Farotage Nation Lounge: what do users think?
J. P.: I’ve been going to this place for years. However last night…. I made the mistake of not get my change back in cash from the woman working the front door register. Whoever it is that was working the front door register on 6/24-25/2023 at 1:45 am - should no longer serve this community of people coming in late. She is not an honest person. I was given my wrist band and charged $30 for entering at 1:45am the club was about to close. I gave her $40 - she did not give me me $10 in change back. If I go back I will never use cash again! It wasn’t even worth the money.
Lahinandrojohnson Koleane: 3rd this year at Farotage, the Carribean side is just very off compared to last year. Today, they played reggae for 3 hours. It shouldn’t be about what the DJ likes but what the crowds like. We go to farotage for a reason, if we want to hear regular music we could go downtown and that’s it.Again, you guys need to reevaluate your playlist because it is getting worse every time I go back there and it’s not worth the entrance fee!!!
Tiffany Lee: Had a great time. Staff was friendly, drinks weren’t expensive, music was good and the atmosphere was good. Definitely recommend.
Victoria Johnson: Absolutely love the vibe here. Always a top tier experience!
D Browne: The owner is very unfair and the biggest jackass I've ever met!
Fay Fletcher: I attended a Caribbean event and really enjoyed myself, the place is nicely setup and had friendly service.
Kanika M: Great dope nightlife spot. Just could do without aggressive Africans.
Zin: Always good vibes and amazing people!
Brother Darryl: Jamaican music & African music on other side. Woman I was waiting to meet came extremely late. Then when she came with her girlfriends, she didn't think I'd notice her. Luckily I had a backup plan with another lady friend who called you check up on me.
Lori Harris: Love it
Dia G: One of the best clubs I’ve ever been to. A night filled with fun, amazing music, and great people. When I tell you I had the time of my life at this place. The energy can’t be matched. It’s a place you have to experience for yourself, my few words won’t do it justice.
Kiana Amoako: Great experience! Nice environment, good vibes. I usually hate going out! But this place was great.
Demisola Fadairo: Great place but please get rid of the short, brown-skinned girl with the facial piercings at the reggae bar… Good God, she’s rude and mean. I’m not the only person that noticed. No wonder everyone prefers the Afro Pop side. This girl is scaring away your customers… Seriously, she’s awful.
Vivica Copeland: $200 to sit down at the bar absolutely not.
kouassi young: A super awesome place to have fun..I love reggae/AFROBEAT & my hip hop...
robert robinson: My wife and I decided to go to Farotage Nation Lounge Saturday while we were visiting NC. I easily reserved a VIP Section (highly recommend) with Andre ahead of time. We got there early to pregame. When we arrived we were greeted by Andre, and the fun began. Andre and the bartenders had the best customer service. Everything was perfect. The club was clean, dope lighting/effects, the drinks/bottles were great, the DJ was on point. We were on the Reggae side most of the night but the DJ played all types of music. We danced all night. The vibes were great all around everyone was nice and having a great time. Then they brought out some great food to help soak up the alcohol before the end of the night. That just topped everything off perfectly. I can't say enough how great everything and everyone was. We will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this lounge!
Bennett David: If you love reggae, soca, or dancehall, this is the place for you. Great vibes, great drinks and great service.
sher m: Great spot. 2 clubs in one location. Dj was great with the selections. Lots of African, Jamaican, American and Caribbean music. Went on a Saturday and crowds was about 60% Men and 40% women. They charge $20 each. I wish they would do a ladies night (FREE). Overall its a great spot and everyone is welcomed!😊
teflon von: We were looking for a dance club like this!! The atmosphere is SO COOL. The reggae & dance hall music is on point. The drinks are on point. Love this place
Priscilla Yeates: Had a wonderful first time. Went again the atmosphere was different.

Rick's Cabaret Raleigh- Formerly Men's Club: what do users think?
KJ Hudson: I went recently and had a ballSandy was the host for our section and the hospitality was amazing. The ladies were nic and performed well. A young lady named Soli was our server and made sure she attended to our party consistently. I believe even the GM came by at one point (I think his name was Nordean); that was a nice touch.
r a packer (mr. wizard): "somebody color me shocked that an over weight valet, who confessed to me that his employer sucked, was less than helpful in my search for a childhood friend. save a trip and get away from this decrepit has been Gentleman's Club. How the Mighty have Fallen. Zero point Zero 🌟 "
Andres Francisco: The security let them allow who ever get, irregardless the safety of the client and the employees.
Mos Eisley: Went in there tonight, sat by the second stage. Ordered a bucket of Stellas for 46 dollars, got charged $100. I handed the lady $100 in 20s and an extra $5 for tip (for the beers and change), yet was returned $91 in a rubber band. After asking for the normal $100 stacks they provide (with the blue strap), she stopped serving the table after bringing us the extra money we were owed... After standing by the bar for our next drink, another lady took my card and ID and disappeared for 30 minutes after asking me where our table was and bringing us what we ordered; 3 different bouncers couldn’t locate my card. Not even the people from the bar were helpful, telling me I left it at another bar when they clearly had it behind that one (which is where I later retrieved it). Tipping the ladies is fine with cash you bring but the management here definitely needs to either crack down or stop overlooking this.Bring your own 1’s and keep your receipts to dispute charges from the business.
Rick Morty: Update: went here a few weeks ago, used my card to pay. Two days later had almost $1k in charges pop up from online shopping besides what I legitimately spent there. Filed a police report, disputed charges. After almost a month charges were reversed, apparently this is very common at this place. BEWARE: you will get cleaned out here, in more ways than one.Not to mention, the place sucks. Clearly a dying and desperate spot.
