Karina Gomez: This place was the worst place I’ve ever visit! They don’t even deserve a star! They had an event on 05/21/2023 at the entrance they had no security and was so unorganized then when the event finish they had workers selling food and when I went to the restroom to wash my hands the lady that was attending the restroom was so rude, she had no manners she was yelling”get out, we are closing!!” I told her we are about to eat and I have to wash my hands and all of a sudden I had to use the restroom too. She started to scream at me using vulgar words! Then at the mini restaurant they have in the establishment a man came and kicked everyone that was eating! He said that they were close and to hurry up and leave that the police had arrive to get us out! We got out but we didn’t see no police anywhere! I have no clue what was going on! I’m not going to tolerate that treatment they have a very bad management team! I will not be coming to Enigma again.

Maria Jaimes: We had the unfortunate misfortune of visiting Ambis 1 Nightclub, and what was meant to be a night of fun turned into a nightmare due to their unjust treatment and the presence of rude bouncers especially the one with glasses. I was unceremoniously kicked out of the establishment for absolutely no reason, leaving me feeling humiliated and disgusted. The bouncers were unnecessarily aggressive and treated guests as if they were criminals. It was as if they were looking for any excuse to assert their power and make guests feel small. Overall, the staff's apathetic and rude behavior added insult to injury.My husband accompanied me to the bathroom & waited for me out on the hallway. While I was coming out to leave back to the dance floor the bouncer with glasses approached us stated we had to move from the hallway to the dance floor, obviously seeing us walking back to the dance floor. When we replied we were moving out of the way he started with smart remarks that were not asked for. Long story short he started to get in my husbands face for no reason and smacked my phone out of my hand !! We got kicked out of the establishment without any explanation of what was done wrong.My experience at Ambis 1 Nightclub was a disgraceful display of unprofessionalism and mistreatment. Being unjustly kicked out without any explanation by rude bouncers left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful night out to steer clear of this establishment. It shouldn’t be about what the DJ likes but what the crowds like. We go to farotage for a reason, if we want to hear regular music we could go downtown and that’s it.Again, you guys need to reevaluate your playlist because it is getting worse every time I go back there and it’s not worth the entrance fee!!!

robert robinson: My wife and I decided to go to Farotage Nation Lounge Saturday while we were visiting NC. I easily reserved a VIP Section (highly recommend) with Andre ahead of time. We got there early to pregame. When we arrived we were greeted by Andre, and the fun began. Andre and the bartenders had the best customer service. Everything was perfect. The club was clean, dope lighting/effects, the drinks/bottles were great, the DJ was on point. We were on the Reggae side most of the night but the DJ played all types of music. We danced all night. The vibes were great all around everyone was nice and having a great time. Then they brought out some great food to help soak up the alcohol before the end of the night. That just topped everything off perfectly. I can't say enough how great everything and everyone was. We will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this lounge!

Kortia Morning: Dont Waste your time or money here I recently went to the "Trey Songz" concert if thats what you want to call it. First thing is they open the doors at 9:00 pm. If you dont spend extra money on VIP or reserving a table there is no where for you to sit so you basically have to stand the entire night. Bartenders were nice, staff was rude af. Every one started lining up to the stage around 10 the host basically kept saying Trey songs was in route and he was 5 mins away. Trey didn't get there till 2:00 am and only performed for like 15 mins. It was hot af, a girl was about to pass out and staff literally kept walking by her. But let some one even get close to a VIP booth and they literally come over yelling. One girl set on the steps by a vip booth because she was tired of standing and they made her get up. Sorry excuse for a club, I will never go back and when I wrote a fb message they didn't even reply back. They are over priced for no reason I spent 50.00 just to stand around. THEY SUCK

Michael Darges: Saw Nora En Pure on Thursday. Bass was set way too loud causing many tracks to sound the same. You could feel the air moving around inside because of it. This was the case for the two openers as well. Ended up leaving early because the experience was totally ruined and not enjoyable. The place was packed early and it was nice to see support, but I probably won’t be going back here to see any DJs on tour because I had much higher expectations with the $40 ticket price.

The main stage / dance area is pretty small for a club but there's not a bad view in the house. The openers were good, the audience just didn't know EDM music much. Sam Feldt came on at 12:30am. I didn't see any harassment going on when I was there. They did a cute job with the decor as the clubs I go to in Dallas don't necessarily have a "theme" or "vibe." I did see signs for $10 drink order minimum.

