REI: what do users think?
KW: I recently joined the cyclist life style, so I made a pit stop at REI Six Forks to pick up some equipment for my new bike. I was greeted with a smile and received white glove treatment. Kira assisted me along the way with product recommendations as she is an avid cyclist. She was amazing, and I appreciate the time she took to explain the purpose/value of certain equipment. I appreciate the excellent service at this location and will be back in the near future.
Brian Ratti: Probably the worst REI location for mens clothing. Looking for mens hiking shirts, I managed to find less than 10 total, excluding the REI. Same issue with shorts.
chan ham: Friendly staff and excellent location. However, my brompton was not ready as email and forgotten. Make sure you call to see your order status rather than just trusting email notifications.
Christopher Sanderford: They have it if you need it for your outdoor experience. Just be prepared to hunt parking due to being at the mall
Kayla: I am very delayed to getting this review up, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Reid, Lilly, and Beck. You guys were all so welcoming and warm which was very much needed for the time I was experiencing. Reid especially did an amazing job setting me up for success in order to live comfortably out of my car. He was very thoughtful and kept my best interests in mind when showing me around the store and picking out what I would and would not need. I’ve been to many REI stores and am a member, I can full heartedly say that this team fully exemplifies what I have come to benchmark as the REI experience and why I will only ever go to this outdoor store. You all showed me a kindness during a dark time in my life which I will never forget. Thanks again for providing both the products and knowledge I needed to be safe on the road.
J Greens (therealjgreens): Several super friendly people here. Great experience.
Michael Shanken: Neat store with anything you need to enjoy the outdoors. Hiking, camping, biking, rock climbing, whatever you need, they have it. Friendly staff are always willing to help. This location is 2 stories, but there is an elevator in addition to the stairs.
Michael Saunders: Great customer service
Alison Williams: Had to exchange an item and Jack was so helpful and so accommodating during the transaction. I always have a good experience here.
Muniba Khan: This was my first time at REI and I had a great experience. We came to get hiking shoes/boots before an upcoming trip to Asheville. We knew absolutely nothing about hiking shoes and the staff was so incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different options and technologies in the shoes. I left as a new REI member and with a pair of shoes I'm really excited about!
Tyler Satterwhite: Stick to selling outdoor equipment and chill with politicized marketing and branding.
Sarah Matthews: This location has the most helpful and friendly staff. Great selection, too.
Mr Reese: I got my bike from REI. The staff is friendly and helpful and their rewards program is awesome!
Patrick Lynch: Great medium sized store. If they dont have the color or size you're looking for, you or the staff can order the right thing from the website for delivery to your house (sometimes a delivery fee) or to the store (no extra fee). Employees are usually very helpful. Nice, laid back atmosphere. Seems like the men's clothing selection has gotten smaller in the past couple of years, but the kids section looks like it has expanded.
Chrissy N: At checkout I was asked at least 3 times if someone in the store helped me or told me about the reward program. No, we were there over an hour and no one spoke a word to us. I only went because Lori recommend a jacket to me. She is no longer there…Nice jacket though.*edited* Lady at register told me that co-op members earn points on Everything (while holding up my sale jacket) and the points never expire. I just read the email explaining the membership to me. Points are not earned on sale items (like I was told they were) and the points do expire……
Polly Rodriguez: Great selection and quality. Note that the REI brand clothing also seems to be high quality and design. This store also has a bargain section with returned goods. Worth checking out!
Austin Hintze: Great location with friendly staff.
Russell Teague: Better selection at this store than others. Always nice staff!
John Yager: Sales associate Jadon on first floor today was friendly and helpful, great that you have great help!
Robert Troxler: Helpful staff.
Joe Shakour: love this store, best stuff.

Action Ski & Outdoor Tours: what do users think?
Katie Brown: We have been coming here for many years! It’s a great place if you’re looking for not having to wait in long lines at the mountains for equipment. Staff are lovely and equipment is great. I would highly recommend
Bobby Ballou: I've had dealings with the Owner of this place,he used to work with Camp Sea Gull in Morehead City,he is just as crooked as they come..... Beware!