Superior HighClass: Always a fun great experience and the best hospitality from my guys Ty, Sandy & Christian EVERY TIME !! 🏽
Steven Medero: Dana, the GM/Manager, the DJ, was amazing !!! Nothing negative I can say. Best experience I’ve had in a long time. I ended up getting VIP and talking to the DJ asking to play certain songs and he did. He was cool and everyone else there was amazing. I cannot complain about anything. Only thing I could maybe is 1 certain dancer was very rude but they took care of it. They are here for the customer and to help and make your experience amazing. I will be coming here again and again just for the service from DANA, the GM/Manager, and the DJ. They made this experience amazing. If i needed anything they were there. I’m in the service industry and the service was 10/10. I might even be coming tonight !
Scott Decker: Went here for the second time today and Ricks has one AMAZING club! Clean atmosphere, great food, awesome hospitality, and the ladies are STUNNING, kind and friendly! If you have a choice for lunch and some day time escapism, Rick’s is your place! Oh and ask for Gina!!! Or Cassie! You won’t be disappointed.
Boston Anthony: It was last Friday, a night I'll never forget! In town for the night and Rick's was the BEST adult club I've been to in my life. Staff, dancers, bartenders and the beer girl all professional and friendly. Had a massage from a TLC girl(Philadelphia) she was special the conversation and touch. But KAY took the cake, she said she's Brazilian, sexy, and short with long black hair and she had the moves of a snake charmer. I coming back for her. But all the ladies were top notch. Rick's Cabaret should be putting on a clinic on how to operate a classy strip club. Special shout out to London, Happy Birthday Empress( legs to heaven omfg) and KAY ❤️ you the best!!!!
Cherish Waseleski: Completely selfish and no sense of loyalty since the switchover. Some (very few) strong and amazing girls and bartenders remain. Managers and owners are charging girls a fee that is basically illegal. An entertainer will clock in and the computer says they owe a house fee of $60. They then tell these girls that they owe $80. They pocket the extra $20 which is not recorded in the computer/pos system and refuse to give any receipt or documentation that is needed for tax purposes (Illegal, illegal, illegal). If you have half a brain and ask too many questions you will be let go regardless of your time, good behavior or faithfulness.I love dancers and feel that newer ones deserve to be warned ahead of time regardless of the repercussions of doing so.These women are humans that are trying to support themselves and or their families and it is absolutely preposterous that a company is willing to stoop to this level. As a woman who works in business, has many friends that own and run their own in the RDU area, is extremely witty, articulate and knows a bit about the law, shame on you all. Do better. It takes $0 to have compassion, be decent humans and good employers.
Jake Doran: The owner acts like he is 5 years old. I would not recommend it to anyone. He is extremely immature I would not recommend attending or working here… at all unless you want to be harassed by a 62 year old for absolutely no reason at all…
Cristhian Peña cjp 2020: Is nice pleace... beautifuls ladies.
Lionel Hunter: I got scammed...I used my credit card in the vip section days later 840 dollars was taken out of my account for online shopping. Want be coming back.
Elizabeth Gainer: My husband and I went and had an AMAZING DATE! I had a lap dance from a beautiful woman and then my husband did also. We enjoyed our drinks and the wait staff was friendly and sweet from the entrance, to the bar, and to the end of our experience. I cannot wait enjoy again!
Micah Whitney: Excellent food and nice looking strippers. The bartenders do a great job.
Brenda Leh: This club is a disappointment. Been 3 times and its just a no for me. Some of the dancers are great but the club itself is a no. Takes 20 to 30 mins to get a drink. Waitress kept forgetting to bring credit cards back to table. Ive been in entertainment business for over 12 years and the worst part about this club is their TLC girls who work for the club. The club is undercutting their dancers and even found out dancers cant dance on the floor either or they owe money. I feel bad for these girls working here sounds like the club is making impossible for them to make money.
Richard Norman: Nice woman but drinks was way way over priced
Purpose Driven: It’s been a while since the boys been out and man did this place it all worth it! From the time we got there until we left. The whole staff was kind and attentive. Shout out to Animal for making sure the boys and I had a very memorable night. I would highly recommend checking it out if you’ve never been. Great drink prices, great atmosphere, great staff/ladies and all around professionals. Definitely coming back soon!
Justin Brown: Unbelievable experience all the way around great service and great DJ really had fun with all my friends and his bachelor party. Definitely will be coming there again!
Josh Wilson: I’ve been friends with DJ Animal (Eric) for years and I think Rick’s made theright call in making him director of entertainment. The changes he’s made are great and I know he’s got more good ideas in the works. He’s let me preview some video of the new lights and sound and I can’t wait to come see it soon.
Darcy Downs: The place is really pretty inside and the service was great. I had heard of the DJ (Animal) around Raleigh. The music was good and I liked the way he talked to and interacted with the crowd and the dancers.

Club Amnesia: what do users think?
brittany britz: Is this place open?
Angel Myers: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam. Don't waste yur $20!
Angela Williams: They will take your $20 and tell you anything you wanna hear then you get in it's a different story and you pay more. It's better places than this.
Shantel P: This establishment earn zero stars. The Security and employees was very rude unprofessional and tried to charge $60 per person for entry. The sign said $20 entry at the door. This was the worst strip club I have ever been too, the woman was the worst 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. The club is not even that up to par for that price $60 a joke and a ripoff. This is definitely a whole in a wall place. Don’t waste your money and time unless your broke and looking for a raggedy hoe.
Michael Reives: Dud
Joe Gotti: Racist club they should have a sign that says if your not black your not allowed in they won't allow you inside if your not black they would make up an excuse to refuse you at the door after telling you to wait in line. I know a lot of people who attempted to come here multiple times and were rejected because they were not black.
Dequon Harris: Loss of words that could accurately describe this place. in a good way
Jamal Barnes: Nice club beautiful and amazing girls.
