Amber R: This was my very first appointment to try on wedding dresses. I was contacted days ahead of my appointment to get an idea of what I may be looking for. On the day of, walking in, we were greeted immediately and my consultant, Ajia showed us to a couch. She took down some notes on what I was looking for (I didn’t have a lot of ideas ), let us browse for a few minutes and make some possible picks and she found some options based on my thoughts. She was very professional and continued to pull dresses as we started to hone in on what looked good on me. After 6 or 7 dresses, we found the perfect dress! I had happy tears as soon as she added the veil. Did not think that would happen! After another appointment later in the afternoon that was not as pleasant, we came back to Savvi. The manager immediately recognized me when we came in and Ajia as well as other consultants celebrated with me saying yes to the dress! I felt so special and well taken care of. I would recommend Savvi to any bride because they answer your questions and give you the best experience possible!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jordan Light: I had been waiting for a dress to go in stock for months and I was lucky enough to find the exact dress under google images related images and it brought me to Savi bridal. However, I live 4 hours away from this store. I messaged them and they contacted the designer and were able to ship me the dress of my dreams to Tennessee for my elopement. Shipping was incredibly fast, maybe 2-3 days? A girl named Callie helped me and got everything worked out for me and she was wonderful! So so sweet and customer service was a 10/10.

Rachel Bang: Alla is great to work with! We decided to use one of her bridal dress designs as a starting point, and I tweaked some details to fit my style. When the dress wasn't exactly what I was envisioning at the first try-on/alteration day, she was able to fix it and turn it into exactly what I wanted. The dress turned out beautiful. It fit me perfectly and was comfortable to wear for the entire day of the wedding. She was very responsive by text and is very straightforward so there aren't any misunderstandings. I would definitely recommend working with Alla for your wedding dress if you want a custom dress!

T Staff: Alla was provided my exact measurements for a bridesmaid dress. Not only was the dress made excessively too large, but Alla admitted that the dress was made by another seamstress! After sending the dress to my home it was too late to send it back for alterations so I had to resort to a local seamstress. ALL declined to fix the dress stating that the dress could not be altered due to it being excessively too big and too long. Here I was stuck with no dress a few weeks from the wedding date! Im extremely dissatisfied and wasted my time and money.
Vern Baum: I will start by saying Alla does great work! I was so impressed with how quickly she sketched and sewed my sister's wedding dress, so I decided to use her. I drove over 2 hours to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress in March (Alla took all of the measurements). I didn't realize until ~6 weeks after the measurements were taken that she still hadn't started on the dress and I think this was because I hadn't paid a deposit. I quickly sent the deposit (like within 2 hours) and texted Alla offering an apology. I told her know that I would've paid a deposit much earlier had it been communicated to me earlier. Her response (on May 17th) was that it was fine because we still have plenty of time. When the dress finally arrived in mid-August (it was shipped to my home), I was shocked at the sizing. It was ~6 inches too big in the waist, the sleeves were much shorter, and it was ~4 inches too long in length. There was NO reason for the sizing to be this incorrect because Alla had taken all of my measurements herself. After the bride pressed Alla about the incorrect sizing, Alla admitted that she didn't make the dresses herself (she contracted the work). Alla said that I could send the dress back and she'd fix it. I didn't send it back for 2 reasons: 1. She didn't even make the dress the first time (when the understanding was that she would), so why was I to believe that she'd actually be the one fixing it? 2. It was too close to the wedding (the wedding was Labor Day weekend). I live over 2 hours away, which meant I would have had to ship the dress back to her, hope it would be fixed correctly, then have her ship it back. Not only that, I still had to get the dress cleaned and pressed before the wedding. I ended up getting it altered near my home for $125. I'm leaving a poor review, not for Alla's work, but for the way business was conducted. I paid for this service thinking that SHE was going to make the dress and she didn't do so. If you ever decide to do business with her, just ensure that SHE'S actually going to make the dress.