Erin Bland: Great selection and friendly staff
Ryan Neville: Incredible staff, great rentals and convenient location! 💯🏔️
Paul Parker: Always got the gear!!
Aimee Suddreth: We had a set of boots split during our first rental within seconds on the slopes and had to rent ski locally during the trip. Basically, we weren’t able to use the rented set at all. When we returned the first set to Action they said mention it next time and they would discount. Fast forward to our rental last weekend. I mentioned and was quoted 88 all in. No discount…ok small business whatever. When I picked up, it was 98. I double checked the email after and mentioned the increased cost at drop off.Katie said she miscalculated on the quote. Oh well was the attitude. The place is fine, but oblivious to customer awareness.
Karli Wilson: LIMITED BUSINESS HOURS! I had originally planned on stopping by after work, but with their limited hours this is not possible. Take note of their hours before booking rentals with them.I was disappointed in the customer service of Action Ski. I emailed asking for rentals and was quoted a price, when I got there to pickup my skiis, they increased the price by about $30-40. They told me that the employee had messed up on the quote, but didn't honor the price different. So I had to come back the next day to get the price that was promised to me. I work about 20 minutes away, so I spent 40 minutes driving two days in a row, which was frustrating.I'm no ski expert, but the boots rubbed against my shins painfully. This has never happened to me before and I made sure they were tight when I put them on. Could have been user error, could have been low quality boots.
Eric Townsend: I have to give a full 5 stars for this wonderful business and touring company! We did a full service bus trip with them and the staff was incredible. A special shout out to Katie who really goes above and beyond to help, train, and care for anyone on the trip. Thank you for making our day.
Kathleen Blum: I have rented from Action Ski for a number of years. They are always very accommodating, reasonably priced. When we take a trips west to ski, it avoids having to lose valuable ski time getting rentals. The gear has always been high quality equipment.
John Lane: Great service
Andy Raynor: Unusual hours but one of the most affordable, convenient, and friendly ski and snowboard shops in the area.
Patrick Clark: We always use Action Ski for our weekend rentals. Their prices can't be beat and the staff is always friendly. Don't be turned off by the old exterior of the house. The equipment is well taken care of. Looking forward to using them for years to come

REI: what do users think?
David H: Picked up a nice bag for my short hiking trips in taking this summer. They had a good selection. Three separate employees offered to help me find what I'm looking for - very friendly service. I think I'll be coming back.
Colorado Lions: I recently purchased a Yakima cargo box from REI Cary. Mark (from the bikes department) was extremely helpful with providing guidance on the install of my new equipment. I felt more confident driving down the road, and I'm thankful for his help. Will certainly be back to shop in the near future!
Ali Baba: Much bigger store than the North Hill location. Upon entering we were greeted and directed to the section we needed. At the shoes side had an associate who helped us navigate through the different types of jogging and running shoes. Only thing was that they did not carry Merrel running g shoes which is available online.
Rusty Shackelford: On a recent visit I found REI was still outstanding! They were having an anniversary sale and the place was packed! Even with it being a mad house the staff did not rush me when I had a question and were complete and very nice during the process. I also found some great deals in the used/bargain area which turned out great! It's always a highlight of my day when I am able to get to REI!
Rosalind Ellwood: Went to Cary NC REI several times during extremely busy 10 days of sale. Very impressed at how everyone & everything flowed so smoothly despite the chaotic crowds. Meredith & her register team professionally & calmly slogging through their long lines. All the floor team were engaging, helpful & happy to do whatever they could despite the strenuous hours & crowds. This store always has a Karma about it that one doesn’t realize is different from most stores including other REI locations. It’s because of Jim Bennet & other management’s philosophy & dedication. It makes one happy to support them by purchasing there.Cary store rocks!
Daniel Holleman: Went in to purchase a jacket and after wedding in an extremely long line was told I was not even able to purchase the jacket and unless I purchased their membership
April Williams: We have regularly shopped at this REI. We always find the staff helpful. Checkout is usually pretty fast. We have found some good items in their clearance section located at the front of the store. There are often clearance shoes in the shoe department too. They have bathrooms near the bike department. Their parking lot is paved and shared with other stores. We have never had a problem finding a parking space.