C Chavis: Ugh
Kelli Walters: I have been to quite a few strip clubs and I have never seen so many beautiful women in one space as at this club. Absolutely mindblowing and worth the wait at the door.
Droematic Show Podcast: You guys keep requesting them, so here is another review of going to Amnesia last night. First initial thought, when walking up, this was gonna be a waist of time & money. If you are use to and accustomed to a gentleman's club, this is not for you, and you shouldn't compare it to one, otherwise you will consider it as a bad experience, don't expect smiles from the staff, bouncers/security, and hosts and all that stuff...this is a straight up STRIP CLUB. Find a good girl, act like you got some home training, and bring $$$$......And you will have the TIME OF YOUR LIFE (if they find you attractive....even better 😉). Remember to check out our other reviews for other clubs in NC before going.
Juanesia Jackson (NeNee): Very
Maged Saad: The music is too loud for a small space. The girls are mostly flat or droopy cheated. $20 door charge..Security was like you need to tip 1,2 or $3.00 or you’ll be asked to leave. I was the only one there.. how’s that for customer service ??Visited this place on a Thursday night in NC, never again..
Hakeem Davis-EL: BYOB , beautiful dancers and food all night.
John Perez: Definitely racist club went there with about 5 white/brown hispanic friends and they wouldn’t let us in
Stace Samone: Waste of time and money, they don't serve liquor.. dancers are attractive but wack and it opened at 1230 but didn't really open until after 130 so if you're coming from out of town you better have something else to do..I wouldn't go there again
Search: Very friendly , the dancers super pretty
GameTime Rico: Wackiest club on earth
Ron Gizzle: I just asked for my money back and they used excessive force to escort me out of the club. I will be contacting the club owner or a higher authority. And I know they serve liquor after 2 a.m
Jay ONeal: Once you get over the weird opening and closing times, this is the most fun strip club I’ve ever been to
Tommy T: Regular entry is 20 and vip is 40. Went there as this was one of the two clubs open after 2 am. Worst. Hardly any dancers and over 1 hour only 2 dancers danced. This has been the worst experience for me. Have never been to any club as disappointing as this one.

Trevor Keller: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Shae Williams: Love it. But one thing I didn't like was that the DJ used one beat to play all the songs in and some Jamaica music to dance would be nice like bruk off you back artist like RDX AIDONIA to let us get lose more true me you would move
Kennedy Josephson: it used to be really good, but it has gone down hill. the music is almost exclusively k-pop or house music which isn’t really music i want to listen to in this environment. in addition, the last time i went there a bouncer hit on my partner and when she told him no because she was with me he said we could share. rubbed us both the wrong way.

Erick Bedoya: Love the atmosphere! Very aesthetically pleasing and friendly staff, but please I BEG. THE MUSIC. let’s do something about it because it’s horrible. where is the flavor? we want some trap/reggaeton/hip hip music. this house music is TIRED. all love tho but please change the music.
Mawih Elayah: The best
Emily Roberts: Usually I have fun here (hence the rating) but I was there Sunday night (4/16/23) and I guess I was going out the wrong door (although people had been going that way all night) and once I was already on the other side a man said "no ma'am) and grabbed my arm and yanked me back in. Like full on pulled me cause I was already on the other side. Then he said "the exit is that way". I'm not sure if he was an employee, but he had a black tank top, brown hair, and was very skinny (but also strong). I believe it was a little after 11 in the lobby between flex and the outside bar. If there are cameras it will prove it.
Mickililas Enoch: THE MUSIC SUCK! If you want to TWERK! Forget about it!
Isabel Rodriguez: great club wonderful to hang out at and socialize….but for the love of god change the music or get a new dj so we can hear something other than lukewarm house/pop remixes open to close!! thanks much love xoxo
Elora Herman: Best night ever, such a good time!
Jessica Forster: The music is terrible and way too loud... it’s a really intimate spot so I don’t understand why they need the music so damn loud. Could be a lot better if you could hear yourself and others in there. Fortunately it’s an easy fix but I don’t think they care!
CpBtch: Love it, everytime!!!
LiL Cheryl: Horrible music dj what are you playing techno music just play songs
Rich Conley: Where the who's who of NC Triangle thousandaires (like millionaires, but with thousands) go to party....
Lawrence Cole: Very fun place to visit, the weekend drag show is great!
Molly J: Came here last night, was super fun! This place is a lot bigger than I expected. The drinks were good, dj wasn’t bad but was mostly techno music. The staff was super friendly and we stayed for hours. Definitely coming back!
William Sujack: Great staff. Otherwise this place has gone downhill. Tonight we were there about 20 minutes before leaving. Music was horrible and just about everyone there looked like they were in high school with Xs on their wrist. Probably won’t be going back.
April Miller: Best ever. A no judgement zone. Full of fun and excitement

WORK. Nightclub: what do users think?
Ashlei Kearse: I was racial profiled before entering this establishment I was accused of possibly having a gun and then Bret accused me of having an attitude when I was simply telling him what I was going to Dias I understood his request to check the other pockets of my bag
Myla Zimmer: I went for the first time on Saturday night 6/18 and a bartender on the left part of the bar (closest to the dance floor) blatantly ignored me. I understand you had a whole bar to take care of for yourself but you made eye contact with me several times & helped the guest to my left and to my right !! that had arrived after me and still ignored my existence :/ Sucks to know I didn’t matter.
Kj Chat: Very fast process and really professional
V Red: Clean, strong drinks, and has friendly staff; however, gays beware: it has way too many straights and particularly hetero college jocks that take over the back game room. The jocks even look at actual gay people like we don't belong there.
Ryan Carrell: Flew into town with friends from around the east coast just to check this place out the night before Christmas Eve, since we had heard great things from word of mouth. One of the top reasons for us to come to Raleigh. Unfortunately, despite planning our trip for weeks in advance and getting confirmation from Google hours, WORK, ended up being closed and we had to bring liquor from the store back to Red Roof Inn. Some holiday. All we wanted was Cher and Long Island Iced Teas. Do not go here!