Swapnil Marathe: Worst experience with management.I attended the San Holo show on May 11, 2023. San Holo was supposed to start at 9PM but he arrived around 12:40AM. I drove two hours to Raleigh after a long ten-hour work shift just to see San Holo. I understand that the club management has nothing to do with this.After waiting for three hours in a crowded space, I decided to search for a place to sit and rest briefly. I tried to find a spot to sit somewhere but obviously its a club and there are no chairs. In desperation, I tried to sit on the floor outside near the bar, only to be approached by the management. Instead of showing empathy or understanding, they bluntly informed me that sitting on the floor was not allowed and demanded that I either stand up or leave the premises.The only silver lining in this entire experience was the bartender, who witnessed the ordeal and took pity on me. He kindly offered me a free bottle of water, recognizing the discomfort I was enduring.I personally wouldn’t go back to Alchemy EVER AGAIN.

Ashley: False advertising! Came for San Holo on a Thursday. Ticket didn’t mention any openers, yet there were FOUR opening DJs in 3 and a half hours. DO NOT give this place your business. We had to leave without seeing San Holo so don’t know if he ever showed. We feel scammed. Honestly shocked that San Holo was booked for Alchemy. He could (and has) played much larger and nicer venues. Edit to add: Looks like San Holo came out around 1am. Know that when you get tickets to an artist at Alchemy, you are going to a club and not a true show. Not everyone can stay out past 2am on a week night, so I wish the ticket information was more transparent.

We requested a drink from the bar.. the bar tender did not discuss prices before serving drink. Lucy Agamaite: My partner and I went here to see San Holo and there was no warning that we’d have to stand through 3 and a half hours of random DJs just to see the main act. The venue closes at 2 and it was near 1 when we left and no sign of the act. I was feeling lightheaded from standing and needed to sit down and there was hardly anywhere to sit besides the VIP area so I had to sit on a step and the bouncer said we needed to leave. The lack of accessibility should be criminal.

I have an incredible time, meet many many people, and people dance with me, so that they can have a good time. I dance for four hours every night, and people come to this club to have a good time. Tonight I was totally disrespected by a bouncer, that had a problem with where I placed an empty glass. I was careful to make sure that the glass would not break, and set it up on the DJ ledge. I dance with my eyes closed 90% of the time , and apparently, this bouncer, stated that he addressed it with me, but I don’t remember a thing, since my eyes were closed. He then asked me to leave the club, disgracing me in front of my friends. This was total disrespect, and I have assured him, that I will tell every friend, every person that has ever entered this club, to never come back here again. This was an uncalled for response. I personally will never step foot in this club again, since the disrespect was unbelievable. This could’ve been totally avoided, if the bouncer had just taken the glass, and walked it over to the bartender.The total disrespect and dishonor, for a regular customer, is unbelievable.Please do not come to this club, since there are many other clubs, that have fantastic bartenders, bouncers, and managers, that want your business. Let’s shut this club down. It is a disgrace.

Wayne Lamont: Very disappointed with the bartender service. I went this past Saturday and it doesn't seem like they were prepared to serve a lot of people for a large event. I had to wait almost 30 minuets to order a drink. Also the bartenders seemed a little sexist as noticed that there were all female bartenders and they were serving all females before they got to me and kept serving literally nothing but women before they got to me. The bartender that served me was rude and had a nasty attitude as I was trying to pay for my drink after waiting nearly 30 minutes to order.

Jay Weldon: Great Atmosphere well made drinks by great bartenders I love how they have rewards for the Parislounge app. Dont forget to sign up for the app......VIP booths are amazing and sound systems are excellent....if your in the Raleigh Durham area, diffently stop by Paris Lounge, the new spot that's open!!!

Kelvin Muturi: Very Nice and Spacious Club. Really upscale too. A little dismayed my first experience wasn't A1. At the bar, a Heineken and margarita rang up $11 on one trip. Then $14 on the second trip. On enquiring, the lady got angry and walked away from me.Ultimate disappointment was getting three quarter bottle of Heineken that I refuse. I asked for another which the lady went ahead and 'opened' in front of me and sure enough, it was also three quarters full. Not wanting to cause a scene, I took it only to drink it and realize it was watered down and flat. I hang around the bar waiting for other patrons to order Heinekens but none did. 3rd try was a charm, approached a different more friendly bartender and asked for another bottle and requested she not open it. She did and thank God, it was an actual Heineken this time and at the right level. Hopefully this was an isolated event. Willing to patronage this spot once more hopefully a better experience. All about promoting black owned businesses.

Shyla Middleton: This is a very upscale club, lots of space, beautiful inside, I had a blast.
