Southern Regional AHEC: what do users think?
Pika “PIKA NA SMILE” Smile: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionists are very rude and don't care how they talk to you. They are very unprofessional and don't take the time to listen to your concerns or needs in order to correctly help you. This place needs to train their resptionists on customer service, and how to talk to people.
Charline Piñero: Customer service. Really bad . I just call for cancel an appointment. No courtesy and hang the phone …with really bad attitude
Becky Rebec: I have been a patient for 9 years, and until recently had no complaints. Things have gone down hill in the last 12 months. Twice I had appointments at 10:15 and had to reschedule because each time the doctor still had two patients in front of me. Staff informed me that ALL doctors are behind due to the policy of making appointments 15 minutes apart, which is clearly not enough time. We patients are keeping the doors open, so why are we treated as if our time doesn't matter? In order not to have such a long wait time, I was told my only option was to make my appointment at 8:00 am, which I have done, but that is clearly NOT the solution to this ongoing problem.
Chevon Jackson: As a patient, ADVOCATE for yourself when it comes to diagnostic testing and treatments. Don't trust the provider just because they said so. I was almost given the wrong medication and mis diagnosed. When my blood work was abnormal, no one called me back. I had to call them for a follow up.If you're having medical problems, go elsewhere. They won't help you unless you take matter into your own hands and follow up with them.
Shakhira Miles: If I could give no stars I would . They are unorganized and unprofessional !
Michael Callahan: First time going there. I could not get an appointment with my primary care provider's office. Needed a yearly physical in order to have my B/P prescription refilled. No open your mouth and say ahhh. No checking your lymph nodes. I asked the Doctor. "Are you going to check my breathing?" Hold on, let me get a stethoscope ". Worst ever experience that I have ever had! They had me sit and speak to someone for what seemed like an hour, to say maybe you don't need them anymore. BTW, I am not a doctor! They were going to let me leave twice without getting the normal blood screening.
Tali Angel: Unfortunately I have to amend this review. I used to be happy to have residents as part of the care team. However, lately I have changed that opinion. It used to be that you would be assigned a provider and that would be who you would see and communicate with for questions or refills. Over the past few months it has gotten more and more difficult to get in touch with anyone who will help you, let alone your primary care provider. There have been several instances in which requests to who was thought to be the primary care provider were bounced around to several doctors over 2 to 3 days before getting a response from someone you have never heard of telling you they are filling in for another person who is also filling in for the actual doctor who they assigned you to and never informed you that they assigned that doctor to you. Some doctors appear to become easily offended when examining a patient. It has become difficult to communicate effectively with providers and staff. When an issue with a patient does come up, they will protect their provider, which is as it should be, don't get me wrong. However, they ONLY protect the provider and do not offer any type of protection or advocacy for the patient. It's heartbreaking to me that this facility has changed so much because I was with them for close to a decade.I just want to say that Bonney Wheelden, ARNP is my new personal hero and I want to thank her, her nurse and everyone there for making me feel heard and noticed for the first time in months.
Alexis Carrington Blake: This gets a 1 star because of the values and ethics that some of the receptionist DO NOT have. Apparently it’s okay to display condescending and passive aggressive behavior while working here. Certain receptionists have evil ways and management feels if they talk to them it will correct the problem. GETTING rid of the problem is the correct response.
Ann Drabek: Seriously, they are requiring masks Again! My mother is a patient here. I will do my best to convince her to find another doctor. This is about control not the spread of a virus. What freedoms are you willing to give up to get medical care?
Rohma Usman: The medial providers are great when you can actually meet them. I spent 30 min being told my call should be answered within 1 min as I am next on the line. Was misinformed about availability to meet my provider and set up a virtual appointment. My provider arranged for same day rapid Covid test and then a meeting with a provider and I was unable to get hold of anyone to see me. I will be looking for a different practice.
Sasha Anderson: I see a different doctor everytime I come in for an appointment. I keep asking about a referral for issues I have been having for years and continue to get dismissed. Front office staff is nice. It's also difficult to make an appointment here.
John Gage: My doctor doc Hilbert was one of the most disrespectful doctor I have ever meet, his idea of care was to say I was fat and to young to be disabled, and on making those assumptions without any real medical reasoning just brushed me off, I have never felt more ignored by a medical professional in my life even in a Florida prison I was taken more serious than this guy. Also my mental health was largely ignored by Dr. Darby in my opinion. If I can find out if possible I will be filing civil litigation for failure to provide fair and honest treatment. This is a failure by a professional resident who is responsible for training our future doctors.
Doreen DeLorenzo: I have had so many issues with this medical facility from misdiagnosis to failure to treat. Today I got my test back and it is positive for Covid SRHECt sent me somewhere else to be tested because they won’t see you nor test you at the office. I’m trying to make an appointment and they claim there is a hold on my account and they will not see me because I owe them $98 from a Covid test back when Covid tests were not supposed to be charged,, January 29 of 1991. This bill was already cleared up once because if it’s wasn’t they would have never seen me since then. This disgusting facility refuses to see you if you owe them any money… they refuse you medical care. I am not a young girl and I’ve worked in the medical field ,mostly hospitals, for 30 years. Never have I encountered such a disgusting treatment of patients were the only thing that matters is money to these doctors. I only have a small window of time to get the antiviral in me. Let’s wait and see if they bother to call me back I’m guessing not. For the record, I repaid them again for that bill so I should be clear. Let’s see what excuse they give me for not treating me now.
Hailey Lacy: This is the best care I’ve received in Fayetteville. Every single staff I encountered was so kind and I truly felt listed to and heard, which I’ve found hard to find in doctors offices. Feeling optimistic to go back again, when normally this is something I dread!
Patrick Nuttle: Be trying to get my results for over a month and have not heard a thing. Not too mention all of the voice mails I have left.
Knight Hawk: While on the phone asking questions, the person I was speaking to proceeded to hangup on me while I was in the middle of speaking to them. I waited for them to call back (my phone number was given and is visible. They also knew who I was through my files with them.) I will say I will more than likely never go here again.(In response to the owners reply.)No the call was not disconnected due to traffic or service. The phone could very clearly be heard being put back onto the receiver. If it had been disconnected due to what you had suggested and I had not heard the actual phone hitting the base I would have called back.
Joseph Warfield: Been going there for 30 years. Great doctors ( DR.Stephenie Insixiengmsi is the best.) She makes me feel so good. Great attitude and so willing to help. And always, the whole staff is great. 5 stars for Dr. Insixiengmsi. A great person.
Damaris Santiago: I called yesterday to be seen for coughing and neck pain. The girl who answered my call told me I needed to get tested for Covid before they could see me. I explained that I had just gotten the third (booster) shot Friday but she said I still needed to get tested. Called back 2 hours later with my negative Covid result and asked at what time I should head over there but she said they couldn’t see me till next week. If they were unable to see me she should have said that rather than making me drive to get tested to then tell me they couldn’t see me. It is disrespectful and unprofessional.
Jessica Richardson: Office is really great to get you in and out, also refilling medications. Consider seeking care elsewhere for any complex issues, from my own experience providers became dismissive related to ongoing/worsening issues or simply correlate the symptoms to a psych condition. I am finally being seen by a provider at another office and being treated for toxin exposure. Dr Wesley could practice active listening. No need to respond with an automated response, this is the level of care displayed at this facility.
Marisa Maneiro: If I can give no stars I would. Becareful cause they will Violate hippa law. They tell your business in the hallway thinking you not still there and other patients can't hear
Elise Smith: I've recently had the opportunity to talk to Katelyn three times to f/up on a response from my doctor. They are super busy and the wait is long. However, Katelyn has the best attitude considering the circumstances, knows what she is doing and is friendly. Kuddos to Katelyn.

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center: what do users think?
