicap needed met. It was home away from home2. :-)Rooms: I was expecting a suite but very pleased with the one bedroom with fully comidated kitchen.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast was more than i expected.
Angeler Fils: Feels like a vacation. Hard to believe. The Breakfast is 10 thumbs up 👍Motivation to do betterRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashanda Cleveland: The room smelled horrible like someone just gave their dog a bath and he was still wet. We bought Lysol and air freshener nothing helped. Then we noticed our clothes were covered in white animal hair we couldn’t do anything about that because we had to head to church service we came into town for. Out of no where we received a message from Rhea from the location and asked if anything was wrong with the room (which tells you they knew it was horrible because we hadn’t even mentioned it yet) She proceeded to say they would spray the room but that was all that could be done because they were booked for the night. When we came back the smell was still horrible. Being that we paid $200 for one night you would thing they would offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and poor cleaning but they did not. They NEVER tried to make it right. I was very disappointed. Never experienced this at any of their other locations and we travel a lot.Rooms: Didn’t seem to have been cleaned and very horrible smell that would not go away with any spray that we tried
Erica N.: Great Location - but the pet policy is annoying.I was in town for work and decided to stay at this location last minute. The location was great and next to a lot of option. The staff members were friendly . My only issue is that all the rooms are pet friendly so the room smelled like a wet dog and there was dog hair in the bathroom at least I assume it was dog hair. There also was a dog that literally started barking at like 7 AM.I was not aware that it was a pet friendly hotel. It was not quiet at all.
Moesha Brown: The worst stay!!! Got off of work couldn't sleep because someone left their dog in the room next door barking for 45 mins went to the front desk they hesitated to switch me rooms ... then after k checked out the added a 75$ pet fee to my card and I didn't have any animals .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Deluxe Inn Fayetteville North Carolina: what do users think?
Sponge Bob: We spent an overnight in the Deluxe Inn Fayetteville. It seemed like a nicely remodeled motel. Our room was nice with flooring and newer somewhat modern furniture. There was a refrigerator with an actual freezer, and a microwave oven. The TV was a decent size, and had a good amount of channels. The heat/ac unit didn't work the best and was difficult to regulate. We had a couch and table as well. The room also had the smell of a cleaner when we arrived. The room at least smelled clean. But it looked the part also. The bathroom had the outside sink, with the shower and toilet in their own room. It had a nice shower with soft water. It had a water saver shower head which means not a lot of water or pressure. The tub did kind of make you feel like you might slip and fall, so care had to be taken. A bath mat or such might help. The tub sides were kind of high which makes stepping in and out more difficult for some folks. The bed seemed somewhat firm and soft at the same time. So I guess it’s in the middle. It was firm enough for us, but not too soft. We slept okay, but not as good as some places we’ve stayed recently. But to be fair, we slept fairly decent. And also much better than some places we’ve also stayed recently. The motel was quiet and with the constant back ground noise from the fan sound from the heat/ac unit. It was pretty quiet. There was no breakfast included in the price. So you have to make your own arrangements. Although there are some places close by. Burger King is next door. But you cannot get breakfast before 8am, unless you get in your car and drive thru. We went elsewhere since we had to get in our vehicle. The motel is also close to I-95. So it's easy to find, or get on the highway in the morning. We found this motel quite nice for its price point. I tend to look at what a motel gives you in a price point, rather than what it doesn't give you. As such, I found the Deluxe Inn to be a decent place for an overnight. If I was in need of lodging again in Fayetteville, I would definitely consider the Deluxe Inn again.

Benjamin: Reasonably priced hotel that made for a comfortable stay overnight. The deduction of one star is just because there was a bad smell when entering the room initially. It faded after a little while but it’s just not the first impression you want of a place you’ll be staying in. The room was clean though and the staff friendly; everything worked. My suggestion would be go a little heavier on the air fresheners! 😊
Danny Kittrell: Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: Felt safe

Amy Sousa: Quite disappointed, after a 35 min check in just to get the key we realize (they did not mention it) there is no elevator and we are upstairs. The floor in the room was gross. Like a sticky ace bandage the carpet tried to lift with every step. The worst was when we were woken at 8am by I'm guessing house keeping trying to get into the room. The little slide lock was on thank God or they would have walked right in. Instead they slammed it trying to open it 4 or 5 times... Was not impressed as a wake up........ Easy on and off highway but not worth it at all.......Rooms: Carpets are gross

