Inspire: I partner with the Tile Shop for most of my renovations and have always had a great experience working with all of them. This week I was blown away with the customer service Neena provided when she offered to help me out with a delivery which she did not have to do but after I had let her know what I was going through she just offered to make my week a lot easier and promptly delivered my material. Honestly made my day when she offered to help out as its been a hectic month! Definitely come here for your tile needs, they sell quality and stylish tile at a great price! Q W.: I went in on valentines day to their ER. The Dr. L. Conger didn't check my urine or blood and just assumed my diagnosis. The nurse wanted to do tests but he just said I was fine and they threw away my urine. Turns out I had a UTI for over a month! They sent me home with stomach medications -.- They didn't work. I AM still really sick bc of the lack of care by Dr. Conger I needed antibiotics. I went to WakeMed today and received blood and urine tests which showed the infection. Dr Conger needs to do tests, everytime SIR. You just guessed, literally only looked inside my mouth. Tests make an educated guess. I'd hope the Doctors employed by Duke would order routine tests for every sick ER patient. -- Turns out other people are complaining about lack of care by Dr. L. Conger in the reviews. I contacted the NC Division of Health Service Regulations and filed a patient complaint. The Duke contact webpage has a link, or you can Google if you've also received neglectful care from Duke ER.
Joe Davis: Wife had her jewelry stolen after procedure and when we contacted them about it, we were told this happens all the time. That doesn't make it okay. That makes it worse. I would not recommend coming here for anything. Stuff will go missing clearly and they will not care.
Sparkle Mosby: After a very unpleasant & unfortunate experience with another local hospital who shall remain nameless(they aren't even worth mentioning) my daughter and I came to Duke Raleigh. It was late at night & I understand most of the staff were tired but the Dr & nurse who took care of my daughter were very thorough, compassionate & empathetic. Their names escape me right now but I will never forget their faces or what they've done to make my daughter feel comfortable & to give her a proper diagnosis. Emergency Rooms can be hit or miss sometimes but this is the 2nd time I had to use Duke Raleigh and they pleased me everytime. If I need emergency care again, Duke Raleigh will be my first choice.
cierra callahan: honestly yesterday was my first time at that hospital and it was insane. I had got there and waited for 4 hours to finally get seen, they would not give me water even tho i already had my iv fluids go inside me. some of the nurses were very very rude to me. One incident was, i had two nurses in one room and i asked one of them if i can unplug the annoying beeping bed and she confirmed, 2 hours later im having the worst pain and the other nurse comes in and has a very bad attitude with me about the bed...i told her the other nurse told me it was okay but she was being so rude to me and made the main priority the bed when i was in visible pain When i started to cry she told me to stop and said "we don't do that here". It seems like nobody here likes their job and takes it out on their patients. get rid of rude staff thanks.
T Robinski: It really is a wildly rude environment, disdainful toward families with children, not where you want your family member to be stuck, even for elective surgery. Stay away. WakeMed or Duke Durham is much preferred. Illogical "covid" policies is absolutely correct.Side note- I also overheard an obviously frail and disabled elderly woman telling the staff at the front desk that she was feeling threatened and afraid of the female security guard that was posting up on her and speaking agressively when she walked in. The staff members response was "oh that's just how she stands". So there you go, that's our new standard of care. "We do what we want, no matter how it makes you feel. And you deal with it. Your feelings are not valid" is the entire vibe.

While checking in at 5 pm - they had no courtesy even. It is not about water bottle which cost a dollar. It is about the time at night when all walking distance store are closed. The Manager on duty is someone who need yo be taught the Marriott way of hospitality. This staff needs to be trained to speak with guest. The management need to check video for 11-30 to see how their front line staff deals with guests .
Stephen Spencer: This hotel has an excellent location that is walking distance to a number of restaurants and is across the street from the Raleigh convention center, the rooms were amazing and the food at the restaurant was good. I was in town for a conference and they were a great host hotel.
Christina Solano: Very updated and classy hotel. It’s beautiful and has a restaurant inside with a full bar. The location is walkable to many places including Red Hat Amphitheater. I want to give this place 5 stars but it wasn’t very quite in our room. My water bottle rattled on the nightstand on the 3rd floor. There was a vent or something in our room that was rattling. We put a bag and some things against it to make it stop. We were able to park on the street for free overnight Saturday to Sunday. I would consider staying here again.