Joseph Locklear: Very unprofessional. Sat in the waiting room even after I was told my x-rays were back and they were waiting on a room. And watched others who had just came in get called back while I sat there with a recluse bite since 6 pm. Here it is 130 and I'm still watching others get called back. I will not be back and I will make sure others know how bad this place is
MICANDRA BRIGGS: This hospital needs to be shut down!!! They are more concerned about infrastructure instead of saving lives. They diagnosed one of my family members telling her one of their organs was damaged and may need transplant and within a week they tell her she does need to see a specialist she can go home. I don’t think so! The service is subpar and they need to gut the entire premises. One of my coworkers daughter was offered to do her intern there and refused because she said the hospital was nasty and opted to travel 2 hours to avoid working there. Avoid this hospital and drive to Chapel Hill or Duke, the life you save may be your own!!😡😡
James Cone: Saw that they actually reply to reviews so hopefully this will help since patient services never does. Have been charged self pay for an ambulance ride because 'I, km ordered it, not the doctor' who was going to send me home with very infected kidneys. Upon arriving to the main campus they said if I went home my kidneys would have failed.....that should have been charged to my insurance. Once the naprostomy bag was installed my food tray in my room had someone else's dry blood all over it.Last week a doctor prescribed my child medication that kids his age cannot even have.Last night a boy wet himself while sleeping in the er....the pee was pushed around and spread out. Nothing wet was applied and no sanitizer was applied. After stepping in the pee and tracking it around the man said he cleaned it with vinegar. The chairs he peed in were never dried or sanitized. The swiffer he used to push the pee around was left hanging off the cart for a new pile of pee to fall in a new area with no sanitizing. Wiping up a bodily fluid is not cleaning.
Patrick Connolly: Good staff and service
James Couch: Having been in Hospital administration, this is the worst run hospital I have ever been associated with! My daughter is currently a patient! Response to patient concerns in the CEOs office is zero! Multiple calls for patient advocate with no results! No one has responded after 5 calls! One of the worst doctors and incompetent! He was told don’t come back to the room! She now has a major liver infection after low standard of care! Lack of organization, lack of concern, and lack of competency! No doctor coordination with plans of treatment among doctors! A 1.0 out of 5.0 rating!Dr. James Couch
matt gregory: This is absolutely the worst hospital experience I have ever encountered. Let's begin with the front desk staff who I feel take pleasure from being the rudest, self centered, uncompasionate people who should not be the front face to especially a hospital. Policy, procedures and family visitation needs to be addressed company wide immediately. According to the corporate office policies things should be allowed, however the staff at this hospital says and does what they want. Lack of empathy is very disheartening. Wish I could give a 0 for review.
kaysi cleveland: If i could give negative scores i would. I went up to L&D seeming i am 39 wks with contractions every 3-5 mins… upon arrival i informed them of medical history and my issue if not being able to dilate past 1cm on my own. Yet they checked i was only 1cm i told them i know something is not… Against my concerns Dr Jones ( who is on call. And not my normal OB) they sent me home. I ended up arriving later that night in a ambulance weak and sluggish and unable to lift my legs with out a struggle… i informed the nurses AND ALL THEY DID WAS CHECK MY CERVIX AND SEND ME HOME! Even with me expressing my other issues and once again saying i cannot dilate past 1cm on my own. The nurse informed me i requested the doctor Dr.jones to spam with me the nurse then told me the doctor isn’t even in house they called for orders !
Manny Jones: My mother is 79 yrs old and had knee replacement surgery 1 week ago. Her surgery experience went well however she had to go to the ER for low blood pressure and was made to wait 12 hours after being initially checked in. Had my sister not called and requested ice for her knee, food and water, she would have had nothing. She left 12 hours later because she was tired of waiting. At this point, a post op elderly patient has had no rest, missed her medication and was given no information other than to wait. The medical institution makes enough money that this should not be the case. What has happened to medical "care" in this country? This is disappointing to say the least.
Kat Seagroves: The wait is ridiculously long to get help. I was sitting in the waiting room in inscrutiating pain and they said they can't give any medicine unless you're in a room. People were waiting for 24/25 hours at the hospital waiting for a room to become available. They aren't really helping anyone
Andrea Humble: The worst. Came as transfer and told them I needed FMLA paperwork filled out for my work since I had been hospitalized for almost a week and missing work. They refused to fill out my paperwork for no reason and then I got corrective action from my job. Not to mention my heart rate was high after surgery and the nurse was concerned and said she was going to talk to my provider….. never came back. Next nurse on shift said the same thing about my heart rate but no one was telling me what was going on. Never want to go back here.
Leah McLaughlin: Literally the worst ER I’ve ever been to. 15 hour long wait with sick people standing in the hallway.
Janet Lockett: Hang on in there....HEROS!!! Thank you!!!
Celeste R: I came in for chest pains 3 hrs ago… I’m still sitting in the waiting room. The only reason I’m giving two stars is my nurse in triage Heather. I hope she gets out of there and someplace more deserving of her. She was amazing the rest of the staff needs to be evaluated desperately… this is insane! Carolyn needs to be fired! She’s a terrible nurse and does not need to be in the er or healthcare. Btw I have been a nurse for 20 yrs I know this is NOT okay!
Katie Richesin: They help my child. My child appreciate it too. They'rethey were kind and I can't appreciate you enough thank you.
Jessica Williford: Drove almost an hour and a half to see my sister-in-law in labor and delivery. We were told that she had the maximum number of people in her room. That was fine, we didn't want to be in there while she was in labor, so we asked where the waiting room was. We were told there was nowhere to wait, that we could not get passes. Who doesn't have a waiting area for family? This hospital who needs to build one. The dad could not even be in the triage area for hours today before she was admitted, so she was there by herself being monitored. Other hospitals allow people back at triage and there are waiting areas. If having a baby, go somewhere else.
Jesabee: Jesus couldn’t heal this place
Ebony Hinton: Cape fear valley short stay was amazing the staff was very friendly the front desk staff who check me in was polite, the nurse Darlene Was very friendly and funny while she was helping me prepare for my pre op, also the nurse in the pre op was pleasant as well didn’t get her name but she and the other nurses in the pre op area was great and wonderful to me and other patients there as well. Also Christine and the other nurses in the OR was funny and wonderful and they did their job very well kept me calm until it was time for my procedure to begin all nurse and staff that was great enjoy each and everyone of them
Charles Messenger: The ER portion of this facility is shot. The process needs to be revamped. I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for 9 hours (and counting) because the waiting room doesn’t accept visitors. Cape Fear is continuing to add to the facility but not to their overall process. Terrible hospital.
Annie Benzing: My Husband was there for 2wks. and later was moved to Woodlands Rehab. Ipon arriving he realized that Cape Fear lost his HEARING AID CHARGER.W I thout it, he can not hear cause he can not charge his hearing aids.
Joel Torres: Registration was quick and easy. The staff is super helpful and even pointed out the free picnic, which served excellently cooked hamburgers and hotdogs.
Kay “Lill”: Go somewhere else. Even if your leg is hanging off! Also, take note that all the bad reviews are about the ER and not the hospital as a whole.

Cape Fear Valley Primary Care: what do users think?
Rosalyn Hinton: I am very upset with the quality if service this medical facility has since turning into cape fear health. The ladies that answer the phone have no phone etiquette nor are they trying to understand the severity of things. If things don't improve I will be forced to move to a different physician. Sad because I've been a patient since I was a child. I
Robin Williams R.: When you call there, be ready to be on hold for a long time. I requested a refill with the new provider since mine left to go to another office further away.