Dakotah Hayes: I stayed here for about 12 days. It's perfectly located. Short distance from the base, downtown, and the local mall. You can walk across the parking lot to The Cracker Barrel, Hook & Reel, or Logan's. If you need something from Wal-Mart or Sam's, you can walk across the parking lot to get to both places as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The linens and towels were soft and clean. My room had a small kitchenette that I used every day. The TV is a bit on the small side, but I don't really watch a lot of tv. The pool and gym are small but clean and get the job done. The breakfast was ok and usually consisted of eggs, sausage or bacon, and various muffins and bagels. On the weekend they had the waffle maker. Finally, everyone working here was WONDERFUL! I mentioned "clean" several times and it's absolutely a reflection of the employees. They were always helpful and friendly. I never once got the feeling that they were smiling or being happy because they are required to be. I honestly felt welcome every day.

Terry Geer Sr: One of the hotels I have stayed in. Service was remarkable, rooms and the rest of the property were extremely clean and in excellent shape. Breakfast was decent, typical Marriott hotel breakfast, notable that it was served early both mornings and kept full with fresh offerings. Christopher Schaefer: Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast in the morning is the usual items: cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, sausage, and eggs.....scrambled. rooms had more than enough cooking utensils and pots/pans. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doors are secured 24hrs day, and cameras are posted in the area. Security is important weh your traveling. Local to many restaurants and shopping areas ( walmart, Sam's Club, mall down the road). Highly recommended
Zhe Ren: Fancy
Glenn Ianuale: I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the staff here. I hate being away from home but since day one everyone from the GM to housekeeping hospitality and after 4+ months understandably even maintenance I we were made to feel very at home. Safe secure and well maintained you definitely can't go wrong choosing this place for a short or long stay.Safety: Night security staff.
S: Great Marriott brand hotel, very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is nearby many restaurants that are in walking distance (like 2 mins) from the hotel. Easy off and easy on I 95.Rooms: Rooms are in very good shape and super clean.Walkability: You can walk to many restaurants from the hotel, several are in adjoining parking lot.
Daryl Robinson: Great location great service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
George Ashers: I stayed here for a business trip in February and the service was great. The hotel staff was friendly and the morning breakfast crew was the best. The lady helped out with providing breakfast coffee and the staff had a great smile. I would recommend this Marriott hotel to anyone traveling through Fayetteville/ Tort Bragg area.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great here. The main breakfast host in the kitchen was great and had the best smile. Service was friendly and convenient.
Philip Mildren: I work in a technology field and need a steady and decent network connection to support my work. Most hotels I have stayed at, their free wifi is sufficiently fast enough. Typically in the 100 Mbps range. This is the free wifi, not the upgraded or "enhanced" connection. Not at the TownePlace Suites. They feel that 20 Mbps is sufficient for the average user. Since when has 20 Mbps been sufficient? 2005? The "enhanced" wifi speed is barely 60? Seriously? My phone on a 4G connection has better speeds than that. The average US internet speed is 120, and we are considered backwards for having it that low. Even when I talked to the Marriot network helpdesk, they were as surprised as I was that the network is capped at 60.Then there is the issue with maintenance. Wall sconces hanging from their mounts. The thermostat that is hanging on the wall that serves no purpose as there is an under-window HVAC system. Why not remove this eye sore? Carpets that appear to not have been cleared in weeks or months. The front desk staff that only appeared to know that ALL of the doors are always locked but know little else. And to know that I have to spend the better part of a month here, is not starting this business trip off to a good start.
Russell Carter: This was a phenomenal stay! The place is not brand new but it is cleaner than some brand new hotels I frequent every month. The staff is amazing and seemed willing to do anything I needed while I was there. I spent a lot of time in the lobby doing interviews and everyone was extremely welcoming with everyone that came through the door. This was my third time at this hotel and every visit has been this great. This is the only place I will stay when coming to Fayetteville!
Trevor Stewart: I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, waiting on my wife to return from a year in another country. On the first day my daughter opened the refrigerator and found a dead roach inside, a few moments later she saw a few more, they came and sprayed. That same day the lock for the door malfunctioned, they replaced the batteries. That same day I tried to use the stove, it didn't work, they moved me to another room. I spent an hour moving my children and our belongings to the 4th floor of the hotel, at the other end of the building. When we settled in that room, more roaches, so I delt with roaches for the next 6 days. This place is truly a mess, the carpets are so dirty that you notice the color pattern changes, and the smell is of a well worn and used room. This was not how I expected to spend my last days in North Carolina. As expected, the usual apologies were given, but they sounded rehearsed, like they've been repeated often. Please do your research before booking a stay at this establishment.Rooms: The rooms are dirty from years of use, the carpet smelled of dirt an vacuuming.Noteworthy details: The utensils that they provide seem to be left from previous guests who've stayed there in the past. The stoves are very cheap, cooking on them takes focus, because the burner was uneven and the pot kept sliding off.
Rohn Fenity: It was okay
joe h: This property is by far the worst kept location that I have stayed in and most definitely not representative of the Marriott brand. Upon arrival we encountered people in the parking lot smoking marijuana. The smell was also in the hallways and elevator. The bedsheets were stained, specifically one of the bedsheets had a blood-like stain that was very prominent as one pulls back the blanket. I called the front desk and although they offered to send up new sheets, there was no real apology or any other resolution. Lastly, the property looks old and very poorly maintained. I had a pet and was charged the $75 cleaning cost, which I gladly paid. But again, this property does not seem to put forth much effort in cleanliness.EDIT: Marriott Bonvoy corporate customer care did reach out to me and offered their apologies and understanding. At least this was a personalized reply instead of the canned response that the hotel property management sends out repeatedly to all complaints but doesn’t fix a thing. It appears that local managers are not willing or able to correct what is an obvious ongoing problem. I will definitely not stay in this location in the future. Thankfully Marriott has other properties that offer better quality and service.