Justin L: Phenomenal ClubVery inclusive. Crazy professional and fun staff. The DJ had me sweating 🕺🎶💦
Wallace E. Unger: I walked right in and they had me washing dishes in no time at all. This place truly lives up to its name.
Destiny Jones: Expensive drinks & horrible management
Bull Silverback: Glad to see that Raleigh has a new gay venue. One that is not twinky oriented and has better service from the staff and takes debit/credit cards unlike other gay bars in Raleigh.
Jeremy Fulton: Went there last night for the first time with a group of friends and was definitely shocked to finally have a great gay bar, great service, great bar tinder. I love that it’s a mix of people from all walks of life. Work is really going in the right direction definitely since it so many straight bars and clubs. Only thing I can say Bad is wish the music was more mix and not so techno.
jack o: The place has entirely changed since it once was Capital City Tavern. Pass by the one star reviews and focus on ones from 2020 and beyond.
Andy Le: Don’t be turned off by the one star reviews, they were months ago and for the old place called the “Tavern.” A straight pub I believe. The location is entirely different now with a new owner and such. Fun welcoming, but intense and radiant atmosphere is how I would describe the place. I would recommend it.
Courtney Robinson: Drink prices change arbitrarily
Heather Wyandt: Awesome staff!
Randy Simmons II: Great ownership and good drinks
Anna M Pace: Fun. Great atmosphere. All kinds of people from all walks of life. Great music. Fantastic drinks.
Andree Mills (Universal H.E): Great atmosphere, environment was bery relaxed ataff was very polite and inviting
Search: Good place for the weekend but the security will care about traffic more than broken bottles, plus they don’t have variety for soft drinks
Awinash Ragothaman: Those bouncers! It's outrageous and unacceptable! Agreed it's 2 and time for all to go home, but that's no way to treat treat people who pay for their paychecks. As people were being sent out of the establishment, I said "lemme drink what I paid for before I leave" and the bouncer goes "5... 4... 3..." I really thought he was kidding with me but when his countdown finished he grabbed my drink and shoved me out! Seriously owners? Is this what you've trained your bouncers to do with normal patrons who are not causing trouble?
Anna Pace: Diverse & fun atmosphere. Great drinks. Good staff. Nice place to hang out with friends.
Alexander O'Donnell: Good drinks and not too packed

Capital Cabaret: what do users think?
moody style: Great food!!!!!
xxcheapguyxx: The best steak in the world also provided with excellent services a great place to bring ur friends to
Ricardo Cervera: It was my first time going to a strip club and it was the best time I had, especially the dancer named Paige, she was the BEST!!
jason torres: Called the establishment to get pricing on food for a large party. The girl that answered did not want to send a picture of the menu, was very vague over the phone. Pulled up to take a look, staff outside was no help. DO BETTER...had to go to a different strip club.
Arton Bramdon: We visited this place with my friends, we did not have the best treatment, when talking to some girls, it seems that the security were jealous for them, my friends and I would not return.
Casey Alexandra: The food is delicious and great entertainment ;)
Keith Zammit: The Best in the triangle !
Matt Brown: They used to have daily drink specials that are now gone. Tough to spend money on the ladies when all the money goes into drinks. Bring back whiskey Wednesdays!
Lea Falon: Visited this establishment on a Monday night.. I was approached by a beautiful lady named Harley not long after ordering a drink at the bar. Conversation with her was amazing she is very outgoing and a southern charm. I ended up doing a VIP room with her. One of the best lap dances I have ever received! I will definitely be coming back
Evelyn Martinez: Had one of the best nights for sure, a night to remember!!!!! Ask for a gorgeous Grl named Cali 🍾💛
Eddie Lee Carlisle Jr.: 😃👍 Great. Awesome.
Nik: Place is clean and food is great (they have lobster) Girls are super sweet and fun to chat with (with the exception of dancer called Blonca not so friendly attitude). $10 at the door not so bad.
Omen Equity: Once again, I’m leaving a bad review at a strip club. This industry has really gone downhill. As someone who owns a night club, I would much rather be writing a good review. The reason for my bad review, is none other than the manager. He’s bald an looks tweaked out. He’s not running the establishment properly. Their are hardly any entertainers there, especially on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I won’t go into full detail here, but the guy is running the place straight into the ground. Doing a lot of shady stuff.
Robert Lindahl: Capital made a bad night that started at Rick's much better. The leather was peeling from the couch I sat on, but you overlook things like that when they have and excellent staff. Jolene was awesome. IDK if I'll ever be back to Raleigh but if I am, I will be there.
Andrew Obrien: Worst possible club ever couldn’t get in wearing under armor pants even though I had three grand in my pocket don’t go to this place
BlaxkSails Barra: Club is diverse and friendly, only issues you will have is if you cant keep your hands and mouth to yourself. Good behavior equals good experience.
Tosha Y: Great club - classy , clean and the staff is the best. Shunna is a amazing fancer - look for neon. She is sexy, funny and warm at the same time - thats a pretty crazy combo people. Shes the girl in neon btw. Highly recommend this place and Shunna .
