Rainbow Pediatrics: what do users think?
Lynda Sanders: Outstanding, extremely kind, understanding, efficient, professional pediatric care team, from the first contact on phone, to the very thorough pediatrician. You can trust your child's health care needs with the top notch health care professionals at rainbow pediatrics, hope mills, NC.
Mark Burrell: Service is always excellent here. Wait time is very short to see the doctor. Awesome 👌 Walk in service is also great.
Robianna Tucker: Friendly front office staff and excellent care from the nurses and doctor. Dr. Singletary has a way with children that makes them and the parent comfortable.
kharmen arriola: I love taking my kids to Rainbow. Dr. Breanna is professional and kind. She listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have. She is thorough in her work and pays great attention to detail. The staff and doctors takes their time with us and makes us feel comfortable. The nurses and receptionists are SO wonderful as well, and the building is always clean.
Dee Oh: Maaaan it takes a lot for me to write reviews but I felt like it was necessary today. Took my son to his appointment at @345. We got there about 5-10 minutes earlier than our appointment time. Even the check in process was done prior to arriving. We were taken to the waiting room where we waited for an hour but were seen for less than 5 minutes after being asked a few questions and they checked my son over real quick. Had to STILL pay for the appointment. I will admit the receptionists are friendly but it doesn't excuse the excess waiting time for 5 minutes of actually being seen.
David Culbreth: Took very great care of my teenager who was bitten very badly on his hands by a dog. Very thorough in telling me what to do to take care of him and what to be on the outlook for. A+ clinic every visit!!! The best in Fayetteville, NC!!!
Carolyn Kindred: The doctors here are both knowledgeable and kind. Even though my daughter can be a difficult patient due to her autism, they always treat her with care and respect. Highly recommend!
tara fontaine: The wait is awful and the back rooms are hot and uncomfortable especially when you have a sick child
Brantlee Allen Hair: They are always on time when I need them for my son! They have great walk in hours & on the weekend an always willing to get us in for appts on same day last min on my part! Wouldn’t want my child going anywhere else! Thanks Rainbow!
Andrea S: You will not be able to find a better Pediatrician in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas. They have always accommodated my children when needed. The entire staff is attentive, efficient, thorough and most of all caring. Always treating my children as their own and making them feel comfortable in a situation where most children are scared. As a mom who has had to advocate for my children multiple times, Rainbow makes me feel heard. They go above and beyond their job duties. I am grateful for this office!
Keaa Keonia: I have been dealing with rainbow pediatrics since my first born was born && i wouldn’t trade them for anything . My Girls Love Ms. Leah Black && are always excited to see her. She answers all my questions until i have a better understanding . She was at the Robeson ST location but she was so amazing with my oldest we followed her to this location. I am able to book my girls appointments together and she will see them both. The nurses are so amazing and so sweet. The ladies at the first desk always greet me with a smile and always answers my million questions when I’m calling freaking out over the phone. I wouldn’t trade or switch pediatric locations for nothing in this world !
Elise Shank: My husband took our daughter for a sick visit appointment today at 10:45AM. They were not seen until after 12:20PM. The wait time at this location is ridiculous and if they are not able to see patients in a timely manner than less patients need to be scheduled. We have never had these issues at the McPherson Church Rd location. I am very thankful for the weekend sick visit availability, but if I had known they would wait that long we would have sent them to an urgent care. We would prefer to reschedule than wait for that long with a cranky toddler.
Amanda Chamberlain: Dr. Jones is wonderful! She intentionally listens as well as takes the time to explain answers. I never feel as though I’m burdening her with all my first time mom questions and concerns. The whole staff is so helpful and very friendly. The sick walk-in hours are super easy and convenient. The advice nurses are always prompt in their responses. Definitely worth five stars!
Kimberly Lucas: I like going here because the doctors are good and very friendly to my girls and are always full of information and advice for parents.
Deborah Basile: wait over an hour for shots walked out ask they act like we are a bother all they were doing was conversations at the desk goofing off so to speak said it’s only shots yes it is but my time is just as valuable as there their time.
Kortney Nicole: Everyone is sweet but I'm getting a little tired of my concerns about my son being dismissed. He's 2.5 and has only slept through the night maybe 5 times. I'm I'm "try a schedule. Try this. Come back in a month" but why do I need to continue to wait when this has been my reality for the past 2 years and it has gotten us nowhere still. This is not normal. I am exhausted this is why parents break because they reach out for help and are told to "keep pushing!" I can only do so much to get him on a schedule when he still refuses to sleep for 3 hours after I lay him down, wake up through the night and maybe take a nap. We've bedtime stories. Movies, completely silent, completely lights out, white noise, night light, room sharing, bed sharing, pacifer, no pacifer, nothing has worked so clearly there's a bigger issue at hand.
Judy Howard: We love going here. I tried other branch with no luck.
Leia Ngirmidol: Terrible reception service! Called as a new patient assigned by Humana and was told rudely to get reassigned elsewhere. Representative of the Fayetteville atmosphere - abrasive and hella rude - if this is the first voice or face you get from a pediatric office - I’m glad to go elsewhere. I don’t trust my children being seen here. First impressions are not everything but it is a factor when choosing a Healthcare providing team.
Cat Hicks: I have not been pleased with the quality of care. Before the pandemic my child was misdiagnosed. This would not have happened if the Doctor had been willing to listen to us (the parents). I have raised 3 children into health well rounded adults. I my not be a Doctor but I have been a mother of 30 years. I just might have some insight on the toddler that lives in my home. We changed doctor in the facility and I was happier. However, since the pandemic the care and customer service of the staff has become horrific. I am taking my daughter elsewhere.