AdventureAttorney: Went into REI to fix a bike tire, and it was their anniversary sale. Made out with some great deals and new Rainbow flip flops for cheap!
Diane DeBruine: I went to REI looking for new shoes. I live 1 hour and 10 minutes from the closest REI. So a 2 hour 20 minute trip for new shoes. The return policy is amazing which is why I choose to shop at REI. I found a shoe that I liked but the top of one shoe and the laces were dirty. I take good care of my shoes and when I buy them new I don't like for them to be dirty. When I told the sales women they were dirty she said it was no big deal. That the shoes were fine. But if I'm going to spend $200 on shoes I'd like for them to be clean. She didn't offer to get me a different clean pair in the same size. Poor customer service at the Cary REI.
Michael: Shopped for footwear …salesperson more interested in her cellphone than customer service …went to Durham store where I had the opposite experience…very helpful employees there …highly recommend the extra few miles to the Durham REI !!
Bill Snodgrass: My wife, my daughter and I all bought things. And had I practiced less restraint I would have bought more. Mary waited on me and was fabulous. upon learning that my wife and daughter were hiking Mt. Leconte she was full of information.
Ethan Aliff: Excellent customer service and great products for outdoor activities!
Michael Carter: Wonderful place to shop ! LOTS to choose from , and customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful , and patient ! The manager of this store seems to be really good at choosing the staff .
Brittany Graham: Went in this to get fitted for and purchase new hiking boots. Despite the store being relatively empty, it seems that the employees would rather talk amongst themselves than help a customer who is patiently waiting. I left without getting any sort of service. They will not get my business.
Say: Great selection of outdoor stuffs! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Bathroom in good.
vanessa koliadko: It was suggested that I take my son to REI to be properly fitted for his hiking backpack. I would like to say that we had a very awesome experience. He and I have never done anything like this before and Mark and Shannon were both phenomenal with making sure we understood everything we needed to know about our packs and the proper fitment. One of our bags was brand new and the other was donated to us. The donated one ended up having dry rotted sinch straps and we discussed the need to have those replaced. I also asked Shannon if there were any packs she would recommend for myself and she lead me to one that fit me very well and best of all it was on sale. I highly recommend these folks if you need any information on backpacking. A+ from me.
Rebecca Hunt: I wandered into REI looking for a backpack. I had looked at all the other usual stores and was disappointed. REI had just what I was looking for. I was very excited. REI is the perfect store for everything you need for outdoor activities. REI has everything you need, from hiking and camping to any outdoor activity. Clothing to cooking and everything in between. The associates are friendly and helpful. You should wander in and check out their merchandise! I am sure you will find items that you need at a great price! Enjoy your shopping trip in REI.
John Glass: First time here, was surprised to find at checkout the item we wanted was “members only”. Would be nice to have signs or something for that with the item. Shout out to Ali who was very helpful, completely the opposite of Melissa who refused to even look in our “non member” direction. Melissa, next time try telling new shoppers about the program instead of just yelling across the checkout to your peer that we can’t buy it.
Joshua Chory: Not a great selection of gloves for adults at any of the locations
Amy M.C.: Love REI!
Earl Struble: Place looked picked through, long lines but the service staff was super friendly and moved you quickly.

The North Face Crabtree Valley Mall: what do users think?
Bryan Tomlinson (BTDesigns): No staff interaction and too much products no clear signage
Katty R: Excellent
Drew Walton: Super expensive
Sam Sam: Average store with not great collections. Was looking for a specific design and couldn't find thatAlso - the 30% offer is really a gimmick, all old and ugly pieces are in deal.Rest all the pieces are very average too with not so many varieties.
