Ms. Swain: Very clean & fresh...all extra pillows & blankets were already available in the room in sealed bags. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't complain about my stay even if I wanted to. Keep up the GREAT work & extraordinary customer service. Upon checking in, the night of my arrival, everything went so smoothly, and the rep. whom helped me at the time of checking in was very sweet, cordial, and made sure we had everything we needed. A+ on Customer Service.
Donald Smith: The hotel was a very great stay super close by several places and the Walmart. The staff was very kind and ensure the breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The only draw back to this stay was that we had no access to the pool which was a bummer. But overall I would defiantly book with them again.Rooms: The shower is everything and the room remains cold.Food & drinks: The breakfast was hot and fresh great coffee.

Tori W: My family was supposed to stop at this Hilton during a roadtrip. I was advised against traveling by my OB as I am in my third trimester and the risks for complications are increased. I called re: the cancelation policy. I spoke with someone who was not exactly the picture of great customer service. I explained my situation and got push back. I said I would call back in hopes to speak with someone else. I tried to call back that day and again the following morning and got a disconnect ring back. For almost 2 days, I was unable to connect with anyone at the hotel. It was only through Hilton customer service that I was able to be connected to the hotel. For a week straight, I have waited for a call from the charge posting manager. Every time I have called she is either not at work yet or off. No one at this location seems willing to help resolve issues. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Yeah Her: If you’re fond off poor service, and a dated hotel, this is the place for you! I can’t say that everyone was bad but if you’re exhausted from traveling and you’re looking to get checked in quickly, there is a bit of a risk involved! Be sure to bring charger blocks because there’s no usb port in your room. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. Elevator smelled of urine. Luggage carts are tiny, considering how it’s an extended stay hotel, doesn’t make much sense. Was awakened early the first morning by housekeeper who claimed we were marked for checkout despite having a reservation for two nights! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again! Despite being a diamond member there was no perks or acknowledgment whatsoever.
Jimmy Harris: Definitely wasn’t shown guest appreciation and because of maybe past experiences have stained the business n made them profile with assumptions that all people or businesses are alike. Definitely dissatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend if u are coming in from out of town with any credit union or local financial institution that isn’t 24hr service or able to assist u in different transfer options available to u.

Shane Hill: My only reason for 4 stars is because the keys are incredibly temperamental. It took multiple attempts on a side entrance with one key, unlocked right away with the other key. Tried again later, both keys decided not to play nicely on the side entrance and my room. They’re so finicky that a front desk clerk offers the fun fact during check in. The hotel as a whole is great otherwise; love the spacious room and storage options (so many shelves!), hotel is very clean and safe, staff is courteous and friendly.

Chelsea Rupp: We enjoyed our stay here. The front dest people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean. We stayed on the second floor and could hear any of our neighbors. The beds were super comfortable! The continental breakfast was decent, they had a waffle maker and cereal and pastry options. My only critique is the room felt musty after taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom definitely needed to be replaced.Nearby activities: Close drive to downtown Fayetteville and lots of restaurants.

Tommy Jordan: I'm doing some work on a new hotel in the area, and this particular hotel is very close to my job site. We tried some other hotels and eventually kept coming back to this one. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has been somewhat updated to be a little more modern. The rooms are clean and the hotel doesn't smell musty. They have truck and trailer parking which is great because I travel with the work trailer! There's a Ruby Tuesday's across the street. There's a gas station and a subway across the street. The location is really perfect for all the common amenities of traveler would need. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a decent two-star or three-star.

Deception: The room was okay but rather small and tight, especially the bathroom. There was a fridge, microwave, and good sized beds for one adult. They were soft and plush, perfect from a longs drives rest. Me and my family were about to sleep when a cockroach decided to present itself right where our heads were placed on the pillows. After trashing the room to kill the creature (sorry for any shoe prints left on the walls housekeepers), we thought it was over, when another seemingly spawned on the wall. We couldn't get a new room because it was booked for the graduations taking place, so our options were to sleep in the roach infested room or in the humid car.I'd love to give this place negative star for the trauma we endured, but alas...I can not. Valerie Kayan: This hotel in Fayetteville is clean and quiet, especially for a Friday night. Etoya at the front desk was amazing, awesome service and great coffee. Mary was nice and made check-out easy and convenient. Paul G: Easily one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced.To start, when we arrived and checked into our room we discovered the heavy entertainment center in the living room was broken and barely standing with the assistance of a footstool. The back of the entertainment center was completely detached from the legs.After reporting to the front desk, we were told that there were no managers on duty and that they were instructed not to bother the managers with any phone calls. The front desk seemed largely lost and not knowing what to do. The living room was unusable due to the safety risk of the entertainment center collapsing.After ordering room service and eating for the evening, Roaches were found throughout the hotel and really displayed the cleanliness of this hotel. I noticed throughout the hotel, they like to display a 4.9 out 5 star certificate, but based on some of the pictures, you can see just how clean this hotel really is.Upon checking out, I asked the front desk for a Manager again (he seemed irritated that I was disrupting him from watching his youtube videos on his phone) and again was told that a Manager was not available. I politely asked that one call me ASAP. I ended up having to call and speak with a manager 4 days later and they had no knowledge of my experience or request for a phone callMy recommendation, find another hotel to stay in and at minimum, DO NOT eat here
K M: The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. There were a variety of options, and the food was really good. Our room was another story. We arrived late, close to midnight, due to traveling. The linen on one of the beds was dirty, and the sheets had multiple holes. The tv remote didn’t work. These issues were presented to the front desk, and it took them way too long to correct the issues. It was 1:00am when I finally went back to the front desk to request extra assistance with getting the linen issues rectified. Housekeeping came to our room at least three times before getting the linen issues corrected. This ultimately affected my family’s ability to get as much rest as possible before we had to checkout. We presented the issues to a front desk clerk at checkout, and I requested to speak to a manager. I was informed that a manager wasn’t on duty, but my concerns would be presented to the manager. I’m extremely surprised and disappointed by the quality of our room accommodations. I don’t believe the quality was worth $226 dollars for one night.Nearby activities: The hotel is nestled away in a decent area. It’s close to the Cross Creek Mall and a wide variety of restaurants.Food & drinks: The breakfast was really good.

Jim Boman: Very nice place despite being a little overpriced if you don't use the amenities like pool or gym. The only thing that should change is that all those bringing pets should be put in a ground level room. Not dispersed all over the hotel. We were awakened 2 mornings in a row by a barking/howling/crying dog left alone in the room across the hall while its owner was out for breakfast.

Kimberlee Borosky: We have stayed here at the Embassy Suites many times. The staff and accommodations were impeccable. My husband and I were very impressed how the employees take pride in there hotel. The cleanliness is out of this world. I never see employees just standing around doing nothing. When their not busy I really noticed that they take the time to interact and take the time to get to know the customers. We always feel welcomed from the time we arrive to the time we leave. My husband and I highly recommend Embassy Suites and we will continue to return when making trip to visit family or traveling to other locations.Rooms: Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious.
