Gia Dewhurst: Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been horrible. They have a pair of skates that my best friend wanted really bad, so I attempted to buy them for her. They sent me the wrong skates not once, but twice. On my third attempt to acquire the correct skates, they charged my card, took my money, and then I received a notice that my order could not be processed. Not sure if it’s a glitch, but they still have my money. Haven’t received a refund and can’t get in contact with anyone. Save your money and buy from someone who can do business correctly.
Cate Foy: The physical location address in Raleigh, NC does not exist, the phone number goes to a different company, and the address for returns is in Florida. We visited the exact address in Raleigh and the directory for the building didn't have it listed. Their reviews on Facebook are awful. Pretty sure this isn't a legit business.
SpooN Foy: Feels like a scam. They do not (and have never) existed at the listed address in Raleigh, and their phone number goes to "Pinnacle Health and Performance". They also have almost completely negative reviews on Facebook, in stark contrast to Google reviews that are mixed.

Anyways, the associate helping me (sorry, I didn't get her name, but she said she was a store manager) argued with me the entire time about Gore-Tex not being waterproof. I told her that I didn't want water resistant, I wanted waterproof. I finally tried on a pair just to get her to leave me alone and I walked out. I should have gone back to Crabtree. Next time I will.

Whitney Smith: My son and I stopped by yesterday afternoon in search of soccer cleats, gear, and track spikes. Walked in and the woman and young man behind the counter did their very best to ignore us. Walked right past the front counter, holding eye contact with the young man for a few seconds, and nothing. No greeting, can I help you find anything…zilch. As we looked around, the young man appeared on the opposite side of the shoe rack, but still never spoke. The woman behind the counter offered a hearty greeting to some folks who came in after us. As we left to go spend my hard earned money at Dick’s (since nobody seemed to care to help or acknowledge us), they literally watched us walk out the door without a single word. No have a nice day, no thanks for coming in…just cold blank stares. Needless to say, we won’t be visiting again, and I’ll be sure to ask my fellow football,basketball, track, and soccer moms not to either.

We were both quite frustrated when I decided to give Play it Again Sports a call. They said they were getting a shipment of weights in an hour or so. I dropped by thinking it would be a fail but it was the total opposite. They were unloading so many items. Each staff member was so friendly and knew exactly what they had and where to find each item. They went way above and beyond during this crazy time when all the gyms are closing and everyone is searching for gym equipment. You have a customer for life. Amber Tookes: Price of $13 even when you have your own skates is a little too high for my liking. 2.5 hrs skate time. My daughter had fun at the end.
Cory Harlow: Great fun and energy! We've been several times and recently had a birthday party for one of our kids and can only say positive things. The staff was amazingly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. The facility is kept clean and safe, with rentals being handled easily. Do yourself (and the business) a favor and bring cash to pay!

I like Rap and Hip Hop just as much as anyone else, but this was on another level of inappropriate to play in front of children and at children's parties. One of the songs that stood out to me was Teyana Taylor- How you want it.... talking about different positions... it was jaw dropping. They need to fix this.
Rebecca Howard: The staff here is in need of an overhaul. They are rude, impatient, and don’t want to interact with people… which is a problem in a customer service atmosphere. The guys at the front checking bags were the exception! They were smiling like I and my children were welcome… not like we ruined their day by showing up. I went to the cafe as well, same experience. This is the second birthday party we’ve been her (the first was my sons) and it’s not any better. We won’t be back. I will happily drive to Durham for the better experience.

They checked bags at the door, received all party items in a timely fashion and hosts set up party in a pleasing manner. Host Sky, was warm and inviting. She checked in multpile times to make sure were had everything we needed. And she made sure our party ran smoothly. DJ Chrissy was fun, nice, and friendly. She made sure the birthday girl enjoyed herself, and the game she played with the party goers was fun. The staff was friendly, establishment was clean, party was well organized and the kids all had a good time. 9/10 would recommend.

Brandon Gage: First and foremost, I literally grew up at this park. I used to skate here all the time in the early 2000s when they first opened! I went in today to purchase a new board and this place brought back so many positive memories. The staff has always been great and the park is maintained extremely well. There's something for all types of skaters here. Lastly, the Delicious deck is one of my favorite boards - so much pop! Do yourself a favor and visit Delicious Skateboard Shop!

Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.
Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !
Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.

To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.

curtis wall: Cory and Colton are absolutely awesome! Needed a new pair of skates for my son and his first pair instead of using rentals and was extremely impressed by the service from both of them. Colton never tried to upsell us and put my son in quality gear with total respect to our budget. Giani(spelling) recommended them from the Invisalign store and glad he did they walked us through several options and even though the scanner was down got everything figured out and fitted with the best possible choice. They also baked and sharpened the skates for us while we waited. You could tell the staff knew the product and recommended the best options without being high pressure. Cory did an awesome job managing the staff and the process as well, really awesome individual. Everyone at the shop deserves praise for sure. Highly recommend all of them and look forward to heading back next time we need anything!

