Laura Myrick: I can’t believe I’m about to say that I actually had fun shopping for jeans today!! Day (sp?) was so helpful and really challenged me on sizing up and down in several different garments. I was hesitant to stray from my usual skinny jeans, but walked away so happy with a new pair of straight jeans and stovepipe jeans, plus some cute shorts and button-downs. I literally hadn’t shopped in person in years but it made such a difference, and the team there spent close to an hour with me comparing sizes and styles!

I was looking for a specific style of jeans and Skip was incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Not only do he and Alyssa have superb senses of style, they offer great recommendations tailored to each person’s desired look. Hands down the best Madewell store I’ve been to!

Huge shoutout to Erin and Emily!I’d never bought anything from Madewell before, and I came in needing to add staples to my wardrobe like jeans and plain tees. They greeted me right away and asked if I needed help, I explained what I was looking for, and they were all over it. They brought me all kinds of different jeans in just my size and style, and then new pairs based on my feedback. They made great recommendations and gave me feedback on the try-ons (this was extremely helpful since I was shopping on my own).I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of jeans, 4 tops, and a pair of shoes. They were refreshingly attentive and friendly and truly made the shopping experience a pleasure.This was hands-down the best shopping experience I've had in a very long time, possibly ever. I'll still remember it a year from now. All thanks to Emily and Erin - the Tan France energy that I needed today! They truly went above and beyond to help me, and I want to come back just to get styling help from them again. I hope this feedback is shared with their manager so they can hear what awesome team members they have. Absolutely made my day.

The day was special because it was my birthday but it was even more special because it was celebrated with the support of this team and the feeling that my family was part of being here at that mall with these wonderful staff. If you ever want to have a day where you feel special too then I suggest you go over to Madewell and enjoy the celebration and happiness that I felt the day.

Olivia Lanier: I had the best time visiting the Crabtree Madewell store! I went in just to make a quick return and walked out pleasantly surprised by how much I found that I liked. Ally was so attentive and kind, despite also helping multiple other customers at the same time. She made multiple helpful and thoughtful suggestions and picked out several tops and my new favorite pair of jeans that I never would have picked for myself, but ended up loving. She even went as far as offering other ideas for ways to style them. Hands down the best in-person shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.

London Simone: The finest place to shop is at Old Navy. The jeans fit me well, and the pricing are fantastic. I adore the various sorts of attire for every occasion. The clearance pricing are excellent. The store is spotless and well-kept. The personnel is courteous, and the one-day sale is the best.
Cynthia Bethune-Odom: I've been wearing Old Navy since its inception but today, I may reconsider this. I called this location today to see if there was a shirt in stock for a friend. I was on hold for 20+ min starting at 12:55 pm with no checking-in. Plus, the employee who answered acted like she did not want to do her job.
Jay Lay: Store was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. So this store in particular is a good one.But Old Navy generally has spun out of control. They used to be a value oriented company that had clothes slightly lower quality than the major stores for a much lower price.Now the quality is so bad that it feels comparable to Shein or Wish clothing. But the prices are the same as regular major brands. Not good. For instance, their clothes are lower in quality than Targets store brand, yet it's almost twice the price.They are constantly having 50% off sales. And at that point the prices are about what they should be every day. I'm not sure who is running this company, but they need to choose if they want to be premium clothing with premium pricing or cheap clothing with cheap prices. Right now they are trying to do both and it's not working.
Melissa Pulley: This Old Navy is a nice location with a good selection variety. While it was sometimes hard to tell which sale signs applied to which clothing racks, there were good deals to be found.The clothing racks (except for the clearance section) were largely tidy and in order.

Felicia Ruth: I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.
K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Nadia: Sonia was such a blessing, she helped me pick the right outfit. I am short and she knew the right fit for me. Now I feel confident going to my meetings.
Lynetta Spells: Love the selection they have now and how organized it is(swimwear looks good too). However I had no help after a staff member placed my clothes in the dressing room. Staff should at least say hello when people walk in, the store wasn’t busy and I still had to walk out twice to find other sizes because no one was present. This is why I enjoy going to Nordstrom the service and help I receive is so much better.

Mariss: I haven't shopped at Express since 2008. There have been so many changes in how the clothing is manufactured that it no longer benefited me to visit. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. I appreciate the professionalism at Express.Thank You ladies. I will return again.

Nicole Lea: Express has fallen off within the last eight years. The clothes are overpriced and the store managers are poorly trained in customer service and politeness. Shopping at this store is not a pleasant experience, this company does not value their customers and after two negative experiences I will not spend my money here again.

Lynn Renee: Crabtree Location: Love the clothes but too expensive not to be able to get customer service. When I went to the store I had to ask 3 different people a question and still could not get an answer. I finally asked one of the shoppers for help. He even tried on a jacket to try and help me figure out how the sizes ran since 3 sales associates could not tell me. After finding the size I asked if they had a pair of pants in the back to go with a suit jacket that I found. The customer is the one who told me they had a lot of back stock! The sales person went and got the pants but when I got home I noticed they were a different color and fabric from the suit jacket. Spent almost $600 on two suits and the main black suit that I went to get didn't even match. I will be taking both of them back next week and getting my refund. They had one cashier and the line was extremely long. Apparently with all the sales help they need to cross train so the cashier will have some help! The customer service is terrible. They only got 2 stars because I love the clothes and the way they fit my son.

Mariss: I haven't shopped at the Gap since I relocated from New York. Gap has stood the test of the time as one of the highest quality denim retail stores. Their quality is unmatched. I have been shopping their factory locations and retail locations for years. I especially like to shop for my daughter and children here. My daughter is making way into her preteen year and Joseph helped us with figuring out her new denim size now that she no longer shops in the Kids section.The denim fit perfectly and Joseph checked on us while in the fitting room periodically. I used my Gap Cash promotion paired with 30% off and saved $80 off today! Joseph deserves a promotion.
Miss Tee: Gap has been around forever. Overrated if you ask me! Need to come down on the prices for newborns. A pair of jeans can be anywhere between 25 on up. Crazy. Unless you catch a good sale. Nothing to brag about.

Teri Carpenter: Terrible customer service at this location! I placed an order for two items and drove 30 minutes to pick it up right at opening. I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.
Pamela Fonseca: It was 7pm and they closed the fitting room when there was maybe 3 people in the store. When I asked the girl if she could open it she said no. I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. I know one of them could’ve went to the fitting room. They were just very rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at old navy after this.