Dawn: Things have changed! All mentioned below except Ms Lightner are Gone! After COVID pandemic once we as a family felt a bit safer going back to see them, they gave us a hard time coming back to see them. Basically a New Patient again after being their patient for over 30+ yrs. They even said they don't know where my son's records are.Dr left without their patients knowing it.The Clinic when take over by CF changed in care of their patients to being like a cattle roundup and get them in and get them out. Dr doesn't have time to really spend time with patient to find out what is wrong with them. If one goes over 15 or 30 min appointment that's it, as a patient has to get out.....Rushed through and never gets full medical needs of patients often.I gave 3 star. May be even change to less stars the way I'm seeing it.Below review done over 3 Years Ago!They are some of the very Best Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners (at least ones that have been there the longest and I know well) in the area/NC. Dr Sampson and her assistant Phae(?sp) are my assigned Team with a PA/NPI have used Me. Heine forever. I also use Ms Lightner. They give back to their community in so many ways. They do a lot of volunteer medical services at public assistant clinics on their off times. Real down to earth people. We are Longtime patients for decades(yes have visited and researched others at times but cannot compete).First Grandmother was a patient no longer with us on earth. They did so well with her that after hubby retired from military we began using them. My children now grown also use them that live in area(even one and spouse for the longest time came back themselves and brought their children back for medical needs even after moving out of town over hr+ away for almost two yrs until they found one in their area they were satisfied with). Now grandchildren some now adults use them. They’ll let you know they trust them with all their heart. They bend over backwards to care for their patients going the extra mile.First, One has to remember they are humans too.Second, not very often do you have to wait long to be seen after your appointment time. Please remember, if you do and you do all you can do ie. If longer than 15-20 min go up to front desk and let them know you were just checkingThey usually are on top of it and are aware. Now, before you get attitude, think about it...if you are scheduled a particular amount of time for your medical appointment and your Physician finds you have a bigger medical issue that needs to be taken care of(handled) ASAP while taking care of you. You should hope they do it rather than saying all out of time, later. This clinic wouldn’t allow that. They will take care of their patients! It may be more time over your scheduled time into someone else’s time.Every Life is important! I would hope you realize if they go over your time, someone already in the back has needs that were found at their visit ASAP, very possibly an immediate matter of life or death. This doesn’t happen often, but please understand that you would pray if it was you that they would take care of you as well.Don’t get an attitude and act without thinking such situations out, placing you as the patient that needed the treatment(s)/service(s).You will have no regrets if you become their patient(s).I have had some personal feelings and issues about them merging with Cape Fear. That’s for another day. This is about the people they service my family and me.Pray all is well with youGod bless
CRYSTAL THORNTON: This place is hit or miss it depends on which doctor you get on if they even want to treat you or not. I actually showed up to one appointment because my doctor was unavailable they gave me to a different doctor and he just told me well you're not my patient so I'll reschedule you for in a couple of months don't worry no charge today.
Wayne Huff: The staff here are very nice and professional. When you have an appointment they already know your name before you even tell them. I don't know how but they do..lol. Dr. Fleming is an excellent doctor. Very professional, and he takes time to get to know his patients and their concerns.
mark sears: I’ve been going here for a year now I have no complaints they see me with in 30 mins 15 mins early so about 15 mins wait time then u see doctor visit are quick if your healthy enough that’s all I’m saying
Blake McCluney: New patient and had to wait about 3 weeks to be seen. Had an 11:30 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to check in. I waited for 45 minutes and finally left. They called about 5 minutes later and said they were ready for me. After I told them I had other obligations there was no apology or attempt to reschedule just “okie dokie” then hung up.
sayed mahmud (Moon): I took my wife there today. It was our first time visit here. Honestly speaking We had a very good experience there. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Specifically I have no words to describe about Dr. Cecilia, in one word she is Wonderful. She really Care about her patients. She is so nice to her patients. Never seen a doctor like her before. Thank you so much Dr. Cecilia.
Mary Jackson: Dr Mitchell is a great Dr but your front desk workers need an attitude adjustment.
Lady Echo: Sara Fazekas, RNP is friendly, thorough, and caring.
Kelsie Lynn: If I could give negative stars I would. I'm very sick trying to get an appointment with my Dr who is amazing and I love. But the front is the worse people to actually have a job. Not only are they extremely rude in person but they don't do there job and like to hang up on people attempting to make an appointment. Was on hold for 15 minutes and got hung up on. Called back and same thing. I called back 3 times and still no answer. They need to do a rehire of people who actually want to do there job instead of sitting on their personal phones and being rude!
Kevin Schilling: No one answers the phone.I've been attempting to schedule a routine appointment for weeks.
Amanda Rose: My doctor is amazing and listens but the receptionists are lazy and rude beyond any other office I have been to and most of them are to busy on their cell phones or chatting about whatever to do their jobs very unprofessional and horrible doctor office environment. But again my doctor is amazing! They badly need to replace all receptionists and bring in people who actually work and have respect and aren't lazy and will answer the phones!
Olivia Saunders: If you’re a person of color, I HIGHLY suggest you visit another practice. Not only did they dismiss my pains because like most black women our cries are ignored but Dr. Imber prescribed me CLUB SODA when I complained of leg cramps when I was deficient in Vitamin D. Jennifer Hall is incompetent, she will refer you out verses accurately assessing & creating a treatment plan. Listen, your life is important and these quacks don’t live up to the oath they took to treat patients effectively.
Aurora Crowell: I had an appointment at this place last week and it was canceled last minute because my primary doctor was not available to see me. They rescheduled the appointment with my primary doctor for yesterday and when I went there I was told I have to see another provider because my primary care doctor was not available once again. In all fairness, I have been going to this place for over 10 years and I never had any issues, but it seems that lately they cannot get their appointments straight.
Libby Hobbs: I have been doing here for 25+ years. I use to love the care they gave their patients. But since Cape Fear took over it has gone down terribly! No one in the office at check in seems to know what they are doing. Urgent care area was shut down and even the doctors leaving.
J. Mama: Systemic lack of concern for patients, to include providers and office management. Try Doc McStuffins, or another health system.
Adam Murphy: I got a separate bill for a place that deals with fayetteville family care. I ididnt drop off any blood work so why am I getting billed. I just paid fayetteville family 151.00 they should have taken that to pay path group. Hell if I knew I was going to get a bill I would have went myself.
Tammy Cooper: I use to work here several years back. I was Jim Hienes nurse. Im a pt there and see miss Hall. Jim Heine is the best. Miss Hall is great too Summer , who works up front is very sweet and I never have anything to complain about on her. My husband goes there, I don't care for the pharmacy D. Since capefear has took over I can say I see a huge difference. Seems the staff are not as happy. They appear over worked. I think it was a mistake to partner with cape fear. I know most of the providers and they are all great. I have mixed feeling about Dr kurahna after the way he treated my poor mother. I recommend any anybody there but him. Everyone is nice but there is a difference for sure. Cape fear definitely changed this place. I miss Dr Rucker.. I would recommend this facility. Ify ou can get Jim Heine as your provider you will have done extremely well.
Doris Scott: They are so professional and attentive. Even if they are behind you know as a patient they will give you the same time and attention necessary for your visit. I love my nurse practitioner (Sarah) and her assistant (Amanda).. Sarah is very thorough and current with what is evidenced based regarding practice guidelines...Great place

Cape Fear Family Medical Care: what do users think?
Mitzi Martin: Love Dr Sangineni, great care, very busy because best in town, not CFVMC owned.
Tremayne Gilchrist: Today, my daughter had a scheduled appointment for a sports physical. However, upon arriving at the appointment, we were informed that they had attempted to contact me in order to reschedule. Surprisingly, I had never received any calls or messages regarding a change in appointment. This unfortunate situation has occurred before, which is why I feel compelled to leave this review. I have witnessed others experiencing the same issue, where they show up for their appointments only to be told that the clinic attempted to call and reschedule without leaving any messages. It would be more preferable if they simply informed me that the doctor was unavailable and apologized for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, I wouldn't be as frustrated if they admitted to not being able to reach me or failing to leave a message. Making appointments requires time off work and the loss of income, so it is disheartening to hear that they supposedly tried to contact me but failed. It is crucial that improvements are made to avoid such situations in the future.
Annie Benzing: They lost my Husband Richatd Benzing hearing aid charger and now this is going to prolong his Rehab. Take care of your patientspersonal items
leemay20: Called to schedule my mother a doctor's appointment and the person who answered the phone was on a personal phone call. Once she ended her personal phone call, she rudely asked why I was calling and then rudely cut me off while I was explaining my mother's condition. After politely telling her to have a nice day (I am a manger over a major health insurance company's call center department - so I do not argue with customer service agents) I hung up. I will not be scheduling an appointment. The saddest part is, the Endocrinologist, that has high ratings in this office, is going to lose many future patients because of this lady.
Gladys Pitts: Only picked up
Nereida Johnson: My husband and. I are very happy with the care we receive. Mr. Richards is very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes time to answer questions and keeps himself up to date wit current practices…. Overall We are very happy here and are grateful for everyone that works here.. they are very professional!!