CJAX 568: Big shout out to Jeff!! Store was super busy when I stopped by to try on some new skates. Even with the chaos of customers all over the store, Jeff made me feel like a VIP. Assisted me with trying on several different skates until we found the pair that fit my foot best. Jeff’s expertise and knowledge of all thinks skates was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jeff!
LIFE LINE: Read the reviews on 5Hole. And they were right!!! The store has everything you need. The staff, Jason, Jake, Jeff, John know there stuff. Walked me thro everything on skates. They measured my feet to get that right fit on the machine. Tried on few boots and found the perfect. Explained fit, sizing, baking and blade sharpening and how they are used. Got a chance to pock a stick. Hits some pucks. Tried on helmets for that right fit too. Cant say enough about these two. They know there job!!!! Thanks guys!!! I recommend them. Prices are good to.Update: had to come back for more gear. Jake and John helped us out. What can I say but they are great!!! Shane Baker: My wife and I recently bought skates here. The attention they put into your experience is unbelievable. Everything is explained well, and they are extremely patient. There was absolutely zero upselling. In fact, I did come back the next day for arch support because they told me to try skating before putting money into it. The staff is attentive and friendly, and this will be my permanent go to for all things related to skating and hockey.

Truly wild experience. Big shout out to Will as well. He was a great help picking out buckets. I forget the other kids name but he was great too. If he reads this just know I'll be looking for you in the lower B league. But seriously everybody was great there. Jeff though - that man might be a saint. I owe him a high end steak dinner with the money he saved me on those skate. I'll never forget you, Jeff. Thank you again.
tim bloch: I went to Five Hole to purchase skates after being out of the sport for several years. Richard went above and beyond. Although the store was busy, he made sure I tried each and every skate that we thought may be a good fit. He did not pressure me and I could tell he truly wanted me to find the perfect skate. He ended up calling one of their nearby stores where he thought they had the correct skate in-stock.I ended up going to their sister store and Bobby helped me try on several more skates. Bobby was awesome as well. I ended up leaving with a skate I was 100% confident in.The staff at these pro-shops are incredible. They are very passionate about the sport and I will continue to drive the hour and a half for future purchases.

John Cline: Jeff at the Cary store was awesome in fixing the profile on my skates. They had been previously messed up and Jeff corrected the profile by hand. My blades turned out perfect and I won’t trust anyone but him to sharpen my skates.

Kevin Liao: This place is pretty awesome, any beginning hockey player in the triangle area will always start out buying gear here. The nostalgia this place has is just insane. Not to mention they have friendly and experienced staff as well as a variety of different hockey equipment.

cbuff allo: Guys there are great! Helped me put some new wheels on my board, of which the current wheels had a screw that was totally stripped. I thought it impossible to fix but they worked tirelessly to do so until they accomplished it! Cool atmosphere, super friendly, BEST BOARDSHOP IN RALEIGH!!!

Kris Tanner: I live around 4 hours away from the shop, but I prefer to buy from local and small business and this was the only local shop that had the wheels I wanted in stock. Not only were the wheels priced better than any big box/amazon competition, but they got delivered the next day. I only paid for 3-8 day shipping and didn't expect them until next week. I would highly recommend and plan to purchase from them again!
Morgan Henderson: We recently decided to get into quad skating and purchased some protective gear online from Endless Grind. There was a minor shipping delay due to a stock issue (very common lately), but Endless Grind went the extra mile and expedited the shipping. Everything arrived quickly and together, and it all fit according to the size guides on the website. Highly recommend!

Omar L.: The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.
Madison Callahan: My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.
Ileah: Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.

Brad Gold (NCNYChief): They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.

We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. William Fernstrum: I have purchased and played TaylorMade irons from Golf Galaxy for 15 years, and ordered P770 irons in April of this year. I was told they would be in middle of May, then June, then July 9 which is the day after I would be having surgery that would end my golf season. I just called on July 11th while recovering, and was told that TaylorMade now had an estimated ship date of August 30. I don't know whether it is TaylorMade or Golf Galaxy that can't get their stories straight, but both have lost a life long Customer. I understand that there are shortages, and I understand I'm not alone, but they keep setting an expectation that they cannot fulfill. Honesty, regardless of how bad it is, is a better policy and would have retained my business. I understand that regardless of what clubs I purchase I will be waiting and can advertorial that, but I will not accept their unwillingness or inability to fulfill their promises.
