Paul Nounderson: Good enough selection of OLED TVs and not much of a line. Nice geek workers who were helpful, not much stock of Sim cards but good prices on the ones they have. Mostly a mint mobile selection often out of the 3 month supply but they had 2 today.
Raquel Reynolds: Do not shop here! All my credit cards were stolen and the thieves went directly to this store. They spent over $7,000! Associates allowed 2 men with my card to do transaction after transaction with multiple credit cards and with no conscience. Multiple duplicate items were purchased and with a card with a WOMANS name on it and not one person blinked an eye. When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.
1ncChief: Understaffed as usual. Found what I was looking for on shelf above unorganized display, hunted down a rolling safety ladder and got it down myself. Would have been just like shopping at Home Depot except couldn't check myself out.Had to stand in line for 10+ minutes to wait for the (1) cashier. Would definitely have used Amazon if I hadn't needed item right away.

Demaris Anderson: My SE Apple Watch was less than 3months old and got stuck in a reboot loop and then would not turn on. It continued to only show the apple logo after charging . After talking with apple support they said to send my watch in for hardware repairs as I was still in my warranty period. Today I was told apple will not honor the hardware warranty on my watch due to the screen scuffs. The advisor I spoke to openly said the hardware issues were unrelated to the screen but apple will still not repair the hardware. The only option to get the watch working is to pay $200 to also have a new screen. Why would apple encourage me to send my watch to be repaired without asking if the screen was in perfect condition if this is protocol? I am so disappointed with the product and service. Apple warranties are fraudulent scams.

He told me that the motherboard in my phone needs to be replaced and tried charging me $400 eventhough there is nothing wrong with the motherboard. I didn’t go for it and just went down the street to a phone repair place.

I’ve lost about to hours to connect and solve the issue without a solution.Next day I’ve tried another T-mobile point but that day a guy in the office told that “the system is already down”.Complete failure

So you have to call back and this time the "so called" supervisor a Mr. Hubert who refused to give his 1st name tells you they did not hang up on you but yet you can hear when they put down the receiver and hang up on you. Do not use this store. No phone etiquette, Very rude, argumentative staff. I learned early on in life when someone is speaking you wait your turn. Instead i get this mr. hubert who continues speaking over me the entire time. I could not get a word out and this time it was me that hung up. And by the way, No stars from me. they make you at least mark one in order to post review.

Sylvia Reyes: Incompetent representatives that added unauthorized fees and completely messed up billing as well as misrepresented requirements for a promotion (I learned this from talking to their corporate support team), creating a nightmare for me to clean up. I am call #7 to TMobile trying to clean up the mess created. I wasted over 3.5 h total just in the store, having to return because they had "issues with the web" when trying to set up billing to include a $300 down payment on an iphone, then from there aligning monthly billing for the balance. Apparently this is rocket science for these folks. This place is the worst! DO NOT come to this store; go to the Crabtree Valley Mall or another "corporate" store.
Dee O'Brien: A very knowledgeable, Martez Edwards, in tour Six Forks, Mom Raleigh store helped me to migrate from Sprint to “T”!! I was filled with questions and he was so patient in answering all of them. Because I have to come back, he offered to come in to fit my schedule!! That doesn’t happen with the other companies. Because of his excellent service, I am happy to join the “T” family. And even better, my monthly charge is lower!!!! Thank you Martez!!!!!

So I was happy and did the trade-in.Three days later, I called the support to confirm the trade-in value and surprisingly found out that I wasn't eligible for the $800 value, but just $500.They said I should be able to solve the problem in the store.I went back, and the guy who helped me earlier confirmed that the trade-in value is $800. However, after a call to the support, he said that I could get the full $800 trade-in value only if I upgrade my plan.This was not the initial discussion, far from it.I asked to talk to the manager, but she wasn't there.I called later, and she said she would call me back.That never happened.When you tell a customer that he will get $800 for a trade-in and 3 days later the amount changes to $500, the customer won't be happy.We've traded 4-5 phones before this incident without any issues, but I'm considering changing the network if this is happening again.1 star for the manager for not keeping her word and not even bothering to call back a customer.