J R: I was seen right on time for my appointment and I thought Dr. Sangineni was attentive to my concerns and very thoughtful. Thanks for all you do to keep us healthy!
Sabrina Garrett: I’ve been patient for over 20 yrs . This office is completely gone . I’m so disappointed in this practice . The patient care is nonexistent . Even if you call the after hour doc on call with a issue … to be told you are not considered a emergency and not to call again … Really I’m the patient … then again the magic word ..Care … not there … I’ve been told here is still good doctors out there guess I need to look in to that .
Brittany Danielle: this has become the worse doctors office. family has been there for 15 years (extended family for 30+ years) and PA Michelle Lightner is a negligent and unfit doctor whom i will be reporting to the NC Medical Board. AND I will be reporting this disgrace of a facility.
Nahomi Colon: So who ever is answering the call is extremely rude. How will you feel if you are already feeling not your best and the person on the other line can’t even be professional. I’m not to sure how the doctors or nurses are because I will not step foot in this place based on the first person patients speak to. I hope she is having a better day so she can be a little nicer to people.
Blake McCluney: 45 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting so I left. When they called me they didn’t apologize of offer to reschedule. ***look for the “we are disheartened” copy and paste response***
JENNIFER MURRAY: Don’t you hate it when you love your doctor, but the staff that you have to go through to see them is disgustingly rude? I’ve been seen there for about 3 years now and half the front end needs to be fired and replaced. Honestly not sure why that hasn’t already happened!
Colin Conklin: Called to schedule an appointment. Who ever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Medical care at its finest.
Sharon Lambert: No matter how many times you call or no matter what number you call you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve had to wait weeks to get prescriptions. I am very unhappy with the current situation. I don’t know what is going on there. But I’m going to be looking someplace else for a doctor. The difference between now and when I started going there three years ago it’s like from 10 to 0. When you call the doctors office and everything goes to an answering machine there’s not even somebody at the front desk answering the phone there’s something going on, something is not right.
Alexis Garrison: Was assigned to a PA at Cape Fear Family Medical. Booked the soonest available appointment which was 3 months out. Arrived today 15 minutes prior to my appointment - to an empty reception desk. Waited a few minutes before being called up for the receptionist to say I am too late to be seen for my appointment time, but I could come back in 3 hours or be seen at their next available appointment in OCTOBER. Their new patient forms take 5 minutes to complete and were still completed before my appt time.Would NOT recommend. I've already found another facility that has availability this week.
Sierra Shofner: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is impossible to get a appointment within a acceptable time frame. Made a appointment back in January for a appointment this May. I was then called 5 days before my appointment with Ms. Black that she will be gone that week and the next available appointment wouldn’t be until “the end of July or early August”. I accepted the end of July appointment but will be switching offices before. If you respect your body and time please go somewhere else because they don’t.
Crushed Grapes: Never seem to get a real doctor here they dont help with much and i personally get all my medical info and refferals weeks later. I'm leaving asap
Katie E: How do I get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment? I’ve tried calling….
Antonio Porch: Rude staff. Turned away for being 10 mins early to appointment (instead of 30) when nobody mentioned it when I scheduled the appointment. Been taking the wrong dose of meds. For 3 months now I have to wait another 3 months.
Monique McCollum: If there was zero stars that is exactly what they would get. Unfortunately this happens to be one of the practices I have for my insurance to go to. Scheduled appointments multiple times and they were canceled every time due to the provider not being in the office EVERY TIME. I have a job that I have to take off time in advance. I don’t have the luxury to take off any time I get a call that my appt is canceled every time before I was supposed to go. You can’t make me a patient until I have been seen but no one can see me. I call back to finally schedule a new one and the receptionist on 11/23 at 2:06 pm was so unprofessional and rude. Don’t work in healthcare if you have a problem helping people or at least being a decent human being. I work in health care and I would never treat someone like this. I’m sorry that you felt inconvenienced taking my call but how about never getting an appt and receiving an attitude for no reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. Apparently they’re not accepting new patients anyway at this time so I guess I dodged a bullet. You would be too.
Jessica Shallop: I have been seeing Dr. Sangineni for two years. She was always polite and professional. I felt comfortable addressing my medical concerns with her. However, the experience with the nurses and some of the receptionists have not been positive. They are rude and have a negative attitude. I decided to change my provider and no longer be seen at this medical center for this reason. I will miss Dr. Sangineni's care, but I cannot tolerate the disrespectful attitude of the nurses and receptionists.

Carolina Infectious Disease PA: what do users think?
Charay Dupree: Saturday May 13, 2023 I was released from Cape Fear Hospital with a Picc line and prescription for 1 antibiotic pill. Dr. Chima stressed the importance of antibiotics by Picc line but Jennifer and Christina refused to administer the medication due to a delay in insurance- I am out here with no help and heartless office workers! Dont be tricked like me! This office has no business doing business as they have neglected my health care needs .
Alexandra Renkel: I have been going to Dr. Chima's office for as long as I can remember. The only complaints I have are 1. THEY TELL YOU TO TAKE YOUR OWN URINE SAMPLE B/C THEIR LAB TECH IS NOT ALLOWED TO COLLECT IT 2. The office manager said they get over 200 calls a DAY! They just cannot keep up with that high of a call volume.I, personally, have seen Dr. Chima and Dr. Lexi. Both are super friendly and listen to my needs. Also, I have to brag on how great and friendly their receptionists are.The ONLY REASON I give this place two stars is because once you leave their office, they seem to forget about you. The lack of communication in this office is hysterical! I mean, what dr office tells you, "Please allow 48 to 72 business days for a return phone call. Thank you." I have heard of 24-48 business hours, but the whole lack of communication really and truly irk me.
Michael Gardner: My wife has been going here since she began treatment for a cellulitis infection in her leg at the end of February. Everyone in this practice is professional and go beyond to make sure she is taken care of from the receptionists to the Dr to the infusion nurses. We could not ask for better treatment.
Shannon Northrop: Dr Chima and his entire stagge are absolutely amazing!!!!! If I could gove more than 5 star u bet i would. The environment in the office is absolutely wonderful. In this office your definitely treated and seen as a person not as a number or a paycheck. They actually care about u as a person and not just as a patient. I have been trying for 10 years to get the a cure for a blood borne illnesses that i uad and Dr. Chima did it he got me the cure it wasn't empty promises from another provider like 8 had been getting for the last 10 years. I went in on my first appointment and within a month i had my cure and now i can stoo living in fear that one day this disease was gna control everything i did down to how i would take my last breath.......and now im free to enjoy my l8fe to the fullest and because the mom 8nalways wanted to be. Thanyou Dr. Chima and staff do the wonderful care ive received from yall.....keep up the amazing work
Shirlee Gerald: Phenomenal. Everybody is always nice, courteous, and so understanding. They explain to me things when i dont understand it.
Lisa Zebraski: Maria Lim is an awesome pa she took her time with me and was very concerned about my well being
Mathew Scott: Dr. Chima is brilliant, and his staff are very helpful in their busy clinic.
Janet Bohlken: Friendly office!
Colleen Soto: Great service here.
christopher english: Mr Brown and his staff went above and beyond to treat what i thought was an infected tick bite. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service!
Ed: Excellent staff. Very friendly. Dr Chima diagnosed a case of Lymes Disease on my first visit after numerous doctors could not. The follow up care has been excellent. He is a caring and excellent doctor.
Christine Sessoms: Dr Chima and staff are the best around they always treated me as family and have the best personality’s. So if you need an infectious disease Dr go see them I promise you will love them. When I’m in town I always make a point just to stop and say hello from a disease or infection stand point they will do everything possible to get you better. Here is the song I wrote for Dr ChimaDr Chima Dr ChimaYour so kind ,you took the infection out, like a cork out of wineDr Chima
Daisy Torres: I'm always appreciative of the staff the ladies are so nice and professional.
Elfriede Denny: This is liana d. Mata I think Doc Chima is a kind and a very good Doc.he is professional and caring person its important to have a doctor like him when im scared he lifts me up and saysbit will be alright the place is clean to me and the girls at the front are always kind he has a graet staff Doctor Chema your the BEST !!!!