PRAVEEN MANIYATH: Great place
Google User: Staff seem to love the great outdoors… because they treat you like dirt. Although the store was almost empty none of the 3 staff there were any help and we had to struggle to get a coat down from the high rack. Each question we had was quickly brushed off like we were interrupting them. We gave up and found a parka at another store. Whoever the manager is needs to do some training on customer service.
Braulio Garcia: Friendly staff, organized, well stocked.
Kathy Bruening: People were great
Darrell Trump: Very nice mall. All the best stores. A little hard to get in and out, parking difficult
Sheila Dunn: Checked them out got a summer hat.
Cecaial Jones: It's great! If you ever go to NC try to visit here
Mike Monanteras: Fantastic!!Great Customer Service too!!Very Friendly and Helpful!!5 Stars!!
Christy Kinnion: Pleasant service. No stress shopping experience.
Jessica Mata: Great store, easy to navigate. Helpful employees who helped us find the size shirt we needed and checking if it was in stock.
David Weiss: Just tried to exchange a piece and get a larger size, and return one other and don’t want to chase the gift giver down for the receipt, the associate went back to speak with a manager (Asia, I think) was having a nice chat with the other front of house associate, and the original one returned with the news from Asia that without a receipt they not only would not take my return for store credit, I also would not be allowed to exchange the other for the proper size. This policy (assuming it actually is policy) is completely tone deaf to the rest of the service oriented offerings of other high flying brands in the 21st century, and the manager at the store here was also rude and cowardly to send this message without even showing their face. A THIRD associate tried to intervene and suggest that it’s entirely possible to do a size swap (the item in question was on display right at the front of the store) and the mouthpiece of Asia came back with the grave face assuring the associate that attempted a rescue that Asia would have none of that skullduggery. In short, rude, backwards policy, and cowardly. Was actually wearing one of my favourite NF shirts as I came in after some adventures in the German 4x4, but after this experience, I will be rethinking my adventure wardrobe entirely. Looks like another brand riding their vestigial momentum left over from the 20th Century. What a shame.
Demetriuse Pollard: Nice and expensive too
Trevor MacPherson: Prefer Mtn Hardwear but still some nice stuff
John Hanken: Great snow gear and general winter bling. Staff is super attentive.
Ryan Youngblood: The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with product questions. Their customer service is awesome!
Ivan Salazar: Gran surtido y gran calidad
Kevin Gaughan: Nice mall good selection of stores

Apex Outfitter & Board Co.: what do users think?
Sean Travers: Absolutely love everything about this company!!
Andrew: Awesome little store! A lot of outdoor gear and shoes. They also have accessories such as lip balm, gadgets, etc. There was a lot of Pantagonia gear which is nice but also loud fabric. I wish they carried a larger variety of companies. Awesome store though!!
Bryan “DigitalB” Tomlinson: Great local option for sportswear
Bryan Tomlinson (BTDesigns): Great shop in Downtown Raleigh good selection of sportswear and they have Vans
Josh Jones: Great location, quality products, and friendly and helpful service. The prices are competitive with places like REI and Backcountry, and they're one of the few retailers in the area who carries Fjallraven products. If you want something in a size they don't have, they can get it.

Great Outdoor Provision Co.: what do users think?
T whitetail: Store had a good sale going on. Super friendly shoe guy.
Ed Vennik: Great selection, and knowledgeable staff.
Preston Ball: Needs better hiking clothes, especially for women.
Melanie Knight: Great place to shop for all kinds of provisions, including nice clothes--even for just regular living (there's a nice selection of shoes & socks too!). Just took my husband there on his birthday, and he picked out two summer shirts and a pair of socks. The people there are friendly and offer help when needed but are not overbearing. While the inventory is all new, stylish, and made in accordance with emerging technology, the customer service is wonderfully old school. Highly recommended.
Eric Hepburn: Great staff and service! John got me setup with my new kayak and trailer. Very knowledgeable and always ready to help! This is how you retail!