Jessie Elmore: The folks at Rainbow Peds, specifically Michelle Burnette and Kim, are the best! They take excellent care of my kids, and we are grateful for their compassionate and timely care!
Amber: Everyone is so nice but they aren't doing enough to stop the spread of covid and other germs they let a sick child probably 10 come in with no mask coughing all over the place touching everything they didn't make the mom put a mask on her or even bring her back during the designated time for sick patients. I tried voicing my concern yesterday and I kept being hung up on or put on hold for a long time then hung up on. I think the covid practices should be revised and more consideration should be shown for those of us with infants.

Kidzcare Pediatrics PC - Northside Fayetteville NC: what do users think?
KA Parker: Easy to access if you live on North Ramsey, also one of the only options for a pediatrician on this side of town. Has a weird smell & the staff isn’t very friendly.
Shaniece Belle: That fast of best pediatric doctors
Lauren Henn: Every time we call to be seen, they don’t have appointments available FOR DAYS. Why even have a pediatrician if they cannot see your child when they are sick? It’s crazy. Not to mention the extremely long wait times every time.We will be finding a new pediatrician
Bear: Does not listen to parents concern. In and out of office for 2 weeks and nothing done to help my son with a bad cough.
Alana Neville: Just another story of them cancelling on me. I booked this appointment 8 weeks in advance because their scheduling is really horrible and I wanted it to line up for when my husband can come as well. I was getting so anxious building up to the appointment because my 4 month old was getting her shots and I just don’t deal with that well, hence wanting my husband there. We get there and our appointment has been cancelled and they had the wrong number for me on file so I wasn’t even informed of the cancellation. Now booking my baby’s 4 month check up for after she turns 6 months because their availability is so bad.
Dt Need2k: Careless.. all kidzcares pediatrics are careless.
Dani Williams: Love this place! The front desk is excellent and helps as much as they can, the MAs are compassionate and show they genuinely care about the little ones. The providers are amazing, they do all they can to take care of their patients. Highly recommended you visit this location!
Donya Harris: My husband and I had the most unprofessional visit at this facility. Long story long… my son was hospitalized due to all his allergies and needing OT and speech therapy. We had only been here for 2 weeks at the time due to PCS move. So of course once you are admitted to the hospital you have to have a follow up. I didn’t even meet the doctor I signed my son up which is the only reason I was coming to this place based on reviews of a particular doctor. Anyway there is a particular formula my son could tolerate at the hospital due to allergies that was kate farms and compleat pediatrics. Even with the paper work from cape fear Ms. Boyddid not want to write the prescription for this expensive formula. It’s over $100 for a case of 12 so you can imagine what that is doing to us financially when we have 3 children. I ended up going back to the hospital to get more of this formula because we ran out. Luckily the dietician at cape fear remembered me and gave us more and wanted to set us up with someone on base who could assist us in getting tricare to cover this particular formula. The hospital was way more helpful trying to help us than this lady at kidzcare. We went to this appointment and since it’s on base they are able to see all my sons past records in the system. The dietician brought it to my attention that my son shouldn’t be drinking kate farms or compleat because of his pea protein allergy. The dietician assisted me with finding a different formula that had no dairy, soy, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts, eggs, or pea protein. So now we have to go back to kidzcare to ask for a new prescription. We showed Ms. Boyd everything; the printed allergy testing, the info from the dietician we seen on base, and gave her the back story of everything that was going on. She was just so concerned about why did we go see someone else and not someone from the referrals she put in. No one called me for these so called referrals she put in. She’s asking stupid questions like why did you go to Oklahoma to get his allergies tested. Like girl we just moved here we got this done months ago nobody is going behind your back. She kept bringing up your seeing other doctors and why the dietician didn’t just write the prescription. Another stupid question because a dietician is not a doctor and therefore cannot write the prescription. She argued how she was not going to write another prescription and even went as far as saying whatever and I guess you’re just going to have to pay out of pocket. These specific formulas can not be purchased in store they are only online so you would think she would understand and try and help us since it is extremely expensive. I switched my son from this place so fast they finally had some openings on base so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Do not waste your time coming here they just don’t seem like they are there to help in any way. I know I want a pediatrician who actually cares about my children and wants to help you help your child and you do not get that vibe from this place.
Jose Ruiz: Let me save you some heartache with this place. The front, is very unprofessional and lack the capability of performing their front desk duties. Literally was on the phone with the pharmacy because all they needed was the doctors authorization number or something of that sort, and they acted like I was asking for them to pass a bill in Congress. Then one of the other front desk ladies (30min AFTER being asked by the other front desk person I was engaging with) came up and said oh that's all you need here let me help."...The doctors here are incompetent in knowing their patients and performing their medical due diligence. We have been going there since 2021 and they acted like we've never been seen. The doctor recently performed a well-child checkup and said there was no record of immunizations on hand even though about 2 weeks prior we got a copy for our daughter's day care. Then about a week later we had to come back because my child got sick and the doctor once again acted as if we have never been seen at this clinic. We are definitely leaving this place and suggest that you don't waste your time, because that's what they will take from you without any remorse.
Jessica Darling: Let me begin by saying that it takes A LOT for me to leave a negative review. I have been coming here with my children since my youngest daughter was born, and I absolutely adore our primary provider, Corina. She is thoughtful, kind, and very good at her job! That being said, the rest of the staff here is absolutely horrible. The front desk is not professional or courteous at all, and they seem to spend more time on Instagram and discussing what they’re having for lunch than they do helping their patients. I have had multiple appointments canceled at the last minute, and calling to get an appointment is always an excruciatingly long process. I will be taking my children elsewhere from now on. I do not recommend this place at all.