This place was misrepresented online, was not advertised that it was under construction upon booking, none of the amenities advertised online were available. The Manager didn't even identify himself, t-shirt, no name tag, and very unfriendly to guests. Will never stay in another hotel from this branch again thanks to this guy.
Ruby: If I could give zero stars, I would. When I made this booking, nothing was said about construction that would be going on during our stay. Gary Gearhart: Avoid this hotel at all cost. It's under renovation. I made reservation months ago and was not aware of this. 1st as we walked in the front entrance foam was falling in our hair from work being done right under the obstacle course to get in the front door. Then the lobby was a complete disaster area with barely a walkway especially toting a suitcase. I expressed my displeasure at the front desk person that was checking us in. Then the "owner cones out and is extremely rude and says well we canceled your rreservations. This hotel should not even be open for business with the current state. Mitchell Madrid: • I was a bit disappointed with the hotel.• The staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) were amazing and went above and beyond.• The rooms are very dated and very much in need of repairs and updating. The AC unit in my room would not turn off and then it would not turn on. The gentleman at the desk came up and looked at it and tried to assist me with it and he did tell me that they could move me if the problem continued. The only problem with this is I returned late in the day and did not feel like moving everything to another room for one night. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall. The rates are definitely too high for the condition of the hotel.• The location is not very good if you want to walk to "anything!" There are so many more hotels for the same price in a location (on the other side of a busy road) where you could walk to anything that you needed (food & shopping). Also the location of the hotel was a bit sketchy. I was a bit concerned about my rental vehicle being broken into.• I am a Hilton status member and I was still charged for internet access.
Sammy None: Noteworthy details: This hotel is very outdated the amenities are old. There's wallpaper in the bathroom that looks like it's 20 years old the doors were cracked on the bottom falling apart the toilet paper rolls were falling apart the carpeting looked like it came out of the seventies the beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointed in this hotel. The breakfast is forgettable nothing special no effort put in to the setup at all. Definitely would never stay here again the walls were paper thin you could hear everything and everybody walking by all night long.

Katherine B: I have never been more disgusted with a hotel experience before in my life. For Hampton Inn to revenue over 6 million a year you would think they would invest some of that money into making sure management has all the training necessary to handle situations with empathy and respect irregardless of the person or situation. We dealt with a general manager, Laura, who was upset that we used a Hilton rewards discount and actually created a lot of tension due to that matter. Had she as a manager done what she was trained to do, professionally and properly, and knew that we received any discount in a way that did not abide by their hotel company’s policy at that location, then it shouldn’t have been honored since day one of check in or even day two. A simple, “I’m so very sorry but we can’t honor this discount at this hotel but we would love to still give you a room at a regular rate,” would have sufficed and not harbored any further issues. On day three of our stay me and my five year old daughter accidentally overslept past check out time and even though we were in the process of paying for another day irregardless to stay, we were woke up by Laura telling us to get out of the room as she was calling the cops on us and accusing us of not trying to pay for the room. My five year old witnessed everything and as a mother I cannot tell you how embarrassing that moment was for her to have to endure that. Once again, if you’re going to have someone represent your million dollar corporation, make sure they know how to handle and defuse a situation PROFESSIONALLY, RESPECTFULLY, AND EMPATHETICALLY. This situation was NOT handled in a professional way whatsoever. The whole situation was NOT worth traumatizing and embarrassing anyone especially when the room was paid for not even 3 minutes after I had to grab what important belongings I could grab and leave the room with my child as she told me my other belongings would be discarded. This is a management issue, and is highly inappropriate. Hampton Inn values were most definitely not represented in the way they should have and that’s a big shame on them for allowing such mistreatment from someone who represents them and handles their issues. Mistreatment in such manner is a liability and needs to be addressed and handled appropriately before any other families endure such disrespect and embarrassment.

