Stanbury: what do users think?
Heather Colvin: You MUST check this place out if you haven't. It will become a new favorite spot in Raleigh, or on repeat!! Rarities from behind the bar as well as the grill with a rotaing menu, daily. The fish collars were amazing!

gregory ewan: Just had a birthday dinner at Stanbury and can promise you this place is world class elite. From the extensive small plates menu, to the concise, selective, but thoughtful entrée menu, the amazing wine and cocktail program, to the mind blowing dessert menu, this establishment is the total package. They do not simply sell you a product, they decorate time. I can't imagine having had a better time spent in a more beautiful space full of incredible people.
Brian Brimmage: This is one of the few restaurants in Raleigh where we have been consistently impressed, every time, with our meal. We usually split many small plates, and always have a hard time deciding because everything is so good. Small, cozy, with great service, delicious food, and phenomenal cocktails.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Steak Tartare, Seared Scallops, Small Plates, Burrata, Bread Pudding, Fried Oysters, Pig Head, Crispy Pig Head, Octopus Tostada, Roasted Bone Marrow …More
dan smith: Amazing food in an unpretentious setting. The focus is on the food and the folks behind the bar are doing great too. Nobody is cooking better food in Raleigh at this price point. I genuinely love this restaurant. If I have a bad experience here I will modify my review but until that happens I’ll just keep adding pictures of the incredible food when I come back (every chance I get) when I remember to take pictures.
Chris Harbinson: Great small & large plate options. The bar makes some really tasty drink options as well. Fun place for celebratory dinners.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Beef Tartare, Striped Bass, Crispy Pig Head, Ceviche, Fried Oysters …More
Patrick McCaully: Stanbury is the best restaurant in Raleigh. I love dining here with new friends, old friends or just my spouse. The menu is adventurous and ever changing. No reservations caters to keeping the approach egalitarian. Can't say enough to praise this Raleigh institution.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Beef Tartare, Small Plates …More
Herve: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Mark S: I really liked this place even though some of the food was not necessarily in line with my tastes. I was able to find a few things that I liked. The staff are very proficient and the food itself is different (in a good way) than any restaurant I have ever eaten at. I really liked the decor inside as well.Parking: We arrived very early and were able to fund a spot easily. By the time the restaurant opened at 5 it would have been difficult to find a place to park.
Nick Saylor (SalsaBeard): It can be a long wait to get in if you’re not there waiting right when they open, but I can assure you, it’s worth the wait. I’ve been twice now and the menu never fails to impress. If I can make one recommendation, get out of your comfort zone while you’re there if you can. They offer up some neat menu items that you might not otherwise expect to like, but then find out after how amazing they are. I’m looking at you crispy pig head…
Ignacio Solano: To start, we ordered the grilled swordfish was nice, and the sauce was really good, and I loved that the taste of the fish wasn't that strong. I had a hard time deciding what to order because I wasn't seduced by the menu, so I went with a safe option. The grilled porkchop was excellent and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rice and broccolini substitution were perfect compliments to the meat. The strawberry buckle dessert was a perfectly balanced mix of flavors. I am very disappointed that they charge any amount of money for the bread and butter. All in all I feel very satisfied but the prices are steep.
Matthew Sparks: What can I say. Just amazing all round. Think the server was Randall and he was spot on. I could live there.
Brian Anthony: Recommended dishes Small PlatesMore
j pearl: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Yolanda S: The food was awesome. I forgot to take photos of the other 4 dishes. We also was given the best wine selection. Bone marrow with the parsley salad was a perfect pairing.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Roasted Bone Marrow, Small Plates …More
Neil Mastin: One of our favorite places in Raleigh and the entire triangle area. Season menu, fresh ingredients and one of the best steaks in town. Bar. Dessert. Small plate. Large plate. All excellent. What's interesting is the creativity for both vegetarian dishes and the use of items like sweet meats. Really, you can't go wrong here.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Beef Tartare, Small Plates …More

Durham County Library - Stanford L. Warren Branch Library: what do users think?
J Love: Staff is extremely friendly bought me my only birthday card one year. Five stars
Quaderia Gardner: Great customer service
edward s Smith: Great Experience it's been more than year last visited Library
Annie Hillard: 👌
Todgra McClendon: Alot of homeless and scary looking people hang around. Makes me feel very uncomfortable.
Tabetha White: I dont know i just walked pass
Gary Deen: There are a lot of security guards for some reason. I guess being in NCCU, books are a sought after commodity.
Dorothy Hardin: It’s smells terrible here! The pollient smell of trash and dirty laundry was so distracting and overwhelming that I could not concentrate. The cleanliness of this facility is a health concern. They need to spray Lysol or Sanitizer spray in designated areas to combat the smell. You cannot even seat in there comfortably without the strong overpowering smell of old dirty trash! It smells very bad, it is truly unsanitary.Use Clorox wipes or disinfectant towels to wipe down your tables and desktops. Please address the cleanliness and unsanitary issue of your facility. It is a health concerns and unfair to the public to have to endure that experience
Syreeta Cameron: Good place to take your kids for tutoring and learning.
Marie Pratt: Good
Jing Yang (SherryOKOK): The workers have a very unfriendly attitude. And the Internet is super slow and even unstable. The horrible connection makes me feel like 10 years ago. If are looking for a place to study, the KFC to the north is even a better place.
Chris Tiffany: Good little library, with only a few (eight) 1hr computersGood children's little children's section...
Veronica Vazquez: A tiny and attractive library.
Atu: Don’t get me wrong, this is a great library, with a great staff, although a bit small. Which brings me to my only complaint, THE SECURITY GUARDS...the guards here (some, not all) are overbearing when it comes to leaving room for patrons to use their laptops. I was told by a security guard that I had to move “because security would be setting up here”. Security essentially gets paid to be there and use their laptops 50% of the time they are there, but I don’t get paid to use the facility as patron..this seems a bit wrong.
Blue Wallpaper: The wifi is no good here 10 sec upload slow
Dana Stone: A small, beautiful, historic library. I visited for the first time recently and enjoyed chatting with the children's librarian. There's an excellent display in the front area of old photographs. Probably the oldest of the city's libraries, founded in the 1920's, I believe. Looking forward to my next visit.
H Harrison: Within walking distance of the main NCCU campus for students desiring an off campus location to study, it’s usually quiet here. Quick and easy to get a Durham county library card.
PIZZA RAT: This is a fantastic library the staff is knowledgeable and friendy
uknowwho_imani 10: Smaller than other branches must be very quiet or security will get you
RAY PETTIFORD: Repository of knowledge and philosophy
Lance: Overall good spot to get work done however very small and very slow internet makes you think its dial up internet sometimes lol