Essence Robinson: Dr. Karina and Nurse Crystal are both so personable and extremely helpful during my kids appointments. They both make my kids feel so comfortable and that’s important to me. 10/10 recommend taking your kids to see Dr. Karina and Nurse Crystal!
Mitzi Blanchard: This is my first visit at this location the staff was fantastic.
dakattner: I Move to a town an hour away and needed to get my sons medical records. I requested them on 1Aug22 and the new pediatricians office still hasn’t received them. I’ve spoken with Kidcare Northside a number of times to include the office manager. It’s 9Sep22 and they assured me again they would be sent today. 🙄👍🏼
ShaVadne Lee: I've had this dr office cancel on me short notice or day of appointment. At least 5 times. I had an appointment on 9/1 for my son, for a physical for sports, an appointment which I've already took time off of work to make. Whenever they cancel they never can work with me to get him seen earlier. They always want to push the appointment out farther. I will definitely be finding my kids another provider. This is ridiculous especially after waiting weeks for an appt.
Amy Gallagher: I wasn’t impressed with this place from the start but I’m a pretty patient person and decided to not judge right away so I continued to take my kids here. Continued to be disappointed. First of all, one of the doctors thinks he’s in a covid wing of a hospital and is always in full blown PPE, when it’s just not necessary, and actually he’s just scaring my children. The wait time is ridiculous and had an appointment for immunizations and they didn’t even have them in stock so I lost money taking time off work to get them to a pointless appointment. The front desk is much to be desired. Not a warm or friendly environment and don’t engage with your kids. Too busy deciding what they want to order for lunch and our appointment with the PA was actually interrupted by receptionist coming into the room to ask what the PA wanted for lunch! Are you kidding me? This couldn’t have waited? And they would never let me make an appointment upon leaving for the next time. It was always “Call us as it gets closer to make your appointment.” Drove me crazy. Life is busy. People need to make their appointments before they forget about them. But no, you have to call later. And trying to get a print out of your kids’ immunizations after your appointment is painful. I usually just walk out because I don’t have time to wait for over 30 min to be handed a single piece of paper. Needless to say, my kids are not patients here anymore. I will say however that one of the medical assistants there with long, dark hair and usually calls my kids “boo” is incredible and absolutely adorable herself. Super friendly and good at what she does. She needs to sprinkle more of her fairy dust throughout that place!
Ronda Bethune: I took my son to be seen for stomach cramps, headache and loss of appetite. Thankfully we were able to be seen the same day. The nurse was very helpful in running test prior to us seeing Dr. V. After seeing the doctor we were sent home with no antibiotics only a stool sampler. The doctor had no idea of the test that the nurse previously administered. However, I'm glad that the nurse was able to identify the problem based on symptoms because the doctor had no clue. My son tested positive for strep throat. On the way home I received a call from the doctor with the results. I feel like my son would still be in pain or suffering if the nurse didn't do a good job of testing for strep, RSV and other viral infections. Good job to the nurse who was able to assist. My kids have been patients since 2010 and this place has definitely changed.
Kaitlyn Ward: We where a going to be late for today's appointment. After having to reschedule twice because of the docotrs not being in. So thank God Tanisha helped us big time by asking the doctors if we could still be seen just a few minutes after our appointment so thanks again Tanisha your the first person to actually help me after coming to this office for like 4 years. She was very kind, Helpful and understanding which helped me big time.
Rosa Bella: I won't complaint about it that much ,but the new people that work over there (the front desk) change everything. And the line always busy. Once they pick up the phone just to put you on hold forever.Well good luck
danille flores: This use to be a good pediatrician until they got Dr. V as they call him. I loved the nurse practitioner that we used to see but Dr. V makes things so difficult. Had two interactions since we had to see him and now we switched and no longer patients.
Tevo Vann: WARNING! Never experienced a pediatrician office like this. Rude, unprofessional, unorganized. A waste of time. You have been warned.
Brittney Hawkins: WHEW!!! 1 star is too much for this place honestly. I brought my kids here because it was close to where we live. Problems we came across while there is as follows: (I really hope this helps parents)1. Had my child’s previous pediatricians fax over her shot records 3x’s and they lost them! They claim they fell through the cracks. (That was the excuse) til this day we don’t know what happened.2. Scheduled appointment for immunizations. When we got there they were out of stock of 1 of the shots my child needed. We sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for proof of the immunizations she did receive. Claimed we were waiting on the nurse to put it in the system. It also seemed like I was a bother by being a responsible parent and wanting proof!! The receptionists literally do not have a good sense of customer service. Will sit there while u stand in front of them and take personal calls. Was told to call to schedule an appointment when we are standing there. What sense does that make? Finally they scheduled an appointment for us to come back for the out of stock immunization.3. Tried calling them to make sure they were in stock before our appointment the phone line was messed up couldn’t reach them. Drove there to ask… again stood in front of receptionist while they took there sweet time to acknowledge us. Finally was assured they were in stock. Told them about there phone and was ignored.4. Came to appointment only to sit in lobby for almost 2 hours after appointment time.

Fayetteville Children’s Clinic: what do users think?
Elayna Bartell: If you care about your kids don't go there. If you need a referral don't bother they will just keep putting it off and tell you thats not gonna help, when clearly sometimeskids need outside help like ENT or ADHD. If you want them to listen to you and help you find out what's wrong with your child forget about it, your wasting your time. I could write a book about why you shouldn't go here, but it still wouldn't do any justice. They don't care about your kid and are clearly there for a profit. You have been warned.
Alex Iriana: We have absolutely loved seeing Dr Olga Johnson for the past 2 years. Both my kids go to her and I find her to be thorough and reasonable. She explains things well, is reassuring to me and my kids and is quick to take care of referrals, paperwork, etc. Her nurse, Katie, is on it and returns messages quickly. The office is pretty good at getting you in for an acute care visit within a day or so, depending on the severity of the illness.I’m so happy I found this clinic and this provider.