Jane Seo: I had ordered an Eagle Creek luggage and proceeded to this store to purchase. I couldn't find the item on the floor and asked an employee to help locate the item. I explained that I had ordered the item online and received confirmation. He seemed annoyed and walked us over to where all of the Eagle Creek items were located. The specific item that I ordered was not there. He then stated that not everything shown online is ACTUALLY available in the store, that it's not always in the inventory. He didn't bother to check in the back. Instead, he went to the front computer and kept saying that the store doesn't carry item. Eventually, the register showed the item in store. I persisted but he did not seem to want to help me make this purchase.
Andrew Smith: Friendly staff! Peyton was extremely helpful in answering my plethora of questions. Thanks again!
Nuna Business: Staff VERY knowledgable and helpful. When asking about items in store-they knew exactly what I needed. Always a pleasure to shop here.
Jim Cokonis: Good company and store. The selection of kayaks and knowledge of staff is VERY good. (This is what brought me in, they are a Hobie dealer)The only reason this is not five stars is one communication was dropped but it is not earth shattering. They also have a nice selection of ladies apparel for my wife. The store also teaches classes on fly fishing, tying and more.
Edd Hughes: Has everything you need for outdoors!
Ugo Vuotto: Friendly staff did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything, Parking around xmas was a bit challenging, but definitely not their fault. Good brands are available.
Brian Ratti: Good quality products, good selection of dependable brands.
Sam Sigarto: Love that store.
Teresa: I went here to buy a pair of hiking shoes and the staff here was really helpful. They helped me try on different styles and sizes. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and I ended up buying a pair that was on sale. I learned that their return policy is about a month long, which is much shorter than REI.
Wes Hall - WalksOnOne: Great store and exceptional staff
Dave McWatters: Very helpful staff and they carry a good selection of gear.
Jeffrey Howard: Great selection and very reasonable prices!Sales and clearance racks are worth taking your time to go through!
Jill Mertens: Good service without being too in your face.
Mike K: Great store and people. While they didn't have what I was looking for today, I had fun shopping. Not sure how they make the floors creak in a modern building, but I love it.
Ray Barnette: Tremendous selection of outdoor wear.
Sean Deacon: Very friendly and helpful team, good selection of gear

Play It Again Sports: what do users think?
Whitney Smith: My son and I stopped by yesterday afternoon in search of soccer cleats, gear, and track spikes. Walked in and the woman and young man behind the counter did their very best to ignore us. Walked right past the front counter, holding eye contact with the young man for a few seconds, and nothing. No greeting, can I help you find anything…zilch. As we looked around, the young man appeared on the opposite side of the shoe rack, but still never spoke. The woman behind the counter offered a hearty greeting to some folks who came in after us. As we left to go spend my hard earned money at Dick’s (since nobody seemed to care to help or acknowledge us), they literally watched us walk out the door without a single word. No have a nice day, no thanks for coming in…just cold blank stares. Needless to say, we won’t be visiting again, and I’ll be sure to ask my fellow football, basketball, track, and soccer moms not to either.
Kenny rogister: This place is such a joke don't waste time going here
Pete Botjer: Sell your unused sports stuff and get some that you'll actually use. They have a lot of bikes. Swing by when your kids outgrow theirs.
Clay Womble: I Always find the right club here.
G.d. Jonsgaard: No guns. No ammo. Lib weenies run this place
mr sam: I look on ebay and I find the weight bench I was looking at half the price. I look on walmart and I find the hex bar 80 dollars less. If you don't know the value of this stuff these people are going to rip you off bad.
Katherine: As my first time here, the employees were excellent! I sold a machine to them, and they were so helpful with getting it out of my car. I wish them the best!
Navar Bennett: Nice small shop, I got the assistance and was out there quickly.
Donnie Brown: Customer service was great. The selection if equipment is amazing. I found the prices to be the same as big box stores but on some items prices were better at this store.
Erick Thompson: Friendly service and nice selection!
Randy Cohen: I didn't see what I was looking for but I enjoy seeing what they have. The staff is great and very friendly. I'll be back soon, always new stuff coming in.
Heather Saunders: Friendly and helpful staff, good selection for disc golf and an array of other sports as well.