Marty Burnett: Rooms are a little small, but the service here was top notch. Andre was so helpful and very service oriented. He brightens the room. The managers social dinner on Tuesday night was a first in all of my Hilton travels. I am a diamond member and have traveled a lot for work. I have never had a dinner for free at any Hilton Hotel. Embassy offers a snack and drink happy hour. This and the fact that they offered cookies every night of my stay. The pool was not open yet, but looked very clean for a hotel pool. This is an older property and it shows its age, but you really get more with the amount of service here. If you meet Andre, you will know. The manager was very nice as well. She works very hard to make your stay here special.

Tara Wilson: Traveling south to north on 95 and finding no rooms available the entire length of North Carolina, we were forced to go off our route into Fayetteville and were lucky to find a room available here. Unfortunately, the room was overpriced, but it was late and we didn't have another option. Room was small, queen bed felt like a double, parking lot light was very bright in room. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included, however we did not partake because it didn't open until 6 and we wanted to beat the traffic.

Angelica Thompson, Ph.D.: Just okay. I wouldn't recommend. The service & amenities were sub par. We never received enough towels & breakfast was not sufficient for nojln meat eaters. Not even basic scrambled eggs.Rooms: Each room has a decent kitchenette.Food & drinks: No bar.
Anissa Lee: Nearby activities: Epic fun park is close and it is exactly that, epic!Food & drinks: Hotel breakfast was great. We also visited Salsaritas which was great.Noteworthy details: Cleanliness of the room was not up to par. Bring your cleaning supplies.

Alyssa Womble: We used the Homewood Suites for our hotel block for our wedding weekend. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff and housekeepers everyone was warm and inviting. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend!Rooms: very clean and well kept
Eli Lechben: First the good. The staff is awesome and really tried to help. The bad. This is a “pet friendly hotel”. My two year old was covered in pet hair after 3 minutes of being in the room. I am allergic to pet hair. This made our stay awful, we had to leave as it was obvious the room was just brushed over quickly. There are animals everywhere. Forget waiting for an elevator if someone’s dog is afraid to get on. Everyone must stand and be silent as we wait to see what the pet will do. They soil everywhere outside and the owners don’t bother to pick up after them. My closet reeked of animal pee. Our last straw was the incessant barking that could not be stopped because the owners left their dog alone and could not be located.
Jen Ritchie: Overall, this Homewood Suites is very nice. We came into town to visit family and stayed for one night. The front desk attendant was nice. The breakfast staff was amazing. The accommodations are great. Rooms are spacious. Full kitchen, etc.Our room was dirty. It was as if it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. I understand that pets are allowed here, but seeing as how these rooms are cleaned or should be cleaned daily, I shouldn't see dog hair, especially when I don't have a dog with me, everywhere in my room. Our pillowcases and bed sheets had dog hair all over them. It seemed like the bed wasn't changed prior to us coming. There was dog hair all over the shower. The bathroom sink had dog hair all over it. The floors had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was dog hair on the headboard. The toilet seat had not been cleaned. There were "remnants" of previous use. I always travel with cleaning supplies and this stay was a perfect example of why. I did a better cleaning job than the housekeeping team there. Whether it was an oversight or just improper BASIC cleaning techniques, this stay will definitely affect my hotel choice the next time I visit Fayetteville.
Cameron Ashley: The hotel suites were amazing and the staff and service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and familyRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Kid-friendly …More