Liza Hondros: No better Pediatrician in town! We have been at FCC since our son was 1 mo old, he is now 11yo! My husband was seen by Dr. Kelly Sr back in the day. The customer service is top notch from making an appointment to needing paperwork done. Dr. Kelly is the best.
Gabriel Valverde: Can’t say enough good things about the doctors or the receptionist. Both of my boys have been coming here for almost 2 years and we have always received excellent care and fast responses when we call. What my wife and I love the most is how thorough the doctor is. Keep up the great work!!
Stephanie Fisher: I cannot recommend this place more! If I could give them 10 stars I would. After months of my child being diagnosed as colic, her head and body oozing from skin rashes, diarrhea and screaming. I finally found Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. I met Dr. Olga Johnson and her nurse Katie who not only switched my child to the correct formula but was with us every step of the way in her feeding journey. Closely monitoring her weight, making countless referrals to specialists and answering all my questions. My daughter had a rough beginning with torticollis, flat head, tension, eating issues, etc. The doctors and nurse staff are the best and are quick to call parents back and bring in children to be seen. They provided me the reassurance as a new mom even for minor things. They are the greatest pediatricians in the area and I’m sad to have to leave the area with the military because I have never encountered a staff that cared so much for their patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my little girl and now she is set up for success because of a staff that is truly amazing. I can’t speak enough great things about Fayetteville Childrens Clinic. They were so patient and thorough, hard working, and dedicated to my daughter. Not being from the area I was skeptical about the care at a small doctor office but they are leaps and bounds above any doctors in the area. The world needs more medical staff like these.
Moriah Martinez: I have no idea how well the provider care is here. I was recommended by my OB, so I called to schedule my daughter. Made it all the way to a date and time being decided on and the receptionist (who was really rude) says we will need a record of your daughter's recent shots. I told them I don't have that and that my daughter has never had her shots. As a parent that is rightfully my decision. The receptionist then very rudely says "well if she's never jad shots and you don't plan on her getting them then we can't see her". I have worked in the medical field for 9 years and never have I heard of a medical office turning away patients because they don't have their "cdc recommended shots". I would not recommend this place to anyone just solely based off the rudeness of that one receptionist.
Alanna Swiatkowski: The Doctors and staff are simply the BEST!! We LOVE Dr. Johnson and her nurse, Katie, but we have also seen all of the other docs and nurses and have always received above and beyond care. 💗
Brittany Spann: I absolutely love it here. The doctors here are every good with checking your child and matching sure he or he has everything they need and taking their time to listen to your problems my children see de. Johnson and she is amazing. I was referred by my insurance and it was the best decision I made😊
lucy ogu: Fraudsters, they will make you pay out of pocket on something insurance will cover or they just bill you for voicing out speech concerns for your child. They care more about money than they care about the well-being of your child. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their children.
Carol Dees: We love Dr. Kelly and all the staff here. As foster parents we've used several pediatricians in Fayetteville and this office is head and shoulders above the rest.
Wanda Locklear: I love Dr. Islander and the staff at the clinic. My daughters have been going to her since the ages of 9 and 2. Now my grandson is a patient here! I couldn’t ask for a better place to care for my children!
Kayla Mcallister: On a public post about a child standing on top of a bridge about to jump and causing a halt in traffic, one of their employees, Morgan stated that “if a CHILD didn’t care about their life then why should she” along with multiple other statements such as “if it was one of my kids they wouldn’t inconvenience peoples traffic” I think this proves she should not be working in a children’s clinic around our children. Absolutely inappropriate.
Stephanie Rhees: This office is very close minded and unless you abide by their strict beliefs they will refuse to even see you. I needed standard physicals done for my kids moving from AZ per military orders and because I don’t follow the standard immunization “recommendation” per religious beliefs they told me they wouldn’t see my children as their doctors strongly believe in the standard. What a joke, we are in 2018 with many people and many different beliefs and I can not believe this highly rated office is so close minded and pushy! Pathetic office!
Victoria Mills: Dr. Johnson is amazing and the staff is great and really good with my son
Erica Tesseo: I travel with my fiance for work called to see if I could get my 6th month his shots and check up only accept established patients which made no sense
Amanda Sullivan: Both my children have Dr.Johnson, she is amazing. We love all the doctor's who are there. Amazing and helpful staff!
Dianna Tatum: Amazing physicians who truly care and get to know your children!
Felicia Jones: I love the nurses & the doctors my son has been patient since he was 3wks old now he's 19 ,I had my daughter in 2015 now she goes there they both have Dr Iskander she's the best I love her
BBY EGAN: When I had my son in January 2014, I was recommended Fayetteville children's clinic from the nurse in the hospital, so I gave it a shot. This is the best choice I've ever made! Dr. Iskander is amazing, and tells it how it is. We love her! There is not anowhere I would rather take my son!
James Posey: I can't give an official opinion on the care and practice of the Doctors here because it was difficult to even get an appointment to see a provided. The women working the appointments was rude and not willing to help with concerns for my child to be seen. I am a new parent and wanted to find a great pediatrician and was referred here by a friend. But because of the staff working here I chose to go else where because they expected me to wait over a month for an initial appointment and I called about an emergency I had prior to then and they weren't willing to accommodate! Poor customer service and it's a shame! I went to rainbow pediatrics and was seen right away with great care and concern. This place is a waste of time.
Cin Labbe: Amazing staff and doctors at this location. I like the fact that they have sick call hours each day in case your child is ill and you don't have to wait for an appointment.

Rainbow Pediatrics: what do users think?
