All inside festivities and the family dinner . My wife enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area so much we extended our stay for an extra (3) days. swathi nakka: The service was very bad. No body lotion in the bathroom and have to call for that . I was asked to come down and pick it up. No house keeping for two days and the reason was they are short on their staff. They didn't even tell me thus at the time of checking in. I found a paper that had that information slipped under the door when I woke up. The water from the toilet tank was leaking and the entire bathroom was flooded. When called for the service, the answer was they have one engineer who is working onsite and he is busy, will come and attend on priority bases. I was in the toilet the next day getting ready for the shower snd someone knocked the door, even before I responded he just uncloed my door from outside a d was about to come in, I quickly dressed up and it was the engineer who was impatient and wanted to get his job done . So he can actually get into the room without my permission. Even the cheapest motel will not have this kind of pair service. This place is just overrated and a rip off.

Leighann Breeze: Stayed on a Saturday night. The hotel didn’t seem busy but the surrounding area was very crowded. Parking was a pain but we got a spot on the 5th floor of the parking deck, located across the street. There is valet parking as well. Our room (218) was fine for sleeping on the night we came but if I got it again I’d ask for a different room. It is closest to the elevators and faces the busy road outside so I could see it having potential to be very loud on more rowdy nights. But, aside from 1 siren, the street noise didn’t bother us, we brought our own white noise for our baby.

Rooms were way too dark. Bed did not suit me, it was so hard. My back was so stiff and I ended up sitting in the futon for the most of the night. There was of course some positive things too. Pool area is really nice. Location is great.

You could push it from outside and walk right in. The internet was not always available. We notified the staff enemy day of these issues. The staff at the desk on day two and three were rude. Nadine Shillingford: Last week, I booked a last minute Southwest Airlines Vacations package to take my daughter on college tours in the Raleigh-Durham area. Overall, the flight was fine and the Hyundai Santa Fe rental car was very comfortable and high tech.However, the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North hotel was such a disappointment!! The place was dirty - the walls were dirty, the elevators were dirty, the glass doors were dirty, paint was peeling off, the carpet was filthy. There were ants walking around in the room like they were our uninvited roommates. We stayed for two days and housekeeping did not enter our room.The garbage was piled up in every garbage can we passed.There was a random green tooth pick in the front elevator that never got picked up. I greeted it every time we entered the elevator. It's probably still there. At some point during our stay, someone dropped salt packets in the back elevator. They were still there when we were leaving. There was a strong smell of weed near the front elevators on the bottom floor. We smelled it again when we got on the top floor where our room was located.We arrived at the hotel at about 2am and as we tried to fall asleep, we could hear people talking through the walls. What has happened to Sheraton hotels?To top it off, I had the most horrendous experience with the front desk. As I said, I reserved this room through Southwest Vacations. The front desk called me twice early in the morning on checkout day because 'there was something wrong with my credit card.' After I answered the second phone call I told the woman I would be right down and went to take a shower. She came upstairs and knocked on the door again!!! She insisted I give her my credit card so she can run the charge. I had never met this woman before. Long story short, I went down to the front desk where they insisted I call my credit card company. There is nothing wrong with my credit card! I called Southwest Vacations even if the woman insisted that the hotel had no affiliations with Southwest Vacations. I was on hold for a long time while they worked it out. Since I was late for my appointment I paid the bill and continued on hold with the agent. I went up to my room and the woman from the front desk was right there by my room door. We gathered our things and got out of there. The Southwest Vacations finally came off hold to tell me that he had worked it out with the front desk and that I would be refunded for the extra amount I just paid. Talk about horrible hotel customer service. Why did the woman insist I call my credit card company? Why was she by my door? Why did the hotel not call Southwest Vacations after I showed them my itinerary and my credit card statement? Ridiculous. I will not be staying at this chain, again. Sheraton needs to take a close look at the situation in that hotel.

AE Waterfalls: Booked a room with a balcony facing the courtyard with early check in, with email confirmation, and received neither. Was told that since we booked through a third party if we didn't like it then we can leave. Who tells a guest that? Broken coffee maker, no hair dryer, no bath soap or shampoo, and a running toilet.I have never been treated so rudely as I did at the front desk and I will never return here.

Elizabeth Eskew: If you are used to the cleanliness and standards of normal Marriott or Hilton hotels, this hotel is not for you! It’s by far the worst Marriott/four points we have ever experienced. The staff was nice and as accommodating as possible, but the actual hotel and room was terrible. It felt like they took an old Radisson that was run down and abandoned, slapped a Four Points sign on it and stopped there. Everything was old and outdated, and smelled horrible. The elevators were run down, carpet was old, bathrooms were gross, sofa bed wasn’t cleaned or sheets removed from last occupant. And they had the nerve to charge $300 for a “suite”. Hotel was definitely giving Dahmer vibes. Will never stay at a Four Points again.

Whole Heart: Trashcan overflowing with debris outside, random boxes with printers in them on the sidewalk at 11pm, landscaping horrendous. Hallways and elevator were in shambles. Room was a joke. Keypad missing the cover, door missing on the furniture, chair was falling apart. I'm honestly uncomfortable staying here. It doesn't feel safe or clean at all.

But i will start with the good thing about this hotel THE BAR!!! K Hib: ¡Qué gran hotel! Nuestra habitación era una sala de estar y una mesa de comedor con un dormitorio adjunto. Parecía estar aislado de sonido también. Para mí estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido.Fuimos al gimnasio durante una hora, lo cual es completamente adecuado para la mayoría de los tipos de ejercicios.Finalmente, esta podría ser la mejor cama/colchón que he tenido en un hotel.

Tenían la hora feliz gratis y el desayuno gratis. Está al otro lado de la calle del centro comercial. Simplemente no puedes vencerlo. Era un lugar limpio también. Todo el mundo fue agradable. Steven Woodard: Llámalo 4.5. La instalación es muy agradable y tranquila. Limpio, un montón de toallas. La deducción de medio punto se debe a un desayuno sorprendentemente malo. Kaki T: Embassy Suites está en mi Top 3 y este en Raleigh no me decepcionó. Personal de registro amable, excelente hora de cócteles, delicioso desayuno con una variedad de opciones y personal atento. Las habitaciones son siempre suites de 2 habitaciones, con muchos enchufes, nevera y microondas. Muy limpio. AMOR y RECOMIENDO!