Willie Chambers: I stopped in on a Thursday on my way through NC. I had a long day on the road and Capital Cabaret seemed like a good place to unwind before stopping for the night. The building was kept up well and everything inside and out was clean and well cared for. I wasn't there to look at the building anyway, but may have been less interested in going on in had it been dirty and run down. After getting a beer and sitting down for a while, it appeared that there were some regular patrons there that had the majority of the girls attention. I figured that was completely understandable. Assuming the girls know where the money is and need to go after the sure thing rather than some potential random dude passing through. That could very well be a mis-read on my part as well. So for a bit I did feel a little bit ignored but was not overly bothered by it as I was enjoying a few beers and the ongoing stage show. A few trips to the stage to tip the girls was all it took to be more than just a spectator. The girls were all hot (especially Crystal) across the board with a great range of body types and styles. One girl in particular, Shanna, was very capable on the pole and clearly put in the time and effort it takes to be able to pull off some strength moves as well as elegant pole moves. Some were obviously much more skilled and better than others but none of them were even close to what I would consider bad. That made the three song stage sets all very entertaining. The first girl I encountered was Wednesday (I think). She hopped in the seat next to me and gave me the run down on lap dances for $30, and back room private dances for $300 for a half hr. Then Molly came to my table and hung out chatting for a bit. She was super nice and hot as hell. Next up was Shanna. She was straight fire on and off stage. After her set, we talked for a bit and then went to a 1/2 hr. private dance upstairs. I've been to quite a few SC's across the country and that was one of the top private sessions ever. My only regret was not staying there for another 1/2 hr. Wednesday made the price of admission more than worth it. Two memorable dancers were definitely Crystal and a tall Native Am. dancer that I cannot recall her name. Both of them killed it on the stage like true badass bosses. Would have liked to spent time with them in a room as well but time and money didn't align for that on that particular night.
Pat Houston: This was my first time back to Capital in awhile. They changed some things up, but much remains the same.$10 to get in. I arrived around 9-10pm on a weekend night, so it was busy (20 dancers and probably the same number of customers) but not packed. Easy to find a seat wherever you wanted to be. I tend to hang out by the bar, and move closer to the stage when there's an interesting dancer workingIt always seems like there are 4-5 dancers by the bar, a few working the crowd. Apart from that, most dancers seem to hang out in the back, which is frustrating. This night, there were a lot of 7-8s working. I got dances from 4-5 of them, all pretty similar. My favorite of the night was Shauna. I would start with one dance, and if it was good, I would go more. Tops came off from all of the dancers (usually on the second song).VIP rooms seemed pretty standard $150 for 15 minutes. I did not partake.Overall, a good visit. Capital Cabaret tends to be my go-to choice due to the consistency of the dancers.
José Rodríguez: Shauna is hot. She's great on the pole and is very vibrant!

Nicholas Domanowski: Report to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU should be reported CREDIT CARD FRAUD.Don’t go to any shows here. Way too crowded for edm etc tiny space. Go to The Fruit, Lincoln Theatre or the Ritz.Aggressive overzealous bouncers.Reports of girls getting roofied.
Michael Darges: Saw Nora En Pure on Thursday. Bass was set way too loud causing many tracks to sound the same. You could feel the air moving around inside because of it. This was the case for the two openers as well. Ended up leaving early because the experience was totally ruined and not enjoyable. The place was packed early and it was nice to see support, but I probably won’t be going back here to see any DJs on tour because I had much higher expectations with the $40 ticket price.
Lilly Q: A fun place! The painkiller was probably my favorite drink :)They shot confetti a few times on the dance floor which was super fun.The bathroom got pretty gross the later into the night we went. The staff was super friendly and caring when talking to me.Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Kaitlin W: First time at Alchemy in Raleigh to see Sam Feldt. Bouncers were friendly when checking ID's and scanning tickets. The main stage / dance area is pretty small for a club but there's not a bad view in the house. The openers were good, the audience just didn't know EDM music much. Sam Feldt came on at 12:30am. I didn't see any harassment going on when I was there. They did a cute job with the decor as the clubs I go to in Dallas don't necessarily have a "theme" or "vibe." I did see signs for $10 drink order minimum.
Daniel Westgard: Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5More
Jennifer X: How is it 2023 and guys still can't dance on the stage? My guy friend got kicked out because he was tryna dance on the stage. Wack bar ✌️Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Swapnil Marathe: Worst experience with management.I attended the San Holo show on May 11, 2023. San Holo was supposed to start at 9PM but he arrived around 12:40AM. I drove two hours to Raleigh after a long ten-hour work shift just to see San Holo. I understand that the club management has nothing to do with this. After waiting for three hours in a crowded space, I decided to search for a place to sit and rest briefly. I tried to find a spot to sit somewhere but obviously its a club and there are no chairs. In desperation, I tried to sit on the floor outside near the bar, only to be approached by the management. Instead of showing empathy or understanding, they bluntly informed me that sitting on the floor was not allowed and demanded that I either stand up or leave the premises. The only silver lining in this entire experience was the bartender, who witnessed the ordeal and took pity on me. He kindly offered me a free bottle of water, recognizing the discomfort I was enduring.I personally wouldn’t go back to Alchemy EVER AGAIN.
Ashley: False advertising! Came for San Holo on a Thursday. Ticket didn’t mention any openers, yet there were FOUR opening DJs in 3 and a half hours. DO NOT give this place your business. We had to leave without seeing San Holo so don’t know if he ever showed. We feel scammed. Honestly shocked that San Holo was booked for Alchemy. He could (and has) played much larger and nicer venues. Edit to add: Looks like San Holo came out around 1am. Know that when you get tickets to an artist at Alchemy, you are going to a club and not a true show. Not everyone can stay out past 2am on a week night, so I wish the ticket information was more transparent.
shamaya Ore: Horrible service! I felt uncomfortable and more like me and my friends were racial profile. We requested a drink from the bar.. the bar tender did not discuss prices before serving drink. However, the drinks was overpriced, we tried to ask bar tender questions regarding to the other options and requested to order something else… B/c drinks were made the bar tender tried to make us pay and refused to serve us something different. WE DID NOT touch or drink the drinks at all. Overall, b/c we tried to negotiate with bartender and ask questions he immediately call security over to escort us out. The bare tender was a short, bold headed African American. Everything happened to fast to get his name unfortunately. DONT GO HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE!P.S my guys friends payed $10 to get in and we escorted out less than 5 mins after paying to get in. I will be calling in to file a complaint to manager
Lucy Agamaite: My partner and I went here to see San Holo and there was no warning that we’d have to stand through 3 and a half hours of random DJs just to see the main act. The venue closes at 2 and it was near 1 when we left and no sign of the act. I was feeling lightheaded from standing and needed to sit down and there was hardly anywhere to sit besides the VIP area so I had to sit on a step and the bouncer said we needed to leave. The lack of accessibility should be criminal.