Ryan Baldy: Charge way too much for frisbee golf discs. Even used ones I saw where mostly 10 bucks and over. I'm better off diving in the creek to find some than to come here
Matt Kucmyda: Great customer service. I called for stock and prices and they proactively offered to call me when they had it in stock. Can't get that everywhere.
Amanda O: I was in search for free weights so my husband can continue his physical therapy at home. We checked all over town and tried ordering on all the box store websites. We were both quite frustrated when I decided to give Play it Again Sports a call. They said they were getting a shipment of weights in an hour or so. I dropped by thinking it would be a fail but it was the total opposite. They were unloading so many items. Each staff member was so friendly and knew exactly what they had and where to find each item. They went way above and beyond during this crazy time when all the gyms are closing and everyone is searching for gym equipment. You have a customer for life. Thank you for your hard work and superior customer service
Antonio Burt: The pictures need to be updated. I would recommend calling before you drive there for items that are no longer available.
brian “blp” Phillips: For disc golf they are way over priced on all used discs. This place is a joke...Literally had a dx teebird with a chuck biyt2 out if it priced at 4.99 Really new mint is 8.99Like I said don't bother wasting your time here...... :(If I could give a negative star I would
William Feldman: This location is great!!!But these are franchised. Other locations are not as good
Kyle Kromer: Great store nice selection.
Shirley Burch: The clerk who was working was tremendous help. Able to get in, then out!
John Harris: I brought a set of gently used golf clubs that I don't use anymore to see if they could sell them. I was in the store and back out in 3 minutes. My clubs were "older than what they wanted". They suggested that I could throw them away if I didn't want them...?????

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Omar L.: The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.
Madison Callahan: My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.
Ileah: Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.
Keith Nelson: This Dick’s location is great. Staff is friendly
Brad Gold (NCNYChief): They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.
Anthony Alatis: Really big golf selections...knowledgable staff at the golf club repair area
J C: Great store…. Lot’s of good brands
Colby Thomas: ****Dick’s, Please address this concern immediately!****I would absolutely recommend Dick’s to friends, family and local residents! We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I never ask you all for anything. However, I need the management staff at his location to acknowledge and reward him for his hard work/talents. Thank you so much! Colby Thomas
Charlie G: Stopped in to browse. Looks like good quality stuff. More functional than fashion, but the stuff seems nice. I mainly looked at winter clothes.
Ginger Reed: Stop by to grab a new sweatshirt during the Black Friday sale. I was not disappointed with 50% off and soft one.
See Boon Soo: One cashier working. Take forever
Saleh Mu: Got a good deal on a ball
John J McGuinness: Louie was awesome when my driver needed a new shaft. He was knowledgeable and got me what was required….and a fine English gentleman to boot… thanks Louie!
Edward Pack: This store doesn't sell NC Fishing Licenses anymore.
nikki drayton: Derek and Ryan were amazing! Derek helped me find my purchases, carried them across the store, and ensured my checkout with Ryan was seamless. I'll definitely be back!
Gil Fdz: Excellent place for sports stuff... friendly staff!!!
Clifton Harper: Good product selections for store size, good customer service, reasonable prices for product offerings.
Carlos Sarria: Employees are super welcoming and very helpful to find what you are looking for.
Huma Hashmi: Dominique helped me find a pair of shoes I loved today! I went in really lost, with a general idea of what I wanted but without details of actual shoes. He was really though, thoughtful and, offered me a variety of options at different price points for my needs and even helped me get in soles that I really needed
Eddie King: excellent.
William Fernstrum: I have purchased and played TaylorMade irons from Golf Galaxy for 15 years, and ordered P770 irons in April of this year. I was told they would be in middle of May, then June, then July 9 which is the day after I would be having surgery that would end my golf season. I just called on July 11th while recovering, and was told that TaylorMade now had an estimated ship date of August 30. I don't know whether it is TaylorMade or Golf Galaxy that can't get their stories straight, but both have lost a life long Customer. I understand that there are shortages, and I understand I'm not alone, but they keep setting an expectation that they cannot fulfill. Honesty, regardless of how bad it is, is a better policy and would have retained my business.