Chantalle Soto: Dr. Chima and his staff are extremely helpful and prompt to service. They help answered questions I was unsure of and were nothing but kind throughout my medical experience.
hilda taylor: does not accept my 100 % charity letter and hours billed were way over the top. Dr.Mbang spent not more the 15 min in my hospital room and i got billed for 80! stuck with 500 $ and can pay only $10 a month off, horrible
Pat Mclemore: I thought for a health medical place it was very unsanitary no hand santazier for patients nothing a bad smell got inside walls and dirty had to take my husband in for a follow up from the hospital omg I could hardly wait to get him out before we caught something and of course next day I had a bug this place needs a upgrade
Amanda Edmondson: Extremely helpful and prompt service here! They gave me so much information, literally saved my life.

Allergy Partners of Fayetteville: what do users think?
Cindy Honeycutt: I love them here.Everyone was so nice
Shari Wilson-Davidson: This is the best doctor's Office I have seen in YEARS! Every single person in that office was friendly and smiling! They showed genuine care an concern for their patient's experience. I'm overwhelmed with the customer service from the receptionist up to the doctor. Dr. McDowell is amazing, thorough and explains everything! I didn't catch the name of the nurse who did my actual testing, but she joked and laughed with me during the testing. What an amazing experience and so hard to find with any physician's office days!
Robin Delbridge: Easy process quick results
Amber A: Fastest doctor's appointment ever where I also felt heard.
Mitzi Blanchard: The staff was great
Lindsey York: I had to go and get a allergy testing done and started shots this is all fine but their mask policy is very frustrating. Covid is behind us now and yet they still want 2 and older to wear a mask. The aggravating thing is that they “don’t have” or better yet refuse to give any out if you forget yours and will want you to go down to the store to buy it! It’s so ridiculous and I’m so over the mask wearing and then when you walk back there if you do have a mask on even if it’s barely on your face nobody says anything, Its just when you walk up to the desk to check in. So dumb. they need to stop with the mask. They are the only place that I go now that I have to wear a mask.
Trece Day: This was my first visit here with my daughter and my visit was wonderful. The First Lady was very nice and walked me through what was going to be done during my daughter’s allergy testing. The lady Ms Sparkles who gave the the test was wonderful including the lady that checked my daughter’s results. Sorry I could not remember the other two ladies name lol. I will say Dr McDowell is super awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this clinic because the staff and doctors are very nice and professional.
Simply TammyK: This place is horribleAfter months of appointment and only seeing an NP, I have been dealing with a child who has whelp and hives all over his body to be told to use Zyrtec daily and come back. I requested blood work, and NEVER received a call with the results. I called for the result, and KRISTY hung up on me twice. I spoke with the practice manager for her to LIE and said Kristy had to go see a patient. I still have NO plan and NO blood work results. I will be contacting my insurance company and posting reviews everywhere.
Kimberly McCallister: If I could give a zero rating, I would because of the clinic wasting my child’s and my time for taking leave from work and child from school. Why? I brought my son in for an appointment for allergy shot and I was told he could not receive the dose because expired. When I scheduled the appointment prior we were not told this. Instead we were sent an text confirmation for his appointment, check in and advise by the ladies in the shot clinic to contact the because the operator/receptionist would not have know the status of shots. I hope this help someone and the manager/staff inform patients/parents prior of their protocol.
Shelisa Hardy: The billing department is terrible, I had an appointment and submitted my new insurance card. My old insurance that I haven't had in 2 years was billed instead of my current insurance. I explained this to the billing department and gave them my current insurance again, they never billed my insurance. I ended up stuck with a $130 bill that normally would've been a $25 copay. For current and new patients make sure your the billing department bills your insurance so this doesn't happen to you.
Ashli Donaldson: Spent $150 just to be seen, spent another $30 on prescriptions and then was sent a bill for $30. Was hoping to go and get allergy tested but they charge $13 PER STICK, there are like 58 for only one test, so you do the math. Never going back here spent over $200 for what? An inhaler??
Joyce Allen: If I could give zero I would. I have been going back and forth with them for months now about seeing my son. I Don't need a referral. I have insurance that covers 85/15. But according to Teresa, the billing supervisor, they wouldn't see him unless I paid $120 because according to her I hadn't met my deductible. But I had proof that my deductible was met. So my son's appt was rescheduled several times. I just called and now they won't see him at all because she said he has 3 appts where he was a no show. Which is a lie. Each time I spoke with them it was the same thing pay $120 or reschedule. I contacted my insurance company and unfortunately they are a tier 1 level provider and if I go somewhere else my copay is higher because they are a preferred provider. I spoke with Teresa and said if my son has to travel to another doctor which the closest is in Sanford to be seen and he gets sick before then I'm suing!!! This is ridiculous!!! She wouldn't let me speak with the officer manager because according to her she was out and didn't have voicemail. What practice don't utilize voicemail? I'm contacting my insurance again to inform them that they refuse to see my son! Let's see how this plays out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Fleur Claudette Amorosi: I have been coming here since November 2020. From the first visit to my weekly allergy shots, all staff have always been friendly, courteous and efficient. Front desk is quick and even on their busiest times, they've always been cheerful. Chauna has been the person to give me my shots most of the time and she is wonderful. Great bedside manners, always made sure my name and vial info is correct, and pleasant to work with. Rose, Dharma, and Angie have also helped me in the past and they're phenomenal as well. I love the staff and I'm so glad to be under their care.
NotMyFirst Rodeo: I came earlier that my appt time to be checked in and be called back for my shots in ample time. Almost 30mins passed and aftr addressing my concern to rhw front desk, i was called back aftr 26mins of waitn. Uncalled for. Any professional business seeing they're running behind would have common courtesy of contacting their patient or patients in alerting them of the delay; so that patients can plan or work around the running behind of the facility and in giving the opportunity to reschedule. It is very unprofessional. Furious. Then having to wait 30mins for reaction monitoring is recommended. Just wrong.
Alanna Swiatkowski: Dr. Freccia has been an amazing fit for our family!! The staff is wonderful and the allergy clinic is by far the best in Fayetteville.
Dhandevi Evison: Dr. Freccia is simply amazing! He was able to get my hives under control very quickly and effectively. I can’t begin to explain how awful they were! He has helped me tremendously! I can play with my kids, socialize and actually concentrate on my studies without feeling drowsy from 24 hour allergy meds. Thank you so much !!!!
Sam Whitmill: Friendly staff, didn't have to wait very long. I'm sad though because I found out I don't have any allergies and Dr. Colin Freccia was the nicest doctor I have experienced in a long time.
Monica Barrieau: Dr. Freccia and the team over at Allergy Partners have been nothing but amazing!! Not only for myself but also for my infant son. We were referred to try and figure out some skin issues and rashes he’s been having since shortly after birth only to run a few simple test to discover a peanut and tree nut allergy!! They have helped with every step of this journey that we have been on, and have been a wealth of information. No question has ever gone unanswered! Highly recommended!!
Niki Wilder: Wish I could leave no stars! What a waste of time! Should’ve know from the 1st conversation with them when I scheduled my 4yrs 1st appointment it was going to be a horrible experience. After making the appointment they called a few days later says need to reschedule my appointment saying the doctor wasn’t going to be there I refused to reschedule and asked to go see a different doctor at the practice. Spoke with there reception and office manager before my appointment today and both were rude. Then my daughter was tested for food and seasonal allergies once the doctor came in she didn’t explain any of the results basically said she fine, so I started asking her questions as to why I had to take my daughter to the ER for having an allergic reaction to food based on what the ER doctor said and she got mad and asked why was I questioning her and I told her I didn’t understand what she was saying and was trying to figure out what she was saying she then gets up and walks out so I then call her rude as she leaving so I still don’t have any information or answers to if my daughter is allergic and anything. Then at check out they were rude! Please don’t wast your time count here. I was completely upset and mad at I paid $600 for a doctor to walk out on me and me still not knowing what’s going on with her.