Kerstyn Friedrich: The staff is always so friendly and actually care. I love how they actually listen to my concerns about my children. The receptionists always ask me how I am and I love that. They always care. I have been going to this place for 6 and a half years with both my kids and they treat me like family.
Chase Matthews: The wait times are outrageously long. If I am expected to be at my appt 5-10 minutes before it starts, I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to finally see the provider. There is no excuse for the provider "being all by themself". You should not do a disservice to all your patients by not maintaining the proper amount of providers to patients, and thereby making all your patients have extended wait times. I am using an alternate account so that I don't have any mistreatment and backlash in the future towards my child or I.
Mary Watkins: I love it here! The front desk staff are always welcoming, kind and accommodating! They work quickly and efficiently! The front area is always clean. My daughters pediatrician knows her by name, and has a true passion for children. You can hear it and see it every time she interacts with my daughter. The back rooms always smell freshly sanitized and cleaned thoroughly. I never have a long wait to get my baby seen either. I just transferred my other child over to this location too!
Kenny: Rainbow pediatrics receptionists are extremely inconsiderate. My 3 month old daughter had an appointment for her vaccines and we were 15 minutes late. The receptionist called as we were in the parking lot walking into the building. I informed her that we were entering and she still marked us down as a no show. Even though I told her we were entering the building she canceled our appointment anyway, which added $50 cancelation fee to our bill. I would expect more understanding from a children's doctor's office. Not to mention the office was completely empty and I'm sure they could have fit us in even if it had to be at a later time that day. I do not recommend this office.
Murph Kish: Everyone is always so helpful, friendly, and professional… it’s a plus that my kids doctor actually remember my kids!! It’s a good feeling to know that they are not just another chart number. Oh! And we’re always in and out but thoroughly examined.
EricTheboss-seven-angels Vazquez: Love it 😀 good people at work there
Kalee Jacobs: I am sad to leave a bad review because the doctors and nurses here are absolutely lovely, but the front desk receptionist has a disgusting attitude. The same red head mentioned in another poor review. I could not get a word in edgewise. She simply wouldn’t allow it. She interrupted me numerous times, answered the phone in the middle of our conversation without even the courtesy to acknowledge that I was in the middle of a sentence, and when I politely attempted to finish my sentence when she got off the phone, she interrupted me again to insinuate that she was the one who wasn’t finished talking. (?) So I listened patiently as she repeated useless information instead of finishing what I had to say which would have been constructive to our conversation and would have offered a solution to a bill that mistakenly went unpaid by the insurance. She obviously is used to talking over people instead of listening to potentially solve a problem. She was unbelievably rude and I would not bring my children here on a regular basis to watch someone behave with such disrespect. I can say I was given the opportunity to show my daughter how to treat people with kindness and respect even though they may choose not to do so themselves. I usually go to the Hope Mills office and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. They wouldn’t dare speak to me this way and I would never speak to anyone that way myself because I have respect for myself and others.
Mou: Very slow process and snobby approach! They take more time to respond and even don’t responded, until you ask for the update! They accept WellCare but act like- not interested to provide the service(at-least the persons who contacted us through phone and responded the last email correspondence- act like that way). I am changing the provider definitely as I don’t believe they can provide good service!!Not recommended!Update: they replied me by saying- patient’s policy and misalignment of the policy is the reason! 1. When start a communication through email and say- respond within 5-7 days, than respond timely manner! Just reply- you are still reviewing, very simple but effective way to be polite! And don’t say reviewing is the reason you couldn’t type the reply cause, when I emailed you about the update- than you were able to reply back!2. Don’t respond email without beginning/ addressing person and without ending, that’s not professional way to reply and it seems rude! A establishment like you, shouldn’t avoid it. 3.It’s also necessary to know what is the reason(the misalignment), that stop you to provide my child the service!! I have been waited for your response and prayed that my child would be ok! This is a service for young children and you should be more pro-active for that! If any patient!/parent/Caregiver not match with your standard/ policy, please response quickly- so, parents don’t need to worry at that waiting time!
soneill12693: This is an updated review for Rainbow peds. Initially I gave them a 5 star. As of recent they have changed their walk in policy (unbeknownst to me
Timothy Ingram: Rainbow Pediatrics of Fayetteville is a state of the art practice with the most advanced technology and with a motto of "to treat your children as though they are our own." They provide great medical care to children and their families in a warm and friendly atmosphere. There are 4 locations with in the area and this is a brand new building here on McPherson. They offer Allergy Testing too. They are selected as The Readers Choice Award owner for 6 of the past 7 years, so the clients have spoken!
Judy Howard: Update: Feb 15th, 2022 visit... they are getting better...Visited today for my son's appointment, checked in online before I came in and I came in 15 mins before the said appointment but we still waited 40 mins after the appointment to be seen... somebody has to improve their appointment system... that's almost an hour of waiting... not counting the minutes of waiting when the doctor actually saw us... I have another schedule after this...
xoxRagDollxox: We have been blessed to have Rainbow Pediatrics in our lives since our daughter was born in 2009. Today was our first visit at the McPherson Church Road location and we couldn't be more pleased with the care our daughter received. Wonderful, friendly staff and warm, knowledgeable providers. Although we will miss the team at the Hope Mills location, we look forward to working with the team at McPherson Church for the next few years. Thank you all so much!
Jaclyn Evans: As a mother of 2 sick toddlers struggling on my own through the rain & cold - I can't say how comforting it is to have a pediatrician's office be this awesome. I called shortly after opening & they made sure I got an appointment today. I arrived & realized that I left the diaper bag in the car. Instead of dragging my already sick kiddos back outside in the cold rainy weather - the saint that works the front desk sat with my kids so I could run to the car real quick. It's the little things. The staff is always friendly and the doctor's address your concerns in a kind & professional manner.