The rooms feature high-end finishings including comfy mattresses and plush duvets, deluxe headboards, lounge chaise, smart TV, ample storage in drawers and closet, work chair and desk, with walk-in shower. The hotel is on the older side (e.g., air vents showing their age) but you would think the rooms are almost brand-new based on the renovations and amazing upkeep by staff and management. My only complaints with the room are (1) smoke detector has a blinking light, which I absolutely abhor as someone that sleeps in the dark) (2) room door has a sizable gap underneath, which let's in a lot of light and noise (especially if you're next to the elevator) - I've unfortunately always been placed in rooms right next to the elevator despite preferring the opposite.Facilities: The Raleigh City Center Marriott is a full-service hotel featuring it's own restaurant, Rye Bar and Southern Kitchen, which I've unfortunately never tried, well-stocked gym, and indoor pool and jacuzzi (see pictures). The pool is pretty short but usually not busy and has shower, towels, and restroom right next to it. The Raleigh City Center does have an executive M-lounge for platinum and above Marriott Bonvoy members (more on this below).Service: Hotel staff are very friendly all around. Platinum and above (Titanium + Ambassador) Marriott Bonvoy members have access to one of the best executive M lounges (pictured) I've ever been in. The lounge isn't large but features large-screen TVs, ample seating and lounge areas, booth / desks for work / breakfast. Roni, the evening lounge specialist, keeps tasty hors d'oeurves (love the multi-colored carrots) well-stocked and serves up delicious desert (chocolate cake they serve is divine!). Levi at the front desk is always super friendly. I've spoken with Edward Clayton, the manager, who is extremely nice and personable. Agent Gomez PR: Please DO NOT STAY HERE! the upper rooms have really bad mold. The curtains on the back of them facing outside have mold on them from the cool air meeting the heat from the windows. It's bad mold too we changed rooms and the new room still had it. We were planing to extend but not anymore. The night shift lady was super nice but the 1st shift lady didn't care at all about it. Mollie Brown: At check in the two ladies working were busy talking to each other - we had to wait for their conversation to end before we were helped.We were in our room when the door opened and another guest walked in - talk about unsettling. They had given someone else the same room claiming we all had the same last name (were they not actually checking ID’s as they should have been?). We went to leave our room & needed to get back in - couldn’t because they had deactivated our key cards. Went to get new cards & they went in to how they de-magnetize easily - told them it wasn’t the key, it was them giving someone our room & them de-activating everyone’s cards.Really just not pleased with this whole check in/staff interaction - it felt like they weren’t paying attention & this incident was a direct result of their actions.There is only one working elevator for 20ish floors.The rooms, common spaces & furniture were covered in rips and stains.Overall the location and price point are the only thing this place had going for it. Would not return.

England: I decided to stay here for a few days. I haven't stayed here in years. This place needs a complete renovation. Apparently the lobby and restaurant area was only renovated.The rooms are very outdated. The carpet and furniture stinks and gave me a very bad headache. The floor I was on was hot and apparently the air wasn't working properly. The internet services wasn't working properly either.This is not a place I would choose to stay at again. Big dogs were walking around everywhere. They were in the eating areas just very uncomfortable for me. I personally don't like to eat around animals.

Evelyn Capps: I'll start by saying I really liked this hotel. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, huge room and in a great location. Easy to walk to several restaurants. I stayed here 6 days and 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or replenished with fresh towels after several requests. There is a sign that tells you after the 3rd night they will service your room. I waited patiently and then asked about service three times and it was just never done.
Erik Rogers: Hotel is in a great spot if you are visiting NC State. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they charge you $12 per day to park. I get when they do this when you are near a major transportation hub or space is very limited but that’s not the case here. Just one of those things that I feel like is 100% a money grab. Karim Mady: The room was massive , with everything you can imagine, nice toiletries, big shower and comfy beds. However they don’t ride up the room everyday automatically they do it every other day or you can ask for daily at a cost. The room has a basic coffee machine with pods that come in both caffeinated and decaffeinated and complimentary water bottles . Overall I highly recommend the hotel and the location is amazing