Candace Mott: Dr MacDowell and staff was amazing during my daughter food challenge yesterday. They have a great staff. When my daughter walked in the room she was so nervous but they reassured her they would be monitoring her very closely during the whole process. An they did. I would recommend Dr MacDowell to everyone. She was very thorough on her exam before and after the test. Thank you again to a amazing doctor and staff.
Carol Nelson: I have a scheduled allergy shot monthly. I get there this morning and the nurse informs she can’t give me my shot as my serum has expired.....she knew that last month as they read the bottles each and every time. I drove 25 minutes when this should have been taken care of at the last shot I had.

Westside Medical Care: what do users think?
Shavonne Mills: Always a great experience. Both PA Newsome and PA Serna are friendly and knowledgeable.
Malana Gordon: Dr. Yuridia is the best doctor I’ve ever had she very on pint with everything makes me feel comfortable and heard. Honestly every one there are kindhearted !
Daynea Franklin: The reception staff here are very unprofessional and nasty to patients for no reason. Unnecessary condescending attitudes towards patients. PA Serna is a nice lady however, at times she tends to overstep her boundaries at time which makes certain situations difficult and uncomfortable. I will be looking for a new primary care provider asap.
Robin Bailey: I never leave reviews but I’ve never been to such an unprofessional place.
Douglas Singleton: It's really pathetic that every time I try to get a appointment it's over a month away. I'm finding me a better doctor and I advise everyone else does the same. This place doesn't care about their patients.
Leigh Ann Christian: It's bad when a nurse doesn't know that Humalog and Lispro are the same medication and DC's your mother's diabetes medication on a holiday weekend and the PA signs off on it when it was not a medication that was being discontinued. Luckily the facility pharmacy is open on Saturdays and I was able to get it corrected since there was no way to get it fixed by the clinic since it is not open on Saturday. This oops could've put my mother at a serious health risk.
Ebony Palmer: It's an ok office. Was having problems with one of the doctors.
Luriz Ayala: Me gusta mucho la doctora hispana ella es muy competente y me gusta el trato que me da a mi y a mi familiares
kirby arbuckle: Dr. Jesse Lawrence is great! She really listens to my concerns, responds quickly on mychart, has given me any referral I need. She has even helped me to make a care plan for the interim while I waited to be seen by the referred doctors. I can always get in when I need to at this office. The staff are very Sweet, and I feel very comfortable there. I always suggest Dr. Lawrence to anyone I know who is in the market for a primary care doctor.
James THESH1LL: Not really caring about Patient's rights and well being, and would rather protect her license than help a patient!sad really!!
AMY WATTS: PA Serna is the best in medical care. My whole family is thrilled with her care and her staff.
Richardd Mccoy: I want you off my phone NOW!!!
TATIANA GIBBS: If you are looking for a prejudice doctor (Lawrence) who will refuse to listen to 'your' needs, prejudge you, lie about the overall practices and basic procedures of the facility then Dr. Lawrence is perfect for you. I was referred, as follow-up, by Cape Fear Hospital, after being discharged from a week of severe illness. So I trusted I would receive care as attentive as I did while hospitalized. The visiting nursing assistant was amazing. However, Dr. Lawrence rudely and disrespectfully dismissed my husband after voicing his concerns about my health. Then proceeded to rudely dismiss me, as her patient, by abruptly walking out in the middle of our consultation without addressing concerns I voiced to Dr. Lawrence. I literally had to (excuse HER) limp and chase her down the hallway (while in pain) to express my final thoughts. The entire visit was a useless waste of time and money. As Dr. Lawrence's potential new patient I felt unheard, judged, disrespected, dismissed, and uncared for whatsoever. Respectfully, I truly hope she is not the prejudice representation of what this facility has to offer.
Ansiro Desetta: Best physician I ever had was definitely Dr. Leonardo Figuerro. But to my acknowledgement he is no longer there. He was very thorough and insightful on all levels. He took you through everything with great information. But overall the facility is up to par. The front desk is pretty much on point.
Toni Council: I've been with Westside Medical for over 15 years and everyone there is awesome, from old staff to new staff. I highly recommend them. Yes, the wait time can be long at times, but I'm willing to wait because the medical care that I receive here is worth it.
Destini Vergara: Dr Lawrence and her nurse are great.I’m usually in and out when I have an appointment.
Rita barnett: This place is a joke let me tell you can't get it right I was post take 2 dietetic pills day got 1 day what a joke it take 2 or 3 hours waiting time..I stoped going there....yall be lie bout this place it's a joke..
Daniela Urena: Dr. Serena is great. She seemed very compassionate and seemed to have my child's best interests at heart, and she all did with my apt. with her. My complaints; my printed prescriptions were not signed so when I decided where I wanted to go get my prescriptions filled they were unable to do so. I called to have them electronically sent over so pharmacy so I would not have to drive over there to get a bunch of signatures. The office answered and I was transferred over to the nurse who handled the prescriptions for the doctor we had. Rang a few times and went to voicemail, which happened every time I was transferred to nurse. I left a voicemail about what I needed, never heard back from them and had to drive over there after going to get my prescriptions and them telling me that none had been sent (which was about a week after leaving voicemail). During visit a referral was made for my child. Didn't hear back from them after a long time so I called and they said referral had been sent but to call their referral department. The referral department said it had not gone through and to call back. I called he place that they had said the referral was sent to and they said it had gone through but that they needed something extra from the prescribing doctor and they had been calling for days to get into contact with the doctors office with no call back. They did as needed after all that. When I ended up calling Tricare about why the referral was still not going through, they said there was a mix up with the PCM and that the doctor we had was not out PCM. We asked to have the doctor placed as PCM so the referral could be valid but Tricare said she was not listed as one of there doctors. When I called to tell ask them about the issue the person on the phone laughed it off and said "well she is listed with us". I switched my sons care to Rainbow Pediatrics in Fayetteville and am VERY happy with the care. Have not found a Doc. for myself yet.
Lilly Pagan: Great experience, all my family see Yuridia Serna, she is so thorough and she shows compassion towards everyone. She remembers my kids, and asks how my other family members are doing. Some people are big believers in DOCTORs over PA's, I have never seen someone this professional and compassionate. And she's bilingual! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a health provider in Fayetteville.
crizzy pop: Doctor Serna is a very caring and compassionate doctor she listens to her patients and seem to genuinely have their best interest at heart
Devon Bishop: A diabetic has to wait 3 or 4 days to get their medication because the PA can't handle a lot of patients. Guess everybody will have to go to the hospital before this doctor does ANYTHING.

Valley Internal Medicine Inc: what do users think?
Joe H: I have been trying to schedule an appointment. Every time I call I am immediately placed on hold. You can’t even ask why you were just placed on hold for (4 1/2 minutes) and then hung up on.Dr Hannan now is refusing to refill my blood clotting medicine until I call for an appointment! He refills some of my medication except for this one and another that helps my diabetic foot pain. What should I do Dr Hannan? Your staff is very rude and judgmental about LGBTQ patients.2022 - I’m happy to update that these issues have been resolved by Dr Hannan.
Annette Thomas: The Doctor is great, they need to retrain their nurses or hire new ones. You don't give someone a sample of medication to try without given them instructionsand then you give it to the receptionist to give to them and they don't know anything about the medication themselves.I take it they don't either like their job or don't want to be bothered.
Sonia Schofield: Who will like to be a new patient in this office with the secretaries they have...front desk is the face of a business and this people here are disrespectful and so rude.... unfortunately after 2 years the clinic i was going they closed, and i was looking for new dr..i called this place they took all my information including the insurance information and told me, they need to talk to the doctors first to see who can take me, because of the medications I'm taking. After 2 days i had a missed call from them, i called them back and i talk to someone and i said "i have a missed call from you", and this woman told me to hang up and listen to the voicemail and call back...after a week they called me back to tell me they have a opening to see a Dr as new patient, i was explaining to the woman i was running low in on my medications and if they have anything earlier, and the secretary told me she can't do anything about it, and if I'm going to can take the appointment or not...and i told her with people like her i will not go there... I understand doctors can be busy, but this is not the way to treat a people seeking for someone to trust their health...who ever is making the appointments and calling patients or answering the phone , whoever is in charge, please retrain your team, teach them customer service and be empathetic...You need new secretaries before you continue loosing business and getting this bad reviews.