Kids First Pediatrics of Fayetteville at Village One: what do users think?
Elizabeth Jones: We truly love Dr. Sashidhar. She's wonderful.
Tiara Sutton: Dr. B has been my son doctor since he was a newborn, my son is now 14 and I still take him to Dr. B, he’s a great doctor and has been in my family for years, even before the birth of my son.I highly recommend Dr. B
Roxanne Minor: Im 5/5 with this clinic not until today. I called to check if I can bring my son to be seen as he is feverish and unwell. We dont have an appt but I humbly asked if he can be seen today but unfortunately I was not considered and told to go to urgent care or ER. Its just upsetting that this kind of situation where your child needed the most care is being disregarded and neglected. 👎👎👎
Natalie Hawkins: Great experience all around. Every person we interacted with was pleasant! They made us feel more than welcome and had excellent time management. I highly recommend this place!
Bevlynne Le Blanc: If I could leave no stars I would.
ZaKiyyah Lynn: Update 2023!!!My baby boy finally got to see Dr S!!! Staff was awesome and new location was warm!!! I absolutely LOVEEEEEE & adore Dr. S and I’ll just be that parent to snaps back to rudeness then go to the back and see the BEST!!!!Since my son was born in 2019 Dr. S have been the only doctor that I trust him with… HOWEVER!!! Her front desk staff have a NASTY attitude! It’s extremely disheartening because having to find a new dr now will be challenging but I refuse to be talked to rude, hung up on… ANY of that! And NO I was not rude… I have been told more times in the past two days of an $8.11 balance I advise her that I was aware and will pay when I get inside and she said ok… line DISCONNECTED!! I sat in the parking lot from 7:40am- 8:45 for an 8am appointment. I called back around 8:10 to confirm that I was checked in and asked if I was supposed to come in because while waiting I watched 3 families walk in!!! They open at 8 lol there is absolutely NO way their appointment was before my son’s the lady said “oh they will call you when they are ready! So at 8:30 I kindly walked in and paid them their little $8.11 since it was such a large amount of money that was preventing the front desk people from getting paid (pure frustration in my sarcasm!) at 8:51 someone (who at that point I don’t know nor do I care) calls me to tell me to “come in” because they are ready for him now!!! I explained that I left, I waited so long and the front desk people were extremely rude and I hung up!!! I will definitely miss Dr. S caring for my kids but her staff stinks!
Jordan Murphy: I give a 4 because I’ve never had a bad experience until now. They know my daughter and always greet her by name when we go in! They really care! HOWEVER, whoever answers the phone for referrals is rude, and disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding about which dr my daughter sees and I needed a referral to a new one. She got defensive and hurried off the phone.
Becky Sweet: The girl with the light brown hair and glasses at the front was so sweet today She helped me get my daughter scheduled and was so understanding of my situation as my son just passed a few days ago and helped me to find who to call about a medical bill that was not even from them!
Penny M.: Dr shashadar is amazing, let me make that totally clear. I’ve personally been to her and been working with her for now my kids for a combined like 20 years. The staff at this location though is so horrible that we had to switch finally after all this time. The nurses are not caring and mean, the front desk staff is so disorganized that they don’t properly even make appointments and said I didn’t have one when I had my appointment card in hand, everyone at this office is just plain horrible. I wish shashadar was able to have her own location again, we will miss her
Mariaelena Cordero: My child has been with Dr. Shashidar for 12 years, when a sólo practice. Never in all the years that I have taken my child to his appts have any of her staff been so rude as at todays visit 10/27/22. The Medical Assistant was not once pleasant. Not a friendly greeting nor a have a good day. JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!
Alexandra Moreno: They always check my baby very well and explain things thoroughly and my visits always tend to be quick
Heather Austerberry: The friendliest staff I had talked to. So helpful
Therese Cope: We are so fortunate to have Dr. Sashidhar in charge of our two kids' health. From well visits to illness/injury Dr. Sashidhar has yet to do anything but exceed all of our expectations. The staff at this office is also amazing. Thank you guys for everything you do, it doesn't go unnoticed!
Lay'a Jones: Been going here since 2011 for my first set of twins and I’m now 5 in altogether and they all still goes to Kids First Pediatrics, I just love me some Dr. Sashidhar! She will make sure our babies are getting the care they need.
Tileya Lofton: I usually don’t leave reviews, but I absolutely had to leave one for Dr. Sashidar & staff. My baby has been going here since she was born and anytime I have a question or concern they are always more than willing to answer them and help me. Dr Sashidar always returns my calls and she’s honestly a awesome pediatrician. I had a few issues with one of the other PA’s that’s there in her absences, and the one time I had to call over to the Cliffdale location I got nothing but a nasty attitude from the lady who answered the phone (so glad I don’t go to that one).
Patrice Rogers (KindTaurus5): I am extremely satisfied with the care my children receive at this office. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Dr. Sashidar and staff have been excellent. It been almost 10 years and I definitely recommend this place of care. I appreciate the ladies who work there. Thank you guys
Joan Mitchell-Xavier: I have never had any problems with this place. I can call on any problems with the kids and Dr.Shadiar always return my call.
Angela Tye Cobbs: I have been taking my boys here for 15 years! That's just how good they have been to my sons. Dr. Sashidhar and staff are amazing! I birthed my youngest son 4 years ago and Dr. Sashidar was his discharge doctor. Keep in mind she gave my 15 year old a physical that morning. And anytime I call about my boys not feeling well they see us right away.
Taloria Mcgathy: My children have been going to this office for 8years we love this place.