Antonio Webb: Great drinks great Bartenders! Great weekend spot!
Maia Jordan: Sat in there for 2 hours during Cinco de mayo. No one in there DJ playlist was horrible. Then once people started to arrive we are told we can’t sit by the mirror? Do not waste your time here, drinks watered down, music is weak.
Gerardo Rojas: Don’t waste your money here. They’ll take all your money , call you names, and push you for trying to retrieve your things especially if you’re a person of color.
Mauro Campos castro: Buen ambiente música electrónica recomendado 8 de 10
Jacqueline Quinto: Is .5 a star an option? The bouncer physically pushed me outside and swore at me to leave, even though I tried explaining to him that I lost my phone inside. I never retrieved my phone and I left feeling so degraded.
charlie sell: Was a great experience only thing keeping it from a 5 star was the allocation of the fog machine, I paid the cover I want to be blasted in the face with that sweet sweet mist all night. Cute girls great atmosphere cheap beer! But like come on emptying the fog machine an hour and a half before close… grow up
Kyla Castaneda: Hey my card was locked, I just want to pay my tab, I have been trying to reach you
Chiquet Kelly: Punched my friend in the face and put him down on the ground because they wanted to kick us out because we sate in a VIP are with permissionOther reaction ? I think soThese guys are animals and don’t treat people as peopleRun away from this place…
Elliott: Honestly? Great vibes. Staff were nice, with cool tattoos. I really liked the aesthetic. Music could be a bit more varied, but eh. What can you do? It’s a club!
Daniel B: Total disrespect😩. I am considered a regular of this club. I have been coming to this club every Friday and Saturday night for months. I have an incredible time, meet many many people, and people dance with me, so that they can have a good time. I dance for four hours every night, and people come to this club to have a good time. Tonight I was totally disrespected by a bouncer, that had a problem with where I placed an empty glass. I was careful to make sure that the glass would not break, and set it up on the DJ ledge. I dance with my eyes closed 90% of the time , and apparently, this bouncer, stated that he addressed it with me, but I don’t remember a thing, since my eyes were closed. He then asked me to leave the club, disgracing me in front of my friends. This was total disrespect, and I have assured him, that I will tell every friend, every person that has ever entered this club, to never come back here again. This was an uncalled for response. I personally will never step foot in this club again, since the disrespect was unbelievable. This could’ve been totally avoided, if the bouncer had just taken the glass, and walked it over to the bartender. The total disrespect and dishonor, for a regular customer, is unbelievable. Please do not come to this club, since there are many other clubs, that have fantastic bartenders, bouncers, and managers, that want your business. Let’s shut this club down. It is a disgrace.

440 Nightclub: what do users think?
Humberto De Jesus: I love it ! Nice music as always !
Patricia Galdamez: La musica no sirve de todos los generos escogen las canciones mas feas
Maria Pantoja: Buen lugar para bailar
Avail Aesthetics: Something different, something unexpected, something this city needs. Thanks for sharing your culture on Saturday nights and creating a space for the latino LGBTQ+ community!
Gso Gso: Sep 4th/21 zero face mask..wow...that is why we are where we Are
E.V. Lugo: If I could leave 0 stars I would. So disrespectful!
Tammy Vroman: Never again! You pay $10 to have to stand up. There are no seats at the bar and all the tables were reserved. I asked for a cup of water and they said no you have to buy bottled water. I tried to buy the bottled water and they wanted to charge me $10 because they don't do open tabs.
Cisco G: I went there for my Bday Sabor VLatinos Raleigh LGBT Saturday Nightit was the worse experience. I am always looking for something new and different especially a Latino LGBT Club. I paid for the entrance like any other club but there were no where to sit down. All the tables and chairs was reserved for a Drag Queen Bday. If I go pay to see a show there shouldn't be all tables and chairs reserved. I having nothing against Drag Queens which I have a lot of friends that are Queens and there are very talented but this was ridiculous & worse small club I been too. There was no where to dance. The bartenders were rude. The Drinks are super expensive. I am paying to have fun not to be like we are in High School Dance. Especially when I came from out of town visiting no one was friendly
Alex Gorost: Fun aaah not really
David latorre: RATCHET.... muy de baja clase
Bobby Arukwe: Dope place! Great vibes!
Kenia Aguilar: Uno de los mejores lugares la atención excelente
Michael Reives: Small good spot for a party. Only on weekends though. Noise ordinances make you turn the music down even though it's directly across from NCSU.
Idolor O.: Largely Latino club, interior not so impressive.
Rachel Lewis: Came after a NC State football game this last fall and wanted to have fun and left uncomfortable. This is not a gay bar for sure. It's super sketchy and ratchet. Not exactly what you picture when you see gay bar on google maps. Not a place for girls to go who don't want to be hit on and questions for homosexuals. Assuming anyone's welcome but watch out to be safe.
Angel: It was the first club I ever went to and it was nice
Sunset Richiez: Very fun!!!
Julius Rosales: Great club.

Goodnights Comedy Club: what do users think?