Ms. Q: The wait time once we arrived to be seen by the Doctor was over an hour. Once called and placed in a room we waited 45 minutes for the Doctor to come in the room.
Melba Mcneill: Best doctor ever.wonderful bed side manner. Very concerned about his patients.
Shahnaz Begum: Valley Internal Medicine Inc is the name of trusted organization. They stand by me in every moment of my need. Thanks for their sincere medical care.
Ali Husain: Very dedicated practice, both dr Hannan and dr Salahuddin are great doctors, I have been seeing them for more than 20 years. Staff is very good too.
Vakar Maniar: Very pleasant staff and doctor was very courteous, patience and verydetailed regarding my physical check up and explain me all my health concerns.
S Maxwell: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sal for almost 12 years (that’s should say a lot by itself). When I first got referred to him, I was warned by the wait time at my first appointment. I waited almost an hour… yes I was upset at first but the quality of time and care he had for me was second to none!! Finally, I had a doctor who was sincerely concerned about me. The hour wait was definitely worth the 12 years of dedication he has shown to me and my welfare❤️
C Madison: I called there on Monday to seek an appointment as a new patient. I had to be called back to even get that far. I then had to be “ approved” for a new appointment which sounded rather odd to me. Then this lady calls me back yesterday to tell me I was approved as if this were a house mortgage loan and that she would have to call me back to make the appointment. At that point I knew I made a big mistake even starting w this place. As of now, a full day later - still no call - I have already moved on to another doctor. This whole process was idiotic as well as shady to be frank.
Regina Seaman: My husband and I (PA-C) have been patients of Dr. Salahuddin for 5 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of care - which remains consistently high.Dr. Salahuddin is an excellent diagnostician who demonstrates true dedication to the consistent, ongoing proper care and management of each and all of our acute and chronic primary care healthcare needs.Dr. Salahuddin has never failed to respond to my portal messages and provide needed appropriate medical advisement and or therapeutics. His assistant Bridgette is a most competent, dedicated nurse with a wonderful manner; always reliable with enabling communication toDr. Salahuddin. Also want to give a shout-out for administrative staff: Hope, Dee and all who have been so kind many times with providing quick answers and resolutions to questions/concerns.
Diana Andersen: My daughter went there but they dropped her because she missed appointments, that were out of her control. She was hospitalized a month ago she was in out of hospital. I guess when you’re in the hospital you’re supposed to leave hospital and go to the Dr. She has Medicaid and is on a lot of medications because of stroke . Now we have to go through Medicaid to get a another Dr. This Dr must make so much money I guess he doesn’t need my daughter as a patient or maybe Medicaid/government doesn’t pay enough for these foreign drs.
Ebony White: The front desk is completely unbearable. I called in to make an appointment and was told I was no longer allowed due to cancelation I made 6 months ago when I informed them I no longer had the proper insurance to cover my visits. The receptionist stated it was fine just call back when it changes back. So, I did just that. However, when I called I was informed due to that cancelation with proof of no insurance that I was no longer a patient and will not be accepted as a patient again. I am fine with that but the facility itself with the new staff has gone completely down hill. I would not recommend. There are better facilities and doctors, who could care for patients better.
Thomas DiStefano: The call in phone/secretary experience was extremely slow. The day of my appointment the wait for the doctor was long. I didn’t find the doctor helpful or spoke to me in a way I’d like. For primary care I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Christina Delts-Mcmillian: I have had diabetes since i was 13 and i am 34 now. I am Very informed and probably know more than a new PA. During my visit i got surprised visit from the PA and i was not informed by my MD. Never met the PA before. She was new and flat out assumed i was New diabetic and told me to loose weight & I’m fat n over weight. I am Only 20 lbs over BMI by the way. Proceeded to tell me they did not want me to see a endocrinologist so i could see what type i was due to not having the test when i was diagnosed. Also refused to send a Prior authorization back to my pharmacy for freestyle libre and told me to ask my endocrinologist for it since i wanted so see one. 24 years of being a diabetic i have never been treated that way. But i love MD Hanna tho.
Christine Bohlmann: I have known this office for years! Dr. Salahuddin and Dr Hannan are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hannans assistant Hope. It is rare to find someone that thoroughly cares about their patients so much!
Richardd Mccoy: Just called, asked if I would hold on a minute, then they hang up on me.SORRY PHONE SERVICE.
Tammy Escourse: Terrible secretaries, not only rude but disrespectful too. Wait times are worse than ever seen. They run behind starting a 8 am! Trying to call for an appointment is the worst. After days of trying I finally get thru only to be placed on hold and then hung up on...I am finding a new office. Dr hannan is very nice but always seems rushed. Thank you P.A. Annamemeni. You are the only reason for the 1 star.
K. Hi.: The Dr Is rude and interrupts you when you're you're talking. He talks down to you. .Don't go there.
Billie Raynor: I am not satisfied with there referral to specialist, or Dr. Sal. He doesn't even review or check your chart for family history illnesses. Gonna call my case worker and find me another care Physician.
Deidre Kenan: All I wanted was a completed school physical form. I wasted money on an appt., almost a week trying to get it completly filled out and unnecessary aggravation... just to end up at an urgent care having to pay $80 for them to fill it out. Needless to say I'll be finding a new primary care. For the record, Dr Sal is a great doctor. I can't say as much for the rest of the staff.

Hope Mills Medical Home: what do users think?
camille s: Woman at the check-in desk with short gray dreads was very impolite. I came to her after a misunderstanding with my appointment, and she seemed bothered the whole time. However, the woman running immunizations that helped me out afterwards was great and super reassuring.
Quiles Love: Front dest is rude especially the one with the dreads she is very unprofessional always huffing and puffing when checking in.. I don't get it. She never even say hello when you walk up to the desk just make faces and huff and puff. Why work there if you don't want to help and alway have a attitude??? Please talk to her about how she should treat people when approaching.
Aiko Kuzuri: If I could put no stars I would, I did not find any professionals there, this place is a joke!
Iryna Kulichkovska: Place is absolute mess! They don’t listen to complaints as a matter of fact ignore EVERY SIGN and SYMPTOM. How is it possible every time I come here with appointment scheduled first thing in the morning the wait time is absolutely dreadful from the wait of being called back to the doctor actually coming to see you, are they constantly late to work if so then hire people who will do their job! After multiple visits asking and asking to run tests or refer me some where else they did nothing but sent me a form to leave a review, are you serious?! Why don’t you actually run some tests, my tax money wasted on this useless place!
Jeremy Deagan: Posted hours are not accurate. They will ignore you even if you are the only person in the lobby.
Emily: I requested multiple times to remove NP Cuza as my PCP to no avail, and am to the point of frustration that I would rather go without routine check ups and visits for concerns until it reaches the level of me going to the emergency room. Why? For starters, being told I don’t have hypothyroidism or PCOS after being diagnosed by a specialist should have said it all. He didn’t want to acknowledge my diagnoses, so I had to get a referral to see an endocrinologist who would, and who would also keep me on the medications I had been taking prior to him being assigned to me. I also have a history of miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. When I made an appointment with him to discuss my concerns of going through another potential miscarriage/ectopic at the time, he only set up a phone appointment with me, and didn’t seem concerned one bit. When I asked him if I should go to the ER just in case it could be life threatening like previous times, he told me no. I don’t feel heard or cared for in any sense, and would be more inclined to see a PCP on a regular basis if I received even slightly better treatment than what I have been given. This place is a joke, and so is Army medicine as a whole.
eem bross: Worst pharmacy experience ever. Workers are late and rude as hell. Fire them and hire people that actually want jobs. Guess that is what you get with the DOD though...
Erin Nabinger: I've been using this clinic under duress for roughly a year. My provider is awesome – she addresses my concerns and sees that I receive the care I need without delay or condescension. However, administrative staff here has routinely fallen short in multiple facets and it's been extremely taxing to get appointments made and kept correctly. The individuals at the front desk are disorganized, rude, and dismissive. If you can even get your call answered, they are short in their responses and refuse to accept culpability for errors made on their end. I understand the transition to Genesis has made many things more difficult and I don't want my frustration to reflect as lack of patience, but I've had multiple appointments delayed due to administrative errors made by scheduling staff. It's clear reading other patients' experiences that this is a common occurrence, which made Nina's flagrant lack of regard as unsurprising as it was unhelpful.