Nikkisjewel: Love the doctors here. They take good care of my little lady! Friendly staff
cole_ #11: I've been bring all 3 of my kids here for the past 14 years and love Dr Sashidhar!

Legacy Pediatrics: what do users think?
Emmanuel Ashby: Great place with a friendly Stagg and clean facilities. Highly recommended.
Cip Puf: Outstanding service from PA Cheyanne Parker (will give her 10 stars if possible). This 1 star is for the rudest office manager ever met. No need for people like her in any patient care facility. Sorry to let you guys know.
tina holland: Great staff!Always helpful working with your schedule!
Lisbeth Mora: I wish I could leave a 0 star rating.Very rude staff, especially the office manager. Definitely not going back again.
Brooke Dale: I have been using Legacy for my kiddos since my oldest son was a little over a year old. So about 5 years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I was floored to read a review complaining about the front desk lady. She has never ever been anything but professional and kind. Same with everyone else I’ve encounteted in this office. My concerns are always heard and attended to based on necessity. Otherwise I’m reassured and sent in my way always with instructions to come back if the concerns persist. I also really love the fact that they’ve had the same employees all these years... that says a lot about a company in itself 😁Update: 9/25/2022 - as I stated in my previous review… we had been coming here since my oldest son was around 1, (he’s 10 now), so approximately 9 years. I now have 4 children in total with our youngest being 1 year old. Adjusting to having and keeping up with four children and all of their appts in addition to juggling to balance work and home life with a transition into my career… all of which I have been transparent about. My youngest son has some complex health issues, so we balance between his appts in UNC and primary care with these folks. My middle son is autistic and has begun also developing some health issues. The point in all of this background is that we have received notice that we are being discharged due to “missing appts” … when i received the first letter (just a couple weeks ago) stating we missed three appts I went up to the office in person and spoke with the receptionist at the spring lake office. I explained to her that I had no documentation of these appts and that when I make appts I put them in my phone immediately and have been doing this for years. Additionally that I have always received reminders etc. I was told they do not “have” to give reminders and that the appt was booked so they can not and will not change it on their end. I found it more interesting that is was just with my youngest child alone we missed three appts but my EOBS show that she has been seen very consistently. I guess my grievance is that after being patients for such a long time and feeling like this place was kind, caring, and understanding… I have seen a lot of changes since they have started to expand.Communication is a huge issue for sure and the patient is always wrong when it comes to how communication actually went down and there is no real way for you to prove yourself “right”.Even if a family missed a few appts after being a patient for such a long time… and also sees you on a regular basis I feel it would warrant maybe a conversation with the doctor and office manager to see what’s really going on rather than a “brief medical review” of what I don’t know… to determine your children no longer deserve to be seen with their company.Sad day. My husband and I are very disappointed. At the end of the day, business is business I suppose.
Audra Dee: She’s alive because of them! Best team ever!
Zoja Herscha: Dr. Pierre LeMaster was my pediatrician who received me after being delivered. My brother had a hole in his heart. So basically, he took care of me at birth and I stayed until I was legally an adult.
Nicole White: We love Legacy! My children have seen all of the providers there at least once and we have no complaints. Thank you to Dr. Hodges and her staff for providing great service and care to my kiddos.
Sam Kellett: I can't say enough about this place. They are so nice and friendly. The staff knows and loves my children like they're own. The nurses and doctors are delighted to see my family walk in. They have treatments that no other office has, and will try their best to keep you out of the hospital. They gave my newborn daughter special treatment to avoid her being admitted to the hospital. My son loves going here and gets excited when we go. Normally kids hate the doctors office, but this one is different. It makes you feel like family.
Shelly Hyson: I could write a book with all the positive experiences I’ve had with Legacy Pediatrics. I’ve been taking my kids there for 6 years now. Since the day my youngest son was born. I met Dr. Hodges by chance, she just so happened to be doing rounds for infant check ups the day I had my son at CFVH and I immediately fell in love with her. I then made the switch to her clinic with my other 2 children.First and foremost, anytime I’ve ever needed an appointment or walk in, we are seen immediately. They are always willing to work with my hectic schedule and they’ve provided top tier service to all of my kids every time we have been there.Second, they are so quick at getting you seen that I’ve RARELY sat in the waiting room. We check in and immediately we are being pulled back to our room. It’s incredible how fast and efficient the dr/nursing/support staff is. My kids have always been treated with kindness and we always leave feeling heard and cared about even with how efficient and quick they are at getting you seen. The reason I decided to take the time to write a review today is because recently I’ve experienced crazy teenage hormones and problems I never thought we would go through. Dr Hodges and Dr Claire both took ample time to help us. Not just the typical medical stuff you expect but even provided personal experiences and understanding and spent extra quality time relating to my daughter to give her the best care. I then had a follow up appointment for my son and Dr. Claire took the time to ask me about my daughter and how she was doing, even though it wasn’t her appointment. It just spoke volumes about how much my kids are valued and cared about on a level that extends beyond just medical care.I’ve never felt judged nor looked down on as a parent. I’m always given the best advice and I’m always provided options. If you’re looking for the best pediatrician and the best medical services for your babies/kids, Legacy Pediatrics is THEE best.
Madeline Russell: We LOVE and appreciate everyone here! They are all so kind and take such great care of my children. I am so grateful for a place I trust to give my kids the best care!! We love Claire!!! And everyone there! 💕Thank you!!!