A E: I’ve only been to the new location, but it is a good room.Clear sound system.excellent staff and friendly. Good crowds with a good mixture of good diversity and I’m from Boston and seen COMEDY in San Francisco and New York and I think North Carolina is where it’s at.Saw Dave Atell ..both openers were local and smart (helen wildy & matt white) representing carolina comedy. Also saw Rachel Feinstein on separate occasion.Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. I don’t know if it’s wheel chair accessible from the front stairs that go down a flight, but I believe I saw an elevator.
Nick: Best club in the triangle
Matt H.: You can ignore most of these reviews "they told us there was a bar but we had to wait outside" These are people who have never been to a comedy club. For a sold out show this would be the case at the Comedy Cellar in NYC or any legit place in LA. They use a similar setup here. Most nights you can go grab a couple drinks at their bar before and go see your show. Alot of times the comedians hang around after. For packed nights things won't run as smooth. The staff is friendly and even the local comedians and emcees here are solid!
Dee Mc: I give it a 3 star ONLY because Goodnights ripped off Justin Whitehead. DO BETTER Goodnights!!
Jason: The fact that they dont send tickets and make you pick them up 2hr before showtime us the craziest thing i heard ,, will not be attending again..why not just email you the tickets like all the other venues
Sierra Yolanda: Had an amazing time, comedians were hilarious, drinks were good & the chicken tenders were bomb, seasoned perfectly. Definitely coming back.
Shahn Smith: I paid for tickets to see Michael Colyar and the staff escorted us to the wrong stage. We watched numerous comedians perform thinking Mr. Colyar was coming eventually, unfortunately it never happened. The show ended and we mortified when we didn’t get to see our comedian of choice. We spoke to the owner/manager on duty and they refused to refund our money. He said we can come back for another event for free and that was unacceptable. I paid for the person I wanted to see and was basically forced to watch comedians whom I felt were mediocre. If I get a refund I may change my review. I wish I could give a zero.
I S: Bought VIP tickets to see Nate Jackson. It was very confusing when we arrived. We were told wait outside but there was no formed line for VIP, then told us we would go down and get our tickets and then have to come back outside and stand in line. Then I was told that it was a general admission line, and that we would wait in the club until the doors opened. It was extremely hot inside the venue. The food was not great. The sea salt fries were extremely salty. The drinks were good.
Tina Lee: Very cute night at the club. Highly recommend have great food and drinks options. Definitely would go back
Linda Montgomery: OMG TONY ROBERTS WAS A FOOL! LOVE this venue, nice set up, a bit pricey but all comedy clubs are
Chrystal Garris: Came to see Nate Jackson. Got to the venue early as the website stated that they had a waiting area where you could drink n chill until the show starts. Umm I got there and waited outside over an hour until the previous show was cleared out. It’s an amazing venue with good service but please inform people that they’ll be waiting in a line outside and that you never get a chance to enjoy the lounge area. Show didn’t start on time but it was definitely a good show.
Justin Scranton: New location is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥
B S: So much fun, first comedy club I’ve been to and they hit it out of the park
L Jefferies: Well organized, friendly staff and servers. Visited on June18th
Phyllis Spencer: While I enjoyed the show, the wait was ridiculous. This was the first show of the day and it took them forever to open the door after the website says to arrive extra early to get the tickets. The website said if you have accessibility issue to let a staff member know. I did but still had to stand in 3 lines to get in and wait to be seated. Luckily, I had someone with me to take turns standing and great people in line who held my spot when I could no longer stand. I no longer feel comfortable attending Goodnight's alone for fear of losing my place in line because of my ability to stand being compromised.Yes, I could sit in the lounge til the showroom opened, but how would I have claimed my place in line that I arrived extra early for. Yes, I found out I could have gotten reserved seating...but why should I have to pay more to make the venue more accesibile friendly and the headliner was heavy on audience work and I did not want to sit in the reserved seating for that reason. I don't want to jump ahead of anyone in line. I just want to be able to have a way the keep might rightful place in line if I am physically not able to stand as long as your venue has people standing in lines 3 different times before getting in the show.
Greg Totherow: I love this place! They recently moved locations but sre still pulling top name comedians. Formerly Charlie Goodnights, it has heen a Raleigh staple for many years! I would recommend thst everyone who enjoys stand-up to pay this place a visit!
Katelynn Potts: Seats are PACKED in, but that's pretty standard for this kind of venue. As a big girl it always makes me nervous, but the bench seating is plus size friendly and less having to squish between people. Everything else is positive! Sound and lighting are well done and I don't think there's a bad view in the house.
Ryan Ruebesam: Friendly staff, great drinks. Get the chicken fingers and fries for quick snack
Michael Liles: Great place. Not a fan of the two item minimum but there isn’t a bad seat in the place.
Travis H: The atmosphere is amazing! The drinks we had were delicious (2 on menu, 2 off menu). If you order the sampler, I'd recommend sharing it with a friend as it's a lot of food! All of the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be going back!
Arneisha Windley: Loved it!! It was a great experience. Not to crowded..just a peaceful vibe all the way around!! 🤞🏽😊 Good Laughs 😄 And even an better atmosphere ❤️

TJ's Night Life: what do users think?