Analia Pantoja: Good luck even making an appointment here. They don’t answer the phones and when they do they will “accidentally hang up on you”. Just save your time and see a civilian provider.
Kimberly R.: Busy location but the staff are all doing their best and it shows!!
Daevon Bing: No one answers the phone… it’s like this everyday. Been calling for weeks to setup an appointment
Kenneth Jones: You can never get an appointment. If you do, it's usually a month away, when my pain in now! I cannot wait to change out.
Summer Parsons: I have not frequented this establishment but based upon how their staff treats others I can rest assure you that I never will. Their staff came into a local restaurant with a party of nearly 15 on their lunch break. I understand those who may be on a limited time frame but patroning a dine in establishment takes some time for orders to be filled. This was not a fast food establishment. I watched as the server did her absolute best to accommodate the party yet they continued to treat her with the utmosts disrespect. It was appalling. Slamming money down on the counters, huffing and puffing with an attitude the whole time. Even Using profanity to express their disrespect. I felt so bad watching this server and the other staff members be treated this way. I can’t imagine how they treat the patients who visit their clinic.
Medinaceli Schipilliti: I went in with a mindset that I was going to get the referral that I needed. Right away when I mentioned the doctor of my choosing, the doctor made me feel uncomfortable because it “would take a while to even get the referral accepted.” When I asked for the prenatal vitamin of my choosing I was told “you get what we have in the pharmacy”. I felt uncomfortable, I also felt like I was being pushed into a corner and had to take what I was getting and couldn’t say anything. Glad I changed Doctors to a different doctor at a different location.
James Martuscelli: This dr missed the issue with my heart for years. Literally over 5 years of going there and missed it. I now need heart surgery and I constantly complained of chest pains and was told it was anxiety. I call to get a referral to my cardiologist and they are fighting me because they don’t know what’s wrong. Well of course you don’t you didn’t know what was wrong for 5+ years. I told you time and time again calling complaining of severe chest pains, dizziness passing out ohh it’s anxiety. Yea well when my heart finally gave out and a cardiologist saw me at the hospital now all of a sudden you want all this paper work fromthem on why I need to go. I NEED TO GO BECAUSE YOU MISSED EVERY SIGN AND SYMPTOM!
Jordan Osorio: Honestly, NP Cuza is a great provider for general care. However, the front desk and nursing staff are unacceptable. Every time I go, I deal with at least one if not more EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional staff member/s. I requested a referral several weeks ago, because I am a high- risk pregnancy and I’ve called back many times and I’ve been told every time that my request was “pending” meanwhile the nurses were aware that I had been denied. No one informed me, despite me calling and doing everything in my power to find out for the last 2 weeks. There have been several incidents like this at Womack but this crossed the line. Absolutely terrible hospital and clinic and I’m so thankful I was able to switch to tricare Select.
Ann Drabek: The quality of medical care is unacceptable.
Eva Mayer: I was very satisfied with this facility. I got an appointment the day after I called. My PCM and the nurse were excellent. The clinic also followed up when I left a message. Clean facility and we'll organized.
Paula Lowery: Good clinic, wait time is descent considering the patient to dr ratio.
jorge sanchez: Great place, the staff very prompt and helpful.
bev taylor: I have been trying to reschedule an appointment with physical therapy for 2 days but no one will answer the phone at the front desk. called morning and afternoon hours. unacceptable!!!

Josiah Medical: what do users think?
Audrey Swaby: Thank GOD for this Dr.Office.The doctor and staff are a blessing to me. Always available when I need them. And have helped me medically so many times when no other Dr.offices knew what to do for my situation. I am so grateful! 🙏
Charlotte Horne: I've been being seen here for decades and have never had a negative experience.
Buttercup Bear: No help
Lagenia McLean Bledsoe: I love my Doctor. He’s awesome and I love him. He listens to his patients and he does not doubt that anything about what they say.If you need a god doctor well Here he is.
Tabetha Hammonds: I took off work early to be seen as walk-in. I was told I could be seen as long as there by 230. I rush as much as I could, being it was pouring rain. I explained I was out of bp medicine. I arrived at 2:28, no one at desk. Lady comes up at 2:30, tells me I can't be seen..she was in the bathroom. So just heads up! People are just lazy everywhere these days I guess.
Alexis Lucena: I will NEVER come back here. I’d give them no stars if possible. Very disrespectful and the doctor says unnecessary comments to me like “don’t go getting pregnant out here” “change your Medicaid it’s garbage” etc. the deck lady isn’t very nice either. I walked in at 3:15 bc you get seen pretty fast. I left at 3:40. Before I left I asked for a work note, she gave me this nasty look and said “why are you just now coming and getting a work note?? We close at 4 and doors are locked at 3:30”. They have a bunch of Christian decor displayed but treat their patients poorly. So much for a “Christian” doctors office. Do NOT come to this doctors office.
Christine Hardin: I absolutely love everyone at this office! They’re very professional in everything they do AND the PA actually listens to your complaints and investigates your issues thoroughly! Best thing I did was switch healthcare providers 3 years ago!
Paul Raudenbush Jr: My new insurance won’t let me see dr Raphael anymore. And I hate it. I’m tempted to pay out of pocket to come back here. I liked this guy and he’s not some know it all pre Madonna like some of those others in town. And a heck of a lot better than anything I’ve met at cape fear. Life was better and a little easier being checked by this man. That’s for sure.
Katina Madruga: We love Dr R and his staff. Have been seeing him for several years and my son goes to see him as well. He listens and cares and will work to see what you need. If it is something that he cannot treat you for he will refer you to a specialist that can help you.
Nic Price: I've been going here for years. He listens to patients and is quick and efficient. I definitely recommend going here.
Blackfeather Womble: I found Dr. Rapalje and his staff to be quite pleasant, and if it had not been for Dr. Rapalje --I possibly would not be alive today. Therefore, I'm quite grateful to this doctor's office.
Tina Marie: This the best doctor I have ever been to. The staff is great. And I couldn't imagine where I would be without them
Wendy Church: Been going here for years. It had a bit of a down slump once upon a time but Dr. Rapalje and his staff is why I continued there. They have turned this place around completely. A doc who actually listens and actually remembers you no matter how far apart your visits may be. Would highly recommend.
Rayon Williams sports tv: Ok
Aaron Childs: Awesome doctor. Straight forward and to the point. Highly recommended this guy. 👍
Pamela Williams: Fast and friendlyClient oriented service
Angela hatley: Staff and doctor always very friendly and professional--very convenient location and hours--
Arney Norris: This is a welcome change from "Normal" medical offices. This is the best I have found. No filtering, only the truth, and God is in this place!. If you want pampering and unnecessary prescriptions go somewhere else! A doctor works there not a babysitter!
Brooke M (Bbybrooke31): Amazing doctor, takes the time out for your needs, shows concern and care b for you. Small little clinic who I'd say is problem the fastest doctor I've ever been too. Normally takes noore than 30 min. For entire visit which I LOVE. Because I'm ADHD and always so impatient no haha which he does great with working with me. Never judges. GREAT DOCTOR...GREAT DOCTOR 🙃☺️
Zana Bee: P.A. James Rapalje is the BEST! He is very caring and provides you with what you truly need. He's very honest and has a good bedside manner. He also has a great sense of humor!
Bridget Thor-Thompson: The previous reviews should certainly be discarded as the office dynamics have changed. There USED TO BE two doctors and the one that was there previously is the one that caused all the long lines and simply put, chaos. Presently this office has one doctor, James Rapalje, and he is outstanding. I have been going here for years. Since the other doctor left I have not waited longer than 20 minutes and I’m out in less than an hour. If you had a bad experience, as I have as well, several times waiting hours to see the doctor, try again. The care you will receive from Dr. Rapalje is second to none and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all day hands down.