This ongoing customer support is great!More recently (early Jan 2021), I urgently needed help with a phone problem. Jeff Sledge: My fiancé went into this T-Mobile to upgrade his phone. He first called to make sure the location had the phone in stock before he went. A young lady answered and said they have some. On the website it says the store closes at 9, but the young lady asked if my fiancé could be there before 6:30 because they were closing at 7. My fiancé was already at another appointment but rushed and made it at 6:20. He then spoke to a male associate wearing glasses. He didn’t get his name but he explained that we had just did an upgrade the day before, and he wanted to do the same with his phone. The associate was very condescending toward my fiancé almost as if he was annoyed and didn’t want to do it. He found the smallest knick on the corner of the phone which was barely noticeable, and told my fiancé T-Mobile wouldn’t accept the phone because it was damaged. My fiancé asked the man if he was messing with him because of his tone and his demeanor. He responded by saying I’m not messing with you, T-Mobile won’t take it. My fiancé then said okay he’ll go somewhere else. And the man just said have a nice day. As my fiancé was leaving the young lady he spoke to on the phone asked the other associate if he was able to do it and he said no it was too damaged. We’re not from here we’re from NYC and have been working in customer service for more then 10 years, and if they didn’t want to be bothered, they could of just not answered because of how long it was going to take or just say no they didn’t have any or whatever. They got hired to do a job, and to be rude and condescending is unnecessary and unacceptable. Oh my fiancé found a different T-Mobile that was glad to upgrade his phone and make the sale.

Pressure Pros: Online it says you are open but when I travel clear across town to get there the door is locked then when I can no one answered and your voicemail says 11am you open. You need to fix that because it’s misleading and has me travel unnecessarily far only to look at someone inside ignore me while I wait. Thank you

Vanese Jones: So this happened... received my new phone, went to this location and purchased two accessories.. reluctantly.. because normally I purchase them on Amazon but they didn't have any available for the phone I purchased. Manny assured me I was making the best choice by purchasing the accessories from T-mobile instead of Amazon. The glass protector nor the case were economical priced like Amazon, however Manny let me know it came with a lifetime warranty.. 🤔.. he even put the case and protector on for me! Well 1 week later... 💥 BOOM.. I drop my phone and the glass protector cracked.. I called and the manager told me to bring it back to the store.. at 7:48pm.. (they close at 8pm).. I came in and Manny and the manager took care of me no problem..looked me up in the system, installed my new screen protector and I was on my way, no hassle. Love the customer service at this location! This is the only location I will be going to and because of their knowledge I will ONLY purchase accessories from the store. T-mobile you owe them!!

Julia was Fantastic in helping me with transferring my old phone info to my new phone, walking me through the procedure of erasing the old phone’s info Plus, she helped me with my decision making on the New phone I’m going to purchase in the coming days! Julia is definitely well versed on T-Mobile products and she’s outstanding with customers! I’ve been with T-Mobile for roughly 12+ years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had In-Store with any company!

Gato Libero: Scam location (not really) - bad SIM card (also not really). For whatever reason this store is handing out un-registered SIM cards. When you call T-Mobile to activate the card they cannot find it in their system. They also CHARGED me $10 for the SIM, which according to T-Mobile they should not have done. I should have received the SIM card and had the activation done for free.Update: turns out another store couldn't activate my SIM either, so I can't blame them for a bad SIM. It should have been free though. Changed my star rating to 4 because it wasn't their fault the SIM didn't work.

There resolve was that the new I phone was defective. Took it too Best Buy the next day they could find nothing wrong with the phone had it activated in 10 minutes. I would not recommend anyone go to this location in fact run as fast as you can from it my suggestion is go too Best Buy especially if you have a I phone and just so you know I am a long time customer.I gave it one star because I had to not because they deserve a score that high

Went to T-Mobile today and asked them what I could do, as I was talking to an employee someone else came in and ask what was going on, she took a look at my charger port and figured it was dirty. She cleaned it out and now phone is charging like new, easy as it gets

When she could not figure out my issue she asked for assistance. Her coworker Ty attempted then turned it over to Javon. They did not leave me nor give up.