Ms. Morrissey: In general, not a bad spot. A little run down and outdated. The atmosphere is given country as hell. Went for their 4th of July party with a guest DJ, who was good. Staff is nice. It was a sweatbox though. Extremely hot and everyone was complaining about it.Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
D S: Place sucks would never go back again play the same music.over and over would not recommend if your looking for a good time go downtown Raleigh they have great nightlife and respect the customers!!!Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Motisola Graham: Nice laid back spot for the Grown and Sexy!Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Moe L: I’m here on a first Friday, It’s a cool spot! It gives me family reunion vibes, so if you’re looking for a good wholesome time, just cool vibes, this is the place! I’ll be back!Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Erica Townsend: TJs is an interesting place. To keep it in perspective I'm from a larger metropolitan city in the northeast. So take it and compare to your expectations/ experiences in those iareas. It's a 25 an older club. Average age is about 50. There is a dress code for no athletic wear and button down collared shirts, no sneakers etc etc.The parking lot is small but there is plenty of street parking. It's in a commercial/retail area so no other clubs to hop to. Once you enter a gentleman checks bags, pay entry fee of 10-20 bucks. Then last security check with a metal detector. You enter the club massive space. Pool tables on the left, little smoking patio and a large bar. Typically 4-5 bartenders line moves quickly. In the floor space you'll see a sea of high top seating sometimes reserved on busy nights leading to an dance floor. Watch your step lol. It's dark and u don't see the step up. Around the dance floor is more reserved seating and a few more high top seating options and a smaller bar.Now given all this space and potential this place is miserable lol. If you like wide leg dress pants, dudes walking with Bluetooths (what year are we in) shiny suits 2 piece poorly fitted shein outfits and every color bodycon dress on the frumpiest of silhouettes this is your place. ( I'm fat to no shade but I dress for my shape lol) . I mean they still taking pictures in front of those drop cloths🙄. they are gonna line dance you to death leaving minimal room for actually dancing and mingling. DJs are terrible, yes both of them even in 1st Fridays. They play the full 3 minutes 15 seconds of a song no transitions no purpose. Reggae then pattie Labelle. No current music. This is one step up from a VFW.Go to Durham ( alot of black progressive well dressed spaces) or downtown. This place is geared towards locals and 50+
Oskino Sparks: Nice nightclub for the grown and sexy
Marchel Brown: I enjoy myself every time I go. It’s older club but the people is friendly there
Edwin Akpu: Nice place
Terrance TADOW Clifton: Always a Grown and and SeXy Atmosphere! Security does not play to the point that you wouldn't even know if there was an incident because they extinguish it just that fast! My #1 Go To Spot!🎶
Miana Isaac: One of the only decent places for 80s babies but the music is HORRIBLE. They play OLD folks liquor house, 2 step, line dancing music all Nighy. When the dj finally plays a hip hop song he follows it up with a slow jam. The Dj is playing the same Playlist for over a year now. The majority of your patrons are 70s and 80s with some 90s babies mixes in...we wanna dance and hear the music we grew up with and not lol John and usher YEAH and step in the name of love, all night. It feels like yall think you can do what you wanna do and simply capitalize off of us because it's one of the only decent and safe clubs for our age group. Most people are only on the dance floor because they're drunk and not because the music is good. And about 70% of the dance floor is standing still and mingling. I hear people complaining about your music ALL the time inside the club and even to the door man and the MC but no one seems to care about how the people that's keeping yall open feel. Please get another DJ or at least have him diversify and update his old tired played out juke joint music Playlist....ugh. My friends have to beg me to come out to TJs with them because I know imma have to hear every line dance some that was ever made and dance to early 90s r and b and MrCheeks lights camera action first Friday after first Friday. We work too hard to waste out money at your door or at your bar for yall to keep playing people out with that WACK DJ and Playlist!
Jes Pee: I enjoyed the spot ...plenty of ladies no fights and everybody has a good time I really like the spot .
EXPRESS LIFE TRUCKING: Nice atmosphere and I enjoy old school music. I didn't appreciate one of the guys asking me to put my long sleeve shirt back on. I took it off because it was extremely hot. However, I had a regular top on with the arms out and he managed to come tell me to put my shirt back on out of 100 women but there were other women in there with the same type of tank top I had on with their arms out as well and he said absolutely nothing. I guess I just look like a boss and not the help and he wanted to feel IMPORTANT TALKING TO ME!!!!
Jazzy Leshay: I always enjoy myself when I go to Tj's. First Fridays have been a good turn out; it's always a crowd but they get you in the building without waiting long. I have total respect for the owner because he politely turned a lady that was in line in front of me around because she was in athletic wear. He told her if she had on heels he'll let her in but baby girl was dressed like she about to go running or something, sneakers and all. So I appreciate that he keeps his business classy, no nonsense here. The owner is very aware of the people he let's in and I completely understand and respect it as a black business owner. The music is pretty ok, old school like I like it. The ladies at the smaller bar overlooked me a few times when I was there before some of the men that showed up but finally they got my drink order so that was the only annoying thing about my night. Other than that my night was fun and there was no arguing or fighting that I could tell. They do have a police officer at the door too so that helps. All in all I think Tj's is a good spot for the older, mature crowd who literally only wants to dance, drama free.
Demisola Fadairo: TJ’s is still one of the better clubs in RDU because they don’t play trash radio hits but the DJ I heard on Saturday night is not as good as the DJ they had about 5 to 6 years ago… If it’s the same DJ, then he’s gotten lazier. And ladies, you’ll have to exercise your personal physical boundaries in this place because a lot of these men are touch-starved or just complete clueless about the fact that women’s personal space needs to be respected. So come in with your guard up because a lot of these dudes mainly come to the club to dance with women as a reason to touch them… Gross.
Odell Taylor: Door man▪︎▪︎▪︎older gentlemen with a can•••single people out from out of town. He harassed us from the door to the end of the night. Horrible experience.
Matthew Walker: It’s so much fun. It’s the definition of dancing the night away.
Shelton Rascoe: Great atmosphere great music nice club for the adult generation
Comedian PamelaChanel: PSA: Please Hire bartender's who knows how to make a margarita. My margarita was nasty and had a sunken cherry at the bottom. I was told to drink whatever they fix, so I purchased another drink. Should have stayed in Cary. Last time attending.
jasmyne harris: Alwys a cool vibe
Gerald Nesmith: Do y'all typically racially profile at the door is that new?
Nicole Mattocks: Tjs is a really nice club, however the owner needs to recruit a better DJ. Pleasssse! Also, I think a VIP line would be great. Who wants to.stand in a long line, especially on first Fridays!!