Extended Stay America - Fayetteville - Cross Creek Mall: what do users think?
Marissa Thompson: The only elevator in the hotel was out of order sooooo they put us on the third floor. The freezer in our room had rust inside. The pull out couch had pee stains on both sides of the mattress. The door handle to our room broke and the shower made a really loud noise anytime you added cold water. Never again. Luckily we only had to stay for one night, BUT, never again.
Xanthe Mann: I was displaced from my home by a fire and had to find a place to stay during a holiday weekend. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The military discount was also helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nicholas Williams: Management need to revisit. It was ok. But no breakfast as described and elevator not working. Its not a 5 star but things could be a whole lott better!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Hansen Tan: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. The fire alarm was hanging off of the ceiling, one of the desk lamps didn't work, the toilet rocked back and forth, the hair dryer didn't work, the room phone didn't work, there were holes in the shower floor, and the floor next to it was water damaged. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk staff, they were not resolved during our week-long stay. Additionally, the elevator was broken the whole time we were here. Luckily, we got a room on the first floor, but it would've been a huge issue for physically challenged guests. Despite these issues, I want to commend the hotel staff for being very friendly and helpful. I don't think it's their fault that these issues weren't resolved, but I hope the hotel management can address these issues moving forward so that future guests can have a more enjoyable stay.
Alexis McCarty: Dirty and nasty!!! Not worth wasting money!! Infected with?? Cleaned my own room and their kitchen, and my grandson still got infected with bugs. They didn't even want to refund us. Horrible place to waste money!! On so many levels.
AMDG: One of the few hotels to educate their staff on proper service animal guidelines! THANK YOU 🐾 🐾
Barney Lopez: Internet is trash $20 extra for a week $30 extra for a month. Slow barely reaches all the rooms and just annoying to connect to with my phone laptop and roku. Better off anywhere else.Edit: The TVS look like they came out of 2012. Luckily they do have a USB and HDMI for my roku.
IYORE M. OKHIONKPAIMWONYI: Network failures
Yasmin Richards: Location is great, but the room was shabby. The blanket was old and beaded the pillows were worn out and when I requested for additional pillows I was told by the receptionist on Saturday evening 25th March my requested could not be granted. Pillows were provided afer I protested. Room was not cleaned and the water pressure in the bathroom is weak. Nice location but the interior need to be upgraded to match the exterior
Alex: PLEASE AVOID STAYING at all costs. room was overpriced and our first room had roaches and they offered us another room with no problem. second room was right across the hall and as we’re getting ready to sleep we find bed bugs in the head board. thank god we didn’t sleep there and bring bed bugs or roaches into our brand new home!! the only good thing is the staff is friendly and they gave us a refund upon asking. good job front desk staff, bad job cleaning staff.
Abdullahi Asimalowo: I stayed in this hotel from 30 OCT to 10 NOV. At arrival, there was no one in the front desk for more than 45 minutes. I was ready to proceed to another hotel when someone showed up. He noted that he went to use the bathroom and did not hear a shout out or knock. The phone was not answered either and I had to call their national number! NO HELP!On that first night, I saw a roach in the bathroom. That was concerning as it is possible for me to end up with it in my luggage and end up with home infestation! "A gift from Extended Stay Fayetteville!"I had to request a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the room by myself before a room service was sent to vacuum my room just ONCE in my entire stay! Front desk personnel noted that their COVID 19 policy is to clean rooms once every two weeks. Believe me, they keep changing words that I cannot believe anything they say.The dirty rug and trapped microparticles gave me respiratory infection, the entire time I was there. I ensure that I stayed out most of the time, just to avoid exposure.Based on my experience, this hotel does not deserve to be on the list of government travel hotels. Even though my booking was from a federal government site, I was charged tax. When I brought this up to the receptionist, she could not help. Instead, I was asked to call front desk another day. I did call, and just like my first day at their counter, no one answered. I ended up paying for the charged tax out of pocket! With this Fayetteville Extended Stay experience, I am done with this chain!
Kimberly Gillinov: Upon arrival (almost 11pm), we checked the sofa bed where my kids would be sleeping and found bed bugs. Also several dark red stains on the mattress. We were given the only remaining room left which was a small bed and told the “toilet doesn’t work but that is all we have left for availability tonight.”We were forced to stay as it was so late, and nothing else available. When we asked for a refund, we were only offered a 50% refund because “we still used the room.”The full continental breakfast was only pre-packaged muffins. The area felt very unsafe as well. Our deadbolt was broken too.
James Lechtenberg: Stayed here for a week traveling to Fayetteville for work. Stay was okay. Room seemed roomy but dingy. Lots of carpet stains, scuffs everywhere. Transients handing around the back parking lot frequently. AC worked okay. Pool was out of commission. Room above me smoked every day and the vent in the bathroom wafted the smell into my room. Notified the front desk but never did anything. Laundry was $5 a load and the machines sounded like an aircraft taking off. Will definitely be looking for other options when I come to Fayetteville in the future.