Justin Bryson: I would give lower but can't. I took my daughter to LEGACY AFTER HOURS to get her sports physical. Where to start... 1. They got her height wrong, they said she has shrunk 2 inches from August. 2. The BP was 15 points higher on top then it really was... so I called Legacy today to ask if we can bring her back up to do a recheck, the lady told me No just bring paper work up when you can and we will fill it out and your good to go. So I leave work early to run paper work up to them for them to say well it will be 24-48 hours. Then when I asked why I wasn't told that on the phone they argued and said I told the person this morning, when I told them I was that person the other girl said oh I must of forgot to. They are so unprofessional
Nicole McColl: The staff is super friendly & can always squeeze our little man in when we have a concern. They are timely & get to you quickly while waiting in the lobby or in a room. Very knowledgeable staff with great personalities who all care about the little ones AND the parents!!
Tonya Reid: Staff is rude, especially the red head woman. Dr. Hodges is the only decent one there.
Kaylynn Suarez: I cannot recommend them enough! The entire staff is phenomenal. I miss them terribly. When we come back to Fay we already know who we will be trusting our girls with.
Shelley Bennett: Dr. Hodges and her partners are all absolutely fantastic!
Regina Barber: I guess it's TRUE people with Medicaid are treated poorly then people without it sad I was a patient here for 4 years now I have to take my babies to another place because I missed two appointments due to family death no care on the world for low income families Dr.Claire Simmons is the best
Marie Mottison: They insisted I fill out their mountain of paperwork for all three of my kids before I could make an appointment. I did and never got a call to make an appointment so I called them and was told they’d be back with me in a week or so. Here we are two months later and nothing. I believe they have you fill out the paperwork so they can call back who they want to come in as a patient. After reading one of the other reviews I believe they discriminate against special needs patients since I have a special needs daughter and would not recommend you try to go here.
Lana Lazar: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I wouldn’t wish this pediatrician on my worst enemy. They terminated care on my special needs daughter stating, “she is too high maintenance for their small practice.” They took over 2.5 months to submit referrals,- most of which they still had not submitted by the time they terminated care on my chronically ill, special needs daughter. Not to mention that, but the referral coordinator yelled at me in front of my special needs daughter, simply because she was frustrated at having to correct a referral that she messed up numerous times. If you have any special needs kids, I would RUN far away from them.
Ashley: Very friendly and helpful. My children felt welcomed and were not nervous being there 🤗🤗
Allie Scott: They were our doctors for a year, they also have an after hours clinic here as well. We're a military family so it's very rare we get pediatric care that knows our children. This place was a breath of fresh air and we can't say enough good things about it! The staff gave personal care to my 3 children, knew them by name and I've never had an issue of the nurses or doctors knowing history of treatment plans or associated visits. We were always able to get same day appointments. The after hours clinic was a great way to avoid the emergency room.

Children's Health Fayetteville, formerly Cumberland Children's Clinic: what do users think?
Kayy Macias: Friendly staff, very good care for my babies. I love this clinic more than any other. Only downside I'd say is thatI be in there for about 2 hours or a little more lol but I understand they probably booked , over all great clinic 😁
Tiniecha Felton: Kandace listened to our concerns and assured us we were valid. She was patient and sweet to our boy even when he was being a little difficult. 💙
Muvaof6 Kiddos: Awesome doctor
Jeanette Bostick: Timely, friendly experienced provider
Nikiesha Bolton: Always a warm and great visit. Staff are always respectful. Also take their time.
Harold Ward: Had a form filled out last month for my Disabled Son’s Innovations waiver. Doctor forgot to sign a section. Form was returned to me and when i called they said yes onesignature we should be able to get that for you no problem. I drive all the way from lillington and they say 24-48 hrs for a signature that should only take two seconds. I live 45 minutes away and its hard for me to drive all this way at a moments notice. My son is only in school for two hours a day. He is severe Autistic and been on the waiting list for this innovations waiver for 10 years and this is disheartening. The office manager throwing her arms up saying what do you want me to do. I am doing everything i can. She probably did not even show the form to the doctor.
Sherly Rico: Very friendly and helpful.
Brandy Davis: Highly recommend! Ease of not having to go to the office ….
Desiree Fraser: My son has been coming here since moving to Fayetteville in October Of 2020. Everyone here has always been pleasant, accommodating and treated my son with respect!!!
Daniel Boliaris Iv: This place is great highly recommended!!
Tia T: Dr. Sy was great for my babies first time appointment. Not only cared for my baby but also had concerns for me as well . In and out and a timely manner ! Clinic was nice and clean . Receptionist was very nice . 100% recommend !
Jay Lewis: Nice staff and grate work
Brandon Bryan: Terrible wait time, worse service, and if you try and speak up about it they will ban you. Find somewhere else.
Mennita Mclean: My kids have been with doctor Sy since birth I love the service that is always given to my kids. They are very thorough family oriented. We love them. If we had to choose I would always choose Dr. Sy. Thank for your services.
Beaster Newton: Thank you for being kind and you made the visit comfortable
Nicole Jones: Pa, Atkins was wonderful with my daughter on her first visit. She listen to my concerns and give me knowledge.I was very please. We didn't have to wait long. My sons appointment coming up and hope I get her again.
Katrina Suggs: Great doctor. Listened to my concerns about my daughter & addressed the issues promptly.
Laura Austin: I had a scheduled appointment for my sick son, the receptionist stated she couldn’t locate my insurance coverage. I then called my insurance myself and was able to verify my coverage. At this point she tells me it’s past my appointment time and they don’t have any other openings so I would need to reschedule for another day. Today is my only day off. She could have at least asked management if they could squeeze me in, but she didn’t. She didn’t even care that I had a sick child. So disappointed. I’m sure if it was her sick child she would have squeezed time in to be seen.
Rob Thomas: Quick service, nice staff, and clean facility. Wish they would correct my son's name on the registration. The "r" has been left off.
Charneshia Mickens: Very nice
robyn ivy: Awesome nurse practitioner
